 SEEKING TRUTH FOR ONES SELF IS VITAL WITH SO MUCH MEDIA HYPE AND RUMORS AND GOSSIP FLOATING AROUND MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR ANY ONE TO KNOW WHOM TO VOTE FOR,

I HAVE NOT MET THIS GENTLEMAN, BUT THE ARTICLE ALREADY IS SHARING A 'TRAIT; WE DO NEED IN OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS. 'GO FIND OUT FOR ONES SELF.

CONGRESS HAS NOT DONE  MUCH OF THIS FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO ALL OF US TO DO THAT USING THEIR OVER SIGHT AUTHORITY TO EXPOSE WHAT IS AND HAS BEEN GOING ON ESPECIALLY SINCE 9.11.01  Reading what one is voting on is  real beginning as too often the 'Devil is in the details' hidden among what appears to be a good law and may be for the most part.,

I write my Posts from personal, well documented l experience and share much of what is actually been done by myself and family to obtain justice and fairness, and maintain life itself,s for us as it documents how the constitutional rights of all of us are being trashed,  WE HAVE ALMOST COMPLETELY LOST OUR ACCESS TO THE  JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVT AND IF ONE GETS A RULING IT IS THEN IGNORED AND

TRASHED, TOO,

 I am not referring to just  the US Supreme Court, but to the part of the judicial branch most of will ever deal directly with, That starts in the executive branch of govt with decisions made mostly by unaccountable govt contractors) and we do not agree with, We then are to be allowed , to get in front of  of a real judges,  inside a govt agency and get a formal judicial ruling. EVEN THAT IS NOW NOT OCCURRING AS GOVT CONTRACTORS DISAPPEAR EVEN THE FILING FOR HEARING REQUESTS AND FILINGS FOR AGENCY APPELLATE REVIEW OF THE HEARING JUDGES, , MOST OF OURS FILED RIGHT NOW HAVE BEEN

 DISAPPEARED AND THAT RIGHT IS DENIED. AND THESE ARE MATTERS AFFECTING MANY AND CRY OUT FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW AND DECISIONS. Every new law used to always go through this process so that policies and procedures to carry out the new law meet constitutional muster. CONGRESS IS PASSING LAWS WITH OUT HEARINGS AND THEN INSIDE THE AGENCIES NOW JUDICIAL REVIEW AS POLITICAL APPOINTEES DECIDE WHAT THE LAW MEANT AND THEIR INTERPRETATION CAN TOO OFTEN NOT BE VERY CONSTITUTIONAL AT ALL,  when we say govt does not work, often its because we're getting the brunt of this lack of judicial process that used to be a routine part of the process. We have a massive health care law affecting every one in some way and all these rights of judicial process have almost totally disappeared in our system.so wrongs cannot get made right and we're dealing with the basic fundamental right of life itself when dealing with health care.,

GOV PALIN'S 'DEATH PANEL BOARD( what she calls it) WILL SOON BE SEATED AND HOW WILL ANY OF US BE ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RIGHT ANY WRONG DECISIONS THEY MIGHT MAKE? WITH WHAT HAS ALMOST ENTIRELY BEEN TAKEN FORM US NOW, WE CAN NOT AS WE  WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE THE INITIAL RIGHT TO FILE AN APPEAL THAT A WON AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL APPLICATION OF THE LAW HAS  BEEN MADE, And the appeals might have to be made by ones hers and estate,  when life sustaining health care was involved. DEATH PANELS ALREADY EXIST WITHIN THE CURRENT SYSTEM NOW FOR MANY YEARS, AND THE ENGROSSMENT HAS GOWN WITH LESS AND LESS ABILITY TO HAVE THE SYSTEM WORK FOR US TO STOP IT,

 The JUDGES RULINGS AND ORDERS THAT WE DID OBTAIN BEFORE THE REALLY HORRIFIC OBSTRUCTIONS HAVE OCCUR ED  IN RECENT YEARS AS JUDGES ORDERS ND RULING  END UP' IN THE TRASH CAN ALONG WITH THE CONSTITUTION. '

The Judges might as well go home and let the govt contractors from the international cabal of wealthy and powerful have their oligarchy. But its the antithesis of "FREEDOM AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.  THAT'S FOR ALL NOT JUST FOR 'THEM'

HOW DID WE ALL GET HERE?  SINCE WE HOLD THE REAL POWER AT THE BALLOT BOX, IS IT BECAUSE MANY HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO PARTICIPATE IN EVEN THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL ACT OF VOTING/

There used to be a saying that circulated when one complained about what the person in office did or did not do? We responded with: DID YOU VOTE?

IF YOU DIDN'T THEN HAVE YOU GIVEN UP YOUR RIGHT TO EVEN COMP LIAN AS YOU WERE/ ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.

                      I have a firm belief that some who do not vote, and that s needed to be done in All elections, not just the ones for the top jobs. do so out of some kind of internal 'guilt' as they may have voted for someone who got in office nd then did a poor job for all of us,

We are only human and we can make mistakes, Also a candidate might seem to be the best one, and when in office changes. as 'power corrupts..'

Its why we have the power to elect someone else Io replace the ones who disappointed us,

We  elect people, who can 'fall from grace' or may receive ;salvation' and do much better than expected/ NO CANDIDATE IS A SAVIOR,  WE JUST RECEIVED OUR ABSENTEE BALLOTS FOR THE UPCOMING PRIMARY AND NOWHERE DO I SEE ANY ONE NAMED ;YAHUSHA WHOM CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS ON THE BALLOT. I see humans listed and pray the ones we vote for and those who end up in office do their best for us and uphold the rights of each of us so we have 'JUSTICE FOR ALL.' Right now too many have been learning firsthand they no longer have much of that. as our elected leaders have shirked their duties or degraded those who wish to do then so  to not let this occur and our public monies get stolen by the international cabal whose wealth seems too often was obtained by trickery and blatant robbery and not by just being good and fair in business.'  something each one of us has the right to do in a truly free society, But with great wealth and power comes an even bigger responsibility to humanity and being an example of moral and ethical leadership.

ITS MY OPINION THAT RANCHER BUNDY MAY WELL GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS THE WAKE UP CALL FOR ALL OS US TO BECOME PART OF THE PROCESS OF BEING THE REAL POWER IN A FREE SOCIETY,  AS HIS SITUATION HAS STARTED A DISCUSSION THAT'S BEEN MISSING IN OUR SYSTEM OF GOVERNING OF OURSELVES FOR DECADES. ITS MAKE US THINK AND DISCUSS AND ALL SIDES ARE BECOMING PART OF THAT AND PRAY IT LEADS TO 955 showing up to vote and continue the discussion into the voting booth and keep it up for 10 years to show that the power of the govt rests in our hands as we choose whom to be led by and whom we need to replace at the next election. DON;T GIVE UP; OUR LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS AND BASIC FREEDOM AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS DEPENDS ON IT.
