TURNING THE US CONSTITUTION UPSIDE DOWN
Over 250 years ago this world was ruled by monarchs with absolute power over all, except they got into debt and the banksters started 'wneing them.' so there was two rungs of potential abuses of power in the ruling of the world powers. Our founders and my Spusess' family was among those present when USA was founded and they tried to apply the principles learned from history to set up a nation and wrote a Constitution where the failings of human nature being tempted would be checked in a system of 'checks and balances.' One of the basic principles in this was that ALL ARE INNOCENT OF CRIMES BEFORE THE LAW AND THE GOVT HAS TO PROVE THE GUILT.
over the last 40 years we have seen this basic principle eroded in all areas of our life. Its didn't start post 9/11/01 fears and all of us having to take off our shoes at the airport because one got through and tried to cause harm to others. he was stopped by common sense and those average people around him noticing him not acing as he should and was stopped by them. So being afraid and being told to ignore or responsibilities as PR George W bush did was opposite of the role each of us is to play in our nation. We are to be aware,doing best to stop abuses before they get to the point of harm being done to otters.
We are to look out for one another and not let them get to the point. to harm others by taking of life, theft or even misuse of planets resources as all of us are harmed when food is not grown, when the air and water are polluted.These things make one sick an people die when they get sick. etc.
In the 1950's soil bank programs began in the Isa and farmers could voluntary participate and my Dad did and won the first prize for having 'model farm' The top soil would run off the land onto the highways below and he put in terraces and the US corp of engineers brought in their big equipment and built them and Dad paid 50% of the bulldozing. No one was forced to do anything. He pointed to this child how neighbors were not taking advantage of the program which paid off in increased crop production and said there would come a time when it would not bevoluntary as people would be getting hungry and food would be needed and the govt would make all participate in the programs. Back in those times it seem inconceivable that the govt could ever be so intrusive. We had gotten to this pint as there wa alrady starvation in some parts of the world and food was alrady being needed. BUT the un common sense was to pay farmers not to grow food as part of the program. AGENDA 21 HAS SOME GOOD PRICIPELS ABUT A LOT OF IT IS UPSIDE DOWN LAWS AND POLICIES AND HAS HAD THAT SINCE ITS INCEPTION BACK IN THE 1950'S WHEN MY DAD SAID IT WS COMING AS FARMERS WERE OVER WORKING THE LAND TO PAY MORTGAGES AND THEN THEY HAD NO LAND LEFT TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES INTO THE FUTURE. THE 'FIX' WAS ALREADY IN AND FEW OF US WERE SEING THE FIS BEING LAID AND THE FUTRUE TO COME BECASUE A FEW DID NOT TAKE CAE OF THER OWN PERONSAL LANDS AND BUSINESS AS SOCIETY EXPECTS EACH OF TO DO . THE PRINCIPLE OF ALL GUILTY,ALL MUST BE CONTROLLED BY THE GOVT WAS BEING PUT IN PLACE.WHEN ONLY A FEW RAL BAD OFFENDERS WERE 'GUILTY' AND WE SHOULD TRY AND HELP OUR NEIGHBORS OF A BETTER WAY TO DO SO THEY COULD CHOOSE TO DO SO. ITS WHY FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS CRUCIAL IN A FREE SOCIETY
Yt I was born at the end of WWII and raitonsing of foods and goods was already being done as part of a war effort. Something recent generations have no knowledge of us money gets printed to cover the cost of wars and every one just goes on about their lives of consumption as if nothing is going on in the world -that soldiers are not dying and being injured or great amounts of monies are spent on deadly destruction all over the planet.
Under Pres Nixon we saw the intrusion into the lives of Alilwith the Child Protective Services. granted there are times, when society has to intervene into the private homes of some and some counties did a pretty good job and others did not through their county services. so the feds took over to give money and decided the formerly abused children to be the workers. rather than the common sense grandmotherly types that used to be the ones most likely to deal with issues. Then we got adult protective serves , based on same model. but now that is all unaccountable govt contractors in most areas and we wonder why the system set up does not work. it doen't work as it began without the checks and balances of abuses of power and we have horrors of judges taking bribes for locking up our children in for profit prisons for things that all with any common sense knows is not the way to be best Sometime children and youth learn more from community service than prison for profit. a man i knew years ago, had some neighbor kids play a prak and tore up is home grade. he went to the jduge and said rahter than send them to detnetion hall, he woudl agree to them reprlanitng his gardena nd taking care of it. a eltionship occurred as the kids were basically good and needed to elarn that repsect for others proerty did have conseemces and the thsoe were to make good on what they had done.I understood the kids went on to do OK in life. If the had been sent to 'prison' what might have been an outcome of reuined lives over a bad acit of breaking the law met with a different future We can be called with our unique gifts to change things in this world one by one.
LOVE IS FORGOTTEN
We are innately social beings who do care for others.and when entities are able to take over for profit in some of the most personal areas of our lives or our property rights There's something in each of us that knows this is not the best way to do things. and we place our attention on isolated cases that among all the horros stores do get badly wrong such as the Justine case. Love is important no matter what and it has to be rec9ognized no matter what is done. ITS THE BEGINNNG , THE INNOCENCE OF US ALL we have to have to hold onto to through al of life.'s tirals and tribulaitons. If ther are problmes then we help , we do not hinder that love.
And its where all of us have to be persuasive in matters r of property rights. All do ned to realize we are stewards of the planet and are to preserve it for all now and for future generations. we can't just mess up one planet and then move to another one but its s getting closer to reality in a few decades.
And we are to show love and caring not coercion. If my dad had had more than one understanding then maybe his neighbor might have had better corps too.and aprticipated in the program But the rpgram was ter already do to a few nottaking care of theier lands when our food came from them.
WARS AS THE END RESULT
We fight wars over food and water and now oil and gas whem we neglected to take care of our own land and our own nation. The govt got more intrusive over the years as farmers have to report all kinds of things and be regulated more and more. And every area of our lives and anyting govt can be gotten into and then turn it over to the ;banksters' to run and they find themselves innocent and us guilty first in an upsdie down world of wo tigs are done.and freodom of person and souls are to end.
Teachers know how the public school system has gotten embroiled in so much of this, the time to teach is dwindled and isn't that what children are in school to learn from teachers? Then tests are paid for with billions of our tax dollars to find out whether the children are learning and the realization that the real answer is not a test but the teacher teaching the chlorine and youth.I don't understand any child leaving the 8Th grade not having mastered the basic of reading writing and arithmetic. Its unconscionable that has occurred and they should all know where the major countries and states exist.
The whole educational system is upside down and it goes on from one area of our lives to another.
INNOCENT FIRST
has disappeared. the govt make all children take those expensive standardized tests owned by CEO Lynn Blodgtet's company Affiliated computer services because its assumed the children are not being taught. And its assumed that in every area of our lives we are not going to do what is right and best for all . Best meaning what the cabal in charge thinks is best and most profitable, rather than what makes common sense and we encourage each other to do the right and best common sense choice. We do need police as a few are not going to do the right thing and will do horrible things to others.like stealing and physically harming others. Until all evil is bound up, there is a need. but we should never allow humans to grow up not thinking they are all loved nd cared for and in this day and age with children living in poverty and homeless and the parents and families are 'INNOCENT of the guilt that put them in the situation promoted by the banksters of the world the govts they now control. means that many children are growing up who do not think they have value . That society cares little for them. Humans will make the right, best choices for themselves if they are considered innocent first and can do it, but for those who need a little better understanding and encouragement there are ways we can explain things and the promote understandings without the mandatory and expansive coercions that are in place now.
Its why I wished rather than having Medicaid for the poor passed under Pres Nixon we had gone to funding support for medical schools to have clinics through out the nation and in their own areas to care for patients. with real tax credits,etc to doctors who volunteer to participate in them. on specified days so they had same patients to care for usueally. They would be there for all whether they had the ability to pay or insurance. and a sliding scale of ability to pay and how much each might be asked to pay exist.
its the mandatory you must do this that has led to some of the qualms about the new health care law and also the powers over it by the international cabal of banksters with all their partnerships with govt with them not hiving over sight and unaccountability. WE ARE ALL CONSIDERED GUILTY FIRST YET THEY'RE ONES WHO WILL ALWAYS BE CONSIDERED INNOCENT?
WE FOUGHT A REVOLUTIONARY WAR HERE JUST TO GET OUT FROM UNDER WHAT HAS BEEN PUT RIGHT BACK IN PLACE IN THE GUISE OF DEMOCRACY WHERE WE ARE TO BE THE RULERS. Then are influnced to not participating making the biggest problems of All. THEY HAVE WON IF WE DO NOT EVEN REGISTER AND VOTE AT 95% in all elections. So please do it and do the best you can deicide who might do the better job from those on ballot. THE ACCOUNTABILITY COMES IN THE REELECTION WHEN ARE THE DECIDERS OF REHIRED OR WE SAY "YOU'RE FIRED/" we dSTILL HOLD some influence in our Nation as the citizenry and we need to be alowed to use common sense and figure out the better ways to do things that needs to be done for us. WITH WE THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE, WARS MIGHT JUST END IN THIS WORLD.WE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN WASTE OUR PRECIOUS RESOURCES ON DEATH AND DESTRUCTION. THAT LEAVES NO WINNERS ON ANY SIDE. I don't have to agree with your lifestyle or even like you. But do need to care about you as a human being and allow each to use gifts and talentss to function in society in your everyday life and in the work. place.ITS CALLED PRIVACY AND RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER EVEN IF I THINK YOU ARE WRONG. As long as a few basic laws of STOPPING HARMS is not done. AND ALL BE SUBJECT TO THOSE LAWS., THE PARTNERS OF THE GOVT MUST NEVER BE EXCLUDED AS THEY ARE ALSO HUMANS AND CAN FALL TO TEMPTATION AND DO GREAT HARM TO OTHERS.
THE BLUES SHUFFLE GOES ON
CONTINUATION FROM YESTERDAY;TODAY IN THE MAIL IS A FEW MORE EOB LETTERS SAYING SOME THINGS ARE PAID AND ITS A DUPLICATE OF THE CLAIMS NOT YET PAID NOR PROCESSED. FOR LAST FALL. Then I got another check for partial REIMBURSEMENT FOR OXYGEN TANK REFILLS
Then a letter that a DEUPLUATE CHECK ISSUED WITH that check number... was being stopped. I kept a copy of the check I got yeSterday AND NOT the one being STOPPED. WHO GOT THE DUPLICATE CHECK? THE GAS COMPANY? IT DID NOT SAY SO.TtHE LETTER CAME TO ME AND SAID THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WAS SENT TO 'MEMBER' WHIG IS ME. BUT WHO GOT THE DUPLICATE PAYMENT? In each AREA, the Blue Cross Blue Shield 'franchise ' processes for ervices for the feds. And then ones state of residency of the ' worker'whose employer group health plan is the office that makes medical necessity and any other matters needing any over site, etc. But all work done in USA and even in office that pays foreign claims if one seeks emergency care , is to go on the computer system so all know what has occurred. I know that not all of the paid for oxygen got on the system as i can pull it up s or should -why tubs of files exist in our home.DON't COUNT ON THE SYSTEM TO KEEP IT All AS THAT CAN DISAPPEAR WAY EASILY IN THIS ERA.
So will keep track and see what is going to happen. I pray the gas company did not get a check as it goes to their head office, not locally and causes confusion that does not need to occur. Since its my life at stake and not just a few hundred dollars in questIon, then it more than money concerns, ITS THE VERY BASIC RIGHT TO LIVE And all of us are born INNOCENT WITH THAT BASIC RIGHT.
Thanks to LlOVED ONES WHO HELP TO DO THE COPYING SO I CAN AVOID THE INK AND PAPER FUMES. SO HAD THE CHECK COPY TO COMPARE THE NUMBER OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE HORRIBLE CHAOS TO HAVE PROBLEMS AT THE BANK, TOO.
ITS THE SAME HODGE PODGE MESS AT FEDERAL WORKERS COMP AND WHY I SENT CERTIFIED LETTERS TO OBEY THE JUDGE AND SUGGESTED TO FINISH UP 1989 THEN MOVE FORWARD IN A SYSTEMATIC WAY UNITL THEY GET DOWN TO THE PRESENT AS LONG AS CURRENT NEEDS OF LIFE AND LIVELHOOD ARE MET. PLEASE CEO BLODGETT LET IT HAPPEN.i PRAY FOR YOU AD SAK OTHERS TO PRAY ALSO FOR HIM TO HELP. AND DO WHAT IS ALREADY OK'D/
