LIFE SCARE
as has been written about her at length, I and others got medicallly abandoned in 1/08 when all the small liquid oxygen suppliers were forced out of business by a regulation that left only the larger companies. both in my area have refused service even though three health plans have me approved folr ife. They have contracts with CEO Lynn Blodgett's company Affiliated computer services , now a Xerox company who has total control of federal oworkers comp and must be billed first then wait for years for no answer per is direct orders and his former position holder., but Medicare only asks they wait 4 months before they are billed and Federal Blues won't recognize workers comp as CEO Lynn Blodgett has contracts over the flow of inoformation of there federal contracts with NGS whom they get ther bad info from. of all the federal benefits and they are the traffic cam company and Snowden's former employer and they have control of nations now. as only they know th einfo and cam pass it on in a veroios they wish it to be in. if one is on somene 'hit list' whic we were told all 90 of us from our offcie were since 1/10/89., etc
. A really vicious cycle and now have liearned of another compnay of their interlocked cabal which this company does the medical necessity and its here the deinal of the right to even file the clkam is being exeuted illegally and they have stonewalled and sewed out a lie that i did not get the tests re run last &/13 which my doctors did do in Dallas. which aren't even needed and the Director of Medicare keeps saying unnecessary to rerun once one is approved for life as I have been. This office is not far form hee and who are the individuals doing all these thngs to me? why are they doing it? IS it pure ignorance or retaliation for somethng? I have no evidence of bribery so ignorance must be the motivator? They of course , have to use the info CEo Lynn Blodgett;s gives them. Maybe he is nice to everyone, then why is he doing this to me? JUST FOLLOW ORDERS NO MATTER WhO DIES OR WHO IS HARMED?
as my atorney said today, In NJ, one can;'t be charged with murder if one lives over year and on day past the felony. But what if the felonies take place daily that could led to the death. The year never runs out on us.
what is with these people who want to deny what has occurred and how they have been lied to and duped or 'what would their motivation be to do this all to me and others to cause harm anyway?
Without a supplier medicare will not pay and CEO Lynn Blodgett's company has disappeared the hearing file at Medicare to have a judge rule as to paying when the patient or family must go get tanks filled at the gas company which manufacturers the oxygen which is where the suppliers get it

Fed Blues has paid about 60% and Federal workes comp has 14 years of oxygen claims not input because they will be paid in the totaal control of ACS-Xerox which is a hiding them from everyone that I have continuously been on home oxygen for all this time-19 years. hy? To keep ther contract since the act is so horrendously life threatening?.
Some wish so hard to justify their bad actions towards me and make things right. They resist and its down right threatening.
To get tanks filed at the gas company we have to pay and then I file and the only requirement is a prescription from a doctor once a year. it woudl be 100% paid if asupplier provided it.
THE BLUES SHUFFLE
For several months claimssand the attached info I have faxed to Blues keeps getting shuffled and separated between TX and OK offices. Finally in the last week, I got several letters of apology but not all the months involved were listed. Yesterday I got an Explanation of Benefits letter and the January /2014clams paid amount were appled to the yearly deductible.
Other ccims from medical visits had not yet gotten processed from January , etc. and so the rest I need to hold back to let medicare pay the copays, etc. . So the claims were paid, just no check issued.
Then today I got more EOB's. Several indicted that the cliams had been paid and were a duplicate and they have not been paid yet. I did get one check for 11/13-12/13. Then a copy of a rather odd letter sent to the gas company saying $0 paid to them They don't get a check from Blues any way. a couple of times they did but not in recent times and I mark onthe forms not to as the bill is paid. The letter made no real sense and I've been reading a lot of 'govt letters' for decades/
That was for 9/13/-11/13 charges. its an absolutely comfusion with two offies doing part and some things not done at all. Compound that with the myreiad of companies CEO Lynn Blodgett is misleading in all of this and its a life theatening disaster for any one caught needing medical care to susutain life. Pray for CEO Blodgett that somehow he can make it all right. whihc is also the leally correct , too.
So i was preparing to list these and send a letter back to explain that some months were not paid by either. THE GOOD NEWS IS THE CURRENT COVERAGE IS STILL THERE AND WHY AM I BEING DENIED SERVICE? Even the staff at Lincare in the local office knows something doesn't make sense but they have to do what corportate office says and its from them I am being denied. the right to life. OR is it, that local company in between and all will not mention them?
The only reaosn is they will have to bill workers comp first before going on to the other two plans. Medicare has afffirmed the permamnt need up through the appellatte judge's level for life when they ruled on my request to resurrect the enforcement t of conditional payments law of 1981 which had been suspended back in 1994 sayng the health care and ins industry would obey the rules and not have to have any 'policing' and we have seen the collaspse of our heatlh care ssytem over it.
A year ago we finally got HR 1063 passed and signed with penalties and now the beginngins of implementation are occurring and some of the partners of Medicare and of the govt are in big trouble. They have until 7/1/14 to fess up and can say to rhe rocovery unit 'WE DIDN'T KNOW MEDICARE WAS NOT THE PRIMARY ON THESE CHARGES.' of course I've been followoing the judges rulings saying so and all 'mad at me' for not going along with the theft of medciare as the regional office of CMS was up to ther neck in all of this for some reason. But as i knew better and got the judges orders to prove it as the orginaal judge got the internal documents from the US Dept of labor. somehting ACS will not share ( or admit they have /)and for some reason the local l regional offie for the US dept of labor can't hae access to them either. a real shell game of paperer and digital info with those who need to work the case, not being given access to the real records to do so and obey the law, the judges, etc.
HUMAN ANGELS INTERVENE
We don't answer the land line and haven't giveni it out for a home number for eyears as it rings into the apt loved ones live in. and an answering machine. We use internet service that is connected to the land line but a different phone number. I had headr the phone ringing and ringing at thei end of the house but did not get up and use the land line phone in our kitchen to answer it. Then a knock on the door and it was a woman from Colbert t whom I did not know and she said that her son worked with our son and he'd been called by the gas company as they needed a copy of my current prescription and they had known a person who worked with our son and he got the call then contacted his relative in our town and she drove to our house . sSe had the message a little mixed up but it was clear the gas company needed to be called now and the phone number given. and that without the script I could not get oxygen. The urgency semed to be very real as if twas really going on at the company.
I called. and somehow the prescription from 8/13 was not in their files and later found out from our son who had had a note on his car and went voer there they had had an audit of some kind done. I got their fax number and within 10 minute's they had it. Had to get the machine cooked up and with all the wires etc, around the phones and computer it was panic time as the impetus seemed urgent and the woman who came had the message that No oxygen could be gotten again unitl the scirpt was in. I called and the fax went through. soon after our son walked in, also. He can;t be rached while on the floor due to security reasons so he;d gotten the note only because there had been a problme with a unit and hd had to stay overtime to take care of that matter. all was owrking to help in one way or another and I am very thankful for al those who took the time and effort to help out.
So upwards of 5 human angels and maybe any more helped save my life today. and I thank all these people I have never met for taking time from their lives to help another human in this world. THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART My prayers for you go forward for Blessings multiplied.
As I've written before about 10 million of us in the USA accodrding to more recent studies have some form of reactive airway disease, etc and ca';t tolerate even the low level ozone emissions from the oxygen concentrators which is being pushed on all oxygen patients.
A press release in the last few days from HHS indicates that that may be under a crack down to as if some may be getting these too easily. The only criteria should be whether ozone is good for any one to breathe and for us ITS DEADLY INFLMAMATION IF ONE KEEPS ON BREATHING IT IN but the bigger problem is with the FDA not protesting us from all the world dumpng their garbage on the USA people. it has to end and they need to see its not done to us. Food, medicines and medical equipment are being pushed onto us that are not considered safe ithe rest of the world. The last time I checked those humans in other Nations are made of the same DNA as we are.
Then just before those phone calls I had a call from one at a gas station that bad gas was in a tank and they wre making right and sending people to get tanks drained some where. SO we produce the gas and can't even get the good stuff for us either.? There are good people in this world and in our area. There are everywhere in this world and if we the people take charge and rule by 95% voting in all elections, I have faith we can turn this around unitl holding elected office is considered a humbling service to all and not a means to wealth and power.

Then I called and brough tmy atone up to date on what was occurring. But what can any one do when the govt won't enforce its own laws ?
