And both had secert edals with Health care holdings inc the parent company for our Blues Francoise, whihc is Ill, OK , Tc and NM and all of those federal contracts managed by Unaffiliated Computer services now a Xerox company and CEO is Lynn Blodgett who was brought in by Xerox to cover up the scandals emerging all over including part of the Jack Abramoff scandal which has yet to have most of the investigations completed in HHS, SSA Dept of Labor and who knows in how many others, that I have not had illegals act done in so do not have direct info on. ?
I'm behind reading my emails again and its important to try and read at least most of the govt press releases. And my wonderful Facebook friends have had little contract from me. What I am doing shoudld help all of us in many ways if we can stop this illegal activity and stop the thefts of our monies we so badly need for all of us in one way or another. ( even Thom Hartmann spoke this week of how the 'banksters' were issueing the Snap cards, etc. Yes that is ACS and I have written about it here and its almsot all of any kind of govt card for medical care or welfare, etc and why a local bank in state can't do it is beyond me, but most of them are udner the same management of this cabal now, so they can/t Almost all are federally funded state programs now and so the federal officicals give the contracts for this and the staes pay out monies in amounts we can;t even findout for what? I worte how when I had to get a denial that I coudl not get medciad to pay for Part B preiums, that Doyel and I ended up with ATM cards form ACS and we wer not do any monthly checks and didn;t expect to ever goet them but every one who fiels for e anythig gets one.I have yet to have my quesiton ansered since 2009 ow much thestae paid for those two zero balance cards and it said theat they woudlbe viable for two yars on the info. We are cuaght in a vicous circle and the govt can;t seem to break out of it either to over see and direct o the use of our monies for us.

Been busy trying to get all of this montain paper work done, and conducting the only criminal? investigation of on going theft inside agencies as those inside at the upper echelons and CEO Lynn Blodgett have successfully stone walled any real investigations and all the OIG Directors claim they can do nothing as not allowed to spend any money. SAME ONES COULDN'T STOP 9/11 either and the 911 Comission never got the internal documemts that the FBI destroyed so the real internal corruption in this nation did not get fetteted out and stoppped to prenvent more of the same.
We got the Patriot Act and our rights restricted over the corrupters being allowed to corrupt even more seems to be the result. "They" say no money can be spent invetigating them. Even if one is anted to be done; An investigator can't even drive to a judge for a search warrant or go talk to some one with out spending money as its illegal for one to go without the govt paying for it by use of a a govt car or a travel voucher for millage reimbursement. Its all about liabilty as to who pays if there is a car accident. The govt does as they are payaig for the car going down the road even if its the govt officials own car.. We have a society where anything happens its WHO PAYS THE BILL ? The taxpayer and the pople ultimately do no matter how much litigation's money is spent trying to get out of paying and dumping the bills onto entities like poor Medicare is the bottom line answer in much of what is going on when there are serious injuries and the worker ends up disabled .

BUT in my case there is no mistake of 17 MEDICARE CLAIM numbers created from one and and a 4 million dollar theft and grwoing every time I seek medical care, prescription filled, etc. . and Medicre isn't even suppose to pay one pay per one claim first on or my family until the same person who has control of of all of this does as the Labor judges orderd post my file, process and pay etc and his own compny call center said there is a millon dollars showing on the screen with my name on it for hm to get this done and others have said similar on older cases that will take special handling and more systems space? Then he carries out Chief Horace M Cooper's order who claims he was he was carrying on from the former Director of OPM ? (that includes the 'let her die' order on me) or wa sit a lie from NGS that manages OPM that Kay Coleman James h=gave such and order> NG blamed her, but who did give the order. N one has ever asked her? So she can respond and I can't get through to her, not having a badge. Lynn Blodgett now manages NGS 's informaiton and must rely on him and its he who then manages all of the federal programs and now everyone in the USA is under CEO Blodgett's management? for ther right to live? ACS has contracts with the US Dept of Labor in many areas. Or they are interlocked with those who do. After I posted my open letter to CEO Lynn Bldogett at washingtonpost.com and sent him a copy, he proceeded to be personally involved and telling all a big lie that there was nothing to do on my case, that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired. etc He never contacted me personally to ask me as the judges had ordered to be don; although I did get through to a staff person in his corporate office in Dallas and was promised the message woudld be given him. Not long after, Horce M Copper pleads to a misdeamenor charge for not reporting free meals and sports tickets in the amount of $4000@ from Jack Abramoff and nothing done about what happened inside US Dept of Labor other than he didnt' report this to them..

It was after the US Dept of Labor Judges at the appelallte level in 2/09,had come down with orders to post and use my records and ask me for the facts and even those orders were never seen by my claims exminer and shetook over the numbers my clim number 02-0600326 date of Injury 1/10/89 (CROOKS ALREADY HAVE IT) esbtablished case with Permanent medical as a result of workers comp putting me on home liquid oxygen for life 19 years ago. and request for schedule award and permanent disabillity pending since 1996 when my doctor said I had not recovered from the last work attempt enough to ever return to work and US Dept of Education waived student loans for my occupational asthma back in the Pres Cinton era and US Dept Of Labor then riffled my files and made it look as if I had not returned to work in 1990 ( Pres Bush 41) and did even though the promised removal of chemical barriers and non exertional job was never provided and ended with EEOC sanctions ( unenforceable for Feds) against the Sec of HHS Donaa Shalala for the physcial torture I was put through trying to work and many other incidents some of which have yet to be investigated including the missing civil right complaints in recent years, I have listed as also as retaliatory for those sanctions, etc against HHS and the hostility by some while working and still doing my job and getitng awards for it even in terible pain ,
I had done it for so many years, I coudldstill function even though I was in the middle of an acute and life threatenening asthma attack for four years and heart not getitng enough oxygen unitl finally the thefts of files ended at te Philly US Dept ofLalbor office and they were able to get me back out on workers comp after getting me to a Green Peace pulmonologist who signed for them and for me. on 10/11/94 and did so from my pay stub as SSA would not complete the Ca7 and the back pay has yet to be resolved back to 1/10/89 and leave restored etc. Private small companies ahe to obey the Labor laws, Federal govt officials do not is the reality of what is still going on. That's being equal before the law? The last time SSA filled out a workers comp form was over 2 decades ago and they were going to do so and then got lied to by?
The signed agreement we have with SSA is not being carried out due to Comm Astrue being lied to and several before him, and since. And there is two copies of that going around. One is a forgery and we had to get to a judge to make sure the real one was the one and it is. For those who can ony get info via my sites. thereal one is the one with all the pen and ink cirections n it and some fo the tmes were not initialled by all parties, so one has to look cosiely. The forgery has none of thse correctionso it. The signature page was attached to the forgery.
BUT THERE WAS NO SETTLEMENT OF THE WORKERS COMP AS SSA CAN'T DO THAT. THEY WILL MEET WITH US DEPT OF LABOR AND US WHEN IT EVER OCCURS If a meeting does need to take place. There will be papers signed by all on the scheduale award as its a negotiated amount for internal body organs, unlike loss of a limb or eye, etc. Those who have access, look: nothing on the agreement about an amount for a schedule award its not even mentioned . SSA is just to obey the workers comp laws and leave buy back is part of that, etc. . When I do retire, which is under the total control of CEO Lynn Blodgett since my file has to be reconstructed, and posted to be worked to completetion and secondaary and tertiar ymedical issues have been filed for and not ruled on yet., too. and VA has approved many of these for soldiers with similar injuries to mine. so they are very valid. Then we can negotiate something. So far, we don't even know what all to negatioate on in total.
Having good health would have been the best, but I went to work one day 1/89 and a toxic cloud enveloped me and what is happening now and did happen from the first moment of the 'attack; , should not legally be going on at all. The million dollars on the screen your people see is not it. Your company may have gotten it for special handling of my case, but to not post it is not the special handlig that would be legal at all. So in no way could this have occurred as we are not even near for this to occur as ther are still some items pending since 1989 that have never been paid nor even reviewed for payment yet. And some need to understand and obviously this has not just occurred on me as someone got to the appellate levels and got a ruling on this: something is still new new that has been legally filed and disappeared never reviewed and due process answers have to be sent whether either paid or not paid, etc. Throwing away for files continuously in an illegal pattern of on going behavior both inside the US Dept of Labor ( and other agencies as I've written of here) and later in 2002 when ACS took over does not 'make it go away.' Its an illegal act that has never been addressed and compromised everyone rights under our constitution and if one is in a protected class as I am as an old , disabled woman means its also a civil Rights violations and its very obvious some of you think because I am old, you can get by with the discrimination and violations and illegal actions.
I fact Mr Cooper just said so matter of factly as if it were OK back in 2005, because I was old my file was not going to be posted. when I tried to find it back in 2005 and was first learning then that in 2002 this had been contracted out and federal employees had no control over it any more. My file had been at the appelalae jduges then and got remanded back in 6/04 only to have the remand ordres and 35,000 pages in seven boxes in good methodiic order disappear out tof the London Ky ACS office for US Dept of Labor and then Sec of Labor Elaine Choa's staff made arragement for us to reoconstruct through the 1-800 number in Fla and they gathered it all up and sent it up to London Ky to post and it disappeared too. They had the orders and were ready to get this all completed then, and what happened?

WHY CAN'T THEY SEE JUDGES ORDERS THEY ARE TO FOLLOW?
I can show or send a copy of the orders, but its not official as they are to get them from ACS And Ceo Lynn Blodgett. has to allw the files to be posted. He is now VP of Xerox and does his boss Pres Ursual Burns have any idea what he is doing or what ACS is doing? That is the next question to be answered and any who hod stok in Xerox, couldy ou please find out and Ask Ms Burns to help me by following the law and the judges and govt contract terms. Those terms would not be legal if all are not treated equally. There is not to be some iknd of internal 'hit list' at all.
She , according to the posted info has worded for Xerox for decades and has risen in the ranks rorm engineer to head , now.ACS is a more recent acquisition.
Other places on line state that ACS is a Rothschild subsidiary as they are. . But the issue is whether this is an entire RICCO operation or whether there are just rogue parts of the whole stealing and committing atrocities.
REPENTANT SINNER
As A believer in Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, I believe in the repentant sinner and unethical behaviors Con be changed if they want to do so., But I have monies due and the ban on Lincare and Rhema from being able to bill for service for liquid oxygen to Federal workers comp and get -paid with 14 years of bills not -rocessed now in their control, then saying I'm sorry is not enough. Monies are due and payable and my life and others are in the balance on this. The taxpayer wants an acocunting of monies paid so the case needs to be worked and dedcions made and payments made. The backlog is so great due to all the on gong corurption and ilelgal activity against the file. Certainly I have tried to get the work done as the law requuired. and to sustain life and livelhood. In the end , look at the money that has been spent tryig to get out a paying a few bills.and one monthly check of an average pay federal employee.
But, I am willing to work with any one sincerely wanting to do what is right to get things 'made whole and paid and processed." I have been all along. The Direector of Federal workers comp tried to do this in 2007 only to have his authority taken away from him as the local office is not allowed to do it any more. It ended with all the files they located in DC and in th efederal records center where they 'hid them' got shredded ( wasn't all of the file but a good start) and OIG for US Dept of Labor would not stop it.ACS flew a man in from London Ky to do the shredding and can this get more bizarre? Its worse; its deadly and illegal. for way too many of us to try and survive with such blatant disregard for our very rights and no one would do anything and still won't.
If the civil service are not to be trusted so why are they even there? Pretty soon they may not be and the demise of the federal civil service is going to be the last nail in the coffin of rights of any of us. As a rank and file civil servant is still subject to arrest and is audited for work product. A claims Rep at SSA jsut got arrested this week for stealing. Its sad and most are very honest dedicated people, but the system is not secure as it should be and we still need to keep close tabs on what is going on. All need to be vigilant and thnk twice before shredding things as jsut becasue its on the system now doesnt mean it will stay there. Look at my SSA appeals disappearing with no decison and head of IT for SSA says it was hacked into.
WEATHER PATTERNS
The weather was 75 degrees in the garden and moon signs just right for finishing the planting of the snow peas. But tonight its to be freezing and tomorrow much colder again. I tried to finish plant the older pea ssed and thought I was done and when I got up found a package of the older seed had fallen out of my 'basket'and had fallen into a ridge path where drain off water falls and I just dumped the whole package in it. Its also suppose to rain and that will get filled with water and at least all that seed is in the ground.
I have to sit to do this and use a chair to get up so once I'm down on the gorund I don't get up until ready to come in. So oxygen, water, seed, trowel, my 'garden bible' of Carrots Love Tomatoes,etc is all with me.
It was so warm, I even took ovff the old flannel shirt of Doyle's I wear. I over did it and came in and rested.
(Doyle is OK but still doctors are going to run more tests to find out what needs to be done. So paryaers are hodlling so far and we all need to pray for any one of us in this world, now trying to get medical care. )
HIDDEN BEAUTY
The family roto tilled the garden last Fall and when I first went out I thought it might be hard to dig as the top was dry ,. but hidden below inside was rare beauty of earth that was just the right amount of moisture nd soft and pliable just like poteing soil. And so rich and dark.
When we first moved here in 1997 the top soil was removed and nothing was growing much even though the house had started to be built three years earlier. Now its understood when a house is built to save the top soil and put it back afterwards. So its been a lot of growing clovers of vairius kinds, etc and work to get soil to susutain crops like this. Ther eis great soil down by the creek but its shaded so not much to grow in that area.
And the peas that were planted in late December on that day of 70 degrees are up now.
My unoffcial observation is that mow peas germinate at 34 degrees. so prayerfully they will all get growing after this cold spell.Such unusual weather and a real yo- yo effect from very cold to 70's but the soil is still cool. So m a loved one carried in some seedlings that were outside until we get through the next few days and discover what is going to happen next.
Online is a servce called Weather Bug and its free if I permit ads, and I do. Recently , at times, the temp for us is wamrer than the predicted and one day the forecast for the high for the day was question mark. If the weather service doesn't know , who does? So if one is a gardner, one plans their day by peeking outside in the morning and adjusting the day's duties by the weather given us for the day.
So the Preseidnt of the USA gets all the vital facts and info from CEO Lynn Blodgett's companies and interconnected companies to make decisions, and I resort to opening the door and looking at the world around me to make my decisions as to what I do for the day.I don't think he's in charge of that, although some say, even the weather is being humanly manipulated or is it the 'alien brotherhood' doing so.? There are weather patterns on this planet and in times when they occur we need to be extra careful about pollutions and doing things to keep it from having such major changes and causing harm to the planet and to all the life on it.
Today in Southern Oklahoma March came in like a wonderful beautiful lamb. But warnings are out!
