Linda Joy Adams: Violations of civil rights page 32: dear doctor/ recap of why ACS was given the contract click the link to actual govt fioing and an update where the impossible was created as all patients had to become law enforcers and had no badge to do it.Still HR 1063 not implemnted and I can't buy an oxygen tank or suppliers and service denied by the two ACS-Contractors Rhema and Lincare. Thay have to bill them first, wait forever then bill oother two plans. and are being coerced into not doing so as its an officially 'hidden secret I have been on home liquid oxygen for life for almost 20 years now awarded by Federal l workers comp for life for several years when Federal wroekrs comp put me on it to start with it and the treatment created permanent medical benenfits form them. My life has become their 'political football' 'tug of war' between those who would steal from the taxpayers and the laws to present and stop such behaviors. I choose to live and this is obstructing it.
