Daily Recap 12/6/12: Census problems : Presidentt Obama Born In Topeka Ks; Pleasant and cooler day but still no rain. Bank in area has a fraud alert as somehow debit card numbers got out. I check my pennies in my daily and so far OK. Unlike the Federal govt where Congress has net permitted the people's monies to by monitored and counted inside the govt agencies and contractors for many years. So how can Congress pass a budget when how much is left after skimming and blatant theft. Put lawa enforcement and audit control back in the federal govt's contractors and highest officials first, then maybe a budget could be planned.
Mail came and an EOB from Fed Blues on family member and Medicare got the bill first and created an   overpayment back for the illegality rorm the unnamed person at OPM that says Medicare and even Medicaid is to pay all bills the govt contractors can illegally alter the computer systems to do it on. Its time all those aiding and abetting  these felonies to start naming that person, job title and business address so formal complaints can be filed and if its  a high ranking official then the US Justice Dept is required to intervene and the documentation of felonies is volumes. If a govt contractor then Ican file a civil rights complaint against person and a 'false claims' for recoupment of the stolen money since the patient is NOW the civil and criminal investigator in this country and has to file the civil suits on behalf of the govt to get the people's stolen money back as the patient is liable even though the patient can't arrest any one nor cancel a govt contract, etc. And few attorneys will take a case unless it billions. Due to privacy each medical patient has to act as a separate individual.  Many who have a Medicare card or special help under part D Medicare for prescription drugs probably have no idea their claims and id were turned into multiples and the multiples were debited from the Medicare trust fund by the federal reserve and diverted to other than the doctor or other medical provider or supplier that filed the initial claim. In my case we caught this early as had discovered the illegal use of phony medicare numbers and illgal offline computer systems inside the partners of Medicare to enable the theft of one payment. Medicare can  pay when the approved primaries play illegal games with records and files and computer systems; But only if its coded for a recovery letter to be sent to the primary . I learned a few weeks ago that Medicare secondary recovery computer system was illegally altered and doesn't agree with the official posting that shows the two primaries as its posted from the Us Dept of labor Bi weekly. And agrees with the federal judges ruling that tis accurate.
Those with the company now owned by General Dynamics, 1-800 Medicare estimate on all its over a trillion dollar theft. No investigation yet. I discovered on line that Congressman Issa asked for a report and my name was listed as a closed OIG case. Closed with 4 million stolen and on going theft occurring? Someone filed a false OIG report from Medicare! Maybe Cong Issa should be looking at illegal Medicare computers systems along with those Fast and Furious missing guns. All of this started two or three 's ago. and got worse as no one investigated or stopped the thieves.There is so much the new Congress needs to get done and the last thing that's needed is Washington DC comeing to  a grinding halt over the President's birth certificate.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: Earlier this AM, learned the California court case is now in the appellate courts on the issue of the eligibility of the President. This is not going to go away until the real documents are obtained from Ks and the President answer\s one simple question Did you know and when did you know it.? Even the Ks officials said "we don't think he knws." back on 9/14/12; as they located all the records and checked at Forbes Air Force base Hospital and under Barry Soeotro. Before theb irthers go off on that- citizenship is a federal issue and an adoption by one from another country is not in itself   a renounciation of it.The birthers are raising money and not for going after the TRUTH which they know is in Topeka KS. Plus three unsolved murders and the murderes and witneses still at large, if still alive and the City of Topeka has had amnesia for 50 years as the whole community and Topeea HS knew of the interracial couple and once the deaths occurred no one has been wiling to talk for 50+ years.
I received an e- mail response from the Topeka Capital Journal. and called and got a continued cover up and suppression of the issue.I had initially called them last summer to see if they would check their archives for the newspaper account when the bodes washed up on a sand bar prior to summer of 62.  The President's Dad and two others were named. I don't recall the other two as I didn't recognize the names. As a Sophmore, I hadn't known  all the older kids in a HS of 2400 students nor all the adults in the KK and others wrapped up in racial hatred.. Both the birthers and the supporters of the President are 'mad'  at me. The birthers don't want him to be eligible to be and heis and there is no proof of fraud on his part when a baby is never told the truth and all fraud was committed by 1963, by deceased relatives.  What may come is justice for three dead.
I have  e-mailed all my postings to the white house and campaign and no one ever asked me to not continued sharing my eye witness account after I started 7/26/12 and in daily recaps since. I would never have gone public if my own life and livelihood was not caught up in this as knowing too many things. Plus the awful things siad that are untrue, and the speculations are horrendous and inflames those who don't like the President or his policies any way. Something Congress is to take care of. I reposted a few more recaps today plus an e-mail to the Sec of state of California.
 Ks needs to solve this as they have the records. We don't need Congress tied up on this as too much very crucial business has to be done and there are some good new elected officials from both parties that we need to support to solve these for the 'general welfare of the people.'
We have suffered greatly because of the business that got stopped from trying  to get Pres Clinton out of office that I knew would never happen over an affair and a lie of  which is not a "high ' crime and a Democratic Senate. We ended up in a decade of undeclared war, too many injured an lives lost and few winners to date. The work that Congress was investigating then got stopped  and maybe that was the intent. The Crooks didn't want the work of Congress to succeed. They may not want this Congress to succeed either.
One thing no one seems to have ever    considered beside the need to prove intent. as I said to one person in The Sec of California;office today: When one is told by their family where they were born and later on is handed a birth record; how does one know it's all a lie when it comes from a loved one? One doesn't. His mother died still a witness to three murders and subject to be called to testify if ever there was a trial. Now we have witness protectiongprograms. What will happen if a child of one of those families decides to run for President some day? We going to have birthers filing law suits to get the federal records opened?. Today, hopefully,  this would have generated an investigation and some kind of criminal resolution.But that was then, when too often the law enforcement were the KKK and  involved in the murders in too many areas of this nation. Ks was just more' invisible' than in the deeper south but the hatred was and is still real among a few. I don't think the Truth is going to hurt the President if it ever truly comes out.Some of those who have gossiped and made a lot of money off of false stores may be ashamed of themselves when they learn the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  Also posted is a copy of my filing with the Sec of State Bowen of California,but I may need to file as a friendly brief with the courts. The Hawaii records  are not the real ones. And why hasn't any one noticed the name is not Soetoro on it? Which is what happens when one is adopted by their step father, even if in another Nation such as Indonesia. . As for the social security number: I have worked for social secuirty since 1968.  There is no way this has not been resolved with them years ago and is now beyond the statute of limitations for any charges. He could never have filed a tax return or gotten a refund  if name and number did not match. And  Getting  ANOTHER'S NUMBER COULD HAVE HAPPENED ALTHOUGH RARE, BEFORE EVERYTHING WAS DONE THROUGH COMPUTER SYSTEMS. Or did the CIA or other Intelligence agancies use stolen numbers, which Congress should look into that ifits an issue..  I have no direct knowledge of his case.. Just the procedures and routines which I used daily on my job. These birthers backed by some really big money and associated with some of those stealing our tax dollars as written about above; just keep stirring people up with non issues and misinformation as to how the policies and practices of the govt works.Any women ever filed a tax return under their new name and not get their refund until they went to Social Security and got thieriname changed on the records to the new name?. Same principle.
As for the first three numbers of an SSN number.(at the time) That only indcates the office in which you applied and how old it might be is the second two. As a student in NY he may have well got off the train in CT and stopped by an office and filed.
The election is over and he is the President for four years and Congress needs to get busy and either pass what he wants, or counter with their own laws or have a meeting of the minds somewhere in between as Congresses have done  for a couple of hundred years now before such humongous money got into the mix to persuade special interests of a few over the most of us and the nation.

We have a census every ten years and its supposed to be done accurately and with out bias.  The reason for the census was not for marketing, or to find out personal info about the people which it has evolved into . A lot of personal info including how many bathrooms one has , if they have one, and how much money they make.
With threats of jail if all this personal info is not revealed. The purpose was to count so that we could elect one Representative for a certain number of people.
 In recent years more and more of this has been contracted out to those unaccountable contractors. and its sold for marketing, etc and our economy depends on it being accurate as well as how many each State gets to send to the House of Representatives to get all those 'ear marked goodies' sent back to each district. How to get our tax dollars back, since people have to pay idividually as well as companies.
Over the last years we kept getitng  picked in on going sampling as it no longer every ten years, its when ever Congress wants to help out business or whatever other purpose.
I learned that our whole housing development and others  has not been down for 2010 nor for 2000. We lost a Congressman that had helped me a lot and others with an excellent staff who knew what needed to be done to facilitate and solve problems citizens were having with the govt.
I began to suspect that for at least two decades we have not had an accurate count and some may have gained or lost congressional seats over this. I have posted this on line over the last year. There is a master map that govt contractros cant alter. Good! But neither are they filing reports to get it corrected when new streets and homes are built, etc. They don't even know what streets are here nor the name of our street and we've   5 different versions of street name  and census workers showing up trying to find non existent streets that were never put in all over a decade ago. . Our development was never finished when the houshng bubble burst. And before that we had lost some good paying Jobs by the hundreds in our area to over seas cheap labor and people couldn't afford a little better new home with acreage. We do not have any mansions here. But a person with a solid middle class income would be able to afford it Those Jobs lost and we still have vacant lots and houses in the area. and prices are going up again as the cheaper homes are taken as rented or bought.  So again, Congress has let themselves be bamboozled.
The birthers are right, the documents don't add up and the Hawaii record isn't the real one. If only Orly Taitz would have asked for the court order back in 9/12 in Shawnee County courthouse and ended this. But if the intent is to sidee track the people and Congress, please don't let that happen. This nation can't go through this. If something more comes to light  other than the Truth as known by me and others, then Congress will have to decide what to do about it. I don't think it will. Instead we may be dealing  with our past history that we tried to forget without having justice and not overcoming our past. Repentance is part of redemption. Then we can go forward and never let another human being be treated inhumanely again. We don't have to like or agree with everyone. But we are social beings and are  meant  to care about each other.Govt needs to be about the business of a hand up and not a hand out and that is true caring. If Govt has to get involved, then govt needs to do what is need to help those not be in a situation that the govt has to be involved. That's freedom . I like having our tax dollars build roads and bridges we all use and all the other things we collectively ask our representatives to see are provided. And we ask them to do it the best for all and the most cost effective way.  Letting the rich get more corproate welfare than the poor seems to be an imbalance of the balance of powers in our Constitution.
