Little cooler and had to put on heat last night as got into the 40's. Nice today but Cold weather is fore casted but no rain in forecast. People a couple counties over said they heard two sounds like big sonic booms in the sky. now that Jesse Ventura has 'blown the whistle' on private industry taking control of the skies and heavens, anything can and apparently has been  going on.Those with big money and power don't seem to understand we have rules for the general welfare of the people and of course no one will get any warning as this is more secret than any govt project as not even Congress will or has the power to over see it?
Doyle and I worked on months of Federal Blues appeals and in order to save postage as its got to go certified mail  we listed all  the claims numbers on Explanation of benefits and dates of service. I realized that several claims this year that got paid, although incorrectly as secondary to Medicare and no labeled as medical subbrogation to recover from OWCP; were 2009 claims paid in 2012 and then only because I filed them. Earlier this year I had asked for help from a person at HHS in Dallas ( there are some good people there, but not in charge;) and I had received a print out of years of claims the Medicare claims processor Trailblazer had paid not once but 17 times. I got one copy on my real claim number and then the person who sent them had started printing out some more on paid on one or two of the phony claim numbers, then stopped or was stopped?.  i Do have written proof of the 17 claims numbers creaed and on which all claims for 1/06 through last years were paid on each and the Medicare Trust fund debited by the Federal Reserve on each..First real proof in writing other than records of phone calls as 1-800 Medicare (Vangent Inc) now owned by General Dynamics ) had competed and then 500 fraud reports never were sent to OIG Director Levenson and he goes into Congress and lies and say the  partners are doing a great job as he physically doesn't have the fraud reports which I'm told number in the thousands before General Dynamics told their employees never to see fraud again. (Levenson did have written proof and persoanl calls from me so he knew as well as the witnesses of the collusion to defraud by high ranking Medciare officials in the Dallas Regional CMS office who can stop any investigation from that high level, too.)). That's even though they are going to be the first party to detect it when someone calls about an anomaly on a summary report sent to a beneficiary and their govt contract requires them to report.
 So 1000 people now out of work in our area from Trailblazers who lost their contract only to have the top leaders in the company get jobs with the new company and they are the ones suspected in the trillion dollar theft of which amount stolen by stealing my claims and id is only 4 million dollars so far. and if I don't find legal counsel will be required to go to court by 2014 to recoup the govt's money as Congress will not let any one in a govt contractor be audited, prosecuted and the patient has to do the criminaland civil investigations without the benefit of real appeals that develop the evidence nor a civil right manager allowing even an answer to the complaints. Gov contractors are not udder HIPPAA and the civil rights office won't allow any separate answer or if something more sinister going on?. No answers allowed on civil rights complaints if a govt contractor might get 'exposed?'  Remember patient is liable for monies stolen by others and Social Security will not issue the waiver letters as they agreed to do since 2005 like one can get on a stolen credit card. I filed Forn 632 anyway  as "against equity and good conscience" and did not give income and resource info as not required for this kind and no answer and  form "crimianlly" 'disappeared' more than once. SSA OIG not permitted by highest levels to investigate misue of social security number rfor theft as required by law to do so.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; Then left a comment on "Minute Man" site.  wrote on article of "here is Sheriff Joe Arapaoi?" And I called his administrative office and asked if he had gone to Topeka Ks to find the pesident's real birth records and solve three 50+ year old murders. We talked for some time and I left name , phone number, etc. I did not give president'sreal dad's name. We don't need this in the Inquirer or other media  until we know if President knows or even the real Dad's extended family as I don't know if his family ever knew of the pregnancy. Bad enough to lose a loved one in a racial hate covered up crime and have this kind of personal info blasted everywhere with fore knowledge . And this bit of info was only relayed to me by my Mother whom Ann, his Mother had told her, but I was aware of the gossip frernzy in the community over them being a couple. My Mother , Florence hardy m her great aunt by marriage had gdnshp and saw her through the pregnacy and took her to Forbes Air Force base Hospital to have him, etc.
Neither side is happy with me as I'm only after the truth and that setting everyone free of lies and intrigues of the last 50- years and justice for three dead. Plus there is some conections to what is and has happened to us over what I know and that makes it imperative to speak out. I don't think the President would be hurt politically by this and many are again raising money to check out non issues. INTENT has to be proven and no one has proven any intent to defraud on part of the president. If he knew and didn't say, that's another matter, but one has to have known his maternal grandmother and how her 'elongated racial tirade' could stop  and intimidate any one and she could control using it if one was not aware of what was occurring. I underatood she  was another person who knew just how bad things were and possibly knew more about her own family's actions then many of us would be aware. Bad and horrible things were done before the era of civil rights exposed and allowed some kind of justice to occur for all in this nation. How ironic that the first American President of part color should have an ancestry from those  who opposed integration and had held deep seated racial hatred for too long.  Plus their affiliations with the Socialist party in Kansas which was very strong in those years. I can understand how and whys of some things and am trying to share these here since 7/26/12 and in the daily recaps.   There must be  a master Planner Deity. I don't agree with all the politics and put a lot of blame on Congress for ever allowing the office of the President to become as powerful as it has become over the last few decades and unbalanced our system where the greater power is supposed to be in Congress.
US CELLULAR HACKED?: About 11:00 AM we started getting calls from 580 area code. In OK almost the entire rural area of OK has the same area code. Tulsa and OKC have their own for their areas. It could be from a neighbor or from 500 miles away. I picked up the phone a couple of times and no one on it but there was a click as if a hang up. The phone numbers varied throughout the day. but all started 580-305
Doyle and I had to finish the Fed Blues appeals and then I laid down and after supper and a few more calls came; went online and got the list of calls and began a search for who they were. Usually if its a telemarketer there are comments on line and who they are and I have commented , too.  These were cell phones from US cellular and that's what the called ID said.
I decided to call the numbers as maybe it was someone trying to reach someone in the family, although the numbers varied and all were from Frederick OK hundreds of miles from here near the four corners area near NM and Colorado. i stated calling the list. The first one was a number not in service. Yet that number had just  called us. Then I reached a man in a factory .I explained why Icalled and gave him my full name and even referred him to my online sites. I called the next number and got him again. This amazed both of us. The next was a woman who said that her phone was not even working at the time we had received the call. and so on for a few more. I then decided to try and report this to US cellular.
No Phone numbers to report a major problem with the basic grid of their company. Finally left mes age with their press dept  No one home. Then one of the parties called me back from Frederick. and she said she had not hung up on me and I said I didn't either.we just got disconnected. Some of the other numbers were numbers not assigned to any one either. All from Frederick OK. Finally I called the Kiosk in Durant walmart and he said he had no idea whom to call but did learn these phones use cell towers. Must be something wrong with the one in Frederick and so I';m suspecting a hacking. Its as if all the cell phones in that Town were calling me and were others getting calls? I call FCC and no one home. Finally I called Homeland security cyber crimes and no one home there  was an emergency number to call if there was a problem with a cell tower. I called and  said I can't reach any one at US cellular and this has been going one for almost 7 hours and( before I began writing this got another call.) He acted as if I was the only one that all the phone numbers in Frederic were calling. (Is he saying that I am a target of some kind of govt conspiracy and  someone decided to use all the US cellular phone numbers in one town and call us?) If , so that would be a hacking and breach of security as no one should be able to do that. Also if any of the people have calls to us on their phone bill or counts as their minutes contact me, as you have my number, and I will sign an affidavit of what  happened or they can just print out this comment and send it in. That is theft, too. Finally iIdid get a little persuasive and when I mentioned social security's computers had been hacked for a decade which we verified about a few weeks ago and still no one has corrected the problem or contacted me from SSA nor issing data worked;. so HOMELAND SECURITY is NOT into the  business of protecting the HOMELAND? What are they doing? The man I talked to did say he would call US Cellular. Apparently they do have the number to call if there is problem with a cell tower or they have been hacked into. Obvious their computer system has 'blown a gasket' and that could be serious if one had a life and death emergency and couldn't reach help. 'Or AL queda or the aliens' invaded their town of Frederick and phone calls started being received here..  or any where else. Whom would we call? Most people don't have the time to go online and check out who is calling them, etc. We don't either! Got the rest of the govt to straighten out to get my few medical bills paid for correctly.
We the people pay for others to be in charge of these matters. We pay taxes and all of us do. Our long distance service bill is almost 50% taxes of one kind or another plus all the other taxes that are paid attached to this product or another.And what we buy, a part of that is paid in taxes or the seller pays taxes on the profits made from the sale. We all are taxpayers and if those we hire to take care of these things will  not do so, Certainly do';t want any more unaccountable contractors hired at even greater costs. No head of an agency makes any where near what the CEO's of these contractors do.

" [Representative and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included  within this Union, according to their respective Numbers,  which shall be determined  by adding to the whole  Numbers of free Persons, including those bound to  Service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other persons.]" Slavery is not mentioned as the 'pesons' that count 3/5ths. Indians not subject to taxes at all. They were not considered  citizens. Indians had a lower statues in the Union than slaves?  States were to collect the money form the people and it doesn't say how and then send some in to the federal govt. When Income tax and other federal taxes were passed, then people paid these taxes directly to thef ederal govt. states rights were intercepted in the matter? Individuals, and later corporations and other entities were now dealing with a federal bureaucracy directly without the states to be our advocate. Even now there is a common sharing of data and info between states an the feds of what each persons and entity files and pays. Another reason to spend big lobbying money in Washington ,DC and not at the local stste capitol.
The number of representatives from each state is done by population and the numbers used for the federal taxes are the numbers for how many representatives there will be.  Women can't vote and can't be a representative but, are counted? as a person?
Our constitution really is alive and can be changed as society changes. All humans are now counted as persons and all have citizen ship rights and can vote with a few restrictions of age and some states do deny some convicted criminals from doing so and some only while incarcerated. We have the precious right to govern ourselves and our vote holds the ultimate power in this nation. Yet , sorrowfully, not every one does.A few have a conscientious objection , but they \do not account  for the large numbers who never reigister and less that do vote. Its so easy to do as many can do it by absentee ballot. Just received a one page form all completed to signn and have two people wintess and send it back and all the ballots for next years will be mailed to me. I get it weeks early ,can sit down and go aonline, talk to others ad decide whom to vote for, mark it and mail it in. Its put in a separate envelop from the outer ones so its still my 'secret'.  And if one wnats tot change parties, as I did this year to vote for a person who had personally helped me some in the past, I did so on line. NO EXCUSE for a right that less than a hundred years ago over 50% of this nation didn't even have the right to govern ourselves. When the people don't show their power, then money becomes the power. Thnak about that the next time any one is ;too busy to bother; while they work and pay taxes and have not made the ffort to help decide who is going to spend those taxes that are being collected from each of us every day..
Those who have a pesonal reason for not voting, please pray or think good thoughts for those of us trying to make the best choice for the 'general welfare of the people.'   Some good people from both parties have been elected to serve us next , year and my prayers are that they will do the job we sent them to do.
