Heat records being broken. was over 90 degrees in shade on porch today. Some breeze. And NO RAIN!
Doyle faxed to Federal Blues some claims and I got some more ready and he sent those too.
Then I sorted out some items for tomorrow. have to do Appeals, and re openings, and waiver requests on every claim as long as the illegal orders out of the unnamed party at OPM is causing havoc in our records. I don't think John Berry was ever given my letters or told? If he is involved then how does one investigate the party that can stop any investigation? I know this all starts back with Constance Horner and then continued on through Linda Springer  who did began to make some phone calls about my situation and abruptly resigned. Directors and heads of agencies come and go and the entrenched corruption remains and       may  start with a director or two earlier and they leave 'their cohort' in place as rank and file civil service and the next Director has no idea what is really going on for some time , if ever and the peoples money disappears along with their constitutional rights and lives and livelihoods are affected adversely.
So to do what is legally required,we appeal and ask for the claims to be recovered from the primaries and throaty 'everyone' s aiding and abetting at OPM goes unnamed as they follow the illegal orders to make Medicare and even the state pay for medical care by illegally altering records as to whom is primary and official status. President Obama said almost 3 years ago to have contract compliance compliant offices and I understood it was for those who have been harmed by abusive and illegal acts of govt contractors. I filed as soon as I became aware of Sec of Labor Hilda Solis's announcement and the investigator assigned seemed to think it was her job,too. Then it all got turned into another EEOC office for those who work for Govt contractors. These filings are posted here online in Violations of Civil right pages 1-41. None are doing anything and many agencies have never implemented the Directive. so we are in chaos and anarchy in too many areas and we are all suffering over it. The entrenched corruption is just so horrific? and economy being stolen by thoe Congresses have made unaccoountable.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; There are many backed by lots of money that will go after any one that gets in their road of continuing to rob the people and take away our rights. Doesn't matter if they be a low level civil servant trying to carry out their duties fairly and justly, or the President himself. And it matters not what party they belong to. I don't agree with every policy submitted or ordered, but I do see a pattern of a president trying to do some things that could work and being stopped by some very powerful entities. Instead of Congress countering with something better or holding hearings to have the experts submit ideas and solutions,its as if we've lost our self determination. And this is an international cabal trying to stop individual rights and freedoms?
Even heard about slandering our of Constitution. If there was to be a world govt, it is probably the best model of what should be the governing structure as it allows for rights of individuals as well as sovereignty of nation states. I know of no better model. It stops a world dictator from gaining  total control if the balalnce of powers is exercised as intended. Those that complain about Presidnet Obama need to direct their ire at their own Congressional delegaton to overturn or amend what is not wanted. If we are in dire straits, the if Congress doesn't act, a president is acutally required to do so. for general welfre of the people.
The birthers will not go for the truth and a subpoena was granted for the president's Occidental College records from a DC court? according to a posting in a couple of places. I did call the Counsel for the President and left a detailed message that the only issue is did he know and when did he know of his birth in Topeka KS and who his Dad is? I have noevidence he knows to this day! I have read accounts of his maternal grandmother letting out those racial tirades. That's how she stopped me from saying anything to him in 1/71. I never had anorther chance to tell him. I'm of the opinion knowing of details and circumstances of the situation, she may have done this every time he may have tried to find out or ask questions. I don't doubt her fear and with thee dead and who knows how many more 'isappeared.' by KKK and racial hate groups of the time, she well may  been justified. There seemed to have been  'fatwah' or 'hit list' for members of real Dad's family and the interracial couple only doubled the deadly scenario. In my letter to AG Holder back in 9/26/12, I asked for justice for the three dead although 50 years too late.
I was only 15 when i encountered the out of control gossip frenzy at the music festival and at 15 just didn't have the courage to stand up to it and intervene. I did try to speak out and control it. But at 15, I did not have the experience and wisdom of an adult to know what to do nor understand it was getting deadly.
I don't understand racial hatred, or hatred like that against any human being.
As a Christian, I do understand full well how Christ ended up crucified.  All he preached was justice and love for one another. Those who had bullied their way to great wealth and power weren't going to give it up to let people wanting freedom and fairness. Christ didn't teach bloody rebellionn. He was after the leadership of his own people to do what they were supposed to do as the Torah taught. 
Scholars write that in First century Judea, Rome had given a semblance of freedom of religion to exist. Although 'occupied; and not having soveringty , any rebellion would have to be  'put down' as any nation in charge wanting to maintain peace. It is written that 2 years after the Crucifixion, the Caesar of the day, asked for Christ to be brought to him to be healed. WHAT IF? We have FREE WILL! Make good choices!
Why are the birthers trying to stir things up an not end this by asking for the birth and other records out of Topeka KS? I'mm personally convinced its a scam  to collect donations and sites are already up asking for them. Maybe the only way to resolve this is for the US Justice Civil rights Division to open a full investigation of the three dead and then every one would understand very clearly how we could have a President who did not know who he was or is?
As I've written here in my daily recaps , we just had a vice president in the former administration that didn't know  his mother's family was, either and no one went after him for  connections to the VVatican,Pope John Paul II  and to Hunt Oil Company founders, his mother's cousins. I reposted more of original just after this.
Good people are getting scammed and their attention diverted from  real issues. Eligibility of the president to be that is not one of them. As Kris Kobach's staff said to me back on 9/14/12: "WE DON'T THINK HE KNOWS"  Neither side of attorneys asked to get the records and end this. And its very plausible that the President's attorney had asked to  check for Kansas records to be sure and they neglected to check that separate data base for Forbes Air Force Hospital or under the right names and were told there was none.
I called and left a message for thePresident';s counsel as well as Orly Taitz who has ignored me in the past.
JUSTICE for murdered may be what is supposed to happen to resolve this. I had made some calls to Topeka KS and no one would talk. I sensed fear. Fear that has silenced everyone that had any knowledge of any part of this for 50+ years. Without the US Attorney and Other authorities handling this, no one is going to feel true safety in talking and some assurance of immunity or confidences kept. That has to be official.
Every time I have visited Topeka Over the years, I'm aware of some deep secrets that have festered over the years. There were the 'dsappeared' whose bodies never washed up on a sand bar to prove they Didn't just run away as well as the suicides covered up in the 'sychiatric Capital of the World.' as Topeka was famous for in those years, before it becmae famous for the Case that ended segregaton.

(SECOND SENTENCE):No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty-five Years, and have been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen. "
My copy did not put a notation that he can now be he or she. But the culture of the world at the time did not give women equal rights. The original was not perfect , but it became more perfected over time and can still be made even better as we learn how to govern ourselves. to promote life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The language is archaic , but its the way documents weren written then.  We would just say be 25 and a citizen for seven years and live in the state that elected you.
Its not voting age but a little older. the Constitution has rules of age that the more responsibility one has, the older they should be. There aren't educational requirements and doen't say one has  to elect a smart person.
Its up to the people. But at age 25, one has grown up and is probably responsible for themselves and others. They've also attained some wisdom that the experience of life and working with others has been attained.
Its up to us to decide if this person also has those other special gifts that make them a good choice to send to represent us.  and one should live in the area from where they are elected. After all,they are to represent interests of the local people in Washington DC. They are the employees of the local voters.
