Daily recap 12/23/12: Sheriff Boehner?: President Obama Born In Topeka KS;
 This is a rewrite as went to post and it was doing so and lost Internet connection. Which diagnostics restored. Sun flares at night?
Warmer day for this time of year, and felt ba\etter after last 24 hours and the antibiotics are working. Its not worth the effort to get into fumes and staying home seems to be the only alternative. So family prayer group and shopping online is the answer. the weather is drastic in changes of temperature as Snow is predicted possible for Christmas. Did go ahead and order pea and been seed. as the best time to plant Snow peas usually would be mid JJanuary and hopefully someone can help get the garden rototiller over the holidays.
Doyle did some baking after church and I spent time blogging and doing some research on line still have gifts to wrap.
Family and friends are the best gifts any one could ever have over material things.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; now the Republicans want to have a secret ballot to fire Speaker of the House Boehner and others want to Impeach the President. its about time for all of them to realize that they were sent there to come up wit some solutions as they claim we are about to fall over a 'cliff.'
yet not one will pass the laws that need to be put back in place to allow internal audit controls of govt contractors as to what is happening to our monies and if its being done in a Constitutional manner AND allow criminal investigations and prosecutions if there is criminal wrong doing. How can anyone budget their money if its being stolen? or wasted?Guess common sense went out the window?
The birthers won't go after the truth and get the records from Topeka KS and now another bizarre story is winding around the Internet.
Someone claiming to be a former FBI analyst says that the President has PTSD because his Dad wanted his mother to have an abortion and then he abandoned them. UNTRUE since the Dad was murdered in a racial hate crime and was never there to abandon any one. His choices were taken from him. The facts as told by the witness , his mothe,r who was also a victim of the attack and pregnant; was that he died saving their lives. That's an act of love, not abandonment, and if he was told that untruth  then it would be very wrong. But healing can now take place if he's told the truth. Truth is often the biggest healer. And knowing the why is helpful. Real fear from KKK and his maternal relatives at Westboro do not act every nice at times, do they?
How do all these people with false stories get so much coverage and the Truth stays hidden, and I wonder if the president still has been told?

I grew up in Topeka Ks and attended and became a baptized member of the Church of the Brethren there. They later moved out to Rochester Road from 8th and Topeka Ave.
My choir director was Mrs Boehner and she was very dedicated and taught us a lot. Our choir went from second grade to 8th grade. We sang in parts and smaller children were seated with older ones who helped us find our place in the music and learn the music.We sang every Sunday.  We learned about dedication and discipline from here. The Boehners had three children. Their daughter was a little younger, than me, a son younger than the daughter and later in life they had a third child. I have not seen them for over 20 years and wish I had done better in letting  her know how much she was appreciated. When we got to Topeka HS almost all of her choir that attended there ended up in the more elite Madrigal Singers. I give her a lot of credit for this.
Her husband was from someplace  Ohio? and  at first he was in sales at Firestone and Dad bought my bicycle from him and traded in my one that had training wheels. It was just after or about the time of the cover up of the murders that he was elected Sheriff of Shawnee county and was there for several years. I tried to verify the dates on line, but it was not posted and a reference made to the State historical library for priorr sheriff's
Somehow this is interwoven in the story of the President's birth. But the details need to be investigated on this.
When Speaker Boehner was elected to that position and his bio came out, I was shocked to here a familiar story of his upbringing. Its almost identical to the story of the  former Sheriff of Shawnee County. Coincidence or are they related in some way? As soon as Doyle and I get some of the filings done we have to do to stay ahead of this govt corruption and get our medical care paid for by the correct parties so we don't have liens on our property and not have to file bankruptcies because the govt can't enforce its own laws and collect back to Medicare what is due when the patient can't do what the entire govt can't without an act of Congress. Medicare is not brok if all the various other health pans and insurances were made to pay back what is due they have finagled their way out of paying and doing it by breaking the law. Congress are you paying attention to simply putting back in place some basic laws that somehow got changed over the last decade or so?
I re posted some of the earlier  postings and will keep doing so and repeat and hopefully can get into some of those older records and find some more info. when I went through all of my parents records after they passed on , I wasn't thinking about a birth of a  presidentt of the United States as he wasn't even in the US Senate yet.
Personally, Ii wish some of those whining and wanting to get rid of everyone that doesn't agree on all points would cut it out.. Passing the bill taking away individual rights was pretty bad by both parties. So maybe it will have to be the new Congress and new people that will have to settle this for the 'general welfare of the poeple' so all can have life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE I SECTION 5 (continued sentence by sentence analysis)
" Neither House, during the session of Congress, shall,  without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which  the two Houses shall be sitting."
Once they are in session there is no sneaking off to meet in secret form the other  so if one passes a bill the other can;t be found to give it to for them to vote on. They have to stay and finish the business of the people Sometimes it does drag on when there is no agreement but they have to stick to it as the business of the people has to be done.They can go for three days so that allows a break, but that's all.  We have seen this in recent times with  a couple of State legislatures; some  leaving their state to avoid staying and voting on something.
They are elected to conduct serous business and the Constitution demand it be done.
