Daily Recap 12/2/12: Hiring Rule makers: President Obama Born In Topeka KS. Unbearably hot for this time of year. We put away our A/C's weeks ago and no sign of rain at all in sight. 80's on the front porch. But the official sites say less than that. what does the govt know?  spent the day resting and blogging some on Western Journalism and on Twitchy. I found that site pretty bad. But tried to set that right with the truth. They need to spend their energy going after their own Representatives in Congress who have the power to cut off the money if the President does something they don't like. or overturn executive orders and regulations. We have to get this big money of this . But it starts with us not allowing the big money to side track us into issues that are really non issues.  Too many have forgotten they work for us.  Tomorrow,

Hard to believe but another new show about the end of the world coming soon tonight. . May catch it later, but as A Christian I have a promise of salvation and that He will stop any total destruction. All most of us can do is be prepared in case of any disaster and have extra food, etc on hand just in case the electricity goes off.
It does make one realize that if the cars don't run, how will one get any where? And where can one go any way?
The last thing we need is the griping and feuding going on in Congress. We have real problems and we sent you all there to figure something out and you are going to have to tell all your special interests they may not get their corporate welfare checks as the middle class is tired of paying to help billionaires make more money. Our compassion allows us to help those less fortunate but we want programs that are a hand up and not a hand out and do not enslaved generations into poverty. Reagan's work fare got shoved aside as the big international cabal took those jobs as govt contracts. Otherwise the work of govt could be supported by those working off their welfare and food stamps and other govt aid checks for those that are able bodied while gaining some skills and a resume for the future. When govt has to intervene, then govt needs to go 'the second mile' as up front investment in a person means them able to hhelp the next person once they are self sufficient again. That's freedom.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS;; I am really suspicious of this birther movement and those behind it. And some of the info I have garnered connects them to the banksters. Western Journalism posted a video of the president 's selective service cards. and Twitchy made fun of him taking a bus ride, alone to honor Rosa Parks and that site was horrible in some of the hateful things said.
 I do not agree with many things going on politically, but we need to be focusing on petitioning our govt on laws and issues and budgets and the real things that if passed could harm a lot of us in any ways as well as our nation.
After this I will re post more of the eyewitness account and circumstances of the President 's birth in Topeka ks. I have had to really stop my self from naming the real Dad today, but I didin't. I only know because of the gossip frenzy in the community and at Topeka HS as well as My mother was told by his mother. I did know know and his body was one of the three named in the Topeka Journal as washing up on the banks of the Kansas river.
One has no idea what real terrorism looks like unless one sees it first hand. Unlike 9/11 when the nation pulled together and wanted justice for parties from another land; the real terrorism of the past rode white sheets and came in the dark of night and often under their sheets were the law enforcement badges they wore in their jobs in broad day light. There was no jusrtice in many areas. Victims fled for safety as there was no place to turn to. but get way. The reach was long in those times and membership in the KKK was growing fast and hatred spurred on by gossip got even worse when an interracial teenage couple decided to be together.
Ks and Topeka was not considered the deep South. the hot war was there, but too often carefully hidden, as they tried to be the model of integration. In the deep south one expected things to happen more , Ks not so much if one was new to the area. There were no separate bathrooms in public places and things looked integrated but invisible boundaries did exist and were not to be crossed and when they were; terrible things happened, including uninvestigated murders.
I have began to wonder why so little is understood about our legal system. doesn't any one ever watch Judge Judy? In order to convict someone for fraud one has to prove they knowingly committed it.
How does any one know where they were born? Your parents told you! You accepted their word for it. Eventually you may be shown some documents and never question their authenticity. Then things get murky. And often in this world, one does not live with both of their real parents and may never know exactly who they are.
If one is loved and cared for , there may be no yearning to know more. But when one decides to run for public office, or needs to do legal things in this modern world, then one just has to know the Truth and at least some of the basics. Why wasn't the president told? I know as of 1/71, I was stopped from saying anything by his maternal grandmother and in my personal opinion, she was fearing her own past more than the fear for the president's safety or his mother. Or did she know much more of what her own family was like and the far reach . I have no doubt the fear was real and may well have been very justified.
The perfect scenarios was in place in 9/12 for all the truth to come out. Orly Taitz had filed papers with State of Ks saying that president should not be on the ballot and I filed an affidavit with them saying why I knew he should. Eye witnesses are valid legal documents and testimony.  The state searched for over an hour for records. The Forbes Air force base Hospital land was not in the city limits of Topeka ks then, and is now closed and apparently is a separate dataabase. If the president or any of his lawyers ever asked for this , they may not have found the records if they were looking under names they knew or in the separate place.. I was able to give them name of real dad, marriage date to Obama Sr and murder of real dad info,  before birth.All this rebuts the presumption that husband is the Dad for those trying to make something out of Obama Sr being from Kenya. Kris Kobach, who no one really knew who he was until after that day, went in and told the judge  the president was eligible to be on the ballot, but he couldn't say how he knew this. The whole world jumps on him thinking he is accepting the Hawaii records. Orly Taitz, whom I had contacted and posted my affidavit so she could read it on 9/14/12 and I did have an e-mail to sungard site. Look up who that is. the company that controls the money of the world. She did not ask for the court order. The judge did not dismiss the case. I am truly convinced that Ms Taitz is being paid to only prove ineligibility and she was in a position to prove he  really was eligible. and was not permitted to do so.
If she had, then the questions for the next few weeks would have been, did you know and when did you know it? when you filled out all your nomination papers saying birth in Hawaii, etc. 
I've been employed by Social Security since 1968 and in my early years, many people did not have birth records and other documents, and we had procedures and other guidelines in place  to treat everyone with  justice and fairly and find records to back up their rights,etc. Could this all go back to a predecessor of Kris Kobach in Ks who did not check the Forbes records and under name no one may have known at the time of checking which , if one doesn't;t know who their daddy is might have occurred, and  the record never got sent to him. If so, Sec Of State Kris Kobach, send the president his records, please!
As I stated in my affidavit , I know or have no knoweldge that the president has known the Truth and intended to deceive when applying his papers to get on the ballot. As far as I know this was all done long ago by deceased relatives. No one else has come forward with proof as birther movement knows about Topeka s ks and the truth and they are hidng it?Why?
I think it very fitting to honor ones ancestors as the president did taking a bus ride to honor Rosa Parks. Any one who stood up to real injustice has to be honored. One does not have to agree with the politics, but hatred is not the way to show it. Constructive action petitioning all our elected officials is the way.
I do wish this matter could be laid to rest. I don't have the money and am not anywhere near KS to do this.
Fear exists there, yet as I have written about and I've gotten some nasty remarks myself since I went public.  But some of my current situation of injustice and unfair treatment is, in part all related to what I know and its more than just the birth of the President and circumstances surrounding it.
CONSTITUTION OF USA: "ARTICLE I , SECTION 1.All legislative powers herein granted  shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist  of a senate and House of representatives. "
been sharing the Ten commandments ha\as a radical secular document, then the bill of Rights as  a Faith document and now the constitution. A plan for governing that ut the most diverse group of people to ever be under one system. With all kinds of faiths and sects and opinions about everything that often were radically different. And still are! It is a constitution that says we are all to work together to do those things that society needs to do as a unit for the welfare and protection of all. We the people are the rulers. We send people to a legislative body to decide what the rules should be that we are to live by and we expect them to be as un intrusive as possible so that life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of each of us is not usurped.  The real power is to place it in the Congress and if they do not do their job then the tenuous balance of powers can be shifted to one President or to 9 sitting on a supreme  court telling us yes or know everytime a law is passed or someone say the laws are not fair or wants the law overturned. No wonder there is so much money spent trying to convince congressional members to do what the most money wants, and not what the most people want done. TOMORROW:  We can fire you!
