In '06, Lincare was told by Affilated computer services, who controls OWCP that I had a million dollars to pay for my medical care and Lincare didn't believe I didn't. My and others understanding is it would be in some kind of trust at OPM for Blues to pay owcp bills paid at 100%. @ 6 high level parties had access. Letters for copy of check @ details go unanswered.Now with Blues being told an ending date that jibes with the ending of the job of Chief of employment standards who gave the contract to ACS and told them and me that I was old and not to post file and they still follow his orders. OIG, OPM suspected an embeazzlement ring but no investigation. On line is a lit of posting about acs and birberuy scandals and caused them to be baought out by Xerox and Lynn Blodgett put in charge. I posted letter at washingtonpost.com asking for assistance in getting my file posted to carry out US D of labor's judges orders to use my records and as they'd set aside the reason my wage loss was stopped due to 4 year of records disappeared at Dallas OWCP office and reg comm had laughed at me and said he stole them to make it look like I'd gone to work in 1990. The obvious became an unknown til 2/09. Medical benefits are not dependent on getting wage -- loss. Now Blues is trying to say they didn't obstruct payment of medical care when they did and even called MCOB and had the official DOL posting. They have started paying a lttle for getting the tanks filled from mfg but medciare reuires a supplier. And doctors, hospitals can't get the blues to pay the co-pays after medciare and i've had to file protectiive filings and Blues won't accept this. requests to blues and saying bills were timely filed and i've followed up timely on them with no response. i have other doctors and labs that have never gotten the co-pays as Blues was refusing to take the respoiinse from medciare after trailblazers paid them to pay the co-pays. My letters went? And billing service after billing service has cost me my medcial care as they got bamboozled into beliveing I had no Blues when all they had to do was mail them a copy of the medciare summary notice. I shouldn't go without medcial care and they wthout payment due to malfesence. i've repeatedly referred to the million and asked HCA Illionois, OK , Tx, Nm Blues to answer what knoweldge they have of this provision and if they had the million. When they won't answer- did someone in their company steal? They defame and lie about the facts? The letter from Blues that was the last party who had the 5 million = and that includes the stolen 4 miiilion by paying each medciare cliam 17 times at trailblazers. then there is the missing $7000 in part b medicare preimiums and the hearing file to get that found was taken by Acs and disppeared too; ACS in control of OWCP/ i'm just an old, disabled woman form rural Ok and bieng told that in order for me to live i have to singlemhandedly staighten out the whold govt. Help is needed and its NOT Donations; its the legal help form the parties who are in charge and need to do their jobs and for the political appointees to not only allow the jobs to be done by order it done. Eveything that's happened to me has been reported as pervasively happening to others. Many don't have the years aof experience around the govt to ask the right questions. In my case I'[m stting here swamped with so many letters to send , etc. that this reponse will be signed and sent out to many and there is a ruling that its legal filing. If medciare is to pay, ust code it for recovery from the primaries; but with the million secuirely in the system- the preiums disappear as now ACS has not coded for owcp involvement at SSA and ACS took the hearing file out of the judge's office and it disappeared so a judge with subpoena power could have granted some to solve all this.Linda Joy Adams
