Flaws in SEC document-shredding policy affirmed by watchdog - Defense - GovExec.com This is what one OIG after another's directors have said to me in the agencies where my personal files ' disappeared', a felony and no ' coincidence when its been an on- going practice for 23 1/2 years: The POLICY: is NO SECURITY ON FILES IN GOVT OFFICES,  NO INVESTIGATIONS OF CRIMES EVEN IF THE INTENT  to commit the felony is to cause physical harm and death which is what occurs when the files missing obstruct life sustaining medical care and allow rumor and gossip to be spewed out as fact. Homeland security is only for those coming and going from a locked secured federal work site. There is no security allowed inside. And the intentional crimes and thefts and deaths continue along with abuse of power which is what causes deaths and thefts and physical harm to individuals. SO NO SECURITY EXISTS AND if the outcry is bad enough, as happened in the Dallas OWCP office  a decde ago; then the federal officials are not allowed to see files or computer records until a govt contractor decides what can be posted and seen; making them the ' decoder of facts' even ' overturning appellate judges remand orders which is what is done when they are not posted  so they can be seen by the federal officials charged with carrying out the orders. Remember, when investigations get to the highest level; the  head of the agency or facility can order no OIG investigation be done to keep out of jail, themselves. Why contract out the files to a contractor: Congress gave them immunity from crimes and they can't be internally audited.  An international , mega conglomerate founded in Dallas in 1983 ( Bible Prophecy preachers say a lot about that date, but few relate it to a coup d'etat of the USA) has taken control of most federal data and files and many state and locals and of other nations and will be tallying our votes in 11/12 in Spain.  Before one say medicare did something or Social Security did something; ask the question. Are these the govt officials that did this or theirr unaccountable contractors. Forget any appeals: the govt contractors do the initial levels and they don't answer them so your civil rights of redress in front of a real federal judges some day is ' gone.' and often they judges turned their files over to the same contractor and they decide what the judge should see and may end p in a dismissal as the judge is ' controlled' by not even see what one's appeal form or attached statement and documents are. So the investors of the federal reserve found a company and take over the govt and  in recent years has engaged in blatant stealing of id and claims and looting of public monies. Will one person in Congress stand up and introduce a simple bill to reinstate what always used to be: all entities and persons subject to the same laws; commit a crime you can be investigated and prosecuted and if you get public monies to spend; you can and will be internally audited. That means checking hard drives to detect illegal offline computer systems and the ' second set of books' that are currently being with held from the contract auditors that only review what the ' theif' wants them to see.  No one in Congress seems concerned that our sovereignty has been turned over to them. All we get is budget cuts and rationed health care to make up for the blatant and on- going thefts and human rights abuses. As for those who think electing a ' new savior' is the answer for President? We could actually end up with someone much worse than the current occupant.The groundwork has been laid; president's don't have to publicly chastised US supreme court judges anymore if they don't vote as the president wants-- Congress just passed a law that give our president's the right to assassinate and replace them for '"harming the people as 'terrorists.' " And few in Congress even protested as they voted in a complete coup d'etat.' All is needed now is for the USA to be bamboozled into voting in a real ' Hitler,' and not just a puppet who may still have a conscience and refuse to do the ultimate wrongs. 95% need to register and vote and vote your conscience. Its not whom we elect but the string presence at the ballot box that can turn this around. And we have to keep this up for at least a decade so those elected will know we are the boss in the USA and not a few wealthy, elite who have amassed great wealth through unethical acts and too often blatant theft and worse. ( Those who  don't vote due to conscience; please pray for the rest of us to pick the better of the lot.) Ask the question: would this person order my death or steal from me. Ron Paul is the only one that wants to keep us out of more wars.; and his support is dwindling. The money for war means rationed health care, food, water, education of our children and all the other things public monies would have been spent on.
