Seventh GSA employee sentenced in bribery and kickback scheme - FederalTimes.com injuries and deaths at the ADP building in J C, NJ  and on - going fight for life and medical care continues 23 1/2 years later. This building was owned by Hartz mountain and after badly injured we learned the building couldn't;t have passed federal , state or local inspectors legally.  we were on the  top floor with no exit out of building but locked doors to stairwell and a few management were given keys. The alarms kept going off of gas buildup and we were told it was an error and they got turned off and toxic fumes that building up in 1./89 weren''t detected by a turned off detector. Few of us knew little about modern building construction and it became deadly  for many. Workers comp doesn't require us to know; as the law and govt entities have persons in hired to make sure lives aren't harmed. No body ever was arrested for intentional deaths and grave harm. No justice for federal employees and now I'm told there was a million dollars transferred between agencies for my medical care and its missing and the OPM OIG says they've been denied the right to investigate these complaints for years and this means no medical provider or supplier is allowed to know whom to bill and Kay Cole James, past director of OPM ( per witnesses: ordered my death and she' never been arrested for threats and intentional harm that was done to me by ordering a hospital to let me lie for days with no oxygen to see if i would die.) I never regained what health i did have from that and they picked a weekend my doctor was out of town. The ER doctor Had given me a prescription for oxygen and got the low saturation rate and the hospital was ordered to withhold it and the records. if it had not been for a billing clerk having faxed the records to Tulsa blues, I wouldn't be here as i couldn't have gotten any one to pay as the gov requires organ failure to induced in those who have toxic/chemical type injuries to get a low sat rate.  The file at owcp, who had been paying, file had been riffled and four years of records missing to make it look like i had no returned to work to be tortured in 1990. with EEOC sanctions against HHS for doing this. The regional commissioner for US dept of labor in Dallas, Mr. Walker laughed at me on the phone and said he was the one that took the records and laughed. He confessed to a felony and attempted murder? But he has the poser to not let OIG for DOL in Dallas investigate. as its ' political ' decision and  Justice dept listens to him and not me and that's a joke.I.e. you must prove you will die. The heart monitor keep sending out alarms for dangerous condition and they finally came in an turned it off. welcome to 2014 when 300 million Americans came under these contractors running the federal health plans. You may not survive! I'm sitting here tonight reconstructing govt files that have constantly disappeared in their offices and federal work sites for over 23 years,. That's a felony each time, but no one is allowed to investigate and this obstructs my medical care which almost happened this week when my mammogram turned up with an abnormality and the hospital called and ordered me not to come for appt as the computers are so messed up coverage on three plans couldn't be verified. I said: you're lying and i'm coming and you will deny me treatment especially since I've had two siblings die of breast cancer and a third have it. ( I called blues and got M. on the phone who i've tlked to several times over the years and she was to call them as we traveled to the hospital and i got there 1 min befoethe test and no one said anything, even when i added the statment over my signature that I was no respinsible for bill ths werent billed to ins an and health plans and not appealed . and used a stamp i have with my three claim numbers on it.  What was getting documented is  side effects of  workers comp medications as doctors tried to get dosages correct. I finally got the gluco steroid dosage right by using my glucose meter to check levels and seems to be holding steady but I did increase a cup size on bra and had to buy a new one. I had written this on the forms i filled out at the hospital but the doctor did not get it? and said that since 2007 the changes were  dramatic/ every  year. This is supposed to be covered under preventative care under Blues, but few of the packages ever get done for patients, at least in my family.   And this is really federal workers comp but that's under the total control of Affiliated computer services and even the three appellate judges that ordered them to accept my reocrds so file could be worked is ' thrown away' and claims examiner not permitted to have files  in 5 different agencies. There'ss over 5 million missing as Medicare which is third payer has violated their contract with Us dept of Labor and their contractor, Group health which owns the Medicare computer has constantly allowed ' everyone' to change the legal line up and then they claims processors like trailblazers used an illegal offline system  and phony Medicare claim number  and charged diagnosis codes on the claims so workers comp could be ignored even one payment made this way is theft as it must be coded for recovery direct form owcp after paid. That means I and medical provider are not overpaid and Medicare is required by law to enforce recovery and they won't o that to the tune of over a trillion dollars owed back by actions of the ' partners' of Medicare. contract enforcement is negative and US dept of labor contract office didn't even realize they had  a contract with Group health. Even if there is no money exchanged, its still a contract and life sustiaing medical care is obstructed when  medical coverage can't be readily verified. Welcome to 2014. This is the arguments that didn't get presented to the US supreme court this week. Congress has given immunity from prosecution and no internal audits are allowed of ALL govt contractors and one congressional study done almost 4 years ago by Congressman Stark's Medicare committee indicates up wards of a million dead just because changing diagnosis codes creates a fraudulent medical history of the national data base which can't get corrected as govt contracts aren't under HIPPAA. so enter an Emergency or see a doctor that's too busy to take a medical history or get your records from other doctors and you could end up dead or as I did treated like garbage and denied care when I had a super bacterial infection that had caused pressure on optic nerve and other serious problems. And even if you just try to explain, you are a ' problem'. And may be shocked what gets written up about you whch is false just so someone can explain why they wern't able to get a patient to refuse care and leave and die.All any one would give me was a narcotic which I refused since heart and lung patients are not to mask pain until problems are located and treated. That really made them mad! The national data base didn't reflect any of my severe heart and lung problems including chemicially induced pneumonitis which was getting exacerbated in the cleaning products at the hospital. Kicked out of one hospital that was a preferred Blues hospital, went to another and at least a cat scan got done, but no antibiotic and wasn't told the truth of what was on the scan and in terrible pain went home and had my husband go Mon and get the medical records and immediately started the antibiotic I had at home (few pills- and got into doctor and then he was denied the right to do the surgery at the hopsital.) Finally had to go 150 miles to find a surgeon with a three months delay and four for another surgery with doctors refusing care and finally one got me in and did it. and hospital. took months to get the physical theraphy I needed. Its like a brick wall and the patient is just expected to go home and die. Welcome to the federal plan you all wnated and are getting in 2014. Affililated Computer Servcies won't pay anything and won't allow any appeals as they say I'm supposed to have a million dollars for my care as it shows on thier offline system, and they won't even process over 11 years of oxygen bills as: they would be paid according to the manager. Then medicare allowed one supplier to get a territory and forced small home health agencies out fo business and lincare refused servec so since 2008 our son hauls tanks and we pay to get them filled so I can live as im approved for liquid oxygen as concentrators emit life threateing ( for me) ozone. I file cliams and no response from blues, recently Blues started paying a little on them ,; yes permanetly approved by all three plans and then they now want medciare to pay but can't get it done without a supplier andcare is the only one in my area.  And blues won't recgnize that i filed for all the years and where are the cliams, there?Blues wont recognize that  workers comp even exists and in 'deadly circles'we go and yet I was told that Blues is actually supposed to be paying my claims at 100% and getting the money out of the million dollars. or did they get it and pocket it?  When cooperation is non existent, are they guilty parties aor just don't care about  human rights.No one care as every seriously injured federal workers since 1988 when law was passe goes without, fights to stay linve and too often dies and  no one is charged with any crime.  My certified letters go unswered for a copy of the check. No body cares if people die and public monies are stolen. Then trailblazers stole my claims and id and turned them into 17 claims for each date of service and medicare seems to think that is just fine even though ists a 4 million dollar theft. Don't have pert b medciare to pay co- pays as ACS took over social secuirty's files and data dn my personel file and cliams file and records are missing and when they pad the $250 stimulus check they didn't code there as  federal workers comp involved and preimums are missing. Then i filed for a hearirng in 8/09 and ACS took the file out of SSA hearing office and it disappeared and then a subsequent doucments that were sent to be associated got reviewed as if that were the only file by a judge that  had to have known it wasn't and no hearing was heald and now file is at Appeals council and was to have been reviewed and hoepfully remanded back for a hearing in 2/12 and no word yet so , as has happened all the time since 1/89; file has disppeared agian and no one cares that these are felonies and don't they realize that they are flesh and blood that could get injured , too in ths world of toxins and chemicals  that  can get in the worng mix and kill and maim and this is what they expect to happen. A medical clerk said she prays to God and that was her advice. I said you prayed and God must have sent me. and I need some cooperation as I'm more old, disabled womon from OK , not an attorney , and I'm being told that I have to do  civil law suits on behalf of the taxpayer and govt and find the monies that were last  known to have been transferred to the federal reserve and never got forwarded on to where they were headed. That includes the 17 medicare payments on each claim.(started 8/08 on all claims back to 1/06) No one will give me a letter they didn't get the 17 pays in writing so discovery is non- existent to go to court and the civil rights office mgr at HHS called in a threatening manner when iIfirst filed and said: you just want your oxygen paid for' and the file and statement isn't what all was there and  isn't denial of life a civil  rights matter? And the other issues that were documented?  He's refused to allow any of the complants read and answered I've filed periodicaly over the last 4 years by any one and that would have exposed the phony numbers and offline system and stopped the trillion dollar theft or at least the 4 million dollar theft  which the patient is liable for as SSA has not implemented their agreement to take the request for waiver ' against equity and good consceince' and waive liablity since 2005. Folks, this is going to be the last ' land grab' as the younger generation has no inheritance without fighting with the medicare officilas who just take the contractors 'word for it.' that you owe monies from any inheritance.You're living at home; it may be taken for the thefts of id and cliams by the partners of medicare. So ' wake up' and help me and let's get together and work together on this. The Seattle  region estate attorneys started getting the overpayment letters and there was some publicity and now letters don't go out and one can't find out through my medicare .gov as its programmed to hide the multiples and I've posted many comments on line as to how to find out. Remember you owe the money, patient; as the medicare judges have ruled and refused to rule on the waiver requests, etiher. Congress will not pass one simple law that is fundamental that used to be the law. Govt contractors subject to the same laws and audits as all. You steal, you cause physical harm and death you can be investigated and prosecuted and if a govt contractor gets public monies to spend you will be inernally audited to make sure you are  doing what the law expects you to do  and that means appeals are not thrown away or sent over to an inquiry unit at General Dynamics, 1-800- medicare to give general info and deny the civil right of a decision that answers the  valid legal issues raised.  Linda Joy Adams - where's the monies awarded? and why doesn't anyone have to obey the law anymore that have been given the authority to carry out the govt's business? It's time for some fiarness and justice. i thank those who have helped this week in the small ways they could. I don't have breat cancer and was able to learn that and did get more proof to show what a glucosteroid can do and NIH and FDA should be including a warning to doctors and patients that ones yearly mameograms are needed to monitor when they take them.
