violations of civil rights page 26:redeterminations pending and reopen all and send to msprc
Wisconsin Physicians, part b intermediary, OK: ON 9/29/2009, the Deptmental appeals board issued a final decision; case M09-1406 that affirmed that, for Linda, OWCP gets claims first then, Fed blues is primary as the two ALJ decisions in '08 and 09 affirmed for any claims related to a pending secondary //tertiary issues with federal workers compensation. You have yet to answer any of the redeterminations that have been filed with you , the first was for the '07 physical therapies and your notes indicated that you were intentially mis lead by govt officials and govt contractors and used a phony Medicare number to by pass the security on the system. All of our medical providers. suppliers have been treated such in violation of civil rights, and laws and entrapment into violations over my persistent protests and filings. Some of the claims are now listed on MSPRC's on my Medicare .gov, which i was able to access for the first time yesterday , but won't say which of the 17 claims numbers it was posted under. I'm not aware that your company every did multiple thefts. ACS-Xerox still won't set up my computer file for OWCP so even initial items can be reviewed, etc. and bring it online with the official us dept of labor computer that shows the permanent medical benefits. However, Medicare coordination of benefits keeps posting the injury date wrong adding to more mass chaos . Ir 1/10/89. No bills for my accepted conditions are listed that Medicare and fed Blues have paid. ACS and ILL Blues took over in our area at the same time and immediately all claims got ' dumped ' onto Medicare in a very illegal manner. Any claims from my husband and daughter are fed blues primary and Medicare secondary. Please reprocess and send ALL the claims you paid on me to MSPRC to list; as only a few are there. Please send me a response to my redeterminations requests that this has been done. Do you have a reconsideration contractor yet for OK? My request to your Vice Pres has never been answered. name and address please for future use, if needed.

UPDATE: Wisconsin Physicians claims for this area were turned over to Trailblazers and the CMS Regional Office in Dallas for a couple of years intentionally misled me as they knew full well this had occurred and ,kept lying as to whom to file appeals with.. So there has been some real corruption occur inside the Reigonsl Federal office in this Region in many areas. And at the highest levels with the Office of Professonal Conduct in the US Justice Dept Being a real 'joke.' To be fair, when Eric Holder AG came in in 2009, he began to ivestigate that office and sson was hit by Fast and Furious etc and nothing more seems to be done.
This is the office that investigates and refers for prsecution criminal acts, abuses of power, etc. by the highess level offieals in the govt agencies. Office of Inspector Generals can not do this as too often they would be investigiating their 'boss' in the regional offices whhc directs them who thy can or can not investigiate or prosecute or lets them spend any money for such.
Its why we have so much blatant corruption going on in too many areas, now with no way to end it.That individual at the top of the regional office or in DC has to be investigated by tis office and must be above reproach. They have acted like 'children; when we have called them taunting . making noi ses and hanging up the phone and all kinds of unprofessional conduct. and never acting on our letters or evidence at all or latant crimes would have ceased. Instead those doing such, have a 'green light' to continue." and THE SYSYTEM HAS NOT WORKED FOR YEAR AS WE GET ROBBED AND OTHER CRIMES COMEMITTED.
Trailblazers lost ther contract to High Mark, then Novatis bought them. Packet sent to Novatis over a year ago via certified mail after we spoke to a manager has resulted in nothing done and all claims still not coded for recovery so they are complicit in theft of Medicare, too. Rarely is a patient able to get any one to speak to them any more that knows anything. 1-800 Medciare does not have the info needed for appeals, at all. Yet the patient is overpaid unitl HR 1063 is implemented with our very life often in jeopsrdy due to illegal behaviors on-going.
So this is a follow up plus new claims as doctrs have been told not to bill? and Appeals filed with Wisconsn Phsysicians now you have at Novatis. The V Prednt of Wisconsin Physicians had us send appeal directly to him and never answered.
HR 1063 does not exclude any of these ocmpanies/persons from fines and penalties and needs to be implemented before the same interloced enties cabal take over the New Health Care law which reguaotes everyone's medical care.
