Violations of Civil Rights page 7. dol contract compliace

TO :Helvey @ Associates. Inc.
1015 E Center Street.
Warsaw. In 46580-3420
fax:                                               HIPPAA REQUEST
In receipt of two medical bill collection notices which are not valid as the primary payer and phone number were not given to their billing service to call the  party responsible to see DOL contracts are complied  with.
Vanessa hung up on me several times and would not answer my questions as to what had occurred that the claims did not get billed properly per law and judges' orders.
I'm physically harmed trying to do an investigation to find out what caused this.
@ 2 weeks ago, the medical provider billing service sent me a bill and I called and found out they knew nothing about federal workers comp. nor the recent info I'd given the provider billing lady who was there when I checked out in 1/11.  Some one just ignored it and never called? Call Ms Stark! send  recap, claim.

UPDATE; BILL COLLECTORS still trying to collect when ins not yet billed. or billing personnel unhappy I can't straighten out the whole govt and too often disregard anything I write or say backed up by judges, laws and partners of the govt;s contract terms as all of them seem to be following secret deals we become victims of... Nothing is any better and health and lives in jeopardy over it. Linda Joy Adams 2/9/14

UPDATE No change. Coup of 2002 still in effect until Congress acts. But billing services for most of our medical provides are now more aware that they have to check with Fed Blues separately to verify coverage as the illegal soft ware still being run to delete it after employer posts for myself and those on my policy that also have Medicare cards. But Walmart clerks do not all know how to split bill yet. theft of the USA alive and well and unfettered by Congress. do a word search at top of this blog for more info on the COUP OF 2002 done by Congress.
