God constineouly reveal his Word. Then to read books on Revelation that dated more than 20 years isn't OK. I'm not 100% sure, but I do beleive America is the restrainer. For the last 50 years he has protected Israël from Islam, putting some order in the Arab countries sometime behind the scene as it's the case right now with Lybia. No country can do any harm to Israël until America loose his power.
