ACCIDENT REPORT
Last Monday and Tuesday i went for medical appts related to my OWCP accepted conditions and conditions pending on unprocessed secondary claims. There is a cumulative effect on inflaming exposures which are barely noticeable by the general public. One of the accepted conditions listed in the OWCP file is pneumonitis which resulted from my initial injury. Wednesday, 1/27/2011, I grabbed some cereal with milk for a quick meal.I didn't realize the brand was different than those we usually have and I can tolerate. Whether i breath in or ingest low levels of certain chemicals, there is an inflammatory reaction which has been called pneumonitis for the respiratory system. After a few bites, sores appeared in my mouth and burning sensation in respiratory and digestive system. The process is; burning sensation, inflammation, swelling and then if the exposure continues bleeding and bacterial infections take hold in some areas. In the lungs, there is fluid build up and blood tests diagnosis of leukopenia have been done in the past when the exposure never ceased as when i tried to work post 1/10/89. I then read Natural Flavoring on outside of TOTAL blueberry cereal.

Update Since I was injured 1/10/89 and Parts per billion of some of the more common chemicals cause inflammation and the more exposure the worse it gets and if life is endangered. if exposure is not stopped, Federal workers compensation had a written promise from HHS SSA back in 1990 that as they had verbally agreed to in 4/89 that my disability would accommodated and neither time was it. The first time ended with OWCP sending me home and then in 7/9 they had the written primes that was never upheld and for almost 4 years I was in a life threatening situation with health deteriorating and No O2 now doctors say I should have been on oxygen since 1/10/89 when injured so why don't I and even those now with similar injures get what is needed to sustain life.? against Sec of HHs for torture. The last time I worked I was put in intensive care and my doctor said, you go back in I'd come out in a 'body bag' DEAD. Federal Employees have no line to turn to and no income to live on until s the criminal activity is stopped whihc this became as it got ugly and intentional at times to put a laser printer right under my nose and order me to breathe the fumes.etc. Its time for feds to have some rights of life and instead of that, they have contracted out most of our jobs and they may be with less rights then we even have now. The right of life is being blatantly abandoned and is Illegal. ITS INSUBORDINATION TO BE SICK AT WORK OR HAVE ONES LUNGS GET INFLAMED TO THE POINT OF BEING PUT IN THE HOSPITAL HAS HAPPENED OVER AND OVER TO ME. No pulmonologist in the turi state area wanted to get caught in between and wouldn't do the exam to get me back home. Thanks to one who was a member of Greenpeace they found who did and then the retaliations against me were severe for this doctor filing a truthful report affirming what I have just said and so many other doctors had too. When one has little rights, one does not have any rights of even life. And every time one of my former co workers died who had also been exposed back in 1/89; it got worse as my medical were proving criminal culpability for ther deaths. BUT NO INVESTIGATIONS TO DATE and the path to 9/11/01 was kept clear by entrenched internal corruption in our own govt. Linda Joy Adams 2/9/14
UPDATE 7/27/16 NOTHING HAS BEEN PROCESSED THAT 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGESHAVE ORDERED DONE. Since this accident report was filed I learned of the DEEP DARK SECRET OF THE LABOR LAWS OF THE LAND AND IT CAME FROM MULTIPLE SOURCES. One of these was Affiliated Computer Services own manager which is Lynn Blodgett's company that has had total control of Federal Workers comp since the COUP OF 2002 WHEN congress voted to allow government contractors immunity from any internal audits and criminal prosecutions and the SEC was defunded also in the e governing bills to make sure no one had any money to spend to stop the over thrown government of the USA into the control of an international cabal maze of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships. Then Congress gagged itself to not mention a contractor contact one or have one testify in a hearing thus rarely can they help any constituent as the issue is usually with the contractor knows and them only the owning cabal hired head and real government is not boing to be told of illegal acts that could the to do one thing they can still do , not renew a contract, but difficult to do without evidence of wrong doing which is near impossible to get with no budget to find out what they are doing . We have documented massive stealing and horrific illegal acts that have caused harm and deaths. . BUT THE BIGGER SECRET IS THAT WHEN WORKERS COMPENSATION PUTS ONE ON HOME OYGEN FOR LIFE THAN THAT GOES INTO THE STILL GOVERNMENT OWNED AND VERY SECURE SYSTEM UNDER THE 1988 LABOR LAWS THAT GIVES ONE NOT ONLY PERMANENT MEDICAL BENEFITS BUT TOTAL 100% COVERAGE AT THE EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH RATE FOR ALL MEDICAL COSTS. EVEN FOR SOMETHING THAT ONE DOES NOT THINK IS WORK RELATED; ITS COVERED AS ONE CANNOT HEAL IF ONE CANNOT BREATHE.
SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 ACS WILL NOT POST MY FILE IN A FORMAT TO BE SEEN AND WORKED BY THE REAL GOVT AND HE HAS ORDERED THAT NO OXYGEN CLAIMS BE INPUT. AND HE HAS GONE TOGREAT LENGHTS TO HIDE THAT I HAVE BEEN ON OXYGEN 24/7 FOR YEARS BEFORE HE TOOK OVER AND ALL PAID FOR BY FECA 02-0600326 DOI 1/10/89. What the AFL-CIO and others say is a medical precedent case for toxic and chemical injuries and what is going on obstructing my case is causing much harm to others whose ability to get medical care etc. depends on a case like mine to be a precedent for them to ask for equal rights. RIGHT NOW THE CURRENT HEALTH LAW DSCRIMINATES AGAINST US AS THEY NEED THE PRECEDENT EVEN THOUGH THE MEDICAL TREATMENT STANDARDS HAVE BEEN IN PLACE FOR NEARLY 30 YEARS NOW. AND I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST WHO CUAGHT THE BRUNT OF THE COUP OF 2002 AS GET RED OF MY CASE, AND OTHERS GO WITH OUT. Now its so many that we have the 'political revolution' and need to TAKE BACK CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR , OF AND BY THE PEOPLE INTO THE CONTROL OF THE ONES WE VOTE FOR TO TAKE CARE OF THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNEMNT FOR US AND HIRE THE ONES NEEDED TO DO THE WORK AND SEE TO IT THAT ITS DONE LEGALLY AND FAIRLY AND 39 FEDERAL AGENCY UDGES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE BEORE THE COUP OF 2002 I choose to live and this cabal's order to "let her die" on me as repeated by several is defied by me!
