Conditional payments is the safety net that is not being enforced at all.Medicare can pay when another health plan is liable only if its labeled a conditional payment and medicare goes and gets the monies from the health plan. I;ve been threatened, defamed and put i life threatening situations by CMS officials over this. OIG has thrown aware almost a thousand complaints filed with them by me and the 1-800- medicare agents. an the office of civil rights, HHS, won;t even docket in a complaints and the regional manager called and 'threatened me for filing and exposing the violations and ask them to help to stop the illegal behavior of CMS and their business associates.
