TARP Billions Shipped Overseas Can't Halt Global Slowdown these monies were turned over to govt contractors who couldn't be internally aUdited nor investigated let alone prosecuted for any wrong doings and Congress knew exactly what they were doing. Who is 'blackmailing this country? or is bribery more rampant than even imagined? A former director of OPM went to work for one fo the contractors just before they were given the monies to spend. And she did me personal and financial harm and is named in many civil complaints that HHS won't investigate!
