The most important news and commentary to read right now. - The Slatest - Slate Magazine President Truman said we needed to go solar. Humans never listen to their prophets! He could foresee the problems ahead. Maybe some didn't like him for other reasons; but he had this right! Now we are paying the price for oil that has led us to wars and monies spent that should have gone for curing disease and all the other 'ills' of our society. China said in the '80's they were going to go 'solar.' What happened? why are they now polluting the air, too with carbons and causing worse health problems. Starting 'late' they could have gone solar and been the leading power in the world in a 'good' way. How did they get ensnared into the same trap as the rest of the world.

Recent Trends in Nebulizer and RAD Claims Yesterday, i went to a local pharmacy to present my prescription for nebulizer and saline solution to replace the discontinued Intal inhaler ( due to global warming those kept alive with the only asthma drugs that work for @ 4% of asthmatics have lost our medications with no substitutes as they contain CFCs. Substitutes caused inflammation and asthma aggravations as they are for the majority kinds of asthma. I had to say this is obviously OWCP and without the file nothing will be processed or paid until my file is reconstructed. How can our govt allow this chaos and obstruction of medical treatment to occur. I learned that this pharmacy can actually mix up Intal, but insurances won't pay for it. Those who need the discontinued drugs are usually been in some bad exposure at work or some other situation where litigation of some sort is on-going. Liability insurance companies would just as soon the patient dies sooner than later; then only have to pay survivors a stipend and get out of paying the medcial bills for decades. Clean Record
I have never been arrested or convicted of a crime; not even a misdemeanor. I learned today there is an open file on me at the FBI. There should be as a potential witness in a major Medicare and RICCO case occurring inside Medicare contractors. I've been unable to stop it and have had no law enforcement help at all. even the 500 witnesses at 1-800- Medicare have had their fraud reports illegally not sent on to the govt as required when they detect fraud. It has taken since 2008 when the 17 claim numbers were discovered that used my identity and claim info to get Social security to issue me a letter that only 2 of them are real claim numbers and belong to me. One with a TA after my social security number and the other is B2 after my husband's ssn. I knew after 42 years of SSA employment that its impossible for our new computer system ( now 15 years old) for such to occur as part of them show me as wife and widow of the same man at the same time. This absolute security breaches and fraud for the CMS contractors to do this and high level CMS officials have coached innocent medical billing clerks into using phony numbers to by pass security to get one pay which then is turned into 16 checks cashed by party yet to be discovered and then the contractor can collect 17 pays from the Medicare trust fund. No wonder! Today a law enforcement person said that i was down as a convicted counterfeiter. now while sending out 140 letters to innocent doctors, labs and hospitals for the up comping Medciare hearing : I'll be having to contact an attorney to find out how to get my FBI file and clear my name of any criminal record. In 65 years, the most I've ever had is a couple of traffic tickets. 1 for an illegal U-turn; the other was for speeding at 45 miles an hour and didn't realize the speed limit had changed. to 30 miles and hour. Someone very powerful has had their toes' stepped on and doesn't like it and has 'fought back in a very 'dirty fashion. In the last week; my other blog spot was taken down. Nothing pornographic or hateful was on it. It actually was more religious in many ways as it kept track of tribulation causing laws and policies p; and possible dates for the rapture of the church-though no one will know for sure according to the Bible. I've never maligned our President even though many web sites out there have called him many things. He is what one site said. Russian Prince, USA president. If this site gets shut down because i said it-one can realize the truth of the matter.I welcome any DNA tests! Maybe my Dad did leave some money somewhere in a trust fund to be 'unveiled' at a future date.
I.m not writing this for wealth. Just to stay alive as even life-sustaining medical care is being thwarted with three health insurances approved to pay for any and all of it.
It was Congressman Dan Boren's office that refused to send me a privacy release to ask for assistance to get the correct info to my doctors and labs and hospitals so they would know the legal and proper way to ask Medicare to make conditional payments until the govt decides to shut down an illegal operation that has cost millions in sotlen monies on my records alone from the taxpayers. I got a Hillary on the phone who 'came after me in no uncertain terms that they couldn't/wouldn't help. I said why? She hung up. I called back and asked why and she hung up immediately. I did call a third time and she put me on hold- I thought to get someone else like a case manager to talk with me. I ended up talking to a US Capitol policeman and he did give me his badge. She lied and told him I wad called 8 times and God knows what else and he started in on me. I was shaking and almost in tears. Finally, i persuaded him to realize something was amiss in the transfer and he' saidd is your SSN______? i said yes. He asked for my date of birth; which is on the IT. I gave it to him. He said were you born in California? I said no, but i think there are other Linda Joy Adams'. He said you have on open FBI file. i said Yes, my Medicare and claims info was stolen and I'm a crime victim and 'whistle blower.' he said it means I've been convicted of currency/counterfeiting theft. I said; not me! I've never even been arrested for a misdemeanor! By now he was more forthcoming in the info and he said I needed to contact the FBI to get my files. He had just previously said, I was not a federal employee and had no Federal workers comp file. he asked for my last duty station and i said Camden, NJ where I was officially transferred to Federal workers comp jurisdiction on 10/11/94 and even the general counsel at OPM and the official computer record at US dept of Labor shows my employment and OWCP jurisdiction. No one in the govt has access to any official paper file at present as all have gone 'missing.' I've tried to access my Personnel file at SSA with no success for @ 6 years; as i was told that they were told by OPM that I'd gotten a workers comp settlement and reitred which has never happened. My OWCP file is 'missing' even with appellate remand orders of 2/09 to contact me for the facts of the case as it was missing and an unnecessary appeal was filed just to correct misinformation that has caused medcial bills not to be processed because the computer will pay them Their contractor, ACS, was told by the chief of staff at Employment standards in a former remand from judges that should have settled everything and the file had been reconstructed then: to not scan my file in to be worked as there was nothing to do on it and ACS would not be paid by the govt to post my file. This person, recently pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal soon after our investigation had enlisted the aid of the president and CEO of ACS in how to get the file reconstructed again which ins @ 50,000 pages and unprocessed items back to 1/10/89 in it; including doctors reports and tests filed multiple times to get me on permanent disability which would legally make me retired. Last week. we discovered my Social Security file 'disappeared' out of the hearing office without any transfer authorized by any judge. Every main govt file has gone;'missing' except for the false info from the FBI. All I did was tell the truth; albeit dramatically at times. I burst into tears earlier this evening' something i rarely do. I prayed and and asked for a miracle intervention from our Savior! Only Senator, Dr Coburn's office seems to be the only one who indicated they might help. I call the lady in Tulsa tomorrow. The health care system all will be under soon is the Federal Plan everyone thought they wanted! Your state authorities are going to be very helpless as private contractors, possibly the same I'm dealing with will have control of your very ability to live and be healthy! we have to have accountability by those put in charge. At present, they aren't allowed to intervene! Please pass on this message. And my personal blog page that linked articles I'd commented on is now down also. It seems as long as i was complaining about some low level govt clerk; I was OK. But document high level corruption? I published comments at 7:49:59 AM EST. No one can access any blog page of mine but this at GOOGle or there. I know of no terms of agreement that have been violated as all my postings are well documented and I am a 'whistle blower' using my own official filings as publications and delting the names of the innocent. One of the site: Church in the air was a religious site and was tracking tribulation causing events and rapture info. Certainly not advocating the overthrow of or govt or any violence. Quite the contrary.

When i published my request to a management official to appear at my Medicare hearings as an expert witness and then emailed her the request through washingtonpost.com; someone complained for the first time in 14 months as i carefully posed official filings from my own attempts to right wrongs inside our govt. Even my web site that i linked the daily postings to Linda Joy Adams posted by churchintheair@gmail.com is now disabled. You will read some awful flagrant things in the comments on this particular article from others but I defend there right to be 'flagrant' I don't do this and have left innocent persons names blank and filed in later when the document was filed. I have name CEOs of major companies when they are in a legal position to correct documented problems. I'm overly fair as anyone can look guilty and be innocent. I've had my character defamed and maligned horrible and now the chief regional law enforcement official looks as if ' in on it? She should testify at the hearings as to how she has tried to correct problems, especially if innocent and being told a batch of misinformation and we can then find out from where! certainly not from any of my official govt files which are all 'missing' right now. I can still post a comment; but my personal blog page at washingtonpost.com is under review by mangement so only I can access it with my own password. This usually means at least one person complained. This makes it very difficult to get legal helo as I;ve been able to direct possible legal counsel for HIPPAA and Civil rights and QUI Tam to the page to read the overall issues which I can later provide names. When one is older and disabled and only has loved ones to help file what would take a small law firm full time to do; sometimes any 'shortcuts' is great help. Linda Joy Adams, Colbert, OK
