I call them the Medicare Hackers but this entity under the named head ruler of the USA and latest list out is 100 nations since the COUP OF 2002 WHEN CONGRESS VOTED THAT A federal agency could not use its existing budget for either internal audits and that includes systems as well as could not longer use their budgets for criminal investigation and or prosecutions of a govt contractor as THE WHOLE NATION FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL BEGAN TO BE CONTRACTED OUT and if the language to put back that vital oversight is not in the Bill THAN THAT PRECIOUS MONEY NEEDED TO HELP EACH OTHER IN TERRIBLE DISASTERS AND RAISE THE DEBT CEILING HAS NO ASSURANCE IT WILL NOT BE SCAMMED AND STOLEN BY THE CABAL IN CONTROL and a lot is given to this cabal to hand out the moneys and NO OVERSIGHT TO MAKE SURE ALL THE LAWS OF HE LAND ARE OBEYED AS THERE IS NO LAW THEY ARE UNDER as this is well documented here since 12/08.
I heard the announcement for the RECENT DEBT CEILING AND RELIEF BILL and the words PARTNERS OF THE GOVT WAS USED..
Under the US Constitution there is no such thing as PARTNERS .. WE EITHER HAVE EMPLOYEES which are still subject to all our laws and over sight. and enforcement can be done OR WE HAVE DEFACTO EMPLOYEES CALLED CONTRACTORS WHO ARE TO BE; (BUT HAVE NOT BEEN SINCE THE COUP OF 2002).UNDER THE SAME OVERSIGHT AND IF THEY STEAL OR COMMIT ILLEGAL ACTS CAN BE TURNED OVER TO OUR LEGAL SYSTEM JUST LIKE ANY BANK ROBBER WOULD BE...
And the amount that has disappeared thought this bunch has been said to be 30 TRILLION DOLLARS we have no idea where is it as it was not used for the purpose Congress and the law as signed by the President said it was to be used for.23 TRILLION MISSING CAME TO LIGHT A DECADE AGO WHEN CONGRESS ALLOWED A PARTIAL AUDIT OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND WILL NOT ALLOW A FULL AUDIT FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1913??
I spent some time looking for HR601 AS AMENDED BY THE US SENATE S808 and if there is the oversight language put back in it anywhere THAN IT REVERTS BACK TO THE COUP OF 2002 AND COULD NOT SEE IT IN THE NEW BILL AT ALL....SO THERE IS NONE and rarely does the oversight get put in any bill now .. there is references to some former bills from before 2002 and that might be a way to sneak it in and PRAY THAT WAS THE REASON but do not think so .. AND WE GET ROBBED..
WAS THIS EVEN DISCUSSED IN THE DEAL MAKING?? DOES PRESIDENT TRUMP EVEN KNOW?? AND WHAT COULD HE DO WHEN SUCH A BILL HIT HIS DESK AND IT NOT BE IN IT WITH THE GOVT TO HAVE TO SHUT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF 4 HURRICANES AND THE WEST COAST OF THE USA ON FIRE. and whatever else we get hit with.
and every local charity strapped trying to help those I need already in their own community AND MUCH OF THE CURRENT UNMET NEEDS FOR SURVIVAL IN THE USA IS DUE TO THE MISSING 30 TRILLION DOLLARS TAKEN AWAY FROM US BY THE CABAL THAT GOT CONTRACTS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS USED FOR US AND TOO MUCH OF IT WENT MISSING.. LAST SEEN DIVERTED THROUGH THE FEDERAL RESERVE THAT THE US CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW TO BE AUDITED SINCE 1913.
Who , in their right mind, would never check their bank account or make sure their check book is balanced.. OR THAT EACH TRANSACTION ON THEIR ATM CARDS IS THEIR OWN PURCHASES?? WE , THE PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE MORE COMMON SENSE THAN THOSE WE ELECTED TO GO TAKE CARE OF NATION AND OUR BUSINESS FOR US IN THE SEATS OF POWER IN THE USA...
And then we keep on reelecting those who shirk their service to us..
IF THIS OVERSIGHT IS BURIED IN THE BILL , THEN I APOLOGIZE AND THANK CONGRESS FOR DOING ITS JOB... But my own US Senator Lankford did not vote for the bill and now a handful in congress are being dissed who did not. BUT WHY DID THEY VOTE NO?
DO TO THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE CONGRESS SELF IMPOSED ON ITSELF SOON AFTER THE COUP OF 2002 WAS PASSED AND THE MONEYS BEGAN TO BE STOLEN IMMEDIATELY AT MEDICARE AND OTHERS.
AS THE CONTRACT BEGAN ILLEGALLY ALTERING THE SYSTEM TO MAKE ONES EMPLOYEE BI WEEKLY POST TO BE THE PRIMARY PAYER FROM BEING THE SECONDARY ON TO MEDICARE AND ONES HEIRS INHERIT THE OVER PAYMENTS WHEN ITS NOT LABELED FOR RECOVERY WHEN A PRIMARY DOES NOT PAY AND MEDICARE HAS TO PAY TO ALLOW HEALTH CARE TO BE GOTTEN.
I have not found one horror or scandal that is said the govt did it since then that was not under the control and done by the govt contractors with the govt no right by CONGRESS to know or stop it from being done. WE ARE AN OVERTHROWN GOVT AND WE GOT ROBBED AGAIN BY THOSE WHO VOTED YES AND we either let them go n stealing and harming ow the govt would be shut done in the middle of the worse line up of disasters ever AT THE VERY TIME THE WHOLE WORLD IS TRYING TO GET ITSELF INTO WW III AND WE ARE STUCK IN THE USA TRYING TO SURVIVE WHAT WE ARE FACING AT HOME.

Many days I still do the DAILY TRACKING THAT SHOWS HOW ONE CAN FIND OUT. AS THE CARD HOLDER WILL NOT GET A SUMMARY NOTICE ON THE 4 TO 17 numbers .. Using an ancient system offline since 10/7/16 the whole nation that needs access to the Medicare billing system is getting this insecure one that has a limit of 17 actions for one same action. A claim , is stolen and then up to 17 actions on this.. (WHEN WE USED IT DECADES AGO ONLY LEGAL ACTIONS WERE DONE) using suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) that are real ones at SSA but ones that do not have to be any you have or ever had and only one is to be sent to Medicare to use and if you also have primary payers ahead of Medicare as I have had since 2002 you are in a double hack by the owner. as the first done as an illegal bail our of the insurers since 2002 is done through their corporate in NY of the former GROUP HEALTH IN (GHI) which has owned the system and ALL OF OUR DATA AS WELL AS OUR MEDICAL RECORDS SINCE 1999 WITH NO PRIVACY OR PROTECTION LAWS AND A DEADLY MESS THAT IS NOW USED FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT ESPECIALLY IN EMERGENCY ROOMS,,, COMMINGLED PATIENTS RECORDS, TYPOS ,ERRORS AND SUSPICIOUS ALTERATIONS HAS OCCURRED ALSO .
THIS IS THE INACCURATE DEADLY MESS THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SECURE RECORDS AT YOUR DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL UNDER STRICT AUDIT BY THIS CABAL ..

THIS CABAL HAS STOPPED THE USA FROM USING THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES TO HAVE A BETTER WORLD AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL OF US THIS CABAL MET IN DALLAS IN 1983 AND PLOTTED HOW TO STEAL IT FROM US AND TURN IT INTO SHUFFLING OF DATA ON OLD SYSTEMS TO GET MONEY TO SHUFFLE.. Govt contractors are not under the HIPPAA law and as of 2010 our health insurers are those also now.
