Patients are the only ones who can documents and plead with Congress to act and of course do file the fraud reports with THE SUB CLIENT OF GOLDMAN SACHS WHICH CONTROLS MOST FRAUD INTAKES /WHISTLE BLOWER ALSO.

mymedicare.gov is a contractor and set it up under your real number. and do not rely on it as its a hacked mess that never changes.. but is good for new claims paid and to designate some one to be able to be given info from your records. When I first set mine up a few years ago when on area of the country ad one claims paying company was stealing as they are all over now.. and was on my own ssn then, it did not ask for a suffix and gave me one of the phony numbers. one.. took 2 hours for a contractor systems person to straighten it out.. IT DOES NOT SHOW THE 17 NUMBERS but has some connection for it to do this then..

it took 4 calls and still did not get which of the fake blues supplements was on the system today. of the 27 variations which keeps the cyber cloud distracted trying to find the real one which is primary . If you do not have primary payers I do not know what yours shows. If audits can ever be done of contractors or search warrants; what each of us can share can help those experts to know where to look.
CALL 1: came in on the call menu and asked for CLAIMS and gave hem one of the phony numbers on my spouse ending in E and this is the one that does not work to get info and got transferred to a person. and phone disconnected
CALL 2 came in using a phony number ending in W6 on my live husband in the kitchen now cooking something that smells wonderful for dinner tonight. W6 IS A DISABLED DIVORCED REMARRIED UNDER AGE 65WIDOW
It verified is as active and verified some recent claims in the last year paid on that number and then I asked for a person and ordered THE ONLY WRITTEN PROOF ONE CAN GET. a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THAT NUMBER

I get to a person and the letter ordered and then I asked about my two primary payers and all I got is Medicare is primary and a hang up.
CALL 3; came in and asked for CLAIMS phone menus on W (DISABLED WIDOW UNDER AGE 65) and verified it and some claims paid on this number that is also active. and then to a person and for the TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT letter ordered NO CARD WILL COME AS THIS is NOT AT SSA. to prove it exists in the illegal system all are now being sold to use
CALL 4; CAME IN ON B2 AND CHECKED ON CLAIMS AND TO A PERSON AND NO HELP AND DID GET HER TO SEND ME TO A SUPERVISOR
. AND WHEN IT GOT TO GETTING THE INSURANCE INFO SHE SAID 'she could not hear me and I could hear her fine.' came in HUNG UP ON .
There is just so much discrimination one can take in a day! BY THIS OLD , DISABLED WOMAN INJURED AS AN HHS EMPLOYEE BACK ON 1/10/89 in the pre 9/11/01 ... There supervisors now have access to see the cyber cloud of real info .. but do not have access to see the 17 active numbers at all only 1-800 Medicare is seeing that. as they have records of all claims filed and paid. THE CALL CENTERS AND RECOVERY UNIT IS A FRONT TO MAKE IT LOOK AS IF THE LEGITIMATE WORK OF THE CONTRACTOR IS BEING DONE.
They can now access a second system of the real info from the cyber cloud that is like the one that only 1-800 Medicare was accessing but ONLY ON THE ONE REAL NUMBER FROM SSA
They showed that both of my primary payers FECA AND FEHB BLUES IS ON THERE OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT DELETED ?? AS OF 10/6/16 WHEN DUPLICATE SCREENS WERE CREATED TO STEAL WITH. and I asked her if she saw the words deleted but finally got that she has "D" indicator and they are told it means 'deleted' to have them pass on false info to every one who needs to know and has legal access all day long.. and its hacked bi weekly during the night hours before they come to work in the AM AS THEY ARE ALSO LIED
