       As a newer member of Congress you may not be aware of what has occurred since 2002  and each bill that goes out must have the oversights of each agency to use existing budget for internal audits and that is now systems  too  And also the right of agencies to use existing budget for criminal investigations and persecution which should keep the US Justice Dept busy for years and finding trillions of dollars of our  missing monies from the Public treasury..

    The unconstitutional gag order rule ha little to do with courtesy to the agencies to go to them first  as when they do not have access to the records,, how can Congress find out anything to base good laws on when they cannot   verify  anything  as you cannot mention, contact or have a contractor testify  and he owns  that international  security force  you may be aware of since you are on some committees to know more.

          Micheal Horowitz  of the US Justice dept. said to me in 2014 that the US dept. of defense had the oversight in it.. BUT WE HAVE A  cabal of companies under Lynn Blodgett not that is also inside the defense  contractors  with unaccountable  non DOD CONTRACT AND WITH ACCESS TO THE INNER  WORKING OF THESE COMPANIES  ALSO  AS STOCK HOLDERS  BY OTHER COMPANIES THEY OWN OR HAVE STOCK HOLDER AND OTHER CONTROLS OF    THEY OWN    

        He is better able to share how a law need to include the wording to get the basic oversight put back in it that is now causing so much harm n all areas of our lives and IN HEALTH CARE ITS ALL UNDER THIS CABAL UNFETTERED CONTROL

      Attached is the DAILY RECAP  linked above a well as the DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS AND   a redacted copy of the 17 Medicare numbers created to steal by the owner of the  contractors under Lynn  Blodgett' control  etc.   and I am only one set of those the insiders says has being  done to for the billion dollars a day being looted and may even be diverted  to outside the USA now but frames all of our medical providers as if they filed the illegal claims.

      Our own congressional delegation has the unredacted copy with our privacy releases  but no member of Congress has been able to help most constituents since the COUP of 2002 as the issues are inside the contractor   you are forbidden to contact and the agencies are not allowed to either to know what is really going on . ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL THAT YOU ALL DO NOT HAVE FULL ACCESS WITH THOSE PRIVACY RELEASES AS ONCE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS DID AS THE AGENCIES ALSO DID TO ..   TO FIND ONES PERSONAL GOVERNMENT  FILES NO MATTER WHETHER THEY ARE TO HELP .

     We are praying and hoping you can be able to help as its ALL  of us at the mercy of this cabal now and its the basic problem in health care  THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 NOT EVEN A FAIR MARKET SYSTEM CAN EXIST WHEN THEY ARE ALL UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS IN CONTROL AND HAVE BECOME THEM....
