        SO  LAWS  get BASED ON FALSE INFO AND  DO NOT WORK . This blog was begun back in 12/08 when it was verified by the highest levels that THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT  IN CONTROL OF MUCH OF ANYTHING SINCE CONGRESS VOTED TO REMOVE THE RESTRAINER OF LAW OF OVER SIGHT OF GOVERNMENT  CONTRACTORS ALL FOOLED BY A FEW AMONG THEM   AS ALL BEGAN TO BE CONTRACTED OUR FROM   LOCAL TO FEDERAL AND TRILLIONS MISSING AND MILLIONS DEAD  AND DOOMED TO BE BY ILLEGAL ACTIONS .

       AND NO ONE CAN BE PROSECUTED AS CONGRESS SAID NO MONEY CAN BE SPENT TO KNOW  AND ALL THE SUFFERING THAT HAS GONE ON. THE OUTCOME IS THAT BAD..

         You do sit on some very crucial committees in Congress and the Ethics committee gives both parties equal input.  So we pray you can have some positive input  . The DOD contractors kept the oversight in  their budget ill in 2002 , but now the cabal running the entire nation with no regard for the rule of law since.  has come into them through other companies of theirs and has then into domestic programs and those have no oversight at all and massive public monies missing .plus loss of rights and disobeying any law of the land they do not wish to obey.  Its not only unconstitutional  but highly unethical to have that gag order rules on members of Congress and when agency personnel  testify they cannot even mention their crucial problems of not being able to get accurate info to Congress at all  as the Daily Recap for today shares.

       The collapse of the health care system began for real when  THE HHS OIG DIRECTOR APPARENTLY WAS GAGGED FROM TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH IN A PRE HEARING ON MEDICARE FRAUD since the same cabal now controls all of health care  under the one name all must obey Lynn Blodgett   AND HIS BOSS IS STILL UNKNOWN TO ME .

      a redacted copy  of 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS ISSUED BY THE ILLEGAL OFF LINE SYSTEM  on me. and many others says those at General Dynamics....  1-800 Medicare whose nice call center people have been ordered by the cabal managers  to violate their contract and not get printouts of the crimes/hacking  and forward directly to CMS. 

    There is no public trustees even  of Medicare for two years and the bottom line is of how bad this theft is  may be known on this for another year.  unless some right to audit is done by Congress. 

    The last time , Vangent did document and send it massive fraud reports and they eventually  did not renew the contract in one region   and then Dr Berwick was not confirmed and was it over being pro choice or was it really for stopping the stealing of a trillion dollars?  

      After they got it stopped the amount  of expenditure went  down a trillion dollars as those inside e has estimated  was the amount stolen.   AND THIS IS DONG A GOOD JOB??BY THE HEAD OF THE OIG WHO LIED TO ALL OF YOUR KNOWING OF ALL OF THIS  ???   And Congress is not allowed to find any of this out?? HE WAS THE HEAD OF OIG WHEN I WAS BEING TORURED ALSO AND LEAD TO THE EEOC SANCTIONS    and would not help...  

       Now the same process is BEING USED  TO STEAL WHAT SOME SAY IS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY  FROM MEDICARE WHICH GOES BACK TO THAT CRUCIAL HEARING IN 2010 WHEN I KNOW HE KNEW AND DID NOT TELL ALL

        IN FACT LIED AND SAID ALL WERE DOING A GREAT JOB WHEN THE TRUTH WAS SOME WERE , BUT MANY OTHERS  WERE DOING A  MASSIVE THEFT  NATIONWIDE OF HACKING THE MAIN SYSTEM BY ITS OWNER AND OF  ONE IN  A REGION OR TWO  USING SUCH AND STEALING IN THE NAME OF PATIENTS  BY THE CLAIMS PAYING CONTRACTOR THEN.

         AG SESSIONS COULD SEIZE THE BANK ACCOUNT OF EVERY DOCTOR , ETC IN THE NATION AS ALL HAVE BEEN FRAMED FOR FRAUD NOW  AND ALL BEING SENT A BOGUS SCREEN OF INFO AND NOT THE REAL ONE AND TRICKED TO USE IT   and the all but one pay is diverted to ? BANK OF INDIA? MALAYSIA OR WHERE EVER THEY HAVE A SITE ? 

      You have a more truthful home page as you admits you 'may' be able to help by contacting an agency. .Usually you may not as the issues are usually at the contractor. and the agency is NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW  unless they wish them to know .

       The Unredacted copy of the 17 numbers created  me by the owners and Medicare  hackers and stealer's of at last 10 million so far on me alone .  Those are   with our own congressional delegation and privacy releases , But none since COUP OF 2002 IS ALLOWED TO HELP AS ITS AT THE CONTRACTORS AND CRIMES GOING ON SO NUMEROUS  DAILY IS REVEALED and its got personal when so may judges  orders were never given  to agencies and no way to obey them  as Lynn Blodgett is in control of the USA now  AND HAS BEEN ON BACK TO COUP OF 2002 INCREASING WAYS AND WORLD WIDE. CABAL  .   

       We need open debate and discussion in Congress and freedom of speech is mandated for all of you on the floor of Congress.   We do not have to agree on everything but we do need the basics of government  done for us. by our representative  so we can stop the stealing and get down to saving all life and better quality of life,, for each and all of us..  I DO NOT THINK THE PEOPLE ARE AS FAR APART ON SOLUTIONS  AS CONGRESS SEEMS MORE DIVIDED THAN US 

  I still have an opinion that BERNIE AND DONALD ARE THE ONES WHO CAN 'MAKE A DEAL' THAT SUITS  ALL OF  US BEST.
