This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare billing system on my own records backed worse than ever since he COUP OF 2002 WHEN CONGRESS VOTED UNAWARES TO OVERTHROW THE USA INTO THE VIRTUAL CONTROL OF A WORLDWIDE BEAST SYSTEM WITH THE NAMED HEAD LATER REVEALED AS LYNN BLODGETT AND HIS BOSS IS STILL TOP SECRET AS MOST IN CONGRESS SILL DO NOT EVEN KNOW THAT THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT IN CHARGE AS THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS STILL KEEP OFFERING TO CONTACT AGENCIES ON THEIR BEHALF WHEN THE AGENCIES CANNOT HELP AS THEY HAVE TO DO AS THE CABAL IN CONTROL SAYS.
And this has never been just my records that trillions have been used to steal from the US Treasury with and no way to stop it until Congress acts to put back the RESTRAINER of law they REMOVED in the COUP OF 2002 .
which Michael Horowitz said was done in the E GOVERNING 6000 PAGE BUDGET BILL ALTERED SOON BEFORE VOTED ON (earmark that removed not added something) to remove the right of agencies to use their existing budget to do internal audits an that includes systems audits as well as criminal investigations and prosecutions when crimes found.. .
And the whole was covered up by a few in Congress who duped their co members to PUT AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE ON THEMSELVES TO NOT MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY AS THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT BEGAN TO BE CONTACTED OUT FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL LEVELS AFFECTING ALL AREAS OF ALL OF OUR LIVES AND TOO OFTEN WITH DEADLY CONSEQUENCES AND MASSIVE LOSSES OF LIVELIHOOD IN AN ERA WHEN THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES AND SYSTEMS SHOULD BE MAKING LIVES EASIER AND QUALITY OF LIVES BETTER.
But the cabal began creating shuffling of data on out dated systems when the taxpayers paid for the more up to data ones BUT NO INTERNAL AUDITS NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AS CONGRESS PASSES BAD LAWS BASED ON BAD DATA AND FALSE FACTS TOO OFTEN AS WE GET SCAMMED OF OUR tax dollars . as
HEALTH CARE AND OTHER PROGRAMS BECAME TOTALLY UNDER THEIR CONTROL AND FEW KNOW AS THIS CABAL HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO ILLEGALLY SAY THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY WHEN THY ARE NOT. AND THEIR EMPLOYEES FORBIDDEN TO GIVE THEIR CORPORATE NAMES EVEN AS MOST GOVERNMENT PHONE LINES ARE NOT ANSWERED BY ANY ACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ANYMORE .
As the people suffered and nation became vulnerable as on entity took over all even into private industry forced to hire their management companies to deal with their corrupt government contractors
THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE PROGRAMS IN THE USA SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 , NEITHER IS THERE ANY FREE MARKET COMPETITION AS THAT REQUIRES SOME BASIC RULES ENFORCED BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR FAIRNESS IN THE COMPETITION... and this is hard to have when illegal deals to steal among linked companies exists to underbid and undercut those more ethical entities which would act more ethically .
And from the USA the whole became growing world wide until nation after nation followed suit and came under this cabal controlling all through the new power of the 21st century our cyber records that many nation now do not have access or control of at all. like in the USA/
WHO IS THE BOSS of all? no MATTER WHO THE HUMAN ONE REALLY IS THE SPIRITUAL ONE MUST BE SATAN HIMSELF they worship are no one from any faith based on morals and ethics or love for ones another as Christianity ,, my faith teaches would never commit the atrocities that have been done by scamming a few dollars and poisoning the water of Flint Michigan or leaving some veterans and many others with no health care.
A FEW WOLVES AMONG THE GOOD PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALLOWED THIS TO OCCUR IN CONGRESS AND OTHER PLACES OF GOVERNMENT AND ALL HAVE ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO BE GAGGED A KIND OF WORSHIP OF THE BEAST AND WILL NOT SPEAK OUT FOR OUR RIGHTS AND LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS UNTIL THE PEOPLE ARE SO BADLY AFFECTED THEY CRY OUT FOR MERCY AND JUSTICE..AND ALL MUST LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY AND ASK FOR THEIR HELP AS WE ARE THE ONLY ONES WITH ACCESS TO THE RECORDS IF WE CAN EVEN GET TO THEM..
He even lied to them in Dallas and said I was the one having my records changed bi weekly to make Medicare secondary when I never did and ever would AS MY EMPLOYER PERSONNEL OFFICE POSTS AS THE JUDGES VERIFIED AND LYNN BLODGETT KNOWS IT AND HE GAVE THE ORDERS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 TO HACK FOR ALL LIKE ME AND THAT IS MANY ... TO MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY FOR ALL AND LET THE PRIMARY PAYERS NOT HAVE TO PAY THEIR BILLS HE MANAGES ALL FOR INCLUDING FECA .AND IS THE INFO GIVER TO ALL THE OPM CALL CENTERS AND SYSTEMS ALSO WE FEDS GOT HIT FIRST WITH THE ILLEGAL DEADLY ACTS.
HE LIED TO CMS REGIONAL OFFICE IN DALLAS AND THEY BELIEVED HIM AND NOT THEIR OWN JUDGES ORDERS HE DID NOT LET THEM SEE AND SHOULD ALL BE POSTED TO THE SYSTEM TOO IN YEARS PAST. . BUT THEY COULD GET A COPY IF THEY REFUSE TO READ MINE I HAVE PROVIDED. TO BUT ITS TOO EASY TO 'WORSHIP' THE BEAST SYSTEM AND NOT DO THEIR JOBS AS THERE IS NO ONE FOR THEM TO TURN TO UP AGAINST THEM. IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT AS THE INTAKE FOR WHISTLE BLOWERS IS HIS CABAL AND THIS IS NOT A CHARGEABLE CRIME FOR THEM TO STEAL MEDICARE UNDER THE COUP OF 2002 AND THAT IS A BASIS TO BE A WHISTLE BLOWER IN THE FIRST PLACE.
A new claims got paid by Medicare illegally on me and must call Monday as no reason to not think it was paid 17 times and doctor framed and all but one pay diverted to ?? That is DUE TO THE REGIONAL CMS OFFICE IN DALLAS TELLING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AN ILLEGAL LIE AND THEY WILL NOT PERMIT A PAPER CLAIM TO BE USED TO FILE LEGALLY AND ITS A LIE THAT LEGALLY THEY HAVE TO GIVE PERMISSION WHEN THERE IS NO LEGAL WAY TO GET PAID WITH THE HACKED BOGUS SYSTEM THAT IS GOING TO DO THIS TO THEM AND ME AND MY HEIRS.
THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS TOLD BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO AND ALLOW THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND TO BE STOLEN IS THE RESULT OF THE ORDERS FROM THE CABAL TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF AN AGENCY .. AND WHERE IS CONGRESS ASKING THE AGENCY ABOUT THIS??? GAG ORDER RULE SAYS CANNOT FIND OUT AS THEY WOULD BE MENTIONING THE CABAL GIVING THE ORDERS?? and ruling and stealing the USA PUBLIC MONIES FROM US ..
OUR OWN GOVERNMENT HAS FALLEN TO THIS CABAL AND WILL NOT STAND UP TO THEM AND THAT IS WHAT HAS BEEN CALLED BY SOME AS THE 'DEEP STATE' INSIDE THE REAL GOVERNMENT WHO 'BOWS TO THIS BEAST' OF A SYSTEM THAT HAS NEARLY OVERTAKEN US.... with only the hope of the people to stop electing those who bow to it.. as too many have done.. Many do not know this has occurred as the few wolves among them have misled them..and this is not one political party or the other or none. as all have been mislead.
We need to have 95% voting in all elections for IF WE THE PEOPLE DO NOT RULE, THEN THE EVIL OF THE CABAL WILL AND THE HORRORS OF THE AMERICAN HOLOCAUST WILL ONLY GET WORSE AS THIS BUNCH DOES NOT WISH THE SWAMP DRAINED AT ALL WHERE THEY LURK AND MAINTAIN THEIR THRONE OF POWER IN THE MURKY MIRE. President Trump nor any president can drain the corruption as CONGRESS HAS THE GATE LOCKED AS NO MONEY CAN BE SPENT TO CLEAN IT UP AND LET GOODNESS AND JUSTICE FLOW FORTH AS OUR FOUNDERS ENVISIONED THAT ONE DAY ALL WOULD BE TREATED WITH JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS EVEN IF ALL WERE NOT AT THE TIME; THE IDEAL IS THERE. AS WE STRIVE TO REACH IT.. and have back slid badly in the last few decades with a turn to the wrong path sidetracked from the better choices we should have made.

Congress has to wake up and realize they were 'had' by some among them they trusted. and could not be. We do not all agree on how things should be done.. but the ideal of our constitution is that the least of us should not be armed even if the way is not the ones all agree with .. Its why seeking real fats ad data is crucial to even know what one is even voting for .

A few years ago this was one in a few areas by this cabal in one claims paying company by the cabal in control ... and no one was notified but those over payments still exist forever against you and your heirs. An easy waiver should be able to gotten from SSA but the cabal in control on their hacked system from inside them is not being allowed to be processed at all.
THIS IS A LAND GRAB WAITING TO OCCUR AS LYNN BLODGETT ET AL WAS GIVEN THE AUTHORITY TO COLLECT THESE DEBTS LAST YEAR AND HE IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT THAT HAS TO FOLLOW THE US CONSTITUTION WITH ALL DUE PROCESS RIGHTS AT ALL.
AND THERE IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AS NONE EXIST AS THEY DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW LAWS RULES OR RIGHTS AS THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO ENFORCE THE LAWS OF THE LAND AGAINST THEM. HE IS IN DEFIANCE OF 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES NOW ON MY CASES ALONE AND NO ONE , NOT EVEN A CABINET SECRETARY OF AN AGENCIES COULD MAKE HIM OBEY THE LAW OR JUDGES.
And the only reason there is not 138 is that his companies have the control to prepare and doctor the hearings for the first line of agency judges. and will not do so as these began to expose who was in control of the USA AND IT WAS/IS NOT ANY ONE WE ELECT OR HOLDING A GOVERNMENT JOB AT ALL We have hearings waiting for years to be heard on issues just as real as the ones I have remands that the agencies are never allowed to have in a digitized format to process. as systems are hacked all over by this cabal even in the state agencies. ITS THAT BAD AND YOUNGER GENERATIONS DO NOT KEEP HARD COPIES AND NEED TO WHEN DEALING WITH THE GOVERNMENT /CONTRACTORS .. or some local government office keep the hard copy they scanned in that is never put on the system so they can process.. AND WAITING FOR THE DAY CONGRESS WILL ALLOW THEM TO SECURE THE BIGGEST POOLS OF TAX PAYER MONIES; MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY THAT ARE BEING HACKED/STOLEN AND AT MEDICARE BETTER DOCUMENTED AS BEING LOOTED AT SOME SAY IS A BILLION COLLARS A DAY AND I BELIEVE IT KNOWING WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY OWN RECORDS AND THIS IS NOT JUST ME AS THE INSIDERS AT GENERAL DYNAMICS SAY IS NOT... WHO ANSWER THE PHONE FOR 1-800 MEDICARE.

On my own social security number the medicare hackers of the cabal with the contract to own and control without any oversight by act of Congress in the COUP OF 2002.. I have the possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA, The only reason theirs is only 13 more as a spouse when there are dozens of categories one might have legally at SSA is that its an ancient system and seems to be able to only access the trust fund as they have to us one claim per 17 and cannot use more them 17 items per category as one clam is.. On my husband's number I have the following created on me of B.B2.B6.D.D4.D6.E.E1.TB.TD.TE.W.W6 .
And the regional office of CMS WILL NOT ALLOW A PAPER CLAIMS TO GET PAID AS THEY WILL NOT ALLOW IT AS IN MY CASE MEDICARE HAS NEVER BEEN PRIMARY AS MY EMPLOYER POSTS BI WEEKLY FROM A REAL GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL OFFICE.. AS UNDER FECA JURISDICTION AND 3 MEDICARE JUDGES RULED THEIR POSTING IS ACCURATE AND TO RECOVER THE MONIES AND THE CONTROL OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH OF NY WHO OWNS THE SYSTEM AND THEN HAS HACKED THE SYSTEM BI- WEEKLY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND NOW sub contractor of the cabal management of all has created the two systems by the sub contractors of a company controlled by their managers of this cabal as all of our insurers are now unaccountable government contractor and one by one have hired his management companies to run them illegally .. as CONGRESS CANNOT FIX HEALTH CARE UNTIL THEY UNGAG THEMSELVES AND START TALKING AND PUT THE AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNMENT BACK TO MAKE ALL OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND AS ONCE THEY COULD. That is not to micromanage but there have to be laws enough to make sure the monies and rights of all are not stolen .
CONGRESS IS UNPOPULAR AS THEIR SITES ALL SAY THEY WILL HELP WITH FEDERAL AGENCIES AND THAT IS NO HELP AT ALL AS THEY AGENCIES ARE NOT IN CHARGE AND HAVE NO ACCESS TO KNOW WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AT ALL and are OBEYING THE CABAL RATHER THAN THE CABAL OBEYING THE LAWS OF THE BACK AND THE AGENCY MAKING SURE THEY DO .
And telling the medical community they cannot do a paper claims when there is no legal way to do one electronically since 1/06 IS ILLEGAL when the system is not what the taxpayer paid for and they agency DOES NOT KNOW IT ALL THIS TIME AS CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW INTERNAL AUDITS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
But the agency is aware and has sent memos out to try to help in the past but WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL CONGRESS ? the gag order forbids even them to tell them there is a problem of stealing of the public treasury ???
IT MAKES THE AGENCY A COLLUDING OF CRIME. and the medical community has been sold for big money a bogus illegal offline screen of info to access to bill since 10/7/16 worse then just the hacked on in the past since the COUP OF 2002 and no one at CMS knows? and no one can officially know AS CONGRESS COLLUDES TO STEAL AS NO ONE HAS SPOKEN OUT TO TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND MAKE SURE THE LAWS ARE REVERSED BACK TO WHERE THE GOVERNMENT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO STOP THE BLATANT THEFTS OF THE TAXPAYERS MONEY . And being a US Citizen does not end our responsibility either as we are also to petition our government when we find that something is not working well in some way and let them know WITH CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS BETTER . as each one has insight that others do not and we need to put all together to find out what is the best way. Most of the call center phone menus at 1-800 Medicare (General Dynamics whose management of the cabal is having them violate their contracts and not report the security breech and thefts directly to CMS so the only way to get the info to them is if patients do it. as I have been doing with no use as CONGRESS WILL NOT STOP THE THEFT OF MEDICARE AND SOME 'DEEP STATE' INSIDE IS COVERING UP THE CRIMES TOO. ) can verify if a phony number has been created on you and a claim paid on it also..
A customer service person order proof as a temporary entitlement letter. that the system has the phony in it. A CARD WILL NOT COME AS IT CROSS CHECKS THAT WITH SSA AND THAT WOULD ONLY BE ON THE ONE NUMBER THAT IS REAL FOR MEDICARE. The summary notice of the claim will not be generated as these are suppressed and we could to that on letters years ago also for things. and would when there were some systems updates and no legal need to notify ... as no changes in the benefits etc.
Once upon a time not so long ago there was no systems security not even in the government and we the people who had access were trained to watch for things that did not look right and notify our programmers inside the government to act...
THE FACT THAT THIS SYSTEM CAN EVEN HAVE A PHONY CLAMS NUMBER IN IT THAT IS NOT AT SSA WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH FOR THE WHOLE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO COME IN AND SHUT THE WHOLE CROOKED MESS DOWN. years past.. US CONGRESSWOMAN LOIS FRANKEL HAS ONLY BEEN IN CONGRESS SINCE 2013 AND THAT IS A NEW COMER FOR THEM.. She was not there to vote in this overthrow but as I understand it EVERY BILL HAS TO HAVE THE OVERSIGHT IN IT BY THE AGENCY TO CARRY OUT THE WORK AND SPEND THE MONEY OR ITS GOES BACK TO NO OVERSIGHT OF THE COUP OF 2002 LAW.
We do not have to agree on all issues of what the solutions should be.. BUT WE ARE TO DO NO HARM TO THE LEAST OF THESE' IS MY FAITH TEACHING AS A CHRISTIAN AND ITS THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THE FOUNDERS WHO GAVE US A US CONSTITUTION PLUS THE AMENDMENTS BASED ON THESE SAME PRINCIPLES WE STRIVE TO MEET THOSE IDEALS IT GIVES US TO BE GOVERNED BY.
