This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the Medicare billing system owned by an unaccountable government sub contractor of already hacking contractors hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.. That is when Congress voted to overthrow the virtual control of the USA in the unfettered control of an international cabal of government contractors as NO BUDGET OF AN AGENCY CAN BE SPENT TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT LET ALONE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTION.
We have had a near collapse of our society as bad laws get passed based on unverifiable and at times blatantly false info as to what it really going on and as time went on the control from local to federal becomes more and more with atrocity after atrocity being done by this cabal in control and NO ONE CAN know for sure what is really going on .
This latest hacked in just a long practice of hacking data to let primary payers out of paying and a few years ago a massive hacking took place in one region or two and only with one claims paying company. This is widespread and insiders at CMS and HHS have reported a spike n outflow since 10/16 of BILLION DOLLARS A DAY BEING LOOTED FROM MEDICARE BY STEALING OUR ID AND CLAIMS INFO AND STEALING MULTIPLES OUT OF ONE
The victims have no way of knowing that they and their heirs are being overpaid for having their id and clams info stolen.. and our good doctors etc. being framed as the payment is shown being received at their bank but where did the multiples of money go? .. AS ITS NOT SHOWING BEING RETURNED.
CMS HAS NO OFFICIAL IDEA THIS IS GOING ON AND EVEN WITH SOME PROOF GETTING OUT BY PATIENTS GETTING THEIR OWN RECORDS AND SHARING. But no one can do anything. What I have shared is enough for a search warrant months ago . BUT no law enforcement allowed to act by ACT OF CONGRESS IN COUP OF 2002 WHEN THE RESTRAINER OF LAW WAS REMOVED BY SOMEONE BEFORE A 6000 PAGE BUDGET BILL WAS VOTED ON. NONE TOLD THEM OF THE MASSIVE CHANGE THAT EARMARKED THE OVERTHROW OF THE USA
And as I understand it from Michael Horowitz of the US Justice dept. UNLESS each bill since has the oversight put in it for that bill THEN THE REMOVAL OF THE RULE OF LAW OVER THAT PROGRAM EXPENDITURE IS GONE as it reverts to the COUP OF 2002. AND since most of the work of government is now contracted out; WE THE PEOPLE HAVE NO REPRESENTATION FOR TAXATION AS no one in the government is able to find out what is really going on with our money and when it disappears as 23 TRILLION WAS REPORTED AS MISSING NEARLY A DECADE AGO AND WHAT IS MISSING NOW??

So when a constituent asks a member of Congress for help and signs a release giving them full access to find their data or files ... THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DO SO . and I wish agencies would be more truthful with Congress and tell them they only know what they usually are verbally told and may be a blatant lie as my own cases shows with 38 federal agency judges orders held hostage from their respective agencies to know what was occurring that should have ended with contracts cancelled all over the government
Your member of Congress contacting an agency DOES NOT HELP When They have NO Authority TO ACCESS RECORDS OR EVEN THEIR OWN AGENCY'S JUDGES ORDERS... and that is the same flawed info that laws get based on. .
I found out the name of the person IN CONTROL OF THE USA trying to get judges orders and laws obeyed and NOT EVEN A CABINET SECRETARY UNDER THE PRESIDENT AT THE TIME.. they began saying who was in control of them of the USA , AS LYNN BLODGETT AND WHO IS HIS BOSS IS EVEN MORE TOP SECRET; NOT SURE THEY EVEN KNOW??
They are still defied and a real struggle for life and livelihood is going on for me and mine and statistics around even from Congressional studies point to this cabal responsible for millions of lives lost BEFORE THEIR TIME DUE TO ILLEGAL ACTS and NEARLY EVERY ATROCITY IS LINKED OT THIS CABAL DOING THE HORRIFIED DEEDS THAT LED TO THE LOSSES AND ITS NOT JUST IN HEALTH ARE WHICH HE HAS VIRTUAL CONTROL OF FROM EVERY CONFLICTING ANGLE AND LEVEL WITH HUNDREDS OF COMPANIES LINKED INTO A MAZE OF A CABAL HIDDEN IN THE SWAMP WHICH CONGRESS LOCKED THE GATE FOR ANY ONE TO GET IN AND CLEANSE OUT THE CORRUPTION SO THAT GOODNESS FLOWS OUT for each and all. .

And then share them with our elected officials to figure out what to-do . AND I AM DOING Such some HAVE NOT GOTTEN SOME RECENTLY AS HAD SOME mechanical issues with cartridges. etc. This is not just heath care BUT CONGRESS CANNOT HELP WHEN THEY HAVE GAGGED THEMSELVES TO IGNORE THE PROBLEMS AND DISCUSS HOW TO EVEN come to some kind of consensus to FIX THEM.
We are close to having reached a point in human history where "ALL WILL BE KINGS AND PRIESTS" AS MY FAITH BOOK THE BIBLE SAYS. WE, THE PEOPLE ARE TO Be THE ONES WHO DECIDE WHO IS TO REPRESENT US and some day no one will as all will vote to carry out the business of government for a few minutes a day online. And managers types hired by us for local state, federal and international levels answer to us.
BUT SYSTEMS ARE NOT SECURE FOR THAT YET.
SO WE HAVE IMPERFECT HUMANS ELECTED AND WE ARE TO HELP THEM HOWEVER WE CAN . EVEN WITH CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IF NEED BE.. but more useful is what we can find out for them and share so they have all the facts to put it all together for the best way to do things for each and all of us. with the least among of intrusion into our personal freedoms possible BUT SHARING FOR THINGS THAT CANNOT BE TAKEN CARE OF INDIVIDUALLY

Our job as citizens does not end at the ballot box.. its only the beginning as we go about our daily lives and become aware of something that should not be going on or an idea of how to-do it better. and that is WHAT OUR CONSTITUTION ALLOWS. PETITIONING OUR GOVERNMENT . e mail, letter, phone call etc. OR even a PEACEFUL please demonstration or rally for some issue etc.
Congress used to learn a lot of what needed to be done to make things better or fairer or more just by the issues individual constituents would come to them with and they would be able to access their files and info and find out why things did not flow through process as they should have and what was needed to be fixed. and not always with money .

On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA but as a spouse have another 13 of dozens of possible I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E`,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.crated on me and how many do you have??
This is an old system with no security and not cross checked with SSA that we know of as that has been hacked also and no access allowed by the government to find out There is a limit of 17 for each claims or item as we used to use it 30 years ago and then it was like another site set up . BUT NOT TO STEAL JUST TO KEEP TRACK OF THINGS This is merged in to a cyber cloud to access the MEDICARE RUST FUND and with 17 separate screens or sites; but THEY ARE USING A BOGUS FIRST PAGE even selling it to the medical community for big money and telling the call centers for all that its the real things and its not.
. TO TRICK ALL AND THE REAL ONE IS HIDDEN on the next page. etc. IN THE CLOUD FOR THOSE, LIKE ME WITH PRIMARY PAYERS POSTING FROM OUR EMPLOYERS. No one knows how to find out about PART D AS THAT IS ANOTHER SUB CONTRACTOR OF THE INSURERS WITH Lynn Blodgett's Companies. ASSUME IT IS ALSO 17 pays stolen PER BOTTLE OF PILLS AND THAT COULD BE A LOT MORE THAN THE OFFICE Visit TO DAY to get the prescription even paid 17 times also.
A customer service person can issues you a temporary letter for evidence to share with whomever you choose to . at
GENERAL DYNAMICS ( 1-800 MEDICARE) CALL CENTER PHONE MENUS CAN VERIFY if a phony number is active and a claim paid on it.. Then a customer service person can order a temporary entitlement letter to prove it exists in the system.
THE MEDICARE HACKERS HAVE DONE A REAL DISINFORMATION NUMBER ON their employees and a few weeks ago made it look as if the real number one has and each phony was cross referred to stop the multiples BUT UNLESS ALL 17 ARE CROSS REFERRED ON THE SAME PAGE IT IS NOT STOPPED. As that is what was done a few years ago when the info collected was enough not to renew the contract and got it stopped until 10/16 AND ITS not an isolated region now
DID A SYSTEM COVER UP BY THE HACKERS CRASH THE SYSTEM?
LAST WEEK I HAD ORDERED A COUPLE OF LETTERS ON PHONY NUMBERS AND TODAY GOT THE REAL ONES INSTEAD.. do not know if they were ordered as such and being told not to issue them or now.. BUT IT HAS NOT STOPPED THE MULTIPLES AT ALL
AND IF THEY THINK IT WILL all they did is create 17 separate files of the same number with another phony number and that tricks the system to think its a different person.
NOVATIS CRASHED?? .. as if they think this is going to work and all
YOU CANNOT HAVE 17 SEPARATE SCREENS OR SITES ON EACH PATIENT AND THEN THINK ITS GOING TO WORK as this would BE 17 SITES SET UP ON THE SAME CLAIM NUMBER AND THE CYBER CLOUD KNOWS THAT CANNOT BE. AND WILL KEEP LOOKING FOR THE REAL TWO NUMBERS TO CROSS REFER AS THEY RUN THROUGH 17??
Should be getting some letters sent Monday soon. and did not get any phone calls make today..

KRIS KOBACH IS ON THE COMMISSION TO MAKE SURE OUR VOTING IS NOT FRAUDULENT and has asked for the info from all the states I WROTE YESTERDAY OF HOWE HAS THE FORMER PRESIDENT OBAMA'S BIRTH RECORD AND WAS NOT FULLY TRUTHFUL IN COURT IN 9/12 Its linked above.
I have proposed for some time that we use E VERIFY TO MAKE THE PROCESS MORE LEGALLY ACCURATE. and that would be done by the election officials by them when one registers by running it though the SSA system. Its should only need the added fields for citizenship which has been coded and determined when you get your social security card. or file for benefits. and those who have filed for a duplicate in between we coded it in if you had he info with you when you got a duplicate card Many do not realize we have done this since the1970's so most have it on their system records at SSA and a phone call can verify if its on there.
BUT THIS CABAL HAS CONTROL OF THE STATE, AT SSA AND NO ONE KNOW FOR SURE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH IT. My records has been hacked as pending appeals disappear and JUDGES REMANDS NOT POSTED TO BE WORKED EITHER BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL.. WHICH IS LIFE THREATENING FOR ME AT TIMES. AS WELL AS LIVELIHOOD AFFECTED even the state of Oklahoma records have been hacked. also under them. .
SSA OFFICIALS WROTE TO CONGRESS NEARLY 4 YEARS AGO ABOUT THE DENIAL OF ACCESS TO AUDIT THE SYSTEMS AND IGNORED AS ITS NOT JUST ON MY RECORDS ITS BEEN HACKED and fictitious people may be getting payments on you if you are the worker.
This is not the real dependents overseas that never had an social security number as those would be legal if they do exist if the worker worked in the USA and those dependents never were here. . MORE PROPAGANDA TO MISLEAD AS THIS CABAL HAS DONE A LOT OF THAT. and some DEEP STATE INSIDE HAS GONE ALONG WITH IT. And that has become another issue that the legal system has to investigate and its hard to do with out being able to investigate both sides who may be colluding..
If you are getting benefits on your own social security earnings.. you may wish to call and find out if there are a possible 3 x spouses and 2 children added to your record getting checks who do not exist. YOU MAY HAVE THOSE MADE UP X SPOUSES ON THERE AS SOON AS YOU TURN 62 AND HAVE NOT EVEN FILED YET?? AND YOU ARE GETTING OVERPAID FOR THE THEFTS. This is an old stealing scheme that has occurred a few times over the years inside SSA ..and desk audits caught . .
If they are going to use the system information to verify if one who registered to vote is a real eligible person. they those system have to be audited by a real government that is impartial as once they were to know for sure. we used to do some of these second audits of audits. for insecure systems as that is all we had. Maybe that will be our report but a lot of work to be done to make it happen and the current data files are not verifiable at all.. DUE TO THE COUP OF 2002.

Its not always gong to be a 'EASY FIX" as some things have been going bad for decades and a real unraveling of a real maze has to occur with a lot of listening to all kinds of experts on matters and even when not all agree we learn to better put the whole consensus together WE DO NOT ELECT DIVINE gods. AND WE ARE IMPERFECT HUMANS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE BEST WAY TO DO THINGS FOR EACH AND ALL OF US AND THE ISSUE IS ARE YOU THERE TO SERVE US AND THE NATION OR SOME OTHER ENTITY THAT IS NOT A GOOD ONE. )
