This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare billing system hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted in the OVERTHROW OF HE USA INTO THE VIRTUAL CONTROL OF AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS. with REMOVAL OF THE RESTRAINER of law so that the real government could no longer do an internal audits(systems also ) nor criminal investigations of a non DOD contractor and with NO REFEREE FOR A FREE MARKET SYSTEM SOON ONE CABAL HAD CONTROL FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL AND ALSO ARE THE SNOOPERS WHO CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH OUR PRIVATE AND PERSONAL E MAILS AND PHONE CALLS AND ANY OTHER MATTERS ABOUT US THEY CAPTURE IN ANY FORMAT.
Congress THEN voted in an unconstitutional gag order rule to not mention , contact or have a contractor testify and then wonder why they are so unpopular as THEY CANNOT HELP CONSTITUENTS AS THE ISSUES ARE USUALLY INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS WITH EVEN OUR PERSONAL FILES AND RECORDS OFTEN WITHHELD FROM AGENCIES ALONG WITH TRUTHFUL FACTS AND DATA OF WHAT THEY ARE REALLY DOING. SO congress passes bad laws based on bad data and cannot fix much of anything as THEY NO NOTHING THAT IS REAL OR VERIFIABLE .
The philosophy that government can be turned over to business as partners to run DOES NOT WORK WHEN THEY ARE NOT OVERSEEN AND BECOME THE RULERS OF THE LAND FOR PROFIT AGENDAS with the ore unethical forcing out those who would play by the rules and uphold the laws of he land.
We now have trillions missing from the public treasury unaccounted for and CONGRESS WONDERS WHERE IS THE MONEY AND MANY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BACK IN THE COUP OF 2002 THAT IS STILL THE LAW OF THE LAND AND OUR REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO AUTHORITY OVER AN INTERWOVEN SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THAT TOOK ME YEARS TO EVEN KNOW WHO WAS IN CHARGE AND THEN A FEW HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS NAKED THE RULER OF THE USA AS Lynn Blodgett and I still do not know who he reports to as its no one inside the real government at all although I have mentioned some suspicious links n this blog which one can put in any word or phrase at the top and locate where its been mentioned here. I pray he will start talking and tell all as he knows who he works for. unless he has become the 'RULER OF THE WORLD' NOW but do not think we have gotten to the final point in time yet, pray not...
I found out trying to get 38 federal agency judges in multiple agencies orders obeyed and kept going higher up the hierarchy until I found out why they were not as most agency were not even allowed access to have their official copy from their own judges . and that includes 3 Medicare judges who ruled that the post from my employer was accurate and go recover the money and tossed and ignored it and LYNN BLODGETT OUTED HIMSELF AND BEGAN GOING FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY LYING AND SAYING I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASES WHEN THE JUDGES WERE ORDERING THE OPPOSITE BE DONE MOSTLY BY HIM.. grounds to cancel his contract and stop the overthrow of the USA nearly a decade ago now ;
JUSTICE DENIED ONE DOES DENY IT TO ALL AND WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THIS. CABAL AND CONGRESS CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO AS THE GATE TO THE SWAMP IS LOCKED FOR ANY PRESIDENT TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AS CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW A PENNY TO BE SPENT TO DO SO .
And its been illegal to alter the employer bi weekly post that since 1994. for good reason as a lot of parties are affected and lots of due process rights surround employee benefits especially for federal employees. THE AGENCY CANNOT MAKE A DECISION AS THEY HAVE NO ACCESS TO RECORDS AND NO AUTHORITY TO DO SO IN A REGIONAL OFFICE . as the recovery process that is being obstructed by their own company who is the owners and the Medicare hackers since the coup of 2002 and take their verbal orders they have obeyed from Lynn Blodgett et al crimes get committed on his verbal orders all over .
ITS THAT BAD FOLKS AND TOO MANGY HAVE ALREADY DIED AND LOST SO MUCH DUE TO IT THAT IT IS A REAL AMERICAN HOLOCAUST .. AND ITS TIME FOR CONGRESS TO STAND UP AND TAKE BACK AMERICA FOR US, THE PEOPLE AND PROTECT THE SECURITY OF THE NATION WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002;

This blog, I make no money from, was started when it was learned no government entity could stop even blatant looting of the Medicare trust fund back in 12/08 in only a couple of regions and by one claims paying entity AND THREE OIG'S (AGENCY POLICE) AND FBI CYBER CRIMES FOUND OUT THAT THEY COULD NOT ACT AS THE US ATTYs' SAID MY EVIDENCE WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR A SEARCH WARRANT AND WANTED TO SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE CROOKED MESS.
Many in the Dallas/Atlanta region still do not know they have overpayments to Medicare that their heirs may have already inherited as these, by law, do not go away.. One should be able to get an easy waiver at Social Security on them but the same head of the USA now thought another company has virtual control of SSA and denied access to audit to their hacked system 4 years ago. which mine has been .. also as appeals filed just dispp3ra off the screen never allowed to be worked and that includes judges remand orders which has caused me and mine horrible financial losses and continued fight for life sustaining medical care even though we have plenty of health ins and plans..
ALL HEALTH CARE FROM EVERY CONFLICTING END IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THIS ONE ENTITY AND HEAD NOW.. AND EVEN OUR MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS BEING EXTORTED TO PAY FOR ACCESS TO A BILLING SYSTEM WHERE THEY ARE BEING SENT A BOGUS OFFLINE SCREEN CREATED TO TRICK INTO USING SO THAT ONE CLAIM BECOMES MULTIPLES AND MONEY DIVERTED .
This IS NOT ONE REGION OR ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY NOW. and insiders say the spike in outflow from the Medicare trust fund is a BILLION DOLLARS A DAY and yet CONGRESS WILL NOT ACT TO EVEN ALLOW AGENCY' S TO USE THEIR EXISTING BUDGET TO GET IN AND SHUT THIS ONGOING MASSIVE ORGANIZED CRIME RING DOWN with one voice vote...
AFRAID THAT THE HEAD OF THE SWAMP COULD BRING THIS NATION/NATIONS TO ITS KNEES IN LESS THAN A HALF HOUR AS THAT IS HOW FAR SPREAD THE VIRTUAL CONTROL IS NOW? AND MANY IN CONGRESS HAVE NO IDEA THIS IS HAPPENING AND THAT ALL THE LAWS THEY PASSED CAN BE TOSSED BY THIS CABAL AND NOT OBEYED??

CREATED TO STEAL YOUR ID AND Claims' by this cabal who is in control and no one allowed to stop them as you ad your heirs get overpaid and the medical community subject to bank account seizes as he system record says they got multiple payments but they are delivered and not aware either? as this cabal signs them up and they sign they can have overpayment taken back??
On my own social security number they created have the four possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders )of A,M, T, TA but as a spouse of the dozens of categories there is another 13 of B,B2,B6,E,E4,E6,,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6..
Most of the call center phone menus at General Dynamics (1-800-Medicare) can verify if a phony claim number is active or if a claim has been paid on it.. And a customer service person can order a temporary entitlement letter to verify that your id and info was stolen by the Medicare hackers who own the system and stole money from Medicare using your id.
We used this system decades ago and their is no security on it ,as the younger generations do not fully understand the concept. The operators who see it are the security to see and contact the programmers when something doe not look right and MINE AND OTHERS THEY HAVE SAID THEY HAVE SEEN LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF NO SECURITY AND ILLEGAL ACTS GOING ON .
The summary notices can be suppressed on it.. for the multiples as we could do such years ago . .. but the temporary letter verifies the illegal active computer file on that number and am still getting them in the mail.. NO CARDS ARE ISSUED AS THOSE ARE CROSS CHECKED WITH SSA SYSTEM YET. THIS IS NOT SHUT DOWN now for over 9 months since 10/16 AND IT GOING TO TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS OR THE END OF THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND TO STOP IT . This is an overpayment against you/us and your heirs and frames your medical source also ...
I am sharing redacted copies with member of Congress which is the only way this can be stopped and as he HHS OIG IS NOT ALLOWED TO ACT NO UNDER THE INTAKE CONTROL OF A SUB SUB OF GOLDMAN -SACHS ... who colluded to hack back in 4/14 as shared her in the Daily Recaps a linked cohort of the cabal and over at . Our congressional delegation has he unredacted copies to put with our pending privacy releases they cannot help us with as the issues as are for most inside the contractors. and the unconstitutional gag order forbids them to find our government files and what needs to be done to get things moving and the constitutional rights of each be upheld.. ...
and they are not allowed to do so as once they could and that is why they cannot fix health care as they do not have this one by one info any more they used to learn from the individual cases they tracked for their people
1-800 Medicare under the management of the Medicare hackers; those good people have been ordered to violate their contracts and not file fraud reports with print outs of screens/pages directly with CMS as with enough evidences the real government can do one things yet and that is not renew a contract and that is how the prior thefts got stopped when Vangent owned the contract .
as these are the only ones who are able to see BUT NOT ALL AS NO ONE HAS ACCESS TO PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUGS SYSTEM WITH THE MAIN COMPANY OF LYNN BLODGETT'S PAYS ALL THOSE FOR THE INSURERS AS SUB CONTRACTS AND NO ONE HAS ACCESS NOT EVEN THE INSURERS KNOW IF MULTIPLES ARE GOING OUT IN THEIR NAMES ALSO
AS ALL OF OUR INSURERS ARE NOW UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS ALSO AND NOT SINCE 2010..OBAMACARE AND I ASSUME THEY ARE .PAYING THE MULTIPLES AS THAT IS EVEN BIGGER MONEY THAN MOST MEDICAL BILLS .
but it still took 18 months of appeals to end I THE FORMER STOPPAGE AND IT WENT ON FROM 1/06 THROUGH 11/12 when Highmark (now Navotis) took over and the 17 numbers got cross-referred to the real one and that has ended again as of 10/16 as they are active and were not a year ago when checked.. the initial pay out went back to 12/12 wen the last thefts stopped. and the cyber loud knows all of the info and over payments and is in a real meltdown trying to correct itself and cannot . .. But would have been stopped immediately before the COUP OF 2002 It never would have got started if there had been the oversight allowed before the COUP of 2002.
AND TODAY WAS TOLD by a 1-800 MEDICARE PERSON THEY ARE BEING TOLD THEY ARE NOT SEEING WHAT THEY CAN ALL SEE.

no new claims showing paid on mymedicare.gov but still hacked mess for insurances as it has four fake ones and the real one from my employer not on there and most of the recovery letters went out to the cabal address are not showing any more either as LYNN BLODGETT ORDERED THOSE SINCE HE TOOK OVER. DELETED AND THEY DID A FEW YEARS AT AGO SOME BEFORE THEN ARE STILL ON THERE AND ACTIONS TAKEN.
SINCE 1/06 they are unable to get any out due to the rigged obstruction of the corporate offices of the contract holder of the former GROUP HEALTH OF NY to make an illegal deal still to allow primary payers to get our of paying first system that will not use the real date of injury but has every one injured on the date they got PART A Medicare.
THE TAXPAYERS HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE SYSTEMS HEY PAID FOR SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND PRESIDENT TRUMP IS RIGHT TO HIRE 13 SYSTEMS ENGINEERS WHO WORK FOR THE USA , US;. mymedicare.gov seems to only get new info from claims paid as soon as they are.. BUT THE REST IS NOT CONNECTED TO ANY OTHER SYSTEM as its does not get the bi weekly employer post.. at all and only 1-800 Medicare can see that. so its informative but not fully accurate at all and has some ones else's medical or made up ones. as there are some heart drugs on there I have never taken and would not be as not for my conditions ... and no one knows how to get that corrected. either.

But the real info is on the next page AND ALL ARE BEING TOLD THAT IT MEANS THE INFO IS CLOSED. BUT ITS SAYS OPEN AND NOT TERMINATED FOR THE FECA AND FEHB BLUES.
THEY ARE NOW BEING TRAINED THAT THIS MEANS ITS 'CLOSED' DUE TO THE REAL INFO BEING ON THE SECOND PAGE??/ AND THAT IS FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO DID NOT DENY TO ME A FEW WEEKS AGO THAT THEY WORK FOR LYNN BLODGETT WHO IS THE VIRTUAL CONTROLLER OF THE MEDICARE HACKERS. AND USA NOW.
She had said the real payers were 'closed; but when I asked if the "D" indicator was on there SHE SAID IT WAS NOT.. BUT ALL BEING TOLD IT MEANT CLOSED just because it was not the first info seen
The first info is the BOGUS OFF LINE UNSECURED ONE.. AND ITS WHAT IS ON THE PHONE MENU AND HAD ALREADY VERIFIED THAT ONE OF THE PHONY NUMBERS WAS ACTIVE AND HAD PAID A CLAIM ON THAT.. and she said the system took the phony number for the letter.
I also got that the system to show MEDICARE IS SECONDARY ON THE REAL INFO BUT PRIMARY ON THE BOGUS SCREEN AND THE FAKE BLUES SUPPLEMENT TODAY OF THE 27 DETECTED ONES IS THE ONE OF HSBC-BCBS OF OK FEP B ONLY AND A ONLY and that the fake ID or policy number on it is three zeroes put in front of most of the real one with the last two numbers of it left off. an impossible policy mixing federal with state regulated policy terms and tricking the cyber cloud that may some day wake up and outsmart the hackers and then what?? ALL HAVE TO DO PAPER CLAIMS AND DO THEM THE LEGAL WAY OF CONDITIONAL payments FOR THIS FAMILY members with Medicare cards.
Its getting more bizarre over time as to what those in the various cabal controlled call centers are being told when they can see it does not make common sense what they are being ordered to say.. 'OPEN' IS NOT 'CLOSED' unless its in the book 1984 'double speak language'
And the system is in a meltdown and goes through all the fake blues numbers trying to fine the real one which is hidden from the bogus screen showing its the primary plan THE REASON FOR THIS MAY WELL BE TO TRICK THE CYBER CLOUD INTO BEING OCCUPIED WITH FINDING THE RIGHT BLUES WHEN ITS NOT ON THE BOGUS SCREEN AT ALL
