This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system hacked worse then ever and massive thefts being set in place which insiders says is a billion dollars a day by the international cabal; given unfettered control with no oversight in the COUP of 2002 over not only Medicare, Medicaid for the poor and virtually the whole USA is now under their control an not just health care.
Congress voted for this in 2002 and President George W Bush signed into law the virtual overthrown of the USA with access to the public monies unguarded.
President Trump , a businessman knows better than to give out contracts to build a building, etc. and given then the codes to the entire fund of his to build it and then never check to see if its built right and up to legal codes OR EVEN BUILT AT ALL and one day the money is gone, HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT. NO ONE WITH COMMON SENSE WOULD EVEN FIXING SOMETHING ON THEIR OWN HOME,
Well our elected officials did just that back in 2002 .. They gave the key to the public treasury to this cabal and then would not any of existing budget be used for any real govt official who owns the govt, that is us and our elected leaders and those we hire in our civil service to do the work who are supervised and audit's to make sure they are following all the laws and regulations even the most basic one and if they become crooked can be arrested and prosecuted, NOT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
Buts since the coup of 2002 most of all government got contracted out from local to federal and much of those local and state programs and projects are federally funded state programs and in the past the states relied the bigger and more powerful federal law enforcers to investigate and arrest those acing illegally or stealing our money as contractors when the CONTRACTOR BECAME THE CROOK..
Since most of these govt contracts have been allowed to illegally impersonate a govt official or govt office, or call center, few have any idea who is govt with legal accountability still or who is an immune contractors AND SINCE 2010 our insurers are also those unaccountable govt contractors and price gouging?? NO AUDITS OR ARRESTS ALLOWED!!
Congress then 'covered up their horrible deed and many still did not know what they had voted for... and gagged themselves being told it was 'bad manners' to mention a contractors, contact one or have one testify AFTER ALL A CONTRACTOR IS LIKE A PERSON AND CAN SUE FOR SLANDER AND DEFAMATION. .. And I only mention any one of them by name,, with real evidence of crimes and 38 judges orders defied, and if an agency has to have a massive amounts of evidence to cancel contracts, let alone even not renew one AS THEY HAVE ALL THE APPEAL RIGHTS WE, THE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE DEALING WITH THIS BUNCH NOW AS THEY PREPARE THE FILES FOR THE HEARINGS AND WILL NOT LET ANY MORE OF OURS AS WE HAVE EXPOSED THEM TOO ,MUCH AND THEY DO NOT HAVE TO OBEY A JUDGE. AT ALL as a real govt employee would have to .. and would if they even had access to then in digital form now to obey but rarely do they do the work ,, so they cannot act anyway... and the whole nation thought we had law enforcement as things got worse and people caught with out the pay for care and services--- began to die and get sicker and lost their livelihoods.. AND AN AMERICAN HOLOCAUST ENSUED UNTIL A FEW AT THE TOP TOLD THE TRUTH WHO KNEW AND ADMITTED THERE IS NO GOVT IN CONTROL OF MUCH OF THE GOVT AT ALL SINCE THE COUP OF 2002...
HEALTH CARE TOTALLY CAME UNDER THIS CABAL IN 2010 AS EVEN THEY HEALTH INSURERS BECAME UNACCOUNTABLE GOVT CONTRACTORS...
REMEMBER WHEN THE STATES REGULATED INSURANCE COMPANIES AND COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT PRICE GOUGING, AND DID AUDITS.. etc.???
We feds , on ours could never go to thee states as ours were and are govt contractors and soon got under the cabal taking over with no accountability as we had in the past. and in the COUP OF 2002 WE WERE THE CANARY IN THE MINE. AS FECA(WORKERS COMP) APPROPRIATED MONIES DISAPPEARED AND WE WITH MORE SERIOUS AND LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICAL NEEDS HAD A MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD. GIVEN TO AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND A TOP EXECUTIVE LYNN BLODGETT SOON ENDED UP OWNING THE COMPANY AND THE NEARLY 200 MILLION DOLLARS HAD DISAPPEARED IN A 'SUSPECTED EMBEZZLEMENT RING;(Forbes Magazine has a story linked to this site (do a search for this site at the top of this post) ,HAS A LINK TO A SHELL COMPANY LINKED OT THE CLINTON FOUNDATION AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO KNOW WHERE IS THE MONEY AS EVEN THE OIG INVESTIGATORS WERE NOT TOLD THAT WHY THEY WERE NOT BEING ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE AND FIND THE MONEY AND OUR MEDICAL CARE GOT ILLEGALLY DUMPED ON TO MEDICARE AND ITS NOT GOOD AS EVEN EXPERIMENTAL TYPE CARE CAN BE PAID BY FECA AS THEY TAKE LIABILITY AND USED TO OVERSEE ETC.
AND ACS employees were telling our oxygen suppliers and doctors etc that I and other were given a million dollars to pay for our own care as they saw the amounts on our screens.. but no one got such and no such law has ever been passed to give us a lump sum of money like that... claims have to be field and paid like any other plan... government or private (50% OF CO PAYS ARE BEING DRIBBLED OUR OF SOME FUND AND IS THAT THE REPORT THE REAL GOVT GETS AS THE AMOUNT OF OUR HEALTH CARE SKEWING ANY DATA OF THE MONIES NEEDED)
THERE HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND NO FREE MARKET SYTEM EITHER AS NO ONE TO REFEREE THAT BASIC LAWS OF FAIRNESS EXIST ALL MUST OBEY. TO COMPETE
And since 2002 not one liquid oxygen invoice has been input at FECA as his manager said "it would be paid and the gig would be up and they would have to pay for all of my care?" which is what had been approved for years already as permanent medical and since that was based on liquid or compressed air (old green bottles) oxygen and was also ordered on me "let her die." I 'hear?" many have died in a real murder due to an illegal act that took lives before they should have died??
Thus began a real life and death struggle and now in the last 4 years Lynn Blodgett has all workers comp medical to pay for in the USA with all the insurers as shell company contracts. and most of all approved medical for injured workers is now also illegally dumped on to Medicare by deals to hack between his managers and those of his at the contractors which the owner of the system and now he has the sub contract to control the system and massive looting is underway even selling an illegal off offline system to the medical community and framing them to show they got paid multiple of one claim as cabal has turned into multiples and diverting the money after the system shows its been received at their bank AND TOO MANY HAVE THEIR ACCOUNTS IN HIS BANKS ??? set up over the last few years as all the monies for snap cards ATM cards etc. go to his for all levels of govt now. No one got an ATM CARD EITHER...
CONGRESS WILL NOT PASS A LAW TO KNOW OR STOP IT SINCE THE COU0 OF 2002. A FOOLISH NATION AND WE WONDER WHY SOME WE CALL FOOLISH ARE TAUNTING US WITH REAL MISSILES ... AS THEY KNOW OUR OWN HOUSE IS IN DISARRAY AND NOT PROTECTED.. and think our military is as foolish since many of this cabal are now inside those DOD contractors with the domestic contracts for our social and domestic funds and health funds to use as they please/
DOD HAD KEPT THE OVERSIGHT BACK IN 2002.... BUT WITH THIS CABAL BUYING IN TO ONE COMPANY THAT BOUGHT INTO THEM. WHO IS IN CONTROL ??
... AND OVER SEE IT AS ILLEGAL ACT AND AT MEDICARE GOT DUMPED ON TO MEDICARE FOR THOSE OF US WITH OTHER PRIMARIES ILLEGALLY AND ALL OVERPAID FOR EVER... AND OUR HEIRS TOO
CONGRESS FORGOT THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO GO TO THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS AND SAY ANYTHING THEY WANT TO AND HAVE FULL IMMUNITY ... OUR FOUNDERS WELL KNEW THEY HAD TO HAVE THIS FREEDOM AND THE VOTERS WOULD DECIDE IF IT WAS TOO AWFUL AND NEED TO BE VOTED OUR OF OFFICE. ETC.
WHY JUST REPEAL AND REPLACE HEALTH CARE IS NOT THAT EASY ??
These existing programs and all the health insures are now govt contractors too. ad all contracted out that run it and have access.. and massive horrible illegal things being done that cannot be stopped unless a lot of evidence can be gotten .
. WE THE PATIENTS ARE THE ONLY SOURCE AND WE HAVE TO DO IT INDIVIDUALLY ON OUR OWN RECORDS and we can get proof of the phony number but only GENERAL DYNAMICS HAS THE HARD COPIES AND STOPPED ONE MASSIVE THEFTS IN OUR AREA WITH ONE COMPANY A FEW YEARS AGO so that one contract was not renewed .
But it took 18 months of appeals before it was not renewed.. IF THERE HAD BEEN THE OVERSIGHT ALLOWED THE PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN RAIDED BY THE FEDS AND STOPPED BACK IN FALL OF 2008 WHEN IT BEGAN RETRO TO 1/06 AND EVEN BACK IN 2/1/08 WHEN I DISCOVERED THE ONE PHONY NUMBER AND ILLEGAL UNSECURED SYSTEM BEING USED AND THAT IN ITSELF WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO RAID AND STOP IT AN DUE PROCESS TO MAY BE CANCEL THEN OR BEHAVE .. A TRILLION DOLLARS IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN STOLEN THEN AND ITS GONE WHERE? and most have no idea there is an overpayment against them and their heirs. and neither does the medical community and even pharmacists now when Lynn Blodgett seizes there bank accounts as he is the bill collector also on this.
But no govt to call to help when crimes are committed ! and no audits to even find out as all govt and any good businessperson would do with contracted out work..
States were not told until 2014 WHY THE FEDS WOULD NOT HELP AS THEY BEGGED. as I begged on my own also for my self. etc. and officially told then by the soon resigned CMS DIRECTOR MARILYN N TRAVENNER they were own there own. And since 2014 when CMS director finally told the states the truth that the feds were forbidden by congress to help , THEY WERE ON THEIR OWN DOING MUCH OF THIS WITH THE CRIMES AND THEFTS OF MEDICARE WITHOUT FEDERAL HELP AND THE FIRST SENATE HEALTH CARE BILL WAS GOING TO FORCE THEM TO STOP TRYING TO GET RID OF THE CROOKS why would they do that??WHO IS WRITING THESE BILLS?
THE DIRECTOR SOON RESIGNED... AND THINGS GOT EVEN WORSE
After this time when the initial report went in and the first bill got voted down. and their gaga order will not let them tell the truth that they stopped another decade of robbing and maybe worse then ever for all of us then even now

It took me, from the inside since 6/68 years to find out and them it was not until 08 that congress voted no oversight to stop crimes by contractors nor able to audit to know . and then in 2014 Michael Horowitz called me and told me it was the E GOVERNING 6000 PAGE BUDGET BILL OF 2002 THAT WAS ALTERED SOON BEFORE VOTED ON THAT OVERTHREW THE USA .. and did President Bush also know it was altered ? GO BACK TO THOSE DAILY RECAPS OVER THE YEARS SINCE 12/08 AS THIS IS WHY THIS BLOG WAS BEGUN TO TRACK AND SHARE WHAT I KNEW AND WAS FINDING OUT a lot of the fist was posted on my pages at the washingtonpost.com.. but changes in ownership got the first done for all and only the more recent years put back up when new ownership and then I began to share on my own sites more.

THIS IS THE MAZE THAT CONGRESS HAS TO PLOW THREW TO PUT HEALTH CARE BACK TO THE CONTROL OF THE PEOPLE AND OUR GOOD DOCTORS. ETC
THERE ARE ALL THESE CONTRACTS IN ALL PARTS OF HEALTH CARE NOW.. AND WHAT IS TO BE DONE WITH THEM. THEY WILL SUE?? WHEN MOST OF THEM SHOULD BE FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES AND CONTRACTS CANCELLED THAT WAY FOR FRAUD.
Do we ;start fresh " and phase in a whose new health care system WHICH MEANS A FRESH START WITH ANY NEW CONTRACT WITH ADEQUATE OVERSIGHT AS ONCE WE HAD AND HAVE TO HAVE THE BASICS as greed and evil still does exist in this world. and not as many even needed if we do not get laws passed to shuffle data for more contractors to be hired..
And Congress is gagged to not explain all of this,
We cannot patch up a broken corrupted system now and the model is decades out of dates for how to pay for what... as what is paid for is also out of date. The 21st century has the doctor as the medical billing person as its all input.. and no need to create contracts to shuffle data around and then be tempted to steal.. AND EVERY TIME THE DOCTOR, NURSE OR STAFF GOES ON LINE TO DO ANYTHING WITH OUR RECORDS FROM THE OFFICE VISIT TO RECEIVING AND REVIEWING TEST RESULTS TO THE CALL TO TELL US WHAT THEY WERE OR SEND THEM TO US ELECTRONICALLY IS PAID FOR AND NO NEED FOR MEDICINE CHANGES, ETC ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID FOR OR A NEW PRESCRIPTION SENT OFF TO THE PHARMACY and none of it is now. and the system knows how long it took etc..
Medicare billing person is an obsolete job that is gong the way of the key punch operators of old.. BUT There IS A NEED FOR A FEW MORE EXPERT REVIEWERS.. A doctor etc. night have hire a reviewer to check things over when the payment is made which should be generated as soon as the office visit or test etc. is run at a medical facility etc., BUT NOT TO BE THE BOSS AND MICROMANAGE THE CARE. that has to end .... as that can be a deadly outcome and care not get done at all. like an ER PUSHING OPIOIDS* WHEN THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THE CAUSE OF PAIN IS DIAGNOSIS AND THEN REAL TREATMENT FOR THAT AND CURES OR MANAGEMENT CAN TAKE PLACE INSTEAD AS ITS WELL KNOW HOW TO TRICK THE BRAIN TO NOT THINK ABOUT IT WHEN THE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN CAUSE IS REMOVED .* started when this cabal began management all.. and a pill to kill the pain is cheaper than an x-ray or cat scan?? or even EKG OR LISTEN TO ONE HEART OR LUNGS.ETC CA AS happened to me in 2/07 as I have writing about the REAL CAUSE OF THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC POINT TO THIS CABAL AND CHEAP WAY TO CUT COSTS AT WHAT HUMAN PRICE AND SOCIETY'S COST IN THE LONG RUN
And 'AL'L got mad at me for refusing to take the prescription when as a heart and lung patient that was ignored completely and not to be taken until the cause of the pain is diagnose and treated that might stop the pain instead of a COVER UP PILL INFECTION HAD GONE PAST THE SINUSES UP TO THE OPTIC NERVE AND THE SWELLING HAD CAUSED I could have lost eyesight an worse .. but this cabal had hacked my Fed Blues from the MEDICARE Billing system and deductible not yet met for the year. etc. on one plan.
I HAVE HAD SOME OF THE BEST DOCTORS IN THE NATION AND I LISTEN TO THEM AND NO WAY WAS I LEAVING WITH A PRESCRIPTION FOR PAIN PILLS TO GET INTO THE COMPUTER FILES ANYWHERE. ETC AS I WOULD BE DISOBEYING ORDERS FROM WORKERS COMP.AND NO DIAGNOSIS FOR THE CAUSE OF THE PAIN AT ALL?? a robot in the ER under this cabal management dictating medical care that did not see me and never went to medical school.. I LATER LEAREND IS WAS WORSE THAN THAT AND SOME DIRECT VERBAL MALFEASANCE BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL AND LET HER DIE ORDER ON ME AND I COULD HAVE...BUT DOYLE TOOK ME TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL AND ID GOT A BAD REPORTS FOR BEHAVIOR PUT IN MY RECORDS AT THAT HOSPITAL ND THAT IS AMONG THE CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT NEVER ALLOWED TO BE ANSWERED BY HHS IN DALLAS AS I WENT AFTER THIS CABAL AS OFFENDING PARTY AND HIS FOR THE INTENTIONAL MISINFORMATION . AND HACKING BY THOSE UNDER HIS ORDERS... NOT KNOWING HE WAS IN COTROL AT THE DALLAS HHS -OCR OFFICE ALSO
How many patients would know this to stand up and say no!! TO Illegally DUMP ONTO MEDICARE AND THEY HAD TO GO BY THAT AND NOT THE CARED I PRESENTED AT ALL so to them the system said all I had was Medicare and a FECA THAT HAD A DATE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I GAVE AS REAL Injury date ALREADY UNDER LYNN BLODGETT AND NO FILE POSTED TO DAY .. WHEN I ALREADY HAVE PERMANENT AND TOTAL MEDICAL CARE THERE FOR YEARS BEFORE THAT.
I DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING BUT Medicare on the system and a wrong later date for FECA and not able to fully pay the bill Plus Texas had a strict law that if a job injury one HAD TO BE TREATED AND WAIT MAYBE FOR YEARS FOR THE PAY GIVE A PAID PILL AND NOT DO ANYTIHING ELSE, ,THEN THEY NEVER DIAGNOSED ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE JOB INJURY FORGETTING THAT I HAD TWO OTHER INSURANCES BUT ONLY ONE ON THE HACKED RECORDS. AND I AM A REAL LIABILITY RISK DUE TO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY THIS CABAL IS REH MESSAGE THEY GET. AND
HOW MANY TIMES DID THE PATIENT DO AS TOLD NOT KNOWING AND HOW MANY HAVE BEEN HOOKED IN VERY SIMILAR SITUATIONS AND LIVES RUINED AND SOCIETY HAS A BIGGER BILL TO DEAL WITH ...NOW. THIS IS AN EVIL BEAST ALLOWED TO BE CREATED.
WHEN ITS WAS FECA;S BILLS ANYWAY but the wrong date on the system as they do that to block any recovery effort from them EVERYONE? IS INJURED THE DAY THEY GET PART A MEDICARE SO THAT THE CABAL DOES NOT DO THE RECOVERY ..
President Trump and Congress how do we get our of these illegal actor contracts running health care and stealing the money now! REPEAL AND REPLACE?

HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF A BAD CONTRACT?? REPEAL, REPLACE Does NOT SEEM TO BE THE REAL ANSWER EITHER. ?? A THE CONTRACTS ARE STILL LEGALLY IN PLACE?
Maybe when all of the MS-13 gets rounded up and deported breaking our laws.. is new to Congress and what a time to enter in to serving the people and nation. But maybe a new comer can help give some new insight of what is needed to be done with all of this horror you in office have inherited from your predecessors that took decades to create in a bi partisan way... now a bi partisan effort is needed for a new way of doing and thinking. AND THOSE IN AUTHORITY BEING JUST AND FAIR AND NOT ABUSING THEIR POWERS AND THE PEOPLE NOT WORSHIPING A LEADER AND THE REST OF THE WORLD DID THEN AND UP UNTIL ABOUT 500 YEARS AGO AND SOME STILL DO AND THE RIGHT TO REMOVE AN ABUSIVE LEADER THEN LISTS THE BASIC LAWS ALL GOVT HAS TO HAVE INCLUDING THE HONORING OF THE ELDERLY AND OUR HISTORY
Our founders gave us the US Constitution with a balance of powers and peaceful means of replacing a bad leadership and PRESIDENT TRUMP DID NOT VOTE FOR THESE BAD LAWS NOR SIGN ONE INTO LAW that took two prior presidents one of each party and a lot of members of Congress of both parties who let themselves be 'gagged' to not know and no effort to find out and correct the lack of any oversight of those in virtual control or the USA now.. which is not any real govt at all. There is no 'police' to call when CONGRESS GAVE IMMUNITY TO THOSE RUNNING THE NATION NOW when crimes are committed of the grossest and massive amounts a real deadly mess. AND IF CONGRESS DOES NOT REPEALS AND REPLACE OR SOME ACTION TO DEAL WITH CONTRACTORS AND NOW TO END THEM WITH THE ILLEGAL ACTORS NOW TO STOP THE ABUSES OF POWER GIVEN TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT EVEN THE REAL GOVERNMENT.
THEN WE VOTERS MUST REPEAL AND REPLACE ON ELECTION DAY. .with those who will stop the abusers of all of us.. AS THE ABUSES OF POWER BY THE CABAL PUT IN CHARGE WITH NO GOVT OVERSIGHT TO STOP THEM breaks every basic laws of humanity and human rights . and lives are being lost along with the public treasury being looted and any 'deep state' colluding in this .. why are they not being investigated now HARD TO DO WHEN ONLY ONE PARTY OF AN ILLEGAL DEAL CAN BE??

Guide us so we can pull together as a nation and people to all help make things better than ever . Forgive all of us at fault for letting this get to bad. as each one of us, could have done something more.. May we not listen to the few tricksters among us who would get us into a bigger and more deadly mess than ever. We are taught that to leave some without healing and hungry is putting us in real hell.
One that our free will (in) actions have already created on earth,, when we are to be creating HEAVEN ON EARTH INSTEAD AND ARE CALLED TO CHOOSE WHICH ONE and if the wrong choice made our eternal souls are at risk you have said ..Pray for our elected leaders and for President Trump to put all together and figure out this cabal of convoluted contracts as he is well experienced to do... and listen to all and share all the experts who know from the medical community and get the health care for all to the patients and a fair payment for the services in the best way possible and easily incorporate all the new things being learned and fair pay for those as soon as approved do be used. on humans. and NO ONE EVER BE ALLOWED TO STEAL THE MONEY NEEDED TO SAVE LIVES AND ALLOW LIVES TO BE LOST BY TAKING THE MONEY.
