This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system all must use owned by the Medicare hackers as unaccountable rulers of all, hacked worse than ever.. And Congress forbid any internal audits to know what is going on as the USA and the world devolves into destructive chaos... Congress was deceived back in the budget bill of 2002 to vote for a bill altered soon before voted on by an 'earmark' that did not add some 'pork' but did far worse.. IT OVERTHREW THE USA INTO THE CONTROL OF WHAT SOON BECAME AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL OF INTERLOCKED MAZE OF COMPANIES AS even those giving out contracts in the government had no rules to obey to find out they were turning the whole over to the same beast system ... making it near impossible to not renew or cancel a contract.. and harder over time as their power grew over all.
Turning over total control of the records and data of the USA and that includes the personal records of all of us, that is also our medical records which are not protected at all since that contract was given to GROUP HEALTH Of NY IN 1999 BY HHS SECRETARY DONNA SHALALA OF THE CLINTON FOUNDATION AND ONE I PERSONALLY GOT EEOC SANCTIONS AGAINST FOR TORTURE TO THE POINT OF DEATH AND I WROTE A FEW DAYS AGO OF MY BLOOD WORK HAS THE SAME COMPONENTS AS A TORTURE VICTIM , CHRISTS.
And Congress sets there with no one among them with the courage to speak out and do away with an UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE THEY ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO HAVE PUT ON THEMSELVES TO NOT MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY... and they base laws on bad data and facts AS THEY 'WORSHIP' THIS 'BEAST OF A SYSTEM' AND FORGOT THEY ARE TO SERVE US AND THE NATION. AND THEY ARE PART OF US.. SO THEY HAVE TURNED ON EVEN THEMSELVES IN THE MATTER ..

BUT HOPEFUL AS THE PEOPLE ARE BASICALLY GOOD AND FAITH INA DIVINE THAT CRATED US AND MADE US GOOD, WITH FREE WILL TO DO WRONG AND MUST LEARN TO WANT TO DO GOOD , AN AMERICAN HOLOCAUST HAS COST THE LIVES OF MILLIONS BY THIS CABAL'S ILLEGAL ACTIONS.. THAT A JUSTICE SYSTEM SHOULD HAVE STOPPED WHEN THE FIRST HARMS WERE DONE..
But in that E GOVERNING BUDGET BILL FOR 2002 THE RIGHT OF AN AGENCY TO SPEND EVEN EXISTING BUDGET FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND /OR PROSECUTIONS WAS REMOVED ALSO
The Bible , which is my faith book and much of that is COMMON WISDOM and one of other faiths or none can well understand that bad choices and actions. do cause harm and if allowed to continue much horrendous harm done to all.
We have the best governing document the world has ever known WHERE THE POWER IS WITH THE PEOPLE , yet also has checks and balances to even prevent 'mob rule' that might harm the least among us when the whole forgets those most vulnerable .. Our civil rights laws are grounded in this which identify certain classes of the most vulnerable to discrimination or harm.. ,
BUT IT IS WHEN THE MAJORITY FORGETS THAT ALL HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS OTHERS AND ALL ARE TO HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE IN OUR SOCIETY And some reasonable common sense accommodation has to be made for them .. we can go overboard the other way too.
Even is we do not agree with the lifestyle or any other thing about the ones in the named protected classes. AND THOSE CLASSES OF PROTECTING CAN CHANGE OVER TIME..
Who would suspect that being a CHRISTIAN IN THE USA , MIGHT SOME DAY BE A PROTECTED CLASS because we believe that harms to others should not exist.. and wish all to have an equal chance.. AND DENY ONE THE RIGHT TO FLY THE AMERICAN FLAG WHEN ONE BELIEVES IT STANDS FOR THE IDEALS THIS NATION WAS FOUNDED ON.THAT ALL SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE..
Our founders know they were not yet living the ideals fully ,, but as a whole did have the dream of the future when all would have all those constitutional rights. and why its a living document that we pass amendments as time goes on and humanity grows into full adulthood of understanding of what is the ideal to be.. When we freely choose to "be the best we can be."
We have some trying to hold a new constitutional convention to write a new governing document WHEN THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE ONE WE HAVE..
In times of turmoil and an 'occupied' nation, its not the time to rewrite what would work if all followed it..DO YOU WISH THE RULERS OF THE USA TO REWRITE THE LAWS OF THE LAND TO SUIT THEM? The ones who are in control which is not us or even our elected officials??..
In practice they already have and its why we are in this horrific , deadly mess. When those are removed then others who prey on weaknesses for their own evil agendas,, find us weak and vulnerable no matter how many weapons or other mighty ships of war we might have.. It makes have to have those. as we have lost the moral compass that others of the evil one knows we are vulnerable ad should not be.... as the strength is in the people ....and the evil one knows that he cannot rule unless the people ignore the evils until he has taken virtual control of the nation and when its the USA, the world collapses also around us.. as the influence is what far reaching that we have ,,, and not just do to money or power of weapons. but of what FREEDOM STAND FOR WHEN ITS IDEALS ARE ALLOWED TO EXIST.
President Trump did not have to run for public office.. He could have retired and spent his time living well on his wealth and enjoying a life of leisure.. IS HE PERFECT. AS WE SEEM TO WISH ANY LEADERS BE? NO! NONE US ARE... AND WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?? with a congress that has spent 7 years saying no when lives are being lost and PUBLIC TREASURY STOLEN BY THOSE ALLOWED TO RUN THINGS ? AND TAKING NO BASIC ACTIONS TO COME UP WITH A PLAN in most areas not just health care.. THEY ARE SELF GAGGED AND REFUSE TO DO WHAT WE SENT THEM TO DO . GET ALL THE REAL INFO AND PUT TOGETHER THE BEST THEY CAN FOR ALL OF US and that used to work pretty well.. most times.. but allowed themselves the ability to FIX THINGS if parts did not turn out to work the best ..Every doctor and others in health care have a lot of expert info to share.. . and this patient and one form the inside of the government since 1968 has a lot of opinions also..
Not since 2002 did we last had a Congress that wrote a bill themselves and had a full and realistic debate based on real facts and data. and by then it had begun to change... AS WE FORGET WE HAVE A GREAT RESPONSIBILITY IN THE USA TO BE THE RULERS EACH ONE OF US AND WHOMEVER WE ELECT AS OUR LEADER IS ONLY A HUMAN THERE TO SERVE US FOR FEW YEARS.. HE IS NOT A 'GOD' THAT IS GOING TO WAVE SOME MAGIC WAND AND ALL BE WONDERFUL. BUT HE IS SMART AND SAVVY AND WILLING TO DO THE WORK? are the rest of us willing to do what is needed?? to help in a lawful way??
And I am disgusted as he has expressed.. Congress is to write the laws and send to him to sign AND CONGRESS IS UNABLE TO DO THAT AS THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY THEIR RIGHT TO DEBATE AND DISCUSS THE REAL WORLD UNDER THE CABAL OF THE NAMED HEAD OF THE USA. LYNN BLODGETT... WHO HAS BEEN BLEACHED IT SEEMS FROM THE INTERNET ;,,,,,, and who his boss is ,, is still a mystery to me.. although some suspects have been pointed to.
It seems to be a few of the old power of gold and wealth plus the new wealth of cyber apace and control of flow of information.. we the people have lost control of our own and the nation"s when WE HAVE NO ONE TO REPRESENT US TO AUDIT WHAT IS GOING ON .

MEDICARE IS IN GREAT SHAPE.??. but the current said to be billion dollars a day theft, and its could be from what has been shared here. WILL NOT BE KNOWN FOR ANOTHER YEAR.. and that could be another trillion gone missing to ??
THERE IS NO VALID MEDICARE TRUSTEES REPORT FILED FOR TWO YEARS. AS THERE ARE NO TWO PUBLIC TRUSTEES TO SIGN OFF ON IT.
Among 300 million Americans, there are not 2 who could represent us and check over the books and say they are balanced IS SOME 'DEEP STATE' AND A FEW IN CONGRESS WHO DO KNOW THE REAL TRUTH AND DO NOT WISH TO HAVE THE TRUTH KNOWN THAT WE ARE BEING ROBBED DAILY... and that some past TRUSTEES REPORTS DID NOT ADD UP WELL
It would seem that these two jobs for all trust fund accounts should change yearly for a fresh and independent review. AND FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS , NO ONE APPOINTED TO DO THE JOB FROM US . Even a business school's accounting class might be able to take on a class project of review if no one else might be found. there is some accounting changes, I have detected that I am not sue any laws ever got passed to co mingle funds at all And that is also part of the review..
A noble job that protects the rights of all of us. and our monies we give to the government in payroll FICA taxes that are to be there for the public use now or in the future and that is US.
Medicare is just about the easiest fund to steal from when there is no one looking out at all .
STEAL THE ID OF ONE WHO HAS A CARD, STEAL A CLAIMS INFO OF THOSE FROM THE REAL CYBER CLOUD,, SET UP AN OFF LINE UNSECURED BOGUS SYSTEM TIED TO IT AND TRICKING IT INTO LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT SUPPLEMENT AMONG AT LEAST 24 CREATED THAT IS NOT THE REAL ONE AND BEGIN STEALING UP TO 16 PAYS FOR EACH CLAIMS BY DIVERTING THE MONIES.
AND I KNOW THIS WE USED THIS ANTIQUES YEARS AGO WHEN WE WERE TRAINED TO LOOK FOR ISSUES AS WE WERE THE SECURITY AS THERE WAS NONE THEN. AS WE NOW HAVE AND WOULD GET THE INFO TO THE PROGRAMMERS TO FIX IT. AS THEY WORKED FOR THE GOVERNMENT THEN
Theses multiples thefts of one claim using phony claim numbers happened before and the PUBLIC TRUSTEES THEN DID NOT CATCH AND OR REPORT WHY THE EXPENDITURES WENT DOWN A TRILLION DOLLARS IN ONE YEAR FROM THE PRIOR..
AND THAT MASSIVE THEFT WAS ONLY AREA OF THE NATION AND ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY GOT STOPPED BY NOT RENEWING THE CONTRACT. And that only happened due to 1-800 Medicare obeying their contract and sent in tens of thousands of fraud reports to show how bad it was. after I had been tracking the use of one phony for months to by pass that FECA was to pay and that Medicare was not primary on order of LYNN BLODGETT . and we caught one multiple then two. etc. and away they went and did their contracted job
BUT THE REPORTS NEVER GOT DOCKETED IN DC AND CONGRESS GOT LIED TO BY THE DEEP STATE AT HHS AND OBAMA CARE GOT PASSED NEVER KNOWING THE WHOLE TRUTH OF THE SHAPE OF ALL HEALTH CARE IN THE USA. NOW JUST MEDICARE.. DEPUTY SEC OF HHS WENT AND CHECKED IN 4/09 WHEN I ASKED AND HE CHECKED
BUT THOSE THEN WERE NOT ONE YEAR. the initial began in 8/08 and went back to 1/06 and did not get stopped until 11/12nd no one knows hat LYNN BLODGETT HAS BEEN DOING AT PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUGS PAID AS A SUB CONTACT OF ALL THE INSURERS AS FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF YEARS THERE WAS NO RECOVERY EVEN IN THE LAW. CONGRESS MISSED THAT BASIC AND NONE SINCE and no one has access to check if the same multiples of one are going on. Assume it is ,as its the same cabal there. and that is the biggest ?money of all now AND HOW DID PART D FUNDS GET CO MINGLED WITH PART B , AS SEPARATE TRUST FUND. THESE HEARINGS NEED TO BE HELD AND ITS WHAT CONGRESS DID Themselves OR DID ANY ONE QUESTION WHAT THE OBAMA WHITE HOUSE ASKED THEM TO PASS. ?? I tried to find out the funding mechanism for Part D and no one of many I contacted in Congress or at CMS even had the information at all I AM NOT AN ACCOUNTANT,, BUT I CAN ADD AND SUBTRACT BASIC MATH and some of the Medicate of general treasury was originally to be part of this. LYNN BLODGETT'S ACCOUNTANTS MAY BE THE ONLY ONES WHO KNOW AND CANNOT BE ASKED AS CONGRESS HAS ITSELF GAGGED????
This time it began some time after the close of the last report year, and CURRENT TRUSTEES REPORT DOES NOT EVEN GIVE A DATE FOR THE BEGINNING AND ENDING COVERED A YEAR IS NOT REALLY THAT WHEN ONE GETS BY ENDS OF PAY PERIODS ETC. ITS A MONTH DAY AND YEAR IN GOVERNMENT .. ITS MISLEADING AT BEST.. and should never be accepted at all for the last two years. until its had a proper audit... AND WE NEED A REAL AUDIT BACK TO 2008 AT LEAST.. We cannot wait until there is no money left to pay for any one's medical care! ITS A BI PARTISAN SCANDAL right back to Congress and those inside the white houses of multiple administrations that have ignored the easiest to steal and biggest pot of money of ours to steal from... when no one is overseeing those with direct access .... by act of Congress in 2002.

Remember as of 12//16 this cabal can seize the monies with the evidence of the system that shows the Medicare community has been framed... and hospitals could be seized with their new building as their BONUSES FOR REDUCING COSTS PER PATIENT HAVE BEEN BASED ON EACH PATIENT BEING 17.. AND A MADE UP PATIENT DOES NOT NEED MUCH CARE DO THEY?? .. they really are being framed and not wishing to be asking questions and WHAT GOOD WOULD IT DO TO ASK AS THERE IS NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. .

PART A MEDICARE IS A CONVOLUTED MAZE OF REGULATIONS NOW AS TO HOW A HOSPITAL OR OTHER FACILITIES ARE PAID
The reason for a lot of these convoluted regulations have little to do with good health care but more to do with the cabal being able to scam and steal and when all those bonuses come in , THE HOSPITAL IS NOT WISHING ?TO KNOW , AND IF THEY QUESTION IT.. THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO AND THEY BUILD ... for who?. expansion of Part A Medicare to use for all kinds of institutionalized care for long term rehabs to more nursing home care. etc. and even mental health? and all those addicted to opioid as they cannot get the needed medical care to cure the cause of the pain or diagnose the cause of the pain to manage it in more natural ways...
1-800 Medicare people have been lied to horrifically since 10/16 .. and when this new thefts that seems to be bigger than any before got discovered the owners of the system sent in and dummied up that bogus screen and added in the real number to each bogus separate bogus screen one and told all that IT WAS FIXED and to talk all of out of sending out the letters on the phony number as that is the one hard evidence the patient can get...the breach of security of their own id stolen to create a bogus id .
THEY ARE BEING TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ISSUE A TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THE BOGUS CLAIM NUMBER .AND ITS A LIE! In our cases , one pay primary to Medicare is illegal unless labeled to be sent to recovery and that is being blocked by this hacking since 10/6/16.. My employer posts bi weekly that its not, and three Medicare judges have agreed its not and ordered the money recovered by the company of the MEDICARE HACKERS WILL NOT. AS ITS WOULD STOP THE BILLIONS BEING STOLEN?? diverted to ??? Bank of India account ??or some other nation like the UK or Malaysia so china?? of the hackers which means they are which over ,, is now laundering stolen money for our government contractors of the thieves
WHEN THE USA REMOVES THE RESTRAINER OF LAW.. The temporary entitlement letter dated 7/20/17 says I am getting Medicare on my husbands number as a surviving divorced mother with an entitled child of his in my care and that category. is false.. and does not exist at SSA.
Doyle just walked past me on his way to bed.. as I am still writing this. AND HE IS NOT A GHOST! THIS IS THE PROOF OF HOW BADLY THOSE WHO ANSWER THE CALLS FOR US AT THE CABAL ARE BEING TREATED. Too often they get mad at me as they are in a horrendous situation I AM TOO AS THE VICTIM of knowing they are seeing major crimes committed, but no one to turn to for protection if they report it.. I have gotten to saying show it to your supervisor before you close out my records and then its on them... TO DEAL WITH.

And they or no one has the Part D info at all. I have done some searching.. but have a few other leads , maybe.. but this cabal has blocked me over and over again and spewed out what a horrible person I am,

I AM HORRIBLE BECAUSE WHAT THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE SEE IS A CRIME AGAINST ME AND US AND TO THESE INTELLIGENT 'NEIGHBORS' OF OURS WHO TOOK A JOB TO SERVE THE PEOPLE AND NOW IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE.. OF ALL TIME .UNDER THIS CABAL MANAGEMENT as much of the defense contractors and others in the USA in private industry have been forced to hire this cabal's management to deal with their crooked government contractors .. many workers are not aware that not all those in the head office work for your company now and ISSUES ARISE IN THE COMPANY THAT ARE NOT ALWAYS GOOD ONCE THIS CABAL IS IN THE DOOR.. as the track record is not good of the best of ethics and down right bribery charges have occurred and I am a direct victim myself. and 38 federal agency judges orders says so .
I am not against contracting out at all BUT WITH NO OVERSIGHT AT ALL BY ACT OF CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002, THE 'PLAYGROUND BULLIES' ARE NOW IN CHARGE OF THE PLAY GROUND..SCHOOL AND WHOLE NATION ,AND WORLD WIDE CABAL WHICH IS OUR LIVES , LIVELIHOODS AND NATION and nations now fallen into the swamp with us.
WE CAN TURN THIS AROUND IF THE REAL RULERS OF HE USA, US, ACT. AND ITS TIME TO TAKE POLITICAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHO IS ELECTED AND IF NOT DOING THE JOB, What employer would keep an employee who is not doing the job for us ??

JUST ONE LETTER PROVES THERE IS NOT SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM AND THE TAXPAYER DID NOT PAY FOR THIS 'GARBAGE' BEING USED AND SOLD TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY FOR BIG BUCKS;... another CONSUMER PROTECTION ISSUES ??? Congressman Jim Costa sits on the VICTIMS RIGHTS CAUCUS OF CONGRESS but one has to be a victim of a chargeable crime first TO BE CONSIDERED A VICTIM WITH RIGHTS-- NOT SURE IF HE KNOWS THAT AND IF THE ONE COMMITTING THE CRIMES IS A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR THEN THERE IS NO CHARGEABLE CRIME AND YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM. YOU ARE NOTHING UNDER THIS LAW WHEN THE RESTRAINER OF LAW IS REMOVED NONE OF US ARE AS ALL OF US HAVE BEEN ROBBED WHEN ITS THE US TREASURY .

US Dept. of Labor judges in 2/09 to LYNN BLODGETT AND HE 'OUTED" HIMSELF RUNNING AROUND AND TELLING LIES OF THE FACTS OF MY FECA CASE AS HE WITHHELD THOSE ORDERS TO THIS DAY AFFIRMING MY RIGHTS AND LAYING HIS ACTIONS OUT BOLDLY AND ALL THE OTHERS FROM THE AGENCIES TO ACT ON and said 'LET HER DIE; AND 'DO NOT INPUT AN OXYGEN CLAIM AS IT WOULD BE PAID AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP ?'

ADMIT YOU ONLY KNOW WHAT THEY TELL YOU AND HAVE NO ACCESS TO RECORDS OR DATA OR THE OFFICIAL REMAND ORDERS FROM DOZENS OF JUDGES ON ME ALONE AND CANNOT VERIFY ANYTHING TO CONGRESS .. UNTIL THEY ALLOW INTERNAL AUDITS AGAIN AS THEY SHOULD NEVER REMOVED..
THE RESTRAINER OF LAW WHEN EVIL STILL EXISTS IN THIS WORLD
If every little things any of us may have done in our lives means we cannot stand up for good and the rights of each and all , then THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT AS NONE CAN BE PART OF ONE EVEN AS RULER AS ALL OF US ARE TO BE AS CITIZENS OF THE USA.

(When we ignore the basics of justice and mercy and caring for none to be harmed,, then we will not survive unless this path way is shortened and ended either by our own free will choices in our governments or the evil itself destroys us . We can turn this around but its not going to be easy at all and Confess needs to have faith in all of us and ask us for help what do you wish for us to do to help? Justice denied one, does deny it to all as the evil that gets in with one injustice... if not stopped festers into a world wide swamp of destruction that engulfs all of us ..silence aids and abets the wicked and evil ones and silence harms the one being silent just as much as all of the rest of us )

Pray for our elected leaders who have to deal with the evil that have engulfed us for years of inaction's and inattention to the growing issues not addressed.. and a few among them whose loyalty is to the evil that lurks... And Pray for President Trump who has inherit decades of a festering pool of horrors. and still has the gate locked by Congress to the swamp as they hold the purse strings to act. May Congress NOT LET IT BE OPEN AND CLEANSED FOR GOOD. TO FLOW FORTH AS THE IDEALS OF WHAT THE USA IS TO BE CAN BE BETTER THEN EVER BEFORE and may no innocent victim be harmed in the process. .
