This is a series of linked DAILY RECAP back to 10/25/16 when the 'hidden' dictator n control of the USA 's hackers began a massive theft of the public monies. And since the COUP of 2002, Congress has been unable to verify anything or know anything that is illegally going on inside a non DOD government contractor which , now includes the non DOD CONTRACTORS NOW UNDER THEM ALSO THROUGH MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIPS.
We are in a war of cyber information that can not be one with guns or violence. . Its a war where each one has to audit their own records and share that with those in the real government who are willing to act to do what they can to overcome the evil that has taken over the USA and trashed our constitutional and human rights. AS OUR PUBLIC MONIES TO BE USED FOR US IS BEING LOOTED DAILY AND NO ONE IN THE GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO ACT TO STOP IT..
Unless each helps one by one.. there is no way they can access the total info and get the evidence to stop them and do it in a coordinated manner ... This cabal , now in charge since the COUP of 2002 has the authority of Congress and virtual control of us and if this 'beast system' rises from the swamp and 'head' decides to act in a coordinated action against us, they are able to bring the USA and much of the world to its knees in a 1/2 hour... AS NO ONE WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO MONIES AND BANK ACCOUNTS OF ALL THOSE FRAMED FOR MEDICARE OVER PAYMENTS MADE BY CREATING MULTIPLE PAYMENTS OUR OF ONE OF EACH AND DIVERTING THE MONIES. has the systems records that say overpayment as bank accounts drained.. as THEY SIGN AN AGREEMENT (read the fine print you thought you were signing with CMS?) WITH THIS ONE.. AND ALL THEIR INFO IS WITH HIM AND HIS CABAL MEDICARE HACKERS .
You can check your bank accounts and see if it shows a pending receipt , that never posts???
Patients and heirs inherit an overpayment they never are notified exists.. and would be easily waived by a real government as one has been a victim of IDENTITY THEFT AND MISUSE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER by the MEDICARE HACKERS STEALING IN YOUR NAME. if you even knew... but the waiver has to be filed individually with SSA .. where one gives no financial info and states "its against equity and good conscience" to hold one liability when ones own government has given authority over to the thieves and will no allow our officials to stop it.... and now are in such control that the USA could be brought to its knees by this entity which control and holds hostage 'virtually' all of our personal data and records held in trust by our government from local to federal and those at the top of the government know EXACTLY WHAT I AM SHARING HERE AND SEEM SCARED TO ACT.. plus much of private industry has had to hire his management companies to deal with their government contractors and those records then fall under their control. You have not even be aware that they are in charge at the company you work for... Companies have left the USA only to find them at the new location doing the same thing from nation to nation..
THE INFORMATION AGE HAS TURNED INTO A OVER THROW BY THOSE WHO CONTROL THE FLOW OF INFO AS GOVERNMENTS CONTRACTED OUT THE EXPERTISE RATHER THAN PAYING A HIGHER SALARY FOR THE NEW HIGHLY PAID CYBER EXPERTS... who would have first loyalty to the people and nation.. and not to a for profit company . often the expertise is needed is not often the highly expert, but managing the sheer volume instead.. The current thefts are being done on an decades old system with no security and some sophisticated maneuverings to connect what they wish to with the Cyber cloud . but that "ALL KNOWING CLOUD" COULD BE THIS CABAL'S DEMISE BUT FOR THE NEED of INFO FROM EACH ONES PERSONAL DATA FILES.. which only those with legal access can gathers.. and all kinds of privacy rights forbids one to get access to another's files so the WARRIORS IN THE 21ST CENTURY CYBER WAR IS YOU AND I.. PEACEFULLY GATHERING WHAT WE CAN ON OUR OWN DATA FILES..
Its the pen vs. the sword. now AND THE 'PEN' IS KEYSTROKES ON A KEYBOARD.. and our phones and other gadgets... we use to contact those in the cabal and access our own data.
They do not have access to our records. as each one of us has to document what is going on .. as the real government does still have the authority to end a contract or not renew one if they have the evidence.. and its nearly impossible to 'fire one' without much legal evidence.. which our own data files reflect.. one by one. . ONLY INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE PRIVACY RIGHTS OR THOSE WE DESIGNATE TO REPRESENT US TO GET THE INFO ..
This is not a victimless crime.. as ones own property can be taken by this cabal for over payments years from now.. to build a road , bridge or football stadium and no compensation given as there are liens to Medicare on there.. and the same is being mentioned as occurring in other programs of using an 'antique; system to steal.. etc that has no security and one can make up a phony Medicare number and access the public treasury and help themselves. covering their traces with all the intricate web of intrigue they have been able to put in place over the last 15 to 20 years.
Which came to full fruition in the COUP OF 2002 WHEN THE RIGHT OF THE GOVERNMENT WAS TAKE AWAY BY CONGRESS TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON INSIDE THEIR OWN CONTRACTORS AND CRIMINALLY PROSECUTE THOSE WHO ACT ILLEGALLY . THERE IS NO 'POLICE; TO CALL BY ACT OF CONGRESS TO UPHOLD YOUR RIGS AND JUGS ORDERS ARE TOSSED IN THE TRASHED.. as 38 of them have been by LYNN BLODGETT THE NAMED HEAD FOR THE USA ALONG WITH THE US CONSTITUTION AND ALL OF OUR RIGHTS UNDER IT AS A NATION AND INDIVIDUALLY .
WE WERE TOLD TO GO ABOUT OUR BUSINESS AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AT THE TOP.. when in the USA WE, THE PEOPLE ARE TO BE THE RULERS THROUGH THOSE WE ELECTED TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS FOR US... AND BE VIGILANT VOTERS AND VOTE. AND TOO MANY HAVE NOT DONE THAT..
If 95% would vote for 10 years in all elections.. I believed this cabal would lose control ...but until then we are truly IN AN ERA WHERE EACH ONE IS IN A POSITION TO AUDIT AND MAKE SURE THEIR OWN DATA RECORDS ARE IN ORDER... and you have to check it our... as

Today another 1-800 Medicare agent got a shock when she got into my own real records and kept repeating the mantra she had been told.. SAID THAT INFO IS TERMINATED AS SHE KEPT REPEATING WHY THEY WERE NOT ENCOURAGED TO LOOK AND THEN SHE SAW SHE HAD BEEN LIED TO AS SHE SAW REAL FECA AND REAL PRIMARY FEDERAL BLUES OPEN AND NOT TERMINATED BUT DELETED SO NO ONE COULD READILY SEE IT.. AND SELL THE BOGUS INFO TO THE WHOLE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND THEN STEAL ONE PAY 17 AS ONES OWN DOCTOR, LABEL IS ENTRAPPED AND TOLD TO USE THE ONE THEY ARE GIVEN AND ITS ILLEGAL TO ALTER SINCE 1994,WHAT ONES EMPLOYEE POST AND I EVEN HAVE THERE MEDICARE JUDGES WHO RULED THAT THE BI WEEKLY EMPLOYER POST IS ACCURATE AND ITS THE LAW. AND BCRC STOP THE HACKING AND TO GET THE MONIES RECOVERED FROM FECA AND THAT WOULD BE FROM FED BLUES FOR THE OTHERS ON MY POLICY WITH MEDICARE CARDS.NOW.
AND THEY TOSSED IT AWAY UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S ORDERS. as its would end his control ..... as it was before he had as much as he has now and WHO IS HIS BOSS??
I COULD HER THE FEAR IN HER VOICE AS SHE REALIZED SHE WAS SITTING I THE MIDDLE OF A ORGANIZED CRIME RING AN WHAT I HAD BEEN SAYING WAS VERY REAL... SHE IS SMART AND SHE ;GOT IT; AND THEN SHE IS BEING ORDERED TO VIOLATE THE CONTRACTS AND NOT REPORT IT. when that is what she is required to do .. as its not a violation of my primary rights to report breaches of security and blatant theft detected on m y own data records directly to CMS. OFFICIALS as a violations of my rights, the law, and their contracts NOT TO REPORT .. is illegal.. as my data is being used for official purposes. and they are to protect them and THEY ARE BEING ILLEGALLY HACKED AND VIOLATED AND CRIMES COMMITTED WITH THEM.. that harms me and mine. and the people of the USA are robbed also .... We are in an upside down world! ..
I know theses laws well as have worked inside the government since 6/68 and the info that is online is sparse, and local government employee have little else of all the laws and rules.. etc. A process to end all government employment where loyalty is to the people and nation... and just let the cabal experts of the cabal hack things with no internal audits or oversight which is what has occurred since the COUP OF 2002 when words and phrases were changed in the E- Governing 6000 page budget bill to REMOVE THE RESTRAINER OF LAW is what Michael Horowitz affirmed with me back in 2014. and why they were only able to investigate and do some fines, etc. of non government contractors.. as many states had begged the SEC for help to get his cabal out of the state Medicaid programs for illegal things gong on.. there.. WE WERE LULLED TO SLEEP! as we got overthrown at home while fighting hot wars over seas. WHERE WAS HOMELAND SECURITY ALL THIS TIME.? giving out contracts to this cabal and being overthrown themselves. !!!
Under the US Constitution. it does take each and every citizen to be involved and share what we each know , even if its only a small piece of a bigger puzzle to unravel. THE RESPECT FOR EACH ONE TO HAVE SOMETHING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE WHOLE IS PART OF THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS EACH OF US ARE TO HAVE .. AND have some in place that work for us.. to put the whole together..
This is not just contracting out which is legal if there is oversight to make sure they are obeying all the laws and rules. just as auditing a real government employee is to be done.. With no oversight. to verify anything.. the bad actors soon force out and illegally underbid the more ethical company and gain control and AND HAVE DONE SO .

BCRC PHONE VERIFICATION IS DOWN AND THE CALL CENTER AT THE ONES WHO LISTENS TO THE HEAD AND HAS LET ONE OF HIS NOW GIVEN THE CONTROL OF THE WHOLE MEDICARE SYSTEM AND ALL OF THE MEDICAL RECORDS OF ALL OF US IN THE USA , UNPROTECTED BY ANY HIPPAA LAW AND A DEADLY MESS OF ERRORS TYPOS AND CO MINGLED PATIENT RECORDS AND BEING USED MORE AND MORE FOR MEDICAL HISTORY AND TREATMENT AND ANY OTHER EXCUSE TO ACCESS IT AS ITS NOT PRIVATE AND CAN BE SOLD ON THE OPEN MARKET. And was to be used for medical research which is not accurate either and all get harmed over that.
As one medical provider said recently when I 'dialed' the wrong phone number ITS A MAJOR PROGRAM AND THAT WAS IN A BURN UNIT.. WHERE ALL KINDS OF THIS CABAL HAVE AN INCENTIVE TO CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH MEDICAL CARE. AND MEDICAL RECORDS BEING INACCURATE... CAN BE A DEADLY OUTCOME.
At times I know there is a DIVINE FORCE FOR GOOD IN THIS WORLD.. AS THAT WAS CONFIRMATION OF WHAT I KNEW WITH MY OWN DEADLY MESSED UP RECORDS. ALSO.. NO ONES PRIVACY WAS VIOLATED. AND I TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY WHEN I THOUGHT I SPEAKING TO THE 'RIGHT' OFFICE I WAS TRYING TO CALL TO CORRECT WHAT HAD SLIPPED THROUGH THE CYBER CLOUD TO ME.
. AND THE PERSON THERE VOLUNTEERED GENERAL AND ON-GOING ISSUES.. AS A CONGRESSIONAL STUDY HAD SHOWN OVER A DECADE AGO... SO WHY NOT CORRECT IT.. ??? BY ALLOWING SOME WAY TO CORRECT MESSED UP MEDICAL RECORDS. USED FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT ESPECIALLY IN EMERGENCY ROOMS...
Our own doctors and hospital records are under strict control by this cabal and any slight breach of security or misinformation. or con mingling with other patients records.. (I HAVE AT LEAST 4 AND AM NOT ABLE TO GET A COPY OF THAT CABAL CONTROLLED ONE.. AND ITS THE DATA BASE THAT COULD END MY LIFE AND TWO CLOSE CALLS HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED. AND HOW I FOUND OUT.. AS THE HOSPITAL TOLD ME. WHAT OCCURRED. but this deadly mess has gotten worse. as recent info got slipped out through the billing system recap.. .. ) Its why I carry some main records with me. .
This is not the records with ones own doctor. etc... BUT THE RECENT BREACH CAME THOUGH THAT MEDICARE HACKED BILLING SYSTEM THAT HAS ME WITH 17 Medicare NUMBERS AS you may have these also . .OR A LOVED ONE WITH A CARD.
That medical office corrected the records pronto.. but what of the next 'MELTDOWN?" as the doctors/ etc. own records are now being hacked into by the MEDICARE HACKERS WHO OFTEN HAVE MANAGEMENT AND AUDITING CONTROL AND ALL OTHERS CONTROLS OF EVEN OUR OWN DOCTORS. LABS AND HOSPITALS .. Unlike the government contracts , they are subject to fines and penalties.. the worse possible outcome can occur when one ends up needed emergency care and one is a stranger; when ones own doctor. has seen your before. and may have general memory to know something is amiss.

It took two calls today . and I heard enough to know both got ;scared; to see what they saw.. real crimes in progress on my own screens and had to know it was the one in charge of the USA now. whom few even know his name. and his cabal.. .
call 1, came in on the phony divorced wife clam number and the phony menus id/d me and so did the agent on that and I ordered an entitlement letter and summary notice.. Today I got one on a widow claim number ... on my spouses SSN... so its all active.. yet on the 17 numbers..
The summary notices can be suppressed on this old system and may or may not get that.. BUT THE FACT THAT A SYSTEM THAT IS TO BE SECURE CAN HAVE ME A CATEGORY OF SPOUSE AND WIDOW ON THE SAME MAN AT THE SAME TIME..AND OTHER IMPOSSIBLE ONES and issues a letter to us to get medical care??? WHERE IS THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT NOT SHUTTING THIS CROOKED MESS Down???
I did tell him he had done all of this on a phony one.. and gave him my real one. and he hung up on me and I got no info on the insurance info .etc. ONE WOULD NOT HAVE TO SAY . AS ITS ALL MY ID ETC.
BUT HE IS REQUIRED TO REPORTS IT EVEN THOUGH THE CABAL MANAGEMENT THEM NOW TELLS THEM NOT TO.. VIOLATING THEIR CONTRACT AND THE LAW TO REPORTS CRIMES and my rights to not be a victim and have my own records messed with and stolen monies in my name. shared some recap on this.... and he had hung up on me... scared of being in the middle with a job he probably never thought he was in the middle of the biggest organized crime ring in history ?
call 2. hot the info on my real claim number and on the bogus one that came up first and she may or may not have believed me what was I saying until she got more and more into seeing the whole...
and the info I shared above when she found out their training was intentional deception.. came out.
the bogus has Medicare primary and the fake blues of the identified 26 variations now crated by the hackers who control the whole system now. was the one of : HSCS-BCBS OF OK FEP A ONLY ; B ONLY and the fake id of 0FEP0102.
then it took some persuading to find the real two primaries from the US DEPT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE. I began repeating what they are and the ID numbers and details as its never changed in years.... .and she said they are all the same info that has posted for all time. .except they the system is limited in 'space'? and will not post the real dates each started but the date the system is designed other than what the taxpayer paid for .. which is the real dates and not as the date I got Part A Medicare and its does the same on everyone.. and that is not legal and blocks an electronic filing of the claims conditionally which is the only legal way to pay ours when Medicare is not the primary and it also blocks the recovery process as hiding the real screen since 10/7/16; they can't get the letters our. to get the money back.. but THE REAL US DEPT OF LABOR HAS NEVER GOT ONE TO ANSWER SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AS LYNN BLODGETT HAS THEM GOING TO HIM. and they disappeared unanswered . .an I an other parties would all get the answered one. on each claim . and I said what date?. as the FECA MEDICAL DOES NOT END UNTIL I AM DEAD.. and she said "gasped " and said there is no termination dates. on the deleted records. or update.?.

AND FOR THEM TO SEE AND USE THAT MAKES MEDICARE PRIMARY ON AN UNSECURED SYSTEM SINCE 10/6/16 AND THEY ACTIVATED THE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS AND MAJOR THEFTS OCCURRED.AND ON-GOING,

THAT SOME SAY IS A BILLION DOLLAR S DAY BEING LOOTED NOW...AND THEY HAVE NO INFO AS THEY CAN NOT GO IN AND FIND OUT. UNLESS WE EACH SHARE WHAT WE CAN FIND OUT.. SHE SAID THERE IS A LOT OF DELETION DATES. AND I SAID IT OCCURRED A FEW DAYS AGO AS WHEN THERE IS A SYSTEM UPDATE AS HAS BEEN GOING ON A LOT RECENTLY .. THEY RERUN THE BI WEEKLY POSTS AND ITS WAS HIDDEN RECENTLY AS IT IS AFTER THE BI WEEKLY POST. she said the deletion date to day that came up first. was 2/10/06
That coincides with the last new system and the former $4 million dollar theft. began as of 1/06 and did not end until 11/12 when CMS got enough info from 1-800 Medicare helped CMS to not renew the contract with the print out from so many others records, not just mine. .. no wonder this cabal is now inside misinforming the ones we speak to and see the records.
They started out back in 1/06? been using one fake numbers off line to circumvent the conditional payment law. but this is much bigger and more sophisticated. ?? as that seemed to be only one company who paid claims and in a couple of regions.
To recovery the monies under Lynn Blodgett's orders.. and when they went to multiples in 8/08 the initial went back to 1/06...and insides said it was a trillion dollars. on all of us. ..
THAT IS WHERE EACH CARD HOLDER IS CRUCIAL TO PUT TOGETHER THE WHOLE AS I only know for sure what mine records say. ..
A lot of Medicare card holders have something like this then.. and now as others have referred to recently and did not understand what they were seeing until I informed them... Even if life changes the real claim number at SSA they are cross referred and only one pay goes out on the current real one when the system is secure.. but who knows what is going on at SSA for several years as they are denied access and much more than I know of is going on.. now.

THIS IS CRUCIAL NEW INFO .. as that affirms the prior theft years ago.. as to when it began and how they did it then... BUT BEFORE THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO HIDE THAT THERE WAS AN OPEN WORKERS COMP CASE AND THAT IT WAS THE PRIMARY FOR ME ON ALL MY CLAIMS DUE TO THE PERMANENT MEDICAL BEING BASED ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN FECA PUT ME ON 23 YEARS AGO. an obscure 1988 labor law.. does this.. when on most it is not its part one and part the other primary. But since I have not been put on permanent disability yet by FECA so the other primary is ones primary employer group health plan for my and those on mine with Medicare cards and all of us are getting overpaid.
This time on or about 10/7/16 they went back to 11/12 when the last one ended. as about a year ago I had checked and all 17 Numbers were cross referred when one pulled up my real one .. and now they are not ...to allow 17 separated payments to go out to and be diverted before arriving. but THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS BEING FRAMED FOR REMOVAL OF THE MONIES FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS BY THIS HEAD OF THE CABAL AS HE SIGNED YOU ALL UP .. WITH MEDICARE NOT THE REAL CMS AND CAN DETERMINING IF YOU ARE OVERPAID AND TAKE BACK THE MONEY DEPOSITED.
Check for multiple 'pending deposits that never are. and you may wish to check on the 17 numbers on me with to see if all show paid.. to me.. and others...
HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOUR ID AND CLAIMS INFO ARE STOLEN BY THE MEDICARE HACKERS OF THE SUB CONTRACTOR OR BCRC ETC?
On ones own SSN THERE ARE 4 POSSIBLE. I have: A,M,T,TA... But as a spouse there can be dozens this old system is one I am familiar with and there is a limit of 17... before a new web site? can be set up etc... but all got transmitted. I never programmed it , just used it..
As a spouse on Doyle, I have he following 13 more ; B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6..
Its up to each to accept the call to help and share with CMS etc.
I have gone public.. but that is not the most important. for each one. One can share this website posts.. and stay private with CMS.. but be sure you are really sharing with a real government official and not one of this cabal stealing as one is not told and most government phone lines are theirs. not the real thing.
the form SSA 632 is online to file a waiver.. of overpayment and I file by certified mail and put the info an the green card one gets back of what form etc. and for what is in the letter for them to sign they got it. Its going to Lynn Blodgett etc. and never answered any of them.. as SSA is under this control now also. and system is denied access by the SSA officials we know that has been hacked also for several years now. SSA officials wrote to Congress over 3 years ago and its only published on their own site. AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRONT PAGE NEWS OF THE NEW YORK TIMES..
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may the truth be revealed and all the murky mire of the 'swamp's beast' be cleansed and made pure in the truth and flow forth though the locked gate opened by the efforts and support of the people to Congress who will vote to end the overthrow of a people and nation whose hearts are basically for good and... and prayers for our elected leaders to do good and stop the evil that has overpowered us.. And prayers for President Trump who has inherited the worse mess any nation has ever had in history of a hidden overthrow and a people unaware it has occurred as they suffer under it. May individuals be called to action. to peacefully and even in private; one, by one do what they can to get the info and share it with those will take action with all of our individual efforts compiled.
