This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare Hackers of the international cabal who now 'virtual' control of nearly the entire USA and much of the rest of the world and came the USA and others to their knees in less than a 1/2 hour... In fifteen year, since Congress voted in the COUP of 2002, this kind of almost total power and authority over us has been achieved by those and one that few know who they are.... And the named head, named in writing and verbally by the leaders of the Agencies and his own management has named him as the one who is obeyed and all must do as he says.. as Lynn Blodgett... And who is his boss is yet to be fully revealed unless he has already overthrown that entity.
The COUP of 2002 occurred when a member of Congress went in and changed words and phrase in the E-GOVERNING 6000 page budget bill and the USA removed the 'restrainer of law from all DOD government contractors. which has since been overcome by this unaccountable cabal as he and his went in to major DEFENSE CONTRACTORS OF THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX and got more total control of the huge sums of the public treasury, which soon began to be looted in skims and scams and blatant thievery .. by taking over domestic programs from local to state to federal.. in the USA and soon had inside control.. of the whole.. But as contractors of the various domestic programs so they had no government oversight as a DOD contractor would have since the COUP of 2002..
What was removed , affirmed by Michael Horowitz back in 2014 when he called me to have me send him what I had gathered up and did ...BUT SAID HE COULD NOT HELP ME AS EVEN STATES WERE BEGGING THE SEC.. FOR HELP.... AT THAT TIME. TO GET HIM OUT OF THEIR THE MEDICAID PROGRAMS AND OUT OF THEIR CONTRACTS WITH HIM
He could not help as in the COUP of 2002, Congress voted and signed by President Gorge W Bush .. and few may even been aware of the dramatic cages that had been made... WHERE THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT PERMITTED BY ACT OF CONGRESS TO SPEND ONE PENNY OF THE EXISTING BUDGET TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND MAKING SURE ALL PROPER CONSTITUTIONALLY CORRECT PROCEDURES AND LAW AND REGULATIONS WERE BEING FOLLOWED AND IF NOT; DUE WARNING TO ACT LEGALLY AND CONSTITUTIONALLY WITH THE RIGHTS OF ALL OR LOSE THEIR CONTRACT.....
This alone has led to a climate of letting real evil and blatant thefts and other horrors go one. .and as they began to totally own and control all of the records and data of the USA. .government as well as much of private industry which were increasingly having to hire his contracts to deal with his unethical and illegal behaving government contracts... THE ENTIRE HEALTH CARE IS UNDER HIM FROM VIRTUAL CONTROL OF OUR OWN GOOD DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS. AS WELL AS ALL THE WORK DONE AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS WITH HORRENDOUS CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS WITH SHELL COMPANIES AND CONTROLLING OWNERSHIP OF OTHERS AS ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL PARTNERSHIPS
We ended with an international cabal which illegally claimed they were the government and was not at all.. And all the real government could know was what they were told or reports filed that could not be verified by that lack of right to find out if there were being told truths and real facts.. and soon little revealed the whole truth as it would be an admission of guilt to have their lucrative contracts canceled. and more ethical company would have a chance to compete and not underbid as they illegal deals to steal would be more than giving a lower bid... etc. t.. AND IN 2010 A HEALTH CARE OVERHAUL FOR THE NATION WAS BASED ON THIS FALSE INFO .. AND HAS NOT WORKED WELL AS THEY ENDED UP IN CONTROL OF THAT ALSO. AND MASSIVE BILLIONS HAVE BEEN SQUANDERED AND OUT RIGHT BLATANT THEFT THERE ALSO. RATHER THAN MONEY USED FOR DIRECT HEALTH CARE AND FAIR PAYMENT FOR THOSE PROVIDING IT. .
Plus not one penny of existing agency budgets can be spent on a criminal investigation or prosecutions as any one else stealing billions and trillions from the people's public treasury and poisoning the water supple of a city as occurred in Flint Michigan to steal few more dollars. For greed, and power?
Every atrocity that has occurred in the USA where the 'lazy media' reports the government did this or that.. will not check and find out if it was not their unaccountable contracts. , the name of the company and who is owner or controller of that company.. And this blog was started to track the increasing over throw and actions of who did what and how.. And started in 12/08 after many of us were ready to go shut how a massive theft in Medicare that affected many , still never notified they have liens to Medicare on their assets or have inherited liens.. as the debts do not go away.. but over at SSA, that agency has come under him.... and not will not let that system be audits and even my records have been hacked and disappeared over there along with our waivers of these over payments which before 10/7/16 was only about $4 million on my records alone.. by stealing my id and claims and creating 17 pays our of each claim .. detected as I was already tracking the theft of one pay as Medicare has never been primary and the Medicare clams paying contractors was going off line and using a phony Medicare claims number ( as the contractor BCRC would not design the system the taxpayer paid for.. )to by pass all security on the more secured system to illegally pay the claim.. and the medical community was being told that ones Medicare claim number had been changes at SSA and gave them a fake one to use.. NO SECURITY ON THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. FOR THAT TO OCCUR. anyone can seal and in 8/08 gong back to 1/06 one clams turned into 17 and reported as massive as some said as much as trillion dollars. and reports indicated it was massive .(no one notified that is happened to them and a blanket waiver of liability should have been done ... .did not stop until 11/12 when HIGHMARK NOW Novatis got the contract. and linked /cross referred all the phony numbers to the real one.. A year ago ,they were still linked me.. but since 10/7/16 WERE ACTIVATED. AND WITNESSES STATED IN VERBALLY SEEN AND WRITTEN EVIDENCE THEY STILL ARE. although some more sophisticated cover ups have occurred. BUT THE CYBER CLOUD KNOWS ALL AND IS IN A MELTDOWN TRYING TO STOP HUMAN THIEVERY .. by the one in charge.. who lied and said the real government said it was OK.. or were a few officials in on it in the Dallas regional office.. ?? a REAL INVESTIGATION HAS TO BE DONE TO CLEAR THE NAMES OF THE INNOCENT AND BRING THE OFFICIALS WHO CAN BE PROSECUTED TO OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM. {some of this is notes and phrases and all written of in depth . and one can go to the search engine for just this blog at the top of this post to locate more info on some term, name or phrase of matters. }
In the COUP of 2002 an the illegal bail out of the insurance industry began in earnest by BCRC corporate in NY of the former Group health Inc. of NY WHO OWNS NOT ONLY THE MEDICARE BILLING SYSTEM AND ALL OF THE DATA. .WHICH IS SUBCONTRACTED OUT... TO 'HIM' AND ALREADY WAS THE ENTITIES CALLING IN AND MAKING ILLEGAL DEALS FOR THE VARIOUS INSURERS TO HACK AND GET OUT OF PAYING THE TOTAL BILLS OR AS PRIMARY.
and in the last three years with a whole number of more shell companies has not contracted with all workers comp carriers and virtually ended all workers comp in the USA... plus in control of the insurance comp counsel .. so 'he' will say if you are in a safe work site for the insurers. . In the COUP of 2002 but since then has become as much or more. as discovered as the DAILY RECAPS SHOW..
I am exhausted and not feeling well .. so forgive some run on.... trying to get this basic audit info to CMS with prayers some will act to shut this illegal horror down this is the life saving medical care dollars for all disappearing.

Today the phone lines to our house are still blocked as the ongoing thefts and security breach of the whole Medicare system continues to be researched and reported on by me just from my own records which is my legal right to know what is going on with my own.. and others have apparently begun to do so also. I have no reason to doubt the report that a BILLION DOLLARS A DAY IS BEING STOLEN FROM THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND AND ALL OF OUR MEDICAL COMMUNITY BEING 'FRAMED' FOR THE THEFT AS THE RECORDS SHOW THE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS GONG OUT TO YOUR BACK ACCOUNTS YOU GAVE TO THIS 'HEAD' OF THE HACKERS. IS THE ONE YOU SIGNED YOUR CMS FORMS WITH TO ACCEPT MONIES FROM MEDICARE.. not with the real government ... that Is part of the illegal impersonation of a federal official... and if your read the fine print.. 'HE; HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY BACK OUT OF THE ACCOUNTS NUMBER IT WAS SENT TO AND SHOWS RECEIVED, EVEN IF REALLY DIVERTED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT OF HIS CABAL ... WHICH THE RECORDS ON THE SYSTEM DOES NOT SHOW.. HE HAS HE RECORDS SAYING YOU ARE OVERPAYMENT 16 PAYS PER CLAIM AND FOR ME 17 PAYS IF NOT LABELED AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT (many of you have been sending a copy to BCRC recovery and thanks.. but the system is rigged and the recovery letters can not get out when the real info is hidden from view. AS YOU ARE SOLD A BOGUS SCREEN AS WHOM TO BILL SINCE 10/6/16 as the real and accurate one is hidden from view .. saying others are to be billed first or for the total.. And if you call to get a waiver to-do a paper claims as a conditional payment.. you are being given false info that the nice people in all the cabal call centers are being lied to by their cabal owners.. that; the system is OK now.. updated. corrected and the terms are like a mantra they have been told by those who manage them... EVEN CMS REGIONAL OFFICES DO NOT HAVE THE REAL INFO .. AS THAT IS POSTED DIRECTLY BY ONES EMPLOYER AND OTHERS IF ONE IS RETIRED YOU HAVE OTHER INSURING WITH.. ITS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO ALTER AN EMPLOYER POST AS OTHER PROCESSES ARE IN PLACE.. TO GET THE PRIMARY PAYERS TO PAY THERE BILLS AS ITS THE RECOVERY UNIT OF BCRC which works directly against their own coordination and recovery units..
as that stops all the illegal acts of 'illegal dumping onto Medicare' by primaries who do not wish to pay the bills they are legally obligated to pay and the CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW OF 1980 WAS PASSED AS IT HAD GOTTEN BAD THEN OF UNETHICAL COMPANIES NOT PAYING...AND SOME REFERRED FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.... AND THAT IS NO WHERE AS BAD AS IT IS MASSIVELY NOW WITH MONEY BEING LOOTED OUT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY as well as a 15 year long illegal bail out set up by the former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala in 1999 and later head of the Clinton Foundation. , which also owned all of the deadly mess used for medical treatment especially in emergency rooms.. and Congress has done studies detected the deadly mess and never acted.to have any way of correcting errors , typos and co mingled patients records.. THEY HAVE AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER ON THEMSELVES ,, NOT MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY .. AND CONTINUE PASSING LAWS BASED ON UNVERIFIABLE INFO AND DATA.. AND NOT ABLE TO HELP THEIR PEOPLE AT ALL AS USUALLY THE ISSUE IS WITH THE CONTRACTORS WHO WORK THE FILES. ETC.

WITH THE TOTAL CONTROL HE NOW HAS.. EVEN BEING THE 'SNOOPING BIG BROTHER;' AND MOST THINK ITS THE REAL GOVERNMENT SNOOPING...NO ! they have strict laws for unlawful use of info even if we do get our phone conversations and e mails picked up in a massive search for phrases or words .. it cannot be used for other purposes. Like stealing and black mail.. or snooping on one x spouse. etc. as all of us are under a very strict Privacy laws of 1974 and later ones. THIS POST IS MY PERSONAL AUDIT. NOT ANY ONE ELSE;S AS YOU HAVE TO FIND OUR WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR OWN RECORDS..
To do so . one can get their Medicare cared and a date of service of a claim that has been paid.. and call 1-800 Medicare and there is a phone menu for clams where one can be id'd and find if he cams was paid on a phony number.. ITS YOUR OVERPAYMENT AND YOUR HEIRS AND YOUR INFO AND YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW..
On my own SSN I have the following suffixes. (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T, TA( only 4 possible for you own.) As spouse dozens are possible. and there is no cross check with SSA so life status or marital status etc. is immaterial.. its just a format that exists... FOR ME AS A SPOUSE. I HAVE B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6... This is a 30 year old system being used and there is a limit of 17 and never have found more.. And agent can order an entitlement letter for any that is in the system...
IN IT.. WE ARE TOLD IT WAS TO BE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH BUT HOW ACCURATE COULD THAT MESS PRODUCE . BUT SOON TURNED IN TO A QUICK MEDICAL HISTORY ACCESS FOR TREATMENT .. and never under the HIPPAA law or any kind of protection .. IT CAN BE SOLD ON THE OPEN MARKET AND FEW KNOW THIS. . AND I HAVE HAD TWO CLOSE CALLS WHEN USED.(This is not the records your own doctor has) but they are getting some real messes now merged in from it.. ).
AND FOUND OUT LATER THAT OTHER PATIENTS RECORDS WERE CO MINGLED WITH MINE. AT LEAST 4 OTHERS. but the patient whom it could end ones life or harm. Cannot even get a copy, let alone any way to correct info in it. .
Only 1-800 Medicare seems to have the most and total information.. and day by day a real 'shock 'to them when they find the real screen but hidden and a bogus conflicting one being shown them first.as if that is the real one. and the same one sold for big money (which used to be free to access) for medical billing purposes.. .

call 1 I came in one another of the widow clam number category.. and got verified. etc. on it. then interference on the line. and nothing
call 2. came in on my real claim number. and got that Medicare was primary on the bogus screen before she could no longer hear me.. I used two phones on speaker to get that much...

ad the fake id today is the REAL ID WITH THREE ZEROES ADDED IN FRONT AND THE LAST 2 numbers OFF. making a 10 space ID..
and as soon as she got to the real payers and began screeching.. and lost connection

In the name of Yahusha , whom we Christians call Christ Jesus.. may we figure out how to drain the DC swamp of corruption and get it purified so that cleansing waters follow forth for goodness for each and all. Prayers for our leaders as they deal with awesome decisions of life-and-death.. which we also are dealing with in the USA from the invisible occupier of the USA. that too many do not understand we are under since the Coup of 2002 when the real government of all parties or none, shirked their duty to the people and those they have as elected leaders and the US Constitution based on the principles you gave us over the centuries of protecting the least among us as we have freedom of individual rights and thoughts to be respected as long as the least one is not harmed by our outward actions.. and we are to care for one another and be good stewards of he blessings of creation we are to take care of. . .. A federal office got 'gassed;' in 1/89 and the government turned all but me? away from hospitals.. and that was a miracle mix up??? as I was to have been sent away to die also ..as most will before there time. even if the progressive diseases are slowed by good treatment and am here only by the good people along the away who have done little things that helped May they be rewarded in the next life is not in the current one. as many I do not even know their names. . just that someone acted as they could AMEN!
