This is a linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 of the lawlessness in the USA since the COUP of 2002 and how Medicare is being robbed daily by its owners of the systems and no one allowed by Congress to stop it since the COUP of 2002 enacted by Congress.. USA now being under the occupation of an international cabal with a head now named as Lynn Blodgett by those in high level positions in the government and in agency contractors all over the government from local to federal now and have to do what he says... as there is no government to go to if they are ordered to break laws and steal monies.
WE ARE IN AN ERA OF LAWLESSNESS. AND A LAW WAS PASSED THAT FEW EVEN KNEW WHAT WAS IN THAT DID IT.. In 2002... and no one knows about it,, but everyone knows that things are in bad shaped and very corrupt ad do not understand why.. still believing there is a government to go to when laws are broken and people are harmed by acts of those in power which is not the real government anymore. .
We have created a work force in power in the real government and in the contractors who have no concept of constitutional rights. and legal processes and rights of all that exist in our government under our laws. All rely on the software engineers of the government contractor to decide what the laws are and click answers in fields on a screen... and sometimes they are not the legal questions even to be asked. or the correct info .. or not THE FULL INFO IS MORE OF THE USUAL AND RUMOR AND GOSSIP RUNS THE WORLD NOW AS NO ONE REALLY KNOWS ANYTHINGS ANYMORE. THE RULE OF LAW IS MOST EXACT , EVEN IF THERE ARE ALL THE IFS, ANDS AND BUTS TO BE SURE ALL ARE TREATED FAIRLY AND JUSTLY AND CONSTITUTIONALLY- something that often does not fit in a field on a screen in multiple answers..
The US Constitution is unique in that it is designed that the 'the least among us is not harmed by some few or all who get total control or fall into some kind of mob rule. ideology.. Its designed to put checks and balances of power in place so that all the evils of abuse of power that had taken place in history could be prevented in the future under it. .
And no one seems to even understand the illogic of some of the intentional bad training they are given or has any idea how to have a formal appeal and get a legal answer that deals with the legal question.. for years inside the agency which have contracts all these legal decision out to the contractors who do more that see if the artificial intelligence could add and subtract correctly or the right code was used. to describe a category... .
Patients and our good doctors, etc. are the only ones at legal risk anymore That is lives and livelihoods at risk.. and that affects all of us when its health care. or any other part of our lives now under this cabal allowed to over thrown us by act of Congress..
WHO CAN PASS ONE SENTENCE TO RESTORE US.. "GOVERNMENT AGENCIES BE ALLOWED TO US EXISTING BUDGET FOR INTERNAL AUDITS OF CONTRACTORS INCLUDING SYSTEMS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTIONS UNDER OUR LEGAL SYSTEM OF THOSE INSIDE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AT ALL LEVELS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL WHO RECIEVE FEDERAL FUNDS.
(STATES HAVE RELIED ON THE FEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS AND HAVE NOT DONE SO SINCE THE COUP OF 2002) The 'least among us" have been among the worse affected.in these federally funded state run programs of all kinds ..
DO YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS BEING USED TO STEAL IN YOUR NAME AND FRAMING YOUR GOOD DOCTORS, ETC. AS IF THEY GOT THE DIVERTED MONIES?
HOW DO YOU FIND OUT; get your Medicare card and a date of service of a recent claim in the last year and call 1-800 MEDICARE and go through the phone verification and find out.. if PAID ON A PHONY CLAIM NUMBER CREATED BY THE CONTRACTOR, ITS YOUR OVERPAYMENT. YOUR HEIRS INHERITS, AS CURRENTLY Lynn Blodgett NOT ALLOWING ANY EASY WAIVERS TO BE PROCESSED AT SSA EITHER. (One gives no personal financial info and says "its against equity and good conscience".)
Your doctor , etc. is being framed and signed a contract with him that if he says they are overpaid the money can be removed from their bank account.. (HE HAS THIS ) Only you can find out right now as there is no government allowed to find out. and then got the info to CMS.. and pray they convince Congress to use the info and get inside and stop the ongoing stealing of one of most basic programs and endless out flow of money . to be accessed.. (unless someone inside the contractor 'blows the whistle" and they have no protection either from this cabal contractors. )
An agent can order a temporary entitlement letter for written proof the phony numbers exist on you and summary notices of claims. *THOSE SUMMARY NOTICES CAN BE SUPPRESSED BY THE 30 YEAR OLD UNSECURED SYSTEM THEY ARE USING MERGED? INTO A MODERN CYBER CLOUD
.(its a major illegal security breach to even create one phony number and pay one claim on me as Medicare has never been primary and cannot be paid electronically but has to be a paper claim and a letter go our to the primary to repay the money .. etc. ).
I have and still am getting the temporary letters proving the system at CMS contracts has them active.. but not the summary notices.. and did not a few years ago when there was a $4 million dollar theft against me stealing my id and misusing my SSN and stealing with no way to stop it.. until they did not renew the contract which took several years to end.
The recent went back to 12/12 when the last thefts stopped. and supervisors at 1-800 Medicare verified that payments went out on 17 numbers and were showing as received at the bank
Word may have gotten through as a news outlet caught a member of congress saying that the Medicare hackers did the same thing to the Health Insurance exchange ad the fix for health care was not passed as its was going to give more money to steal.. BUT THE FIRST FIX IS STOP THE THEFTS. OF THE PUBLIC MONIES. so Congress can find out what we really have and what can best be done.. So people do not die, at the hands of others stealing from us; in a nation with excellent doctors and health care professionals being extorted and the monies not going to direct care in the best and mores efficient way to deliver it. And I the budget hearing the figure that comes out to about 1 billion dollars a day being stolen now since 10/7/16 as a reports from an insider who said the outflow spike in payments is about that..
We might be better off to just send every doctor etc. $10.000 and have then take care of the poor and uninsured. and see how they work it out..
On my own SSN there are the 4 possible; A,M,T,TA.. But as a spouse dozens of categories can exist.. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LIMIT OF 17 AND THEN ITS LIKE SETTING UP A NEW WEB SITE AS I RECALL. On my husband I have: B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6
Its this bogus screen making Medicare primary that is now being sold to the medical community since the 10/7/16 and no one has seen anyone having any workers compo on there anymore as Lynn Blodgett is dumping most of that onto Medicare now for all now as he has the contracts with all the insurers and is following what he perfected against us feds. back in 2002... NO DECISIONS MADE TO APPEAL OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.. no one knows what he is doing.. and some do not wish to know. he and his do as they please...
It took 2 calls today to get all the info as n the middle of he fist one to 1-800 Medicare the alarm? went off and they all had to leave. I asked he not to hank up but she did. I then called BCRC of he former Group health THEY ARE THE BENEFITS COORDINATION AND RECOVERY CONTRACTS AND ITS THEIR CORPORATE THAT IS THE MEDICARE HACKERS OWNERS. BUT HAVE HIRED A COMPANY UNDER LYNN BLODGETT CONTROL SO THE HEAD IS UNDER AND OVER BOTH.. AS HE HAS GIVEN THE ORDERS FOR WHAT THEY DO AND ITS HIS MANAGERS AT ILL BLUES WHO HAVE MADE THE ILLEGAL DEALS. its a miry swamp of intrigue and no one has it thoroughly unraveled. SEC IS BADLY NEEDED TO HELP AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE A CONTRACTOR EITHER.. and whey stages cannot get help from them..
The call center transferred me to a supervisor and I gave an updated reports of DUE PROCESS FOR THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL OF THIS AS THE 'PARENT.'
C. said that THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE INFO ON ANY ONES RECORDS.. ( I said I would quote this and no change in statement given..)
NO! THEY DO NOT.. ITS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO ALTER AN EMPLOYER POST AS ONE IS CHANGING ALL KINDS OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND MANY PARTIES HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS TO KNOW AND HAVE DUE PROCESS RESPONSES. NO ONE IS NOTIFIED BI WEEKLY WHEN THEY HAVE HACKED FOR 15 YEARS NOW. The recovery process is he legal process to follow and I already got three Medicare judges rulings which is where it would end up.
ITS THEFT OF Medicare and causing overpayment liable for patients heirs to inherit and the medical community is paying big money for bogus info to bill and now 17 pays per claims frames them for massive fraud and overpayments and penalties etc. . and Lynn Blodgett's auditors they pay. to catch them in what he and his did to frame them in the first place.
I our case, as there are others on my family primary employer group health plan THREE MEDICARE JUDGES VERIFIED AND RULED THAT MEDICARE HAS NEVER BEEN PRIMARY AND ITS NOT and the posting form the US Department of Labor personnel office. shows its not as there has been no permanent disability done yet, but I have had permanent medical for 23 years now. .
BCRC CORPORATE TOSSED AND DEFIED THEM AND FOLLOWED LYNN BLODGETT CONTINUED ORDERS. AND KEPT ON DOING THE BI WEEKLY HACKING... that has no dates done and no due process notices that ones benefits have been altered that affect payment.....

mymedicare.gov and BCRC phone verification has no changes today and is still the same manually hacked mess. Its never been affected by the employer bi weekly post.
About the only thing is does is let one know as soon as a claim is paid.. but only on my real number.
Even thought I got multiples for prevention tests for the years. and tipped me off that the 17 numbers had been activated from before. And this is the whole nation in this system not just a couple of regions under one intermediary claims payer.

phone lines to my home have been blocked since 4/09 when I found out that thousands of fraud reports they filled out before were never docketed in at HHS in DC. as required to be.... I have one nothing illegal to cause this to occur.. The illegal acts are against me and mine and our personal government records that are to be keep secure ad safe and have done the opposite . Stop the crimes and I will not need to call. THANKS TO ALL WHO HELP ME GET THROUGH..
call 1. I came in on a phony number and system verified me.. And since they affirmed all claims being paid on one on my own SSN, they have been able to block access to see claims. info on those 4..even after two supervisors witnessed they were paid back to 12/12 on those 4 also.. I have all the temporary letters on them and got that ordered before they all were told to leave do to an emergency and I got no info on what my records showed for insurance etc. ..
call 2. came in on a phony number for a widowed mother under age 65 with entitled children in care. and do not meet any of those categories.
got the temporary letter ordered on it and some recent claims summary notices ordered went through She said that the real primary screen of info from my employer was open and not terminated but showed deleted as of 10/6/16.. she also showed an attempt in the past to terminate my FECA by using my own SSN for the claims number and putting in the date that came from Lynn Blodgett's own mouth by a letter I got from one high level official when he was trying to convince every one there was no t FECA ..after the US Dept of labors affirmed my benefits in recent years and ordered him to get my file posted using my records after set after set have disappeared including those that a former Sec of Labor made arrangements to get faxed in to be posted and the Director of FECA tried to do so also trying to by pass his company Affiliated computer services. Senator Inhofe got the local office to process some back travel monies and he got in trouble for having them do that and will not help me anymore as he says its a criminal mess going on .. AND I AM THE VICTIM. AND I HAVE NO RIGHTS AND NEITHER DOES MY FAMILY OR ANY OF US DO AMONG THE PATIENTS AND MEDICAL COMMUNITY .. and all got stopped from letting the local office process the back log. a or any one else as the dictator of the USA is in power not anyone in the real government, and process and pay pending matters. etc.
The US Dept of Labor judges finally were able to get my case and affirmed by rights and benefits and ordered to ASK ME FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE AS "RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAD RUN AMOK AND N ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON"
ALL JUDGES DEFIED TO THIS DAY .. AND THIS PROVES WELL THAT NO MEMBER OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS IN CHARGE OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT .. AND THE ERA OF LAWLESSNESS IS HERE.
Those went in the trashcan? along with all the others of the 38 judges who have ruled for me and against him and his cabal.... and more hearings backed up for years now which his staff will not allow to get docketed in to be heard anymore in multiple agencies as he controls that also now.

I thank her for her courtesy today.... and I did let her know that this was a phony number I came in on.
