This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the bogus off line screen being used using an off line insecure screen of bogus info and selling that to the medical community to make Medicare the primary payer... plus able to create and activate bogus Medicare claims numbers and steal 17 pays per clams that are framing our medical community as the system evidence exists that shows they got 17 pays peer claim.. when the monies are diverted but the system shows received.
Since the COUP of 2002, Congress voted that no money can be spent by an agency to do an internal audit of a contractor, or a criminal investigation.. And that means no none that represents the people can get in and find out what is going on with the systems at Medicare which is a sub contract of the contractors BCRC of he former Group Health Inc of NY.. and over at SSA the same head of the USA. n control of all now as contractors has denied access to their officials and that is being hacked... as my own records have been their also. and file not posed even SSA JUDGES REMAND ORDERS NOT POSTED BY LYNN BLODGETT OVER THERE TO BE WORKED. . And was better hidden then what was going on at Medicare NOW THE SAME EXISTS AT MEDICARE TO HIDE.. MORE OF THEIR CRIMES ..
A MAJOR SYSTEM UPDATE OVER THE LAST DAY OR TWO HAS NOW APPEARED TO ADOPT THE SSA COVER UP MODEL AND ITS NOW HARDER TO FIND OUT IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE MEDICARE NUMBERS AND THEFTS OCCURRING ON YOUR OWN RECOREDS..WHICH YOUR HEIRS INHERIT ..
ASSUME ITS GOING ON IS THE BEST OPTION. AND THE EVIDENCE ITS IS GOING ON YET.. its that they still have the illegal offline system being used with the bogus information of who is to pay first and the real info from our employers and others registered reporting entities is hidden from view soon after the bi weekly post.. and all the cabal call centers people are going told its inactive... And then when they look it to find is open , not terminated but a update? or deletion? date.. and .. NO ONE IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS SEEING ANY SCREEN NOW WITH AN OPEN WORKERS COMP CASE AT ALL whom I have asked. and no one is giving out any one's private info .. just the general info..
So, you may not be able to discover and document as I have done recently on my own records and get the written proof of 17 numbers existing in cyber space.. and used. and the overpayment liability in there against you , your heirs and all of our good doctors , etc. An easy waiver at SSA is not being processed here by the hackers and head of he USA , now as in control of the USA and includes our weapons defense contractors .. getting management control by getting domestic program contracts and then what is going on with the missing money.?? MEDICARE HACKERS HIDING WAYS
For some time those in charge want to get Social security numbers off the Medicare cards as our Medicare numbers with identifying suffixes. (prefixes for railroaders) to show the benefits category at SSA. NO ONE I HAVE SPOKEN TO ON THE INSIDE THING THAT USING THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF ONES OWN SSN IS A GOOD THING SYSTEM SECURITY WISE.. TO STOP THESE HACKERS STEALING. . Better to just given every one a new card and generic typed number. and then that be connected to the real one in the system. etc.
Last week or so , several f the call centers phone menu was asking only for the last 4 digits and then reverted to your real claim number but even that was a hesitant answer today.. . Yet the agent one speaks to could pull up the phony numbers on me as visible and verified that 17 pays went out on a recent claim paid last week.
The system at SSA should and would have in the past when it was more secure would not revert to ones own real claim number but would say invalid.. And all valid claim numbers one has or have had but not active now due to life event changes. would all come up on the first screen or page and soul even indicate when the life event happened and changed the claim number.
Instead it will not say its not in their system or invalid as its should indicate in some way and used to. That indicates its still active . and how much is being stolen out of SSA is a real question.. as their officials wrote to Congress over 3 years ago asking that the COUP of 2002 being overcome and the right to spend their budget to get in and audit the systems and arrest any law breakers be reinstated and no help to day.. as they knows its been hacked and were denied access to find out what is going on.
MEDICARE HACKERS HAVE ADOPTED THE ILLEGAL HACKING SOFTWARE FROM SSA THAT THE SAME HEAD IS USING OVER THERE IN ANOTHER COMPANY HE AND HIS CONTROLS
And the misinformation given to the call center people is getting more bizarre daily....TODAY I HAD ONE TELL ME THAT THE BOGUS SCREEN IS ACCURATE OF MEDICARE PRIMARY BECAUSE WHEN ONE BECOMES 65 MEDICARE IS ALWAYS THE PRIMARY PAYER..
That law changed back in the 1970's
he had just seen this was invalid information as the real primary(s) showed that I still had an open primary payers on the system .. two in facts but updated or deleted (no one really knows what the "D" means I say it means duplicate screen created to steal as if only one payment s made per claims its illegal as it has to be a conditional payment as Medicare is not primary yet. and FECA is permanent benefits until the day , I move to a differing existence and no health care will ever be needed again is the promise in my faith book The Bible .
AND WHAT HE WAS PUTTING TOGETHER MADE NO LOGIC AND HE HUNG UP ON ME... ANOTHER AGENT DISCOVERING HE WAS LIED TO BY LYNN BLODGETT MANAGEMENT TRAINERS AT GENERAL DYNAMICS. WHICH HAS THE 1-800 MEDICARE CONTRACT.. now I was shaking from trying to convince him as such a ludicrous false info ..
'THOUGHT ZOMBIES' HAVE BEEN CREATED AND NOW TRYING TO CONVINCE US WHATEVER HAS BEEN IMPLANTED IN THEIR BRAINS??
Phone lines are blocked to my home in retaliation for my discovery and waking up the call center people, one by one.. by the evidence in front of them to know they are being lied to intentionally .. HORRIFIC SITUATION TO GET A JOB THINKING YOU ARE TO DO PUBLIC SERVICE AND HELP PEOPLE AND THEM FIND OUT YOU ARE A 'FRONT' TO PASS OUT FALSE INFO FOR A ORGANIZED CRIME RING NOW IN CHARGE OF THE USA.
I will still call as I can and verify the bogus screens being used... and what they have there BUT ITS UP TO THE REST OF YOU AND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY WHO ARE ALL AT RISK OF LYNN BLOGETT ET AL.. REMOVING MONIES FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS.. AND HAVING NOTHING LEFT TO KEEP YOUR MEDICAL PRACTICE OPEN.
The system records exist to pull out first and you fight back on the other ends.; after the money is out of your account as he has that info as you all signed with one of his companies. not with CMS at all just the forms said CMS. Conditional payment are imperative to protect yourselves if there is any indication of another party than Medicare as the one to pay of pay first.. And watch for anyone telling you that the patient number is now a phony one. or changed.. or you see a pending post to your bank account that never posts and get a primary out of it immediately and the claims number it shows.
This series is going to continue but it will be more than a Daily Tracking now.. Until there is a waiver of overpayment at SSA process on me and mine on my primary employer family policy its active and on going and we know its at least one pay illegally paid.. as recovery unit is still now able to send out a recovery letter. since 10/7/16 when the real screen is hidden and the bogus one created and recreated by weekly after the employer post.
I PRAY THAT MANY OF YOU DID GET THE EVIDENCE AS I WAS ABLE TO GET.
WE ARE TO GET OUR COPY OF THE RECOVERY LETTERS SENT TO THE PRIMARY PAYER ON THEM TO BLUES AND TO ME TO FECA. ON EVERY SINGLE CLAIM.. AND NONE are even getting out.. and no one has every seen one at US Department of Labor to answer and we get the response to respond to .. etc. Three Medicare Judges have ruled that the employer bi weekly post on me is accurate and Medicare has never been the legal primary on me. and no changed has occurred .. either. this be done and they tossed those as this cabal is in charge since the COUP of 2002... and robbing us and lives, health and livelihoods lost in a horrific over throw of the USA.
Vote in all elections. and gather information as you can..as this is an era of a war of information.. and to much is hidden o our own records from us and one more data is now.. that affects us adversely .
AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO HAVE OVERPAYMENT ILLEGALLY DONE AGAINST ONE AND NO ONE ALLOWED TO KNOW OR TO STOP IT OR GET A WAIVER THAT IS 'AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE. FROM A GOVERNMENT WHICH ALLOWS IT TO GO ON AND DID IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Those we elected to be in authority have shirked their duty and broken their promise to uphold the US Constitution that mandates. "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."

mymedicare.gov has a new claim paid on 3/27/17 and no indication is was paid as a conditional payment. so I need to make sure it gets to the recovery unit in some way.. Its too soon to have gone to FECA and then to Blues ad finally to Medicare and get paid in 2 weeks THE BILLING SERVICE GOT TALKED OUT OF DOING A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AS A PAPER CLAIM... IS WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON .. MORE PEOPLE HIRED TO GIVEN OUT BOGUS INFO FROM BOGUS TRAINING TO AID AND ABET THEFT.. GOOD PEOPLE USED TO STEAL FROM THE PEOPLE WITH AND HARM ALL OF US..
And that is still a hacked mess. and means the crimes continue. by the Medicare hackers.

Took 3 calls to get the info I did and still did not get it all. with a borrowed phone .BUT THE SYSTEM IS STILL BEING HACKED AND DUAL SCREENS USED illegally AND ASSUME ALL IS STILL BEING STOLEN 17 TIMES AS THERE IS NO CROSS REFERENCING OF THE 17 NUMBERS UNDER MY REAL ONE AS THERE WAS LAST YEAR WHEN I CHECKED AND WAS DONE IN 12/12 WHEN HIGHMARK now Novatis TOOK OVER AND CMS stopped the total theft of about $4 million on them before.
call 1. hung up on after he pulled up my dual screens and was he one who gave the 45 year old obsolete info of MEDICARE FOR ALL AT 65 AND NO ONE HAS ANY OTHER PRIMARY AFTER THAT AGE.
call 2 got some info .. and that the real post last Tuesday from the US Dept of Labor personnel office was deleted as of 10/6/16... and that the bogus screen has Medicare primary and the fake supplement of BCBS of OK but got no more info as if he had management right on her.. to give out any info on my records as I HAVE THE FULL RIGHT TO KNOW OF A SECURITY BREACH.. 17 numbers are not cross refereed under my real one.. and the phone menu for this and the other calls now only takes one last 4 digits of ones own SSN and then does go to the real claim number even if on another's record. phone call disconnected
call 3 tried to call back and get more details and told to call Scott Wilson in Dallas regional office who is being cited by the Medicare hackers as their authority to steal and hack now.. and he needs to get himself an attorney and go to the US attorneys; office and get START TALKING.. His boss is an issue also there and last summer the medical community could not get help to do a conditional payment which is what is to legally be done when the primary payers do not pay their bills. when Homeland Security was monitoring the new system , for foreign hackers and THEY DID NOT HACK UNTIL THEY LEFT ON 10/6/16 AND ALL 'HELL'
BROKE LOOSE ON THE SYSTEM INTO THE COMPLEX CRIMINAL RICCO CASE AND NAMED AS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY THEFT. AND NO REASON TO ASSUME IT HAS STOPPED, THEY HAVE JUST ADOPTED A BETTER HIDING MASK. FROM THE VISIBLE SCREEN.. as its still hacked and there is still the illegal off line NO SECURITY ON IT? SYSTEM BEING USED. TO BILL FOR ALL YET.
call 3 got met with resistance and more info and got hung up on.

Our prayers for President Trump to help him convince Congress to unlock the gate to the swamp so that no one else be harmed by the hidden over throwers in the depths. of it. Amen!
