Unknown to Congress as the pass health care bills over the last 15 years with bogus false info of what is really going on with the current programs. , The whole health care system now under a linked cabal of one entity from every possible conflict of interest under one with the emerged head identified by high level officials verbally and in writing as Lynn Blodgett and that took years to unravel and who is his boss is suspected but not known for sure by me as his power grows as the possible merger of two more companies with him is in the works. etc. I linked yesterday ..articles one after the other...
The SEC is unable to act as they are , like all non DOD agencies forbidden by Congress to spend one penny to find out anything going on inside a government contractor let alone a real internal audit including systems being hacked to steal all the time. Nor can anyone in the real governed spend any existing budget either for a criminal investigation as missives thefts have occurred by act of Congress in the e governing bills of 2002.... A COUP OF 2002 AS THE WHOLE NATION WAS GIVEN OVER TO A 'BEAST' SYSTEM ' WITH NO RESTRAINER OF LAW TO OVERSEE IT. and the keys to the public treasury given over to it which sends out much f the money spent... as no one in the real government does much but send a 'blank' check to the contractor who goes many different names as shell companies and illegal secret deals partners or the common practice of going in to a defense contractor as a major share holder using other of his controlled other companies and them setting up govern services and management them under many differing names as a sub contractors.

WHICH CURRENTLY IS INDICATED AT A BILLION DOLLAR SPIKE IN SPENDING . and no one even knows what entity is ever sending out massive amounts of money or if those getting it are even real or should be getting the monies Congress, most never knew they voted for this as words and phrases were 'changed in the middle of the night?' to vote on the next AM.
One of the first of many illegal acts was a deal with his managers inside insurers to DUMP BILLS TO BE LEGALLY PAID BY OTHERS ONTO MEDICARE with illegal hacking of employer posts to the system bi weekly which has been illegal to alter since 1994... THE PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE SYSTEM WE PAID FOR HERE. and the powerful conditional payment law was turned over to Group Health Inc. contractors to create a front of coordination and recovery and have rigged the system to do little of both .. Hiring nice people from among us who think they are hired to uphold the integrity of the program and recovery monies back from them refusing to pay their bills.. AND THEIR OWN CORPORATE BOSSES IN NY DOING THE OPPOSITE AND BREAKING THEIR CONTRACT THAT FORBIDS ALTERING , AND DEFYING THREE MEDICARE JUDGES WHO HAVE RULED AND VERIFIED THE MEDICARE IS NOT PRIMARY AND RECOVERY IS TO GET ALL THE LETTERS OUT TO THE REAL PARTIES THAT ARE TO PAY AND RECOVER THE MONEY OR GO TO COURT NA GET IT BACK .. they "have tubs of our bills to recover" and they were asking me what was wrong with the system and I knew the date of injury was not in there as it has every one injured on the date they got Part A Medicare and a legal due process request for refund has to have the right date of injury on it. Over the years we have gone through every legal avenue we could and at every turn , Lynn Blodgett et al has already been in control first before we get there or soon is. as he now prepares the files for agency first level administrative judges and has not let is get through for another 38 to rule against him as several have already.....WHO IS IN CONTROL...??? not we the people or our real government at all. and laws are based on unverifiable data and . tomorrow more blank checks may be sent to him and CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA IF ITS NEEDED IF THE THEFTS OF BILLIONS IS GOING ON OVER THERE THE HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Its why the system is rigged so that an electronic filling cannot be made to Medicare since 1/06 as if a conditional payment by billing people and the system is rigged to not take them electronically when its hacked and now delegated from the real screen and a bogus one used that HAS ELIMINATE EVERY ONES LIABILITY CASES
Again the system is rigged so that the cabal company of Lynn Blodgett gets the letters on me and has never let one in the real US Dept of labor in DC see one to be refunded or put in writing for all of us to get with appeal rights of why should not repay ..THEY THINK HE S PAYING FROM THE MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD PUT IN A FUND FOR THOSE OF US WITH ESTABLISHED CASES AND THE MONTY DISAPPEARED ABOUT THE TIME LYNN BLODGETT GOT A HOLD OF A SIMILAR AMOUNT AND BOUGHT OUT AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES HIS FIRST?THAT IS NOW BECOME THE INTERNATIONAL WEB OF MURKY DECEIT THAT IS WORLD WIDE. AND HAS DONE TO OTHER NATIONS AS HAS OCCURRED HERE AND IN ALL AREAS...
I do not think I have ever met him,, but after 4 judges came against him from the appellate level in agencies, including Medicare on case M09-1406 he came out and went from agency to agency and LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS TRUTH AS THE JUDGES HAD CORRECTLY RULED THE OPPOSITE AND LIED SAYING I have gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and there was nothing to do on my cases. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED.. NO PAPER WORK AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIED EITHER OF WHAT HE HAD DONE AS WAS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO OBEY THE JUDGES. IN ALL THE AGENCIES ..
But agency heads bowed to his verbal words and obeyed his wishes and destroyed more files and data and stopped those working various matters of my cases at very agencies and HIS WORD IS THE LAW... as he withheld the judges orders from and a few others that have come down. an ignored by him.

I suspected such would be going on .. there also.. as many without health insurance may be those involved with workers comp and not have an employer group health plan. .. and then get Medicare card and found out the
LAW OF BLODGETT IS NOW THAT AFTER ONE HAS A MEDICARE FOR 6 MONTHS THEN MEDICARE PAYS ALL THE BILLS FIRST. AND ALL OBEY HIS VOICE.
NO WONDER THAT IS 2 BILLI ION and MORE OF OUR MONEY FOR HEALTH CARE STOLEN BY MEDICARE HACKERS OVER THERE. plus the insecurity is now showing that bogus people and those not here legally are signed up getting subsidies. for premiums..

Fairness can be able bodied help or do some kind of work are. etc. but most of the work that were easily apportioned off for those to do are now contracted out for big bucks to those who then steal the rest of our money .. and pay those who do the actual work far less than the corporate officers get. My prayers for our President and Congress to get us over on better path of life, liberty and happiness grounded in ownership rights with dignity of a fair pay for a days work that helps all keep an up to date resume and be a good candidate for a good job that supports one and family .. as the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES is not stolen from all of us as its been for the last 30 years by this cabal that stole that from us also. .
