This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back t0 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files , owed and maintained by unaccountable by act of congress in the COUP Of 2002 hacked worse than ever.. (some of my systems terms are 50 years old from operating some of the earliest one. ad at SSA Medicare at HEW then HHS we were the security and had a phone line chain to compile and get straight to our in house programmers in Baltimore quickly when we detected something not 'rights" . All reports were taken and respected. as one never knew what might be an indicator.
NOW WE HAVE NO ONE WILLING TO ALLOW TO EVEN REPORT A BLATANT SECURITY BREACH AND LET THEM KNOW..
Individuals personal AUDITS FROM A PHONE CALL AND THE WRITTEN ENTITLEMENT LETTERS ARE THE ONLY EVIDENCE THEY CAN GET TO TELL CONGRESS. THE FACT THAT ONE BOGUS CLAIM NUMBER EXISTS AND ACTIVE WOULD BE ENOUGH BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002 TO HAVE THE OIG ETC. STORM THE CONTRACTORS AND SHUT THIS DOWN NOW.. EVEN IF ALL HAD TO FILE PAPER claims as ours legally have to be anyway as a conditional payments and all told to convince the medical community as they have been duped to be convinced of i 'THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CORRECTED and OK to use as is.." AND THEY ARE PASSING ON BAD INFO TO ENTRAPPED ALL INTO A FRAUDULENT CLAIM AND FEW UNDERSTAND THAT. OR AWHILE AND HAVE THE NATIONAL GUARD HELPING TO GET CLAIMS PAID.. and all those unemployed vets hired temporary its that serious.. But stealing form the people of the USA seems unimportant to Congress as the few that are concerned are 'shunned' or some can't face embarrassment for being duped by a few evil actors among them ..
Now we know it was not an illegal bail our of the insurance industry going on through the contractors with no official knowledge of the official government and health care laws collapsed and may collapse when based on false unverifiable data.. etc. that the contractors BCRC of the former Group Health, INC OF NY and their sub contractor who is in total control of nearly every part of the USA now from local to federal was not just creating a bogus screen to make Medicare primary to sell for big bucks to the medical community but more than bogus screen has been activated. as
had activated 16 ?phony Medicare numbers on 10/7/16 of massive? numbers who still have no idea their ID and claims were stolen and turned into multiples paid out and diverted to the thieves f\in 8/08 going back to 1/06 through 11/12 when the contract was not renewed with the main Dallas regions; claims paying contractor for CMS.
One can find our if they have had this done to them by calling 1-800 Medicare and the phone menu for claims will id you on the real as well as any bogus numbers.
There are 4 possible on ones own number A.M.T.TA, many can be created for a spousal.. on me there is B,B2.B6.D.D4.D6.E.E1.TB,TD,TE,W,W6. We have never found more than 17 total AND THAT INDICATES THAT OLD SYSTEM WE ONCE USED FOR SOME THINGS BACK BEFORE THE MID 80'S
HAVE YOUR MEDICARE CARD AND A DATE OF A CLAIM.. AND CHECK IT OUT.. I have never found more then 17 and that was the total for one template n this old system now being used. merged into a modern cloud. that goes into constant meltdown trying to correct itself as ITS ILLOGICAL TO HAVE THREE OPEN PRIMARYS ON ONE RECORD AND ITS ALL ONE IN THE CLOUD.. AND ONE REAL Blues AND ONE FAKE AND MEDICARE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY BOTH...
THE CYBER CLOUD IS AT WAR AND THE US DEPT OF LABOR HIGH SECURITY FROM IN HOUSE IT IS FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT AND SOMETIMES WINS FOR A SHORT TIME.
Since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted on a 6000 page budget bill with words and phrases altered in the middle of the night they were to vote on the next day .. there has been no agency (other than DOD which has a separate budget and some isolated appropriations bills) since THAT NO ONE In THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS PERMITTED TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF WHAT A CONTRACTOR DO. AND THAT LAW HAS GIVEN THEM THE DOOR TO THE PUBLIC MONIES UNLOCKED AND NO ONE TO KNOW OR FIND OUT OW MUCH IS BEING STOLEN..BY THEM... .. SYSTEMS AUDITS NOT ALLOWED TO BE DONE EITHER AS NOT ONE PENNY OF EXISTING BUDGET CAN BE SPENT.

AND WROTE TO CONGRESS THREE YEARS AGO AND IGNORED. what is going on in the DC SWAMP THAT MUST HAVE CONGRESS HIDING IN THE BOTTOM OF It??

All of our medical records are owned by this Cabal who all say the named HEAD EMERGED IS LYNN BLODGETT. they are the ones used for emerged care in hospitals and are a deadly mess of errors, and co mingle records (mine has know 4, I am told) and at times intentional skulduggery AND NOT PROTECTED BY ANY LAW AND THE DATA BASE THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN BY EVEN A CONGRESSIONAL STUDY 10 YEARS AGO SHOWS IT HAS ENDED TOO MANY LIVES. . Yet another simple law to have some way for each of us to get a copy and some way to correct errors and get all the at least other three patients un comingled with mine out of there and this has existed as far back as 1999 when GROUP HEALTH OF NY WAS GIVEN THE CONTRACT FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH (we got lied to ?) which is going to be skewed by this mess.... now being used for treatment.
THIS IS NOT THE RECORDED AT YOUR OWN DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL WHERE THEY HAVE TO SPEND HUGE SUMS TO MAKES SURE THEY ARE PROTECTED AND PAY BIG FINES FOR A BREACH AND IF INTENTIONAL EVEN PROSECUTED.
Yet once the claim is filed , NO PROTECTION AND NO FINES OR PENALTIES WHEN THE OWNER OF THE CONTRACT, the same as now all our medical insurance /health plan info now... HAS 'CONGESSIONAL IMMUNITY ' and can sell our recorded on the open market if they choose to .. and that could mean your snooping employer. also as came to light in the HOBBY LOBBY court case on birth control and employer found out who was using it....
SOUNDS UNFAIR AND UNJUST AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO ME. as well as a lot of civil rights violated for those in protected classes. .
EVEN HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS HAVE WRITTEN ME THEY CAN'T HELP AS THEY ONLY HAVE HIS VERBAL WORD FOR WHAT IS GOING ON AS HE WITHHOLDS 38 FEDERAL AGENCY Judges ORDERS FROM MULTIPLE AGENCIES AS TO WHAT IS TO BE DONE AND HE DEFIES. THEM.. he is in charge of he USA .. isn't he???
HE IS ALSO SNOOPING BIG BROTHER WITH HIS CABAL .. with all our data and records unprotected from illegal use too often with documented deadly consequences or the most vulnerable among us. . I have personally decided not to vote or any member of Congress in a reelection that will not even introduce or vote for a bill of one sentence to allow all agencies to use existing budget to do internal audits and criminal investigations of government contractors.
TRYING TO STREAMLINE THE DAILY TRACKING
Today , I found that 1-800 Medicare had annotated that I had these multiple numbers and had them listed. not sure all?? and yet the SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN DEACTIVATED FOR THE 16 MEDICARE CLAIM NUMBERS. AS A WOMAN PULLED UP AND FOUND one bogus one STILL ACTIVE ETC.
General Dynamics is not the owner of the system as that is a sub contractor of BCRC as division of another under the control of Lynn Blodgett.. I am still trying to get all the pieces and CMS sites not much help AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO HAS ACCESS AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE CONTRACTOR HAS EVEN SUB CONTRACTED TO AS NO INTERNAL AUDITS. ETC.
THE USA HAS NO IDEA WHO HAS THE KEY TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY !!!!SO THE HACKING GOES ONE. and the thefts! .
IF ANYTHING; I GOT A BACKLASH AS THE NOTE COULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT I WAS SOME KIND OF BAD ACTOR OUT HERE GETTING THE MONEY AND NUMBERS AS IF I WAS THE THIEF WHEN I AM TRYING TO STOP IT. I want the illegal hacking of my employer post stopped and all the illegal mess gone on for way too long stopped and that means life endangered also . The Medicare judges orders are defied by BCRC to go get the money back from those who stolen it in my name.. and that comes back on them and Lynn Blodgett's companies he manages all over etc. including AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES WHICH THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR DC 'THINKS' IS PAYING ALL MY BILLS AT FECA (federal workers comp ) when they were given a huge sum of money at a million dollars head for those of us , like me with established and permanent medical already to pay our bills from
AND IT 'DISAPPEARED' when ACS got the contract and the ones in charge at US Dept of Labor giving? the contract to ACS is now a convicted criminal in he Jack Abramoff bribery scandal.. WITH INVESTIGATIONS NEVER COMPLETED AT SSA, HHS. DOL AND OTHER AGENCIES.
The movie makes us think it was only Indian Affairs and some casino grants etc.. . BUT AGAIN THEY RAN INTO CONGRESSIONAL IMMUNITY OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS . DIDN'T THEY.. and still have.. any who died due to this== murder has no statute of limitations???
DID THE BRIBERY MONEY COME OUT OF THE FUND FOR MEDICAL CARE FOR US MORE SERIOUSLY INJURED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES. SOME MIGHT CALL THOSE BRIBES 'CURSED' ?? FOR ROBBING FROM HEALTH CARE.
As we got 'illegally dumped' onto Medicare with the illegal secret deals with BCRC corporate .. while their good people in the call centers which most government phone numbers are not ansser3ed by this cabal; companies or management by them and GOOD PEOPLE BEING INTENTIONALLY MISTRAINED TO PASS ON FALSE AND BOGUS INFO . . and recovery unit were told they were to do the o they though they were hired to do ..'watchdog' coordination and get the money back for those who were to be paying and did not do and blocked now ore than ever as the system will not send out a letter when its deleted or hidden from the off line one . Now , they are responsible for massive thefts going on of more then one pay per claim that should be recovered.
Today I did get angry with one of the 1-800 Medicare supervisors as I got a lower level employer only allowed to pull up the first screen of bogus info and finally asked for a supervisor AND SHE CALLED HER OWN EMPLOYEE A LIAR. that she could.. but others have said the same thing.. ... I called back and another answered and got the info that the real screen from US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE THAT POSTED LAST WEEK SHOWED "D" FOR DELETED ? BUT NO DATE DELETED BUT OPEN NOT TERMINATED so that the duplicate bogus screen using an ancient? unsecured system could be used to alter the info to make Medicare primary and inert one of now 23 identified bogus Blues supplements and fake id number as if the real info got transferred through would not be paid in the multiples of 17 as THAT WOULD EXPOSE THE THEFTS.? and make 17 pays out of one claim using bogus clams numbers that do nor exist at SSA. for Medicare as one has only one... even if one has dual entitlements etc. many of them have Doyle in heaven..
My real Blues posts as a primary employer group health plan for me and those on that policy with Medicare cards. now. ITS BEEN ILLEGAL FOR ANYONE TO ALTER THAT POST SINCE 1994 AS IT ALTERS EMPLOYEE BENEFITS WITHOUT DUE PROCESS AND MANY PARTIES ARE AFFECTED INCLUDING HOW MUCH AN EMPLOYER PAYS FOR ONES SUBSIDIZED PREMIUMS AS WE FEDS ONLY PAY 1/4TH. THE TAXPAYER, THE REST AS OUR EMPLOYER . For us its heirs inherit over payments as well as life sustaining medical care obstructed as no one knows whom to bill and not all pays everything..
I am approved for life by all three plans for home liquid oxygen ,,, I cannot get an oxygen supplier as it has to go to FECA and Lynn Blodgett (has all workers comp in the USA for last three years and is obstructing thee right of breath all over. .)will not process any claim for any one since 2002 and timely processing is 16 years and waiting. as input wold expose the theft of the original million dollar as head for each of us like me as that would be a duplicate to the real system he has us offline or dummy set up.. and the online list has been hacked several times recently . also

By the time a supplier goes through all the health plans and he Medicare bogus system does not show any workers comp now. as it always did until 10/6/16 even when it flipped Medicare to primary over the last 15 years sine the COUP of 2002.. and to the last one it could be over a year before Medicare can do a conditional payment and get a waiver for a paper claim and oxygen will not go through illegally and will reject as its workers comp bill as it gives one permanent and total care. under an obscure 1988 labor law few are aware of
. .. and the new regulations are not any really help? at all as one WOULD DIE IN LESS THAN A YEAR NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATH .. OIG FOR OPM SAID "EMBEZZLEMENT RING." and not its Medicare whole trust fund and THIS OLDER SYSTEM ONE CAN SUPPRESS A NOTICE SO THAT NO ONE KNOWS THEY ARE LIABLE FOR A OVERPAYMENT .. SSA can give you and easy waiver approval letter, if you had no part in this.
, YET LYNN BLODGETT OVER THERE WILL NOT PROCESS ONE OF THEM ... One gives no personal financial info and state. that "its against equity and good conscience " to hold us accountable when we can not arrest any one and ndnither can the government ..

All my bills are workers comp for life for 23 years now when FECA put me on home liquid oxygen of compressed air.. and oxygen then make 100% coverage for all bills, which is an obscure 1988 labor law. to save life of injured workers In the USA but without the real government to enforce them we are worse off in REAL DEATH PANELS WITH TOO MANY DEAD AT HE MERCY OF THIS CABAL UNDER LYNN BLODGETT THE NAMED HEAD.. Who is his boss??? YET TO BE KNOWN .....
NO SECURITY AND OPEN TO THOSE WITH THE CONTROL CAN ACCESS THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND AND PAY FROM IT TO A DIVERTED ACCOUNT AND THE ONES HAVE GONE OUT AND RECEIVED AS THOSE LAST WEEK STATED. Yet they will not obey their own contractor with CMS and get pictures or print outs of my screen and send it direct to CMS headquarters at HHS to persuade congress they have to allow them to get this stopped THIS WOULD BE GROUNDS TO CANCEL SOME CONTRACTS OF REAL THIEVES. Our good doctors, etc. are up against it even more than the individual at times if they are still alive in the struggle as they face this cabal daily trying go get some kind of fair income for the care they are trying to provide to all of us. to keep us healthy or take care of us when sick or injured.

mymedicare.gov and BCRC phone verification is the same since yesterday and still hacked as before. I fell asleep and did not get the BCRC call center called today before they closed
1-800 Medicare * General Dynamics and is a Lynn Blodgett cabal now managing them??? a common [practice and then they are in and gain control of the whole company ... of the non-government services they get into .
took 5 calls to get the info today . and found out about the notation on my records. and as it was read to me... ITS A DEFAMATION AS IF I AM THE EVIL DOER INSTEAD OF ONE TRYING TO STOP THE THEFTS ETC. TO STAY ALIVE AND NOT BE OVERPAID AND MY HEIRS ALSO .. I DO NOT HAVE MUCH ,, BUT IF THINGS DO NOT GET BETTER THERE IS A MODEST ROOF FOR LOVED ONES TO SHELTER UNDER. IF NOT UNDER A MEDICARE LIEN..... DEFAME ME? as can be misread?? AND THEN NOT HAVE TO GET PRINTOUTS AND SEND THEM IN TO CMS AS THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY ARE TO DO WHEN THEY WITNESS A CRIME OR BREACH OF SECURITY . and CONGRESS GETS LIED TO AND WE GET HEALTH CARE LAWS THAT DO NOT HELP. .

Got bogus screen only of Medicare primary and 24TH IDENTIFIED NOW OF A VARIATION WORDING bogus Blues today of HSCS-BCBS OF OK FEP A ; FEP B and fake Id that adds three zeroes before the real Blues ID of my primary employer group health plan and leaves off the last two digits got no more info and she said she had no access as would have to go for higher level personal to get more info .. and got to a supervisor who CALLED HER A LIAR THAT SHE COULD ACCESS AND MORE AND I 'PREACHED' A LITTLE for her to help AND BEGGED FOR MERCY FOR ALL OF US.. AND GOT HUNG UP ON.. It seems evil that one can be hired and them not do the job to help.. save Medicare and health care. etc. SHE would not give me any info and said she had my screen up to see..

She read me a notation.. and after saying that the real FECA and Primary blues was in a "D" category but not terminated and verified all the id I gave her. she said she was verbally told as all others have there it meant deleted no chart etc. given as "rumor ad gossip run amok runs the USA now .. BUT I THINK IT REALLY MEANS DUPLICATE SCREEN TO CREATE A DUPLICATE BOGUS ALL SEE FIRST... and hen ignore the rest... as mistrained to do ... and said the same bogus blues on there and added in that it had the hyphen after HSCS and effective 8/1/2004 when CMS foolishly said the contractors could go offline for 'maintenance of the system and soon MAINTENANCE BECAME HACKING TO STEAL ONE PAYMENT AND LATER MASSIVE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS. That got stopped and not ACTIVATED with the help of 1-800 Medicare customer service agents..
AND NOW, WITHOUT 1-800 MEDICARE COOPERATION, getting the primary info to CMS DIRECTOR VARME , WE COULD HAVE NO MEDICARE TRUST FUND LEFT BY THE TIME OF THE OFFICIAL YEARLY REPORT. AT THIS RATE. WHERE WILL THE MONEY COME FROM TO PAY FOR CARE THEN????
she also checked one of the phony numbers of W6 and found that the claims so far even for 2017 had been processed and deductible partially met. illegally as Medicare by the coordination law with FEDS was to pay the Blues deductible for the year. then checked one for one last 12/16 and found it paid and received. Now will the medical community help to verify they did not get 17 pays per calms from 12/12/ through current or will they get talked out of cooperation by Lynn Blodgett provider r call centers? info giver ad manager of all and controller of all more then health care.. ?? AS THEY DID BEFORE. when they are at the mercy of all of his companies to get any kind of payment.. and have less protection for their practice then we do for our very lives.
THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE AMA LOBBY GROUP AS THEY 'BLEW' THE LAW SUIT TO STOP THIS YEARS AGO FOR THEM AS THEY LEFT THE PATIENT OUT AND I WAS NOT ONLINE AND DID NOT KNOW.. AS THEIR ATTORNEY NEEDED MY INFO ... SOME GOT A LITTLE MONEY BUT LEFT THE REALLY BIG MESS TO CONTINUE UNSTOPPABLE UNLESS CONGRESS ENDS THE HORROR OF WHAT HAS GOTTEN UNLEASHED. THEY RESTRAINER OF LAW GONE. WITH EVIL STILL AT LARGE TO TEMPT SOME TO TAKE ILLEGAL ADVANTAGE. AND THEY HAVE... BIG TIME.

Pray for our elect3ed leader and President Trump and for all those at 1- 800 Medicare who are on the front line to save Medicare and having their won management working against the job they were hired to do or all of us as all of are affected. in one way or another... may I have more patience with them as they are caught in between some trying to not let them do the job CMS wishes the to do and keep them informed when things are breached and MEDICARE IN A MELTDOWN. THEY ARE ON THE FRONT LINE AND HAVE OBSTRUCTION ABOVE TOO. NOW . Amen!
