This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to overthrown the control of the USA into the control of an international cabal of companies the whole nation from local to federal was being contract3ed our to take care of the people's business and took ownership and control of our national and personal records. leaving them unprotected with no one in the govern permitted to spend one penny to make sure they are protected and not used to steal in ones name. nor altered by error or intentionally to cause harm as has happened too often according to a decade old congressional study and they still have not acted to provide some means of access by the patient or way to correct the deadly errors.. I have had two close calls when that data base was used for treatment as my own records or doctors not contacted instead.
Recently found blatantly false info that I had smoked 2 packs of cigarettes for 40 years and have never been a smoker at all. Being an injured workers since 1/10/89, I have had numerous drug tests that showed nothing, in me, NOT EVEN NICOTINE. . I had a close call a few years ago and was made aware of at least 4 other co mingled patients I had been aware of BUT NO WAY TO CORRECT EVEN UNCOMINGLING OTHERS' RECORDS FROM MINE... THIS IS NOT THE RECORDS AT ONES OWN DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL WHICH THEY HAVE THE STRICT HIPPA LAW TO KEEP THEM SECURED AND THEM SPEND ALL KINDS OF MONEY TO DO once they file a claim for payment . NO SECURITY OF all of our medical records once they leave the doctor's control and end up in contracted our national data bused with no HIPPAA law or any other way to correct errors and then used for our medical treatment or for other official means as well as out to be sold on the open market or any to access who wish to .. and that includes ones employer having access since 1999. on going saga of my personal, documented over throw of the USA by control of the nations data and records which include all our personal files for official business from paying taxes to filing for and receiving various payments such as Medicare, and Social security and nearly every part of
EVERYONE IN THE WORLD CAN ACCESS A DATA BASE OF ONES MOST PERSONAL AND PRIVATE RECORDS THAT OFTEN ARE NOT EVEN ONES OWN AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT OF ACCESS NOR ANY WAY TO HAVE ANYONE CORRECT THE RECORDS TO ONLY BE THE ONES HOUR OWN DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL,ETC HAS THAT ARE WELL PROTECTED BY STRICT LAWS .
Protection is not to have ones insurance or health plans hacked by even the owner of the system as CMS contractor to have the one who should be paying or paying first illegally altered with illegal deals to get out of paying. This has been going on since the COUP of 2002 with BCRC corporate of the former Group Health Inc of NY which not only owns that national data base. of our deadly mess of medical records, but owns the Medicare billing system and is the hacker... illegally altering the info that comes from ones employer so that one pay is stolen with the medical community paying big monies to access the info and getting criminally incorrect info to use. when there is a legal way to pay when ones primary does not.. called CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND BCRC'S OWN RECOVERY UNIT IS TO GET THOSE AND SEND OUT RECOVERY LETTERS TO THE ONES WHO ARE TO REFUND OR THEY RESPOND IN WRITING WHY THEY SHOULD NOT PAY OR PAY FIRST. ITS THE US CONSTITUTION BEING ACTIVE TO PROTECT EACH AND EVER ONE OF US.
In my case the posting from the US Department of Labor personnel office and is very secure and three Medicare judges have ruled it is accurate and have ruled recovery done. and ignored to day by BCRC as goes on hacking and illegally altering the bi weekly post to not do so. and if they do not refund do a false claims civil suit which is on going opposite acts of the CMS and DOL contractors who has disappeared a million dollars a head for about 200 of us who already had established cases like mine with permanent medical but the permanent disability had not been processed yet..
Mine was pending when Lynn Blodgett took total control of FECA , (federal workers comp) and DC thinks he is paying my bills,(regional offices have no info as they get it from him and he refused to even share many judges orders affirming all ,to do the work ,pay etc.
. All been illegally dumped on to Medicare with hacking to make it primary. From one not stopped , he as emerged head of this cabal is now in control of the whole nation from local to Federal in a intricate web of intrigues , shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships.
A few years ago 16 phony Medicare numbers were created on me and a $4mllion dollar theft along with many)prevalent others in the Dallas and Atlanta regions re 1-800 Medicare who documented all for 2 years but none of us could have each others info .. .It only ended with the contract not renewed which is the only thing the real government can do since the COUP of 2002..
I have no indication any got multiples in their bank account as the one who signs them up is Lynn Blodgett's company and has ALL THE SYSTEMS INVOLVED INCLUDING ACCESS TO THE DOCTORS' ETC. BANK ACCOUNTS AND DIVERSION IS EASY IF THE ACCOUNT IS IN HIS BANK . ETC.
All 17 numbers are active and were not assigned by Social Security as this is an offline very old system merged into a cyber cloud and when her is contract cyber warfare as the cyber cloud keeps trying to report the real info from my employer .. As far as we can determine the massive thefts began on 10/7/16 after Homeland Security stopped monitoring the new system for foreign hackers and the owner as sub contract of BCRC began the massive thefts back to 2012 when the multiples were last paid and the 17 numbers cross referred so that no future multiples could be paid.
Going offline and creating duplicate bogus screen info to sell to the medical community to make Medicare primary. But even BCRC may be unawares that their one illegal act has allowed the massive thefts to be done by their own sub contractor. and since he also has he control of the Social Security data base and SSA officials have been denied to audit the security access for several years as we know its been hacked and not just on me........ EVERYONE IS AFFECTED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ON IT AS EVERY ONES RECORDS ARE IN THAT ONE.. and its the SSA data base that assigns he numbers and may not be what the employee at SSA indicate what the Medicare number should be .
The system said they got it as it only knows it was received and not returned. So my Daily Tracking is now a dual purpose. And ALL MAY WISH TO CHECK THEIR OWN RECORDS AND CAN BE DONE AT 1-800 MEDICARE AND I FIND HE PHONE MENU MAKES IT QUICKER TO CHECK THE CLAIMS PAID ON EACH CLAIMS NUMBER.
Lynn Blodgett, contractor controller at SSA has not process one waiver of overpayment for those on my primary employer group plan with Medicare cards. I do not have a final total of theft but it could be another $6 million and I do not have high medial bills like a cancer or transplant patient might.. The medical community is at the mercy of Lynn Blodgett cabal as he can take money out of their bank account for alleged overpayment and they fight to get the money back.. and in my case ALL HAVE BEEN UNDERPAID ALREADY AS THE PAST 65 WORKING RATE FOR FEHB OF ONES EMPLOYER PLAN RATE PLANS ARE TO BE PAID BY FECA. That is a Nationwide underpayment massively going on for decades.
So far we have never found more than 17 numbers as an older system had limits for that we once used. at SSA to house multiples of patients on one 'page.'
These over payments are against the card holder and heirs until a simple wavier is given by SSA. who agreed to do the Medicare waivers in 2005... One givers no personal financial info as its "against equity and good conscience. " how does a Medicare card holder go arrest a thief when the real government is not permitted to spend one penny to do so when they are a government contractor?? and done without our knowledge or permission and cannot even get it stopped.. At last a stolen credit card can be cancelled but to cancel ones health care card, means NO HEALTH CARE. AND DEATH.
We have tried everything we legally can for 15 years to stop this and NO ONE CARES IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT OR CONGRESS THAT THE USA IS BEING ROBBED and puts back what all forget have to have the authority to do .. PROTECT THE NATIONS TREASURY FROM THIEVES. the denial is overwhelming even when its clearly indicated they are not in control and if they do not wish to be, THEN WHY DID YOU RUN FOR OFFICE OR GET HIRED FOR A JOB.
President Trump wants to 'drain the swamp ; but so far CONGRESS HAS THE GATE LOCKED! and the few among them of both parties or none who wish to do what is right and lawful... are 'shunned.'. even if they disagree on how to spend our tax dollars which all of us pay , directly or indirectly .

It took over 40 calls to get all the info on both issues. as he phone system is messed up as it was yesterday and was trying to use the phone verification only for this as its less time . ALL ARE ACTIVE should only take 17 calls
One can do this by getting their card and the best source is he clams menu but one has to go through each number. on ONES OWN SSN IS 4 possible of A,M,T,TA.. as a spousal all kind exist and some for M and some for F. I have he female ones .. of B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6
call 1. Real screen bi weekly post from my employer shows FECA and primary FEHB Blue cross Blue Shield open by deleted as of 10/6/16 with Medicare secondary . It was deleted last Tuesday but a HACK DOES NOT SHOW A DATE IT WAS DONE. to hide the screen from all who need it to get claims paid legally .. . But three primary payers open causes a cyber cloud meltdown.
The bogus screen all pull up first and told its the real info to pass on and one false info to allow no one to know to stop the theft of one payment shows Medicare primary and the fake blues an did today is HSCS-BCBS OF OK FEP A ONLY; FEP B ONLY an fake id of OFEPOK0102.
Thanks for your courtesy .. After months of general disbelief of hacking of the insurance info disbelief the call center now GETS IT THAT THIS IS A CRIMINAL HACKED MESS . and already trying to cover up on the numbers on my own SSN...
calls 4-5 tried to use the phone verification and a real mess.
call 6. went in on a phony number and went through the whole process and checked on a claims paid/processed illegally and he insurance info the same as above and hen let the nice person know that this was a bogus claims number and I did plead that A PRINTOUT OR PICTURE OF THIS BE SENT TO CMS BY THIS CABAL'S MANAGEMENT, THERE IS NO INDICATION AT ALL ON THERE TODAY THIS THEFT HAS BEEN STOPPED AS NO CROSS REFER AND BLOCKING OF MORE illegal Payments Going OUT ON THIS OR OTHER BOGUS CLAIM NUMBERS. and pray they stop even the one illegal payment by labeling it as a conditional payments so I and my medical provides are not overpaid. and obey the three Medicare judges who verified and said the bi weekly post is accurate and it is. and get the recovery process done and letter s to the real US DOL to answer and find that missing million Lynn Blodgett's Affiliated Computer services first? company saw the record that we got and NEVER DID.. and ILL Blues, not Lynn Blodgett's managers over there gets the recovery letters on the others on my policy with Medicare cards WHERE IS THAT THE SAME PLACE AS THESE reactivated multiple PAYMENTS.
call 7 Did another bogus number and through the whole process and checked on a claim and she hung up on me IF YOU DO NO WISH TO WITNESS A CRIME YOU ARE IN THE WRONG JOB.
call 8-41 used the phone menus only and all are active etc. recent bills not processed yet. but may show up next week ??
I was exhausted and slept and here I am.. IF THIS IS MASSIVE AS IT WAS BEFORE AND NO WAY TO THINK ITS NOT.. Then unless you wish to be overpaid to Medicare and your heirs to be overpaid for ever .. YOU ARE NOT NOTIFIED OF THESE PAYMENT AS ON THIS OLD, INSECURE SYSTEM; NOTICES CAN BE SUPPRESSED . ONLY 1-800 MEDICARE CAN SEE MORE OF THE WHOLE PICTURE AND WHY THEY ARE TO BE FILING REPORTS DIRECTLY WITH CMS IN DC. HHS OIG CAN DO, NOTHING BUT HE HEADS CAN GET THE INFO TO CONGRESS TO ACT. EVEN IF NO PAYMENT WERE GOING OUT, THERE IS NO SECURITY ON OUR RECORDS. AT ALL AND THIS INCLUDES WHAT ONE GOT MEDICAL CARE FOR..AND WE KNOW THAT IS A DEADLY MESS.

Today I turn 72 and the struggle or life is greater than ever for every one in this world.. Its going to take each and every one of us. doing what we can to make things better for each and all.. We need o be using the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES AND SYSTEMS TO HELP AND NOT BE USED BY UNSCRUPULOUS FOR HARM AND NOT USED TO ROB US. I have any asking to be friends on sites and am backlogged , I will get to you. as I do not delete you... Please petition your members of congress to protect our personal records and stop this as money stolen is less for you and yours and others to use for their care. and other things we all share, from roads to schools and even the GREAT WALL OF TRUMP so that fences make good neighbors. as Robert Frost said in his famous poem we all had to read back in school .. Just make a gate for the migratory animals to get through as well as those coming through legally . Maybe some animal rights groups can volunteer to help monitor it and share where the paths are.. as they would know.. We do live in a marvelously created interconnected world where life depends on all species and plants etc. OUR CREATOR MADE THINGS GOOD. AND ALL HAVE PURPOSE.. We just are to be the managers of but not the worshippers of creation. Animals can adapt to some extent. and we have to find the balance. in managing ... Amen!
