This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered my personal Medicare dated turned over to unaccountable government contractors in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002. That is when Congress voted to overthrown the USA into the control of an international cabal of government contractors as the new way was to contract out the government in partnerships with the government having no partnership authority of internal audits or criminal oversight of what soon became NO PARTNERSHIP BUT A DICTATORSHIP WITH NO REAL GOVERNOR OR ELECTED OFFICIALS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL ABLE TO STOP ABUSES OF POWER, ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL STRIPPING OF RIGHTS AND DUE PROCESS WITH LOSS OF LIFE, LIVELIHOODS AND TRUST BROKEN TO KEEP OUR PERSONAL RECORD AND THOSE OF THE NATION SECURE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AGAINST THE NATION AND US.
BEWARE: those who say they wish to reduce the numbers of government employees.. that if the actual spending is then contracted out. as in Medicare and other programs that the government can assure all of us its not being stolen and is spent in a constitutional and legal manner.
There is still the same huge amounts of pubic monies to be spent by the government and someone has to decided who gets what down to the last penny and that is done either inside government offices what does still have oversight of those doing the work and spending the money. Or is contracted. out.. Its out money and if the work is contracted out, then those who are not accountable directly to the nation and people are now given direct to the public treasury to spend the money . With no oversight we do not really know if its being used for legal purposes or not nor even if processes are efficient and legal... . And if not: then no one can be arrested for stealing it , let alone investigate the thefts... or other abuses of power as ITS NOT PERMITTED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 as Congress in the COUP OF 2002 said no agency's existing budget can be spent to do either.
There are propaganda or half/truth reports all over the media of how workers comp costs have been reduced in many reforms.. As any one who ready this blog knows and can check things out for themselves.. This cabal, with Lynn Blodgett emerged as the named head,..by those in highest positions of our real government and contractors who are to be in charge and are defied by him with no access to the records of their own agency to do the work and give truthful reports to Congress of what the real status is.. has taken over total control of all as he has had the Federal since the COUP of 2002... and has manager control of the Insurance COMP counsel now. (Control means the one whose verbal word along gets laws broken and systems hacked and laws changed that our elected leaders thought were the laws as they passed them into being from local to state to federal ..
When control is contracted out, then the laws are what the contractors say they are.. AND AS MANAGERS OF THOSE PAYING THE CLAIMS AT MEDICARE.. ARE FOLLOWING THEY HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE 'LAW OF THE CONTRACTOR" AND THAT IS 6 MONTHS AFTER ONE GETS A MEDICARE CARD... THERE IS NO MEDICAL BENEFITS PAID BY ONE'S WORKERS COMP.. as if Congress actually passed such a law and DID NOT.. Its the more serious and higher medical bills that end up being paid by Medicare 25 months after injured. as the lesser injury cases usually have healed and the worker has returned to work long before that.
So, are our work places safer and no one is getting seriously injured and fraud is being stopped?. OR IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD; THE ONGOING THEFT OF MEDICARE AS THE BILLS AS BIG AS EVER OR HIGHER GET ILLEGALLY DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE . Granted there is fraud and it can be stopped. and "IT TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE/" But most injuries are very real and often less paid for than should be..
The BCRC is to be recovering the money back to Medicare and has blocked its own recovery unit from getting the letters our for refund with a rigged system that blocks the efforts and even worse rigged and hacked system to make sure the medical community is not filing the claims as a conditional payments when ever it MIGHT NOT BE MEDICARE;S BILL OR THE primary as part of the total intrigue is that Lynn Blodgett et all now managers health insurers. also and they are the ones named as calling in and making the illegal deals with the BCRC corporate to do the illegal dump onto Medicare and they commit the RICCO collusion. as the system, that is owned by them as they contract out... is hacked and they are told that the system is correct when its showing Medicare primary.
The billing people and all others, inkling even the regional offices that have no access to the info but his verbal words. are told that the workers comp is all over. etc. And to discriminate against the patient who is saying the opposite AND SO IS THE US DEPT OF LABOR IN DC AND SO ARE 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES ALL OVER FROM MEDICARE TO US DEPT OF LABOR AND SSA. WHICH ARE BEING TOSSED IN THE TRASH AND IGNORED. AS IN MY AND THOSE FAMILY MEMBERS WITH MEDICARE CARDS ETC. ARE DIRECTLY BEING HARMED . .
To file for a legal payment from Medicare , since 1/06 on us and all overs in like circumstances. s they have to get a waiver to do a paper claim since the system will not take a conditional payment electronically since 1/06 as its rigged to not accept the real date of injury. but uses the date one got Part A Medicare instead..
THE REQUEST TO DO A PAPER CLAIM IS NOT TO BEING ALLOWED AS LYNN Blodgett ET AL IS SAYING ITS NOT NEEDED as FALSE INFO SPEWED OUT TO THOSE IN THEIR CALL CENTERS WHO THINK THEY ARE BEING TOLD THE TRUTH BY THEIR BOSSES. that everything is updated etc. and ignore the old disable woman who should be ignored. This one with judges , the law. and nearly 50 years of training and knowledge and direct experience in enforcing these very laws now being blatantly broken worse than ever. against me and the people and nation.

In this corrupted mess, we workers might be better off with NO FAULT MEDICAL and not have to pay for auto insurer medical and employer not have to pay increasing premiums for medical for injuries either... JUST GIVE MORE TO MEDICARE IN THAT PART OF FICA TAX.. SINCE THE BILLS ARE GEEING DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE NOW AND THAT FUND SHOULD BE GETTING THE MONEY , right?
Since 1994, it has been illegal for anyone to alter the posting of ones employer to the Medicare system... as it alters ones employee benefits and Medicare contracts are not in the legal position of issuing any kind of due process rights letters etc. that come with changing employee benefits. And that includes ones dependents affected if ones employee dependent benefits change too..
There are due processes in place, like the conditional payment law at Medicare which is now with a sub company of the former Group health Inc. BCRC (Benefits Coordination and recovery unit. ) A lot of nice people work there and are blocked by their corporate who is doing the opposite of what their jobs are suppose to be... sabotaging their own company's contracts in 'an illegal bail out?' of the insurance industry as
THEY HACK AND DEFY THEIR CMS CONTRACT TERMS NOT TO ALTER THE POSTS, THE LAW AND IN MY CASE THREE MEDICARE JUDGES WHO HAVE RULED. AND ORDERED THE RECOVERY PROCESS NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THE MONEY BACK Form the US Department of Labor and the one in charge, Lynn Blodgett as contractor and controller of the USA now. has never allowed one of those letters to ever be seen as it must be answered and all parties etc. in a legal process is her money is not refunded to Medicare . . THE PROCESS HAS TO START AT BCRC AND THEY CAN GET THE CLAIMS EVEN FROM THE DATA BANK IF NEED BE.. It does not have to be identified when filed or even paid for them to step in and get the job done. All I have to do is fully cooperate. and I have more than done so and so has my family.
The recovery process would have long ago , exposed where a million dollars ahead for our medical care was last seen at Lynn Blodgett's company for about 200 injured federal employees like me with established cases and life endangered without medical care needs injuries with already permanent medical and US Dept of Labor has been led to believe that OUR MEDICAL IS BEING PAID BY FECA, WHEN ITS BEING PAID BY MEDICARE at a lesser rate ON AN ILLEGAL DUMP AND WE AND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ARE GETTING OVERPAID. THE WORKERS HEIRS INHERIT THE OVERPAYMENT.
NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE GONE ON WITH INTERNAL AUDITS AS GOVERNMENT HAS ALWAYS USED , TO DO TO INSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE SYSTEM . WHETHER THE USA OR ANOTHER'S. .
Maybe a third world dictator would not be so gullible to allow this to go on and not find out WHERE IS THE MONEY? But we have a US Constitution and all kinds of good processes in place to prevent this kind of corruption and all Congress had to be tricked by a few among them; into doing is REMOVE THE RESTRAINT OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND LEGALLY STOP THOSE WHO ARE ACTING ILLEGALLY. AS ITS HARMS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US IN SOME WAY..

It is 'a lyin' media'. .. or I say one that 'lazily' tells half truths and does not dig further for the whole truth as one example of one part of that murky swamp of corruption in DC that has tributaries of it all over the country . and goes into other nations of the world from one elongated river of corruption which has nearly engulfed the entire world and erupted in to wars and violence instead of peace and harmony of diverse nations and peoples getting along ... taking care of themselves and peoples first. and helping others in grave needs from what we have in abundance ..

As reported yesterday , the employer post from the US Department of Labor personnel office. led to three primaries open on the system. The hacked bogus one. to show Medicare primary they sell for huge sums to the medical community to use to bill and told its accurate and updated, and OK to rely one since 10/6/16 audits was hacked before, but did show he open workers comp case.
Yesterday , the bogus one did not show one of the 21 fake Blues policies they keep adding in to flip and make it look as if I have it.. but if used will not result in payment and we often end up with collection letters trying to explain that a denial is because they billed a bogus policy and not the real one. RETALIATION FROM DISCRIMINATION APPLIED TO DISCREDIT SO THE THIEVERY CAN CONTINUE. ? not showing a fake Blues as supplement was different and the three primaries is illogical to cyber intelligence and to day . I found worse than the usual meltdown since 10/6/16 with the artificial intelligence of the cyber cloud with the real post in there as NOT DELETED BUT FROM THE VISIBLE SCREEN TO CREATE A DUPLICATE BOGUS ONE. TO DEFRAUD THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY WHO IS PAYING FOR ACCURATE INFO THAT COMES FROM MY EMPLOYER ETC.

no change it seems to be the manually created bogus screen and the same 4fake Blues with the real one not even on there. No new claims paid or processed and every one on there is an overpayment ones heirs inherits as no waivers processed over at SSA by Lynn Blodgett, et all getting them ... since 2005 when SSA agreed to do them for Medicare. and its an easy one where one gives no personal financial info and says. "against equity and good conscience. " as how can the paint arrest anyone when the real governed is not allowed to do so . let alone stop the illegal behavior. Yes he is over at Social Security and they have written to congress over three years ago as its been hacked and they were denied access to audit the system to get the illegal activity stopped. CONGRESS WILL NOT PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY OR MEDICARE FROM DIRECT THEFT FROM THE TWO BIGGEST PROGRAMS IN THE USA THAT AFFECTS EVERY ONE OF US..
AARP LOBBIES TO NOT GET PAYMENTS CUT, BUT DOES NOTHING TO STOP THE THEFT OF THE TRUST FUND ITSELF THAT MUST BE THERE FOR ALL OF US.. Workers who pay taxes have a right to have a government see to it those taxes are not stolen.

The phone verification for all of us is still the bogus screen of Medicare primary but mine does indicate the FECA... that can be used by the medical community as a general indicator, but its bogus.. It must be a manual post also . as it does not change.
THE LAST CALL EACH DAY IS TO THE COORDINATION CALL CENTERS AND TO DAY after the expected meltdown of yesterdays three impossible primaries all open.. A nice man answered and then said that waiting the hour for their call back since I had called 1-800 Medicare THEY WERE COMPLETELY DOWN and seemed to be in 'total shock " as I have never known the call center to have no access to anything Usually they at least have the bogus screen . like the one at 1-800 Medicare and their phone verification.
I was switched to a supervisor whom I have spoken to before. to report what is at 1-800 Medicare and to plead they get their corporate to stop hacking and he said "helplessly" WE ARE UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING ??? I believe his sincerity and that he was not speaking about my personal data records but the totality of their own jobs being at stake with the wrong doing of their owners.
There are some nice, intelligent people in the call centers and the recovery unit and if any need a recommendation for employment I have the names of the ones who have helped.. but am not giving them out to anyone until a real US Attorney night ask for them to protection for w witness from any retaliation as there is no protection now for a crime victim unless the US Attorney has taken the case for charges to be brought.
And there are real problems in the Dallas regional office as another 60 million dollar scam was discovered by a medical providers in our area. AND THERE IS NO ADEQUATE CONTROLS IN SIDE THE CONTRACTORS. Internal audits help with stopping even the few bad actors in the medical community from stealing large amounts and getting by with it over long periods of time.
BACK to BCRC with no internal audits for 15 tears since the COUP of 2002 doubt if the Clinton Administration did much since 1999 when Sec of HHS Donna Shalala gave out the contract of a watchdog operations to an insurance company that had to over see it self as well

It took 4 calls to day to get all the info .. and it was a real meltdown of the system to find the right Blues to add in and it gave up??? and shut down???

Bogus Medicare primary screen had a fake blues back in there to day .. yesterday .NONE WAS THERE. and first time that had occurred since 10/25/16....
It was Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK Fake ID OFEPOK0102 effective 8/1/2004 ( a call from one of Ill Blue Blodgett management company over there. has been named in the past) this is an impossible possible as OK Blues does not write Fed Policies. etc. and its all bogus.. as 0102 is individual policy and I have had the family policy since I went to work in 6/68 for the old Department of HEW. I got hung up on when I asked for the details of the real info that was open yesterday...
call 2. Bogus Medicare primary template now has another fake Blues. with slightly different wording.. and I suspect the cyber cloud is going through all 21 fake variations. now. as he real one posed in the template of "working aged" the one for ones primary employer plan has never been able to be posted as a supplement . So a hour later its using: HSCS BCBS of OK and ID of OFEPOK0102 .. when asked about the real one I got hung up on.

Since I have permanent medical until death. then I must be calling form another pane of existence or up on my cloud with wings and harp ?? and have no need of medical care any more.

the real screen of WORKING AGED with FEHB Blue Cross Blue Shield open as well as an open FECA and both with the real Id numbers. But a "D" for whatever it means as no one has written instructions at all on this in any call center .. Most are told it means DELETED. BUT no termination dates. AND IT SHOWS THE DATE AS 'updated" today as 10/6/16 It seems to mean duplicate bogus screen created of Medicare primary to sell to the medical community ... after Homeland Security left and stopped monitoring for foreign hackers.
