This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002 when 'in the middle of the night' words and phrases were changed in a budget bill that was soon passed by Congress that overthrew the USA into the control of an international cabal of companies and illegal secret deal partners etc. who now had unfettered control of our government's records, data and files including the ones of each one of us held in trust to be kept secure and not used illegally. By doing one thing the real government and people lost control of our nation.. along with our constitutional rights of fairness and justice with loss of livelihood and too many lives lost by the illegal actions of this cabal. unable to be stopped by the real government who no longer was allowed to act by our highest elected leaders . As even agency judges defied along with even those at the head of the nation defied in their pleas they could not enforce. The access to justice that most of the people have to hear our pleas of unfair applications of law and rules, etc. by our government..
NO SUCH "redress of grievances " EXISTS when one is unfairly and too often blatantly illegally treated by this cabal with no real government to access for any help as even Congress has a self imposed illegal gag orders forbidding them to mention, contract or have a contractor testify who are the ones who know the truth of that is going on and the result is an overthrow and bad laws get passed on false info as no one is able to verify as accurate ... as the nation does not control the info of its own nation nor protect the security of it people whose records are 'held in trust ; to be secure and only used in a lawful manner for legal purposes. . . FOR THOSE WHO REALLY RUN THE GOVERNMENT AS THEY OFTEN DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN APPEAL PROCESS AND IF DONE. NO ACCESS TO APPLY THE LAW AND RESULT IN FAIR AND LEGAL SOLUTIONS. NO LONGER COULD THE REAL GOVERNMENT USE ITS EXISTING BUDGET TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR NOR A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND Prosecution..
And as the government began to be run by contractors from local to federal , we found one entity allowed to push out or illegally infiltrate and over throw the entity with a contract.. over one which would act lawfully on their own honor. even unsupervised ... with no legal authority by any level of government to stop illegal and unconstitutional behaviors ./ Soon this overthrow to an intricate web of a 'beast system " began to steal from the public treasury and from the people and ignore any semblance of civil and constitutional rights of any party or person.. or the nation itself.

Great uplifting speech.. and great to see the first lady beginning to be a beloved icon for us and the nation.. but wed must not let our guard down .. as we move forward to solve the problems our nation faces. Word of advice , that may not be taken: But those among the Democratic party , who acted 'childish.; you are not helping the party... Those who sate respectfully and listened I thank you.. and we need your leadership going forward to make sure the concerns of your side are represented in some way in upcoming changes and legislation..
YOUR POSITIVE INPUT IS NEEDED.. AND YOUR POLITICAL FUTURES ENRICHED WITH THE RESPECT OF THE PEOPLE FOR BEING 'ADULTS' IN TAKING CARE OF THE PEOPLES' BUSINESS FOR US. I respects you , even if you have a different political view of things. than I might have. or others do .
As President Trump says he is going to continue some partnerships with non public sources and will have some of this contracting out. as its now a way of the USA . WE MUST HAVE THIS LEGAL OVER SITE so that the last penny and rights of all of us is not ended by a real cabal of thievery and death spewing entity .. that rules the nation and not us through our elected leaders who currently ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF THE NATION.

Instead under his direct personal verbal orders all was illegally destroyed with out the needed responses which would have exposed the illegal actions. gong on and the one power that the real governed does have, with cause is cancel his contract or not renew it for just cause..

to be the watch dog for the protections and integrity of the records they now own , and not the government since 1999. Instead they have been hacking the posts of our employer and making Medicare primary so that those who are to pay primary or totally do not have to .. THEY DO WHAT LYNN BLODGETTCMS REGIONAL OFFICIAL IN DALLAS ACTING UNDER HIS INFO ORDERS.. AND CAUSING ME UNDUE HARM.. with no records or judges orders to do the opposite etc. available.. THE REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TAKE THERE ORDERS FROM THE CONTRACTOR.. IN AN UPSIDE DOWN WORLD.. why do they allow themselves to act like this... A real investigation needs to occur and why I have filed the civil rights violations. as well as to OIG with the grossest of actions for this to have been done by one who is in the government with no authority to act and in defiance of his own judges. orders. etc. and seeming to be completely ignorant of any of the laws rules and constitutional processes in place in the agency for the contractors and all to follow on this.. or documents. Defying their own judges. and laws disregarding any attempt to follow the laws and IS CONSTITUTION of the nation.. while never asking me or any party affected what the legal truth is violating all our due process 4th amendment to act illegally .
AN ON-GOING PROBLEM IS THAT THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL OFFICIALS HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE RECORDS, AND DATA AND INCREASINGLY THE LAWS AND RULES OF THE AGENCY AS the same cabal Contractor prepares them in digital form for their access. BUT THEY HAVE A PHONE, ETC. AND CAN CALL OTHERS HIGHER UP TO FIND OUT THE LAWS ETC THAT ARE TO BE FOLLOWED.. Yet CHOOSE NOT TO DO THEIR JOBS AS THEY ARE TO DO THEM LEGALLY AND ETHICALLY .. They obey the contractor in control in an upside down world we have been put in since the COUP of 2002.
We have an entire government too often run by "RUMOR AND GOSSIP RUN AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING. ON" and its the job for them to know and find out before acting on such nonsense and too often intentional misinformation given to allow the crooks to continue their illegal actions.

I GOT NO INFO ON WHAT THEY HAD.. AND RARELY DO NOW. I GOT AN ILLEGAL REQUEST FROM A SUPERVISOR I WAS SWITCHED TO ..
SHE TRIED TO GET ME TO TELL HER TO ALTER THE POST. ETC. THE DEFAMATION OUT THERE IS I AM THE ONE CALLING IN ALL THE TIME AND GETTING THE POST ALTERED. I am informing them the opposite and often stop those who begin to ask me the questionnaire as they have had no training on the legal process either AT THE COORDINATION CENTER.. with one except.. It was marked on my records of an employer post and not to alter it in the OHIO call center last summer when Homeland Security was 'patrolling' the aisles in their center to make sure they were not altering those marked as employer posted files. . BUT THAT MARKING IS NOW REMOVED AS SOON AS THEY LEFT AND THEY BEGAN HACKING IN THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS throwing the new cyber cloud that has all knowledge past and present. etc. and throws it into chaos and meltdown.; and crashes.. trying to correct the hacking and post the real secure info from my employer.. NO one at CMS can come in and do an audit to find out want is really gong on and so far all who can see the screen are being told to violate their contracts terms and NOT NOTIFY CMS AND PROVIDE PRINTOUTS OR PICTURE OF SCREENS LIKE MINE CLEARING BEING MESSED WITH. COVER UP OF A MASSIVE SECURITY BREACH AS ITS NEVER BEEN JUST OUR RECORDS. AT ALL AS COMMON SENSE DICTATES. AND WITNESSES FROM THIS SUMMER INSIDE SAID..
Too often they get mad at me when I tell them the law. etc. and say they get the correct info bi weekly from the only who is legally to post it. AND They own bosses ARE HACKING MY RECORDS ILLEGALLY AND BREACHING MY SECURITY OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD AND THOSE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS. I HAVE NOT CALLED IN A LONG TIME. BEFORE 10/25/16 AS THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE WITH OUT GOVERNMENT TO STOP THE CRIMES... I do include the OIG and other e mails in the ones sent out of these posts. Its all there for you to all read here. CONGRESS WILL NOT UNLOCK THE GATE TO THE SWAMP.. OF CORRUPTION.. to get to the massive mess in control.
We have been filing appeals, and waivers of over payments and civil rights complaints with only a few appeals answered and then ignoring the need to do a conditional payment MOST HAVE NO IDEA ONE OF THE MOST BASIC LAWS OF THE LAND IN HEALTH CARE. still unanswered for the most part. AS OBEYING THIS MOST BASIC UNDERPINNING LAW EXPOSES CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND MASSIVE THEFT OF MEDICARE BY ITS OWN CONTRACTORS. AND JUST CAUSE EVIDENCE TO NOT RENEW OR CANCEL A CONTRACT. and let some other entity do the job who will act legally .
Since 1994 it has been illegal to alter what my employer posted and I am never to give the info to them to alter the info.. I am supposed to be sent a print out of why my employer posted and if I dispute that, whom I am to go to at US Department of Labor personnel office.. ALL KINDS OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND RIGHTS OF EVEN OTHER PARTNERS ARE AFFECTED WHEN THIS BLATANT ILLEGAL HACKING OCCURS AND ITS NOT JUST STEALING MEDICARE IN OUR NAMES. and tricking our good medical community into entrapped Medicare fraud.. as they are enticed by "rumor and gossip" and intentional misinformation to the call center people they speak to.. being told to USE THE SYSTEM as is THEY HAVE PAID FOR. not marked in any way its an illegal hacked version. And at times I am defamed as if I had done all of this.

. I AM TRYING TO GET THE LEGAL PROCESS AND LAWS OBEYED... and judges orders. when the conditional payment law provides for payments from Medicare when the primary payers do not pay... That relieve all of us of any financial liability .. CURRENTLY ONLY THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND THE PATIENTS HAVE ANY LEGAL RISK AS EVERY ONE ELSE IS A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR.. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT OF 2010 THAT MADE HE INSIDERS CONTRACTORS NOW.

This would be the day of the bi weekly post. so its become an all nighter until is arrived to day after & AM and Us Dept of labor blocked some of the hacking What was going on already was that every time I called another fake blues had been added in as a supplement on the bogus template. to make mediocre primary .. and variations. on the real one.
I may have got on too late to get he post after 12 AM as was posting the prior day and what had gone on was it posted and then got hacked and went in to this meltdown and as some saw it refused to give me any info etc. Some acted scared they were witnessing the screen. as some have shared that they when they got hired they would not have to be involved in reporting or witnessing anything criminal or ever be called to testify in a court ,etc.
THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY ONE INVOLVED WITH AN KIND OF GOVERNMENT BUSINESS TO EVEN PROMISE THAT FALSELY. ITS IN THE CMS CONTRACT THEY ARE TO REPORT AND VIOLATES THEIR CONTRACT IF THEY DO NOT.
By 7Am I had three primary payers on there. but the fake Blues were gone altogether .. THIS MEANS MY MEDICAL COMMUNITY WILL ONLY GET I HAVE MEDICARE. AND NOT THE REAL SCREEN or will they get both???NO I JUST HAD THE THREE PRIMARIES AND THE PRIMARY BLUES WAS APPEARING AS SOME THOUGHT WAS THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUT POSTED INTO THE TEMPLATE FOR THE 'WORKING AGED'. WHICH IS THE TEMPLATE FOR THE PRIMARY GROUP HEALTH EMPLOYER PLAN. I referred them to the CMS manuals to look up. as I refreshed my memory recently to be sure.

FECA DELETED AS OF 10/6/16. MEDICARE PRIMARY AND HAD A MERGE/MELT? OF THE BLUES THE REAL ID NUMBER BUT THE FAKE Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma but showed that terminated as of 11/14/06.. An attempt to hack already ? to post the real one into the bogus screen? but elsewhere showed he real FEHB Blues DELETED AS OF 10/6/16 and she would not say if its was in the template for working aged or not. that real template always shows effective 3/1/10 the month I became 65...

but a COBA annotation. near there That would indicate that if one terminated it I get COBRA LETTERS ?? I need to check this out. in the manuals.. As I do not think that is what it means as no R in the word 11 is the month we have open enrollment at FEDS and can change a policy and think it may be that.. BUT I HAVE HAD NO CHANGE IN ANY OF THE INFO SINCE BEFORE HE MONTH I GOT PART A MEDICARE.
bogus template of Medicare primary showed the fake blues of Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK effective 8/1/2004 and fake Id of OFEPOK 0102 9someone not knowing OK does not sell federal policies and no relation to anything real .and these fake ones means no co pay gets paid and we get collation letters as no such policy and the Medicare an overpayment etc.

call 13 real FECA and Blues deleted as of 10/21/11 for both but also showed another FECA with a phony id of my own SSN which has never been used for anyone as the number is a coding that ells first what region one was injured in . . that came from Lynn Blodgett a few years go saying FECA was terminated when he went all over to many agencies and even his own managers inside his companies saying AS HE IS THE RULER OF THE USA NOW AND HIS VERBAL WORD IS TO BE BELIEVED AND OBEYED. he is quoted by many and even in writing saying
" I had got a workers comp settlement and retired and nothing to do on my records " and more records got disappeared instead of worked.. .with no paper work given from him as he withheld current judges orders from Medicare AND US DOL stating just the opposite affirming my benefits and ordering him to get my file posted , using my records so everything could be processed and paid etc . and the orders including the admonition to all .. Us DOL judges said 'RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUN AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CASE AND TO ASK MS ADAMS FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE.. to date no one has and no one has seem the orders 'officially' and HE IS THE RULER OF THE USA WITH ALL POWER TO OVER RULE JUDGES AND THE LAWS. AND ALL MUST BOW TO ACT ON HIS VERBAL WORD.
This is the real, well understood at the time, ancient meaning of the first of the 10 commandment NOT TO DO ..( NOT TO WORSHIP ONES LEADER AS A GOD ) as he now is in the USA . and my medical ends when I die and that is all this shows and nothing has ended as my employer posts shows and knows the real info about the status of benefits. at FECA .
The Bogus Medicare primary template has the fake one and id of Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK as of 8/1/2004 and the fake id that posts three zeroes in front of my real if number and leaves off the last two number and adds another number in the middle effective 8/1/2004

but the Medicare primary bogus one also and finally gave me a fake blues.. but then said no that is not what is currently showing .
SHE SAID THAT THE REAL POST IS OPEN BUT THERE IS ALSO THE POST THAT SAYS THAT MEDICARE IS ALSO A PRIMARY TOO. THREE PRIMARIES AND THE US DEPT OF LABOR HAS ALMOST GOTTEN RID OF THE HACKERS' BOGUS TEMPLATE.. SO WHAT WILL THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY GET FROM NOW ON.. HAVE THEY STOPPED HACKING.. BUT THE BOGUS SCREEN IS STILL UP WITH NO BLUES AND THE CALL CENTER PERSON REALIZED THAT THIS WAS A SECURITY BREACH OF SOME KIND.?. .
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus' may justice open the eyes of discernment of all and flow through out the land. so that these illegal hacking and obeying false masters of information will stop and follow the fairness procedures to get them stopped and monies refunded that are due and payable to all the rights funds etc. for others to have for their use. Give me the strength to continue as this was horrendous.. and may I stay out of bankruptcy court from the expense of trying to stay alive. and breathe.. Blessings on my family and friends who got another 200 lb. liquid oxygen tanks filed today so I can live a few more days to continue the battle for righteousness against the evil among us that has robbed us of lives and livelihoods all over the land. already . My prayers for President Trump and all of our leaders to get together and or for the best for all. may peace prevail and war be avoided as we set an example to be respected. AMEN!
