This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data hacked worse than ever. I AM EXHAUSTED as we discovered today that the hackers are paying claims 17 times a piece and have gone back before 10/6/16 when they system owners under Lynn Blodgett et al control went off line and BCRC of the former Group Health Inc. a duplicate system to create a bogus screen to make Medicare primary and remove any open workers comp info and sell that to the medical community for big bucks ..
IT GETS WORSE ! ATTENTION MEDICAL COMMUNITY
CHECK what claims number you receive payments under and whether you are receiving multiple payments of the same claims as we discovered today that THE SYSTEM IS SAYING THAT YOU EACH GOT 17 PAYMENTS PER CLAIMS.. billing may have occurred under the real claim number and payment received under another. The monies diverted other than what the offline screen says, as this is an off line system being used and if the system says you got it, it looks like you have billed each claim 17 times under 17 different claim numbers.
A few years ago, claims payers at Medicare were using phony , made up claim numbers that did not come from social security and going off like to pay each claims an additional 16 times... the monies were debited from the Medicare Trust fund in the name of the patient and their real if info , like dated of birth and other info , AND SENT 16 ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OUT showing on the system that the medical community got the monies. THIS IS ID THEFT AND MISUSE OF MEDICARE NUMBER AS WELL AS THEFT OF MEDICARE.
The Federal Reserve number was on the system , just as if a check was issued and paid to the name of the doctor. etc. as shown on the original one.. but 16 additional paid... WHAT HAPPENED AT THE FEDERAL RESERVE? if no one is getting 17 pays per claim then the money the system says you got, were diverted somewhere else and who that is would only be known by the Federal reserve... AND CONGRESS HAS NEVER VOTED TO DO A FULL AUDIT TO FIND OUT.. The partial audit showed that this kind of missing money as over 23 trillion dollars. $ 4 million of that was the 16 additional payments from Medicare in my name to my doctors, etc. from 1/06 through 11/12.
I HAD NO IDEA THAT THIS METHOD OF BLATANT THEFT HAD BEEN ACTIVATED ... until today and got via e mail that I could have multiple preventative care tests done this year..... last year, I had got such but I checked ant the 16 additional numbers used before were not being used to pay claims.. SC Blues subsidiaries of Trail blazers as the only ones who paid these and their providers call center under Lynn Blodgett's et al was convincing them to tell my doctors , etc. that my Medicare number had been changed to a phony number and were telling billing people for other patient the same false info..
Medicare has never been my primary payer and the two primary payers my employer posts by weekly will not pay their bills and BCRC corporate would hack the system for each claim prior to 4/09 and remove the primary Blues and a day later make it secondary and now I realize their using a phony wording. was because the primary employee group health plan was very secure and would not hack into being supplement policy .. My bi weekly post which is from the US Department of Labor personnel office would post on every other Sunday and by Tuesday they would have it listed as s secondary .. until the next bi weekly post. THIS IS COLLUSION TO STEAL.. AND ALL OVERPAID TO MEDICARE.
Medicare has a liberal policy to be able tot pay when ones primary payers will not pay their bills. and if its labeled as a conditional payment.and sent to the Recovery contractor, then neither patient or medical source is overpaid and in the clear of any legal risk as its up to the government to go get the money back and stop bad actors from what we call an 'illegal dump." CONGRESS AND CMS HAVE THESE OFFICIAL STATS AVAILABLE TO KNOW HOW MASSIVE THIS HAS BECOME.. if its done. MOST CLAIMS THAT ARE TO BE A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND GET RECOVERED HAVE BEEN DONE. SINCE 1/06 ON ANY ONE. and we got a health care law for all passed that turned into massive disaster financially due to being based on false data of the financial health of the insurers. who already were getting an illegal bail out.. and cold not be expected to take on the chronically ill who immediately signed up for insurance. Another form of health care delivery should have been devised at that time based on real data.. they did not have. as no monies can be used for internal audits of non DOD contractors by Congress since the COUP of 2002 nor any existing budget of any agency be used for criminal investigations either. AND MEDICARE BEGAN TO BE STOLEN IN MASSIVE AMOUNTS. AND NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT NOR CONGRESS KNEW OFFICIALLY .. as the propaganda machine took over to convince all that its OK to create phony numbers and use system to turn each claim into multiple. WHY? for what purpose.? why would anyone steal???
ITS A SECURITY BREACH AND SINCE YEARS AGO WHEN ALL SYSTEMS WERE INSECURE. THE BIGGEST RED FLAG FOR EMBEZZLEMENT AND THEFT WAS THE USE OF A PHONY NUMBER TO BY PASS THE REAL SYSTEM. One claims clerk could pay themselves an extra payment if there is no oversight and get by with it. . This became massive just circumvent one clam per charge to illegally circumvent the conditional payment law and get the monies recovered to Medicare and stop those primary payers to get our of paying their bills.
. so these illegally paid Medicare monies creates over payments against the patients and heirs and making it look as if each of our good doctor, etc. are committing massive fraud.. We never found one doctor etc. , that ever got 17 pays, but the money was debited from the Medicare trust fund and went somewhere?? although some found out that the billing went in on the real claim number and got paid under a phony to go off line and circumvent the real system..by Trailblazers. and I had a few paid his way by Palmetto GBA both being subsidiaries of South Carolina Blues which was caught for illegal claims paying of state regulated workers comp there. and that article lined to this site a few years ago.
So on 10/6/16, after Homeland Security stopped monitoring for foreign hackers. the DUPLICATE SCREENS ILLEGAL SCAM BEGAN at BCBR corporate They have succeeded in hiding that I have an open workers comp case.. for anyone they wish to hide it from all.. Lynn Blodgett has taken the final step to end workers comp in the USA as has been explained in detail all that has occurred in this linked series since 20/25//16 of Daily Recaps . All the contractors call centers see the bogus screen first and then have to go on to get the real indo which is open in the system also.. THREE PEIMRAYR PAYERS IN A CLOUD SYSTEM SENDS IT INTO A REAL "MELTDOWN" AS ITS ILLOGICAL AND KEEPS TRYING TO CORRECT ITSELF. I already have permanent medical at Federal workers comp but the paper work for permanent disability was in but not begun to be processed when the whole FECA got contracted out to Lynn Blodgett's FIRST? company in 2002 . Affiliated Computer Services and a million dollars per had went missing for many of us with established cases like mine.. as we got illegally dumped onto Medicare with the collusion of BCRC of Group Health Inc. . when Illinois Blues that got into our area in 2002 . and ones with a Medicare card found that Medicare had been illegally made primary for them with no one in the real government to go to for help as the COUP Of 2002 left all with no one to turn to when government contractors acted illegally ,, Congress has gagged itself unconstitutionally forbidden to mention , contact or have a contractors testify in a hearing.
ONE PART OF THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR THINKS THAT HE HAS BEEN PAYING MY BILLS FROM THAT FUND FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS AS NO RECOVERY LETTER HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THEM IN DC AS THE COMPANY GETS all paper to digitize, ant that including judges orders ordering these illegal acts be stopped. etc.
And the only way for Congress to know what is really going on is these totals.. as since the COUP of 2002 I honest reports from this cabal of contracts and to file such would be cancellation of their contracts as the one thing the real government can still do , is not renew or cancel contracts and evidence is needed to do that. ,

As of 1/06 the system will not take a conditional claims electronically and now all are told they have to file that way AND CAN;T WITHOUT COMMITTING FRAUD as they rigged it to 'UPDATE OR CORRECT' a lie that is passed around as "rumor and gossip run amok' as the law of the land now. . Since 1/06, they use the date one got Part A Medicare instead of the real injury date which has to be accurate when a formal due process letter to refund is sent to the primary payer to refund or given formal response in writing whey they think its not their bill. and all parties are to be sent the formal response and all have the constitutional right to respond etc..

An ongoing pattern of illegal behavior TO BLOCK THE RECOVERY PROCESS AND GET MONIES BACK OWED BY PRIMARY PAYMENTS AND STOP THEM FROM DOING ON GOING ILLEGAL ACTIONS OR MORE FORMAL ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST THEM .of civil suit or criminal charges which could be done prior to he COUP of 2002 as of 2010 our health insurers are now those 'Congressionally immune; government contractors. too.
prior to 11/12 The Dallas region was 'up to its neck in massive fraud " and most patients have no idea that they have overpayment liens to Medicare and their heirs inherit the over payments plus several hundred medical sources have a system showing they got multiple payments. and WHERE DID THE MONEY GO THAT WAS DEBITED FROM THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND??? when the system says they got it.???
TO DAY I HOUND OUT HAD BAD THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE HAD KICKED IN TO CONVINCE ALL THAT NO SUCH PAYMENT EVER GOT MADE. but why create all the phony Medicare numbers on patients. ??? many on me have Doyle dead. so who is this person in our home?
A GHOST THAT IS FLESH AND BLOOD AND WHOM I HAVE KNOWN FOR OVER 53 YEARS OF MARRIAGE ??? It seems that the best ones to steal from are those with real claim numbers at social security on themselves and a spouse and that can be either male or female now. as a spouse.
These phonies did not come from SSA .. But SSA is now under Lynn Blodgett et al . and SSA has been denied access to check the systems so WHO KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON. Thanks to those who helped check all this out today ... .at 1-800 Medicare *General Dynamics.. One can use the phone menu to check out if a claim number is legit as it will recognize a real or phony and will not go on through the prompts if its not real as I tried one that had not existed before. and it did not go on and wanted me to redo it..etc.

And we checked some claims and they are showing paid under every one of those claim numbers.
The ones I spoke to did not seem to be able to see the full screen and will need to contact tomorrow as they have higher level persons who can access the additional info o the federal reserve info . etc.
The multiple payments occurred back to 1/16 which is all they could access after 7 pm.
WILL ANY ONE IN THE USA OWN LAND THAT IS NOT CLEAR OF MEDICARE LIENS IF THIS IS NOT STOPPED. as our claims are not paid by those who did this before. And then I had claims paid by other claims payers who did not do the multiples although did use one phony to by pass the conditional payment law and the contractors of Lynn Blodgett et al blamed DALLAS REGIONAL OFFICE WAS INVOLVED IN THAT ILLEGAL SUBTERFUGE as saying it was OK. . THEY KNOW FULL WELL ITS ILLEGAL THEN AND NOW.. the legal process is the conditional payment law.
. Novatis, our new intermediary since 12/12 when the multiples stopped has most of our claims in our area now. Celerian Group from SC Blues has a few and do not know if my diabetic supplies Doyle picked up at Walmart to day will be shown as being paid 17 times to Walmart. . A LOT TO BE DISCOVERED .
PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AS I HAVE ALREADY RUN INTO A LOT OF RESISTANCE FINDING OUT ALL ON MY OWN RECORDS ALREADY AND IF WE REALLY DO HAVE A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY BEING STOLEN FROM MEDICARE AS PUBLISHED SOURCE LINKED TO THIS BLOG SAYS.. ONE CAN USE THE PHONE MENU FOR 1-800 MEDICARE TO FIND OUT IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU.. You will need your Medicare card info to do this. and dates of claims so I you are signed up with mymedicare.gov you will have those, the one think that is accurate in all of this of one pay per each and what paid. etc. Their are other suffixes that can be used. and these are for females. but male spouses have some others also.. SSA has all the categories.

This prompted my late calls today back to 1-800 Medicare as I was trying to find out where the info comes for this as we have only had one land line and one over the Internet phone number since to moving here 20 years ago and neither of those was listed. .

my last call before the multiple discoveries was to their call center to give due process report and gave it and transferred to supervisor who hung up on me with no info as to what they had to day but they do not have the whole history as 1-800 Medicare does.

I then checked my e mails and found at least 6 with 6 preventative care notices to go get each test on each.. but no claim number shows on this .. I have gotten multiples but I decided to check to see if claims were being paid in multiples. ( I get several thousand e mails a day and have to go through and delete or archive a lot t be read later.. and that is getting huge.
ANY WANTING TO BE MY FRIEND ETC. ON A SITE . I DO NOT DELETE YOU. I WILL GET TO YOU EVENTUALLY TO OK YOU ETC. I do approve those as only 'like' ones fully clothed on the basic parts. AND HAVE GOTTEN SOME PORN SITES WANTING IN AND THIS IS NOT FOR THAT PURPOSE.. if you wish to be involved in that there are many of those sites out there.. personally the real thing for consenting adults preferable in marriage is better in my opinion.. but we all have free will to live our lives as we choose ...legally/ My sites are to be for all ages and please let me know if anything gets to you that is not and I will try and delete them until they come back to share with non porn things.

went back to check for phony numbers and got a shock as the phone menu verify the suffix W on Doyle's ssn.. and got through and got that info and its all my same info as has been verified above.
They had gotten to dong on ly one number per call. so I called back and one doctor was paid also it showed on the 1phony
call 9. he verified the B2 and B on Doyle's SSN ^ and then said he was getting into areas a supervisor needed to be I and that was a lesson of REAL DENIAL.. AND DID A REFERRAL TO ESCALATION AND WANTED ME TO CALL OIG AND HAD NOT LISTENED TO MY NEEDING THE PAPER WHICH SHE FINALLY INPUT TO SEND ME.. but have no idea what will occur next.. and same claim as about was paid another couple of time on this. HOW CAN I GO THROUGH EVEN MORE ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON MY RECORDS TO DOCUMENT DAILY ??? I began to pray for Divine help. on this....
They had propaganda that this does not mean separate payments went out and asked I she could see he Federal Reserve number and did not answer me and insisted could never have gotten letters before and did but no cards as that cross checks with SSA and hey did not have them.. but now since the same party has both systems who knows?? . will go out on each ad will referred back..

SOON THEIR EMPLOYEES BEGAN FINDING PREVALENT SAME ON OTHER PATIENTS AND SOME SAID THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A TRILLION DOLLARS STOLEN.. NO SECURITY IF NOTHING ELSE. AS ALL NUMBERS ARE TO CROSS CHECK WITH REAL ONES AT SSA. and we hung up as I was physically getting chest pain angina.
call 10 and 11 called back twice as no need to get a supervisor in to this.. and of course went through thee phone menu verifying one phony each time.
I got through the whole list pretty fast and then rested and got up. and my sugar was low and ate.. and then slept missing some of my more favorite shows. and began to write this up..
I had left a message at the Sen Lankford of the multiple and called Justice and was told to call Michael Horowitz tomorrow etc. HHS OIG hung up on me immediately in really frantic attitude.
IF CMS US is SHOWING A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY SPIKE IN MONIES GOING OUT. HOW DO THEY THINK IT IS HAPPENING. ???? the same way they did before in a trial run of the bigger theft going on now??
Remember, even monies stolen in your name at Medicare and SSA are yours and your heirs until waived by SSA.
