This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data records illegally hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002.
First its been illegal since 1994 for anyone from any source to alter a posting from ones employer to the Medicare billing system which has often been called the common working file and used by every one that has anything to do with health care and billing of those who have a Medicare card. One free to the medical community and strictly monitored by the real government officials from alteration or 'hacking' , its now owned and controlled by a government contractors since 1999 and since 2002 NO REAL GOVERNMENT CONTROLS OR OVER SIGHT AND WORSE IS AN ILLEGAL ACT CAN NOT EVEN BE INVESTIGATED OR PROSECUTED AS Congress voted to forbid all non DOD agencies the right to audits what goes on inside a contractors and if crimes are committed they cannot spend any of heir existing budget to investigate and prosecute. ..
Soon one entity began to take over control of the USA by owning and controlling access to the national data and records and denying access to any party that legally is allowed to know and use the data.. they now can not verify as accurate.. AND THAT INCLUDES CONGRESS NEEDING DATA AND RECORDS TO KNOW WHAT LAWS TO PASS. and whether duty of a program is more people getting benefits, as in health care. or whether there are skims and scams of waste that has is going on that needs to be stopped or worse OUT AND OUT BLATANT THEFT RIGHT OUT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY.. Which is able to be done too easily when there is no over sight and ORGANIZED CRIME deals are made to collude and steal massive amounts of money that are blatant fraud.
The Conditional payment law of 1980 passed for Medicare is one of the most powerful laws ever passed to stop fraud in the WHOLE INSURANCE INDUSTRY . and not just health care. It gives the real government the right to stop illegal collusion's to 'illegally dump their bills onto Medicare to pay and never have to pay thee money back.. We even had scam policies written for employer group health plans created and sold to businesses where they never intended to pay the bills for those who had Medicare cards and either had a Medicare card one was the dependent who had a Medicare card of an employed worker.
Since the 1970's if one is legally employed or on a health policy of one who is , then Medicare is the secondary payer. .. And if one is approved for some kind of liability insurer, like worker comp, that can be one with two primary payers. with most having workers comp primary for accepted medical conditions and the employer group health plan the other primary for non injuries. accepted. One is legally employed until such time that workers comp puts one on permanent disability ... and then ones employer does not have to hold job retention rights. even if years go by .... before a decision is made one way or other and one returns to work or retires. A doctor that is designated as the attending workers comp doctor is usually the one who says when one is to be return to work or should go on permanent disability and be retried by workers comp; Mine signed all the needed paper a long time ago but Lynn Blodgett gook over before the lengthy process got started to get retired. he has lied to a lot of people all over in the on and contractors on this and withholds even judges orders to read the whole facts who orders all to ask me for the facts as

Whether one is getting other kinds of disabilities awarded is immaterial as workers comp has to make there own independent decision.. So far that process has been blocked by the contractors under Lynn Blodgett to even begin the process which was ready to be started when he took over Affiliated Computer Services. The contract given by the US Department of Labor's. Chief of employment standards who is now a convicted criminal in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal and the investigation in to that has never been completed in many agencies as SSA, HHS, DOL and said to be others. The movie makes it seem this was only about Indian Affairs and casinos. and far more was involved at the very time that the whole government from local to federal was getting contracted out with Congress already passing the law to have no oversight for what it going on let along stopping blatant crimes being committed. and the very security of the nation itself put at risk
As I have written; having no audits are currently preventing the ethical people who work for these contractors not to be abused as used to pass on false information by being misled and mistrained. .Such as the comment mantra and very false statement that on 10/6/16 the "system was corrected and or updated and its OK to bill Medicare now "and entraps the entire medical community into filing fraudulent claims that will never be recovered. from the one who was to pay. if Congress DOES NOW ACT TO RESTORE THE AUTHORITY OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO ACT AND DRAIN THE VERY REAL SWAMP OF CORRUPTION '
Medicare has a liberal policy to save lives that if ones primary payers that are to legally should be paying the bills. or in a new injury may be approved at some time in the future. Medicare can legally pay , IF THE CLAIM IS LABELED AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND ITS SENT TO THE RECOVERY UNIT TO send out due process letters to all parties to refund the money or give written response with appeal rights as our constitution requires of why one should no be asked to pay back or pay the claims.. And for new injury claims when to be paid.. to annotate and keep track of claims that Medicare or any one else along the way thinks may be related for the time its decided who should be paying. such as which auto insurer or ones workers comp case or other liability case is approved. and for what injures.etc.
Most diagnoses and what injuries or diseases ones has is rarely a mystery any more with decades of litigation and medical treatment standards... A few in a gray area but not a need to hold another 'mini court ' as the contractor BCRC of the former Group Health has turned the refund process into for new injury cases and treating all like this too. . And most payments that legally should be conditional payments rarely get there to recover as there has been a systematic rigging of the system and blocking of the process for since 10/6/16 when the real screen that shows the open workers comp case is deleted. , no recovery letters can get generated by their system. and they have 'tubs' backed up of our claims they said. and others.. Misinformation is spewed out as training to all who are contracted for the need to know and do their job legally and helpfully to all. so ..
Since 2002 this company's sub contractors which owns the system and their corporate offices have continually made illegal deals with insurers and others who are to pay primary or pay totally to hack the system and have it show to all the medical community and others involved that Medicare should be primary thus violated their own CMS contract to not alter the employer posts.... one is altering employer benefits and even if one has the coverage billing is going to be difficult getting paid legally and correctly when its altered or hacked.. as if they are 'persuaded ; to ignore the conditional pay process is subject to fines and penalties for illegally billing. and the patients heirs inherit the overpayment's. Plus medical care is obstructed.
Often more so in worker comp cases as often treatments not covered under the employer plan or Medicare can be paid for by that care. even treatments considered 'experimental can be had due to the liability if something goes wrong , barring a drunk doctor, etc. is with the workers comp to pay and the works comp doctors is backed up by his/her being the agent of them and not his or her malpractice.. for trying something. If anything more caution might occur as the decision to try something be adequately safe or not.
Medicare is and the Affordable Care Act does not cover treatment for toxic and chemical injure well anymore.. and there are now a conservative estimated number of 11 million like me in the USA. . about 2 million added from the toxic fires from ground zero .. after 9/11/01. Air has no boundaries and those living in the area were harmed more from the months of being entrapped in the area, rather than being in the buildings themselves. They also got asbestos particles,, which none has ever said was in our new building. on 1/10/89... since the conscience of the USA got stunted on that date. The moral compass of the nation caring about those sick and injured of any financial level has suffered.. more so at the top of the national leadership...private and government and it was a breeding ground for this international cabal to take over near total control with only our Congress able to unlock the gate and has not done so of the 'swamp' .
The 1988 labor law kicked in over 23 years ago on me when Federal workers comp put me on home liquid or compressed air. and gave me PERMANENT MEDICAL BUT NOT YET PERMANENT DISABILITY WHICH IS A MORE INVOLVED PROCESS. and since its oxygen it gave 100%coverage. for all medical bills A law that kicks in with the systems at US Department of Labor.... and has high security on it and maintained in house in the personnel office. TO HACK THIS IS THREAT TO LIVES. BY BCRC and worse than even hacking regular employer posts. No action by any one can take away the awarded benefit rights. ATTEMPTED MURDER OR MURDER CHARGES OF SOME KIND AS ITS AN ILLEGAL ACT THAT CAN RESULT.
Due to the contracting out. and de- compartmentalization of our domestic programs, etc. THE REGIONAL OFFICES OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO WHAT THE TOP KNOWS. and should . The regional offices get their info or misinfo from Lynn Blodgett on me as contractors who even has held hostage 38 federal agency Judges in multiple agencies which have connection to my workers comp.. and as the former Acting Director of OPM AND GENERAL COUNSEL FOR YEARS said to me .who had my real records. that their call center contractors do not as they get their info from Lynn Blodgett. and knows very little of what is really going on .. said DO NOT FORGET THAT THE FEDERAL WORKERS COMP OVERRIDES ALL LAWS ON ME.. AND ONE IS NOT RETIRED UNTIL WORKERS COMP PUTS ONE ON PERMANENT DISABILITY .. not temporary which one gets first. and can last forever if the other is never done. etc.
since Lynn Blodgett refuses to post my file so that my claims examiner has any access to know what is going on to process things and disappeared even the copy (this is thousands of pages now and much pending to be done that is legally open to be processed even some items back to 1989 etc. that the former Sec of Labor's made arrangement to get faxed in to a 1-800 number to Affiliated Computer Services and when he found out he had is disappeared in defiance of her.. SO WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS NATION??? pretty clear. and who writes the laws? HE DOES. AS HE et al REWRITES THEM TO SUIT HIM. ETC
I am one of so many and many of them have died already in this corrupted swamp of a miry murky intricate web of a 'beast system' with him being the emerging head of the USA. and hold the power over us all by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002.

Names posted are ones from official sources and every thing is documented "good enough for a search warrant if we only had a law enforcement allowed to be such and has not since the COUP of 2002"
Why are so many in Congress afraid to ask about it as the unconstitutional gag order members of Congress have on themselves to not mention, contact or have a contractors testify means that they are passing bad laws that cause harm and and atrocities and cannot verify any data or fact they use. to pass laws on and then do not turn out well. many in office now, have no idea they are not in charge and what is really going on and the cabal controlled ones seem to be the 'wolves in sheeps clothing' among many who would do what is right and good even if from different parties or different political philosophies. And can not help an individual at all as usually the issue is with the contractors as no one else is acting on our records without blocked by the contract of his et al..

I am going to be adding my own opinion of matters as every one else has had one.. in daily 'steps' just my offering to the mix and not a doctor, but a patient plus government official with 50 years around these government programs from inside and out. with man chronic diseases from my 1/10/89 injuries over several years. I HAVE SEEM NEARLY ALL ABOUT MY OWN CARE AND OTHERS I MINGLE WITH.. and observe. Our medical institutions are about as run down as our falling bridges.
STEP 1
IS GETTING THE SWAMP DRAINED OF THE GOVERNMENT NOT IN CONTROL OF WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND THAT LAWS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE OBEYED.. whatever the plan or multifaceted plan is.. NO plan is going to work well if its chaos and anarchy and blatant thievery and skims and scams going on .. and doctors be in charge of the medical care with each cooperating but not intruding on each other except in those rare cases that laws are broken.. .by a very few in the medical community. as these billing issues are an entrapment by those breaking the laws and I consider them victims also ..
We have no idea what resources we really have a nation to use. nor what modern health care could even look like as systems we are using now are illegal and insecure and the newest one at Medicare is 'antique' to be able to be 'rigged to steal' and trick all into defrauding.
Modern systems could compile all kinds of data needed for one thing or another or research without those providing direct care not having to do anything more than give the care and put what the care is... etc. as thy always have. THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES IS NOT BEING USED TO FREE ALL TO REDUCE COSTS AND PUT THE MONIES INTO FAIR PAYMENT FOR DIRECT CARE THAT MEETS THE MOST MODERN TREATMENT STANDARDS WHICH HAS TO COME FROM OUR DOCTORS. The inventors etc. will still get fair salary for their expertise. etc.
Currently we cannot even reduce costs by paying for all kinds of innovations our good doctors have come up with when patients can not pay or do not have health care that covers what is needed. A primary example is the thousands of dollars saved. for the 11million , like me that have no safe asthma inhalers and are using the preservative free compounded drops of about $55 that lasts for several months in the distilled water bubble cup attached to the liquid oxygen tank.. (We are excluded from clinical trials. and thus do not exist. at all to this cabal.)
My personal experience is that , once we got the dosage right, I am doing much better in controlling the exacerbation's, etc. that result from what seems to me to be an overdose that occurs with puffing and dissipation's and then puffing again. etc. Not a cure, for progressive diseases like mine. but helps. and its thousands of dollars cheaper.

phone verification menu was done just before 2 AM on 3/14/17 and down.....
and about noon it was the same as before and had Medicare primary for us and FECA indicated.. the first call was at the time the employer post was posting ? and DID THEY TAKE THAT PHONE VERIFICATION SYSTEM DOWN INTENTIONALLY SO THAT THE EMPLOYER POST WOULD NOT AFFECT IT.? when I called later in the day to report I HAD AN ADMISSION OF GUILT by Ms. K THAT THEY HAD HACKED THE SYSTEM BETWEEN 2:30 AM AND 12 PM as this is the bi weekly Post that came in and posted.. and was deleted by the time I called to verify what occurred. And acted as if this was OK for them to do .. and she has to know better as all must.. from them not hacking while Homeland Security was monitoring last summer and why no hack then???? In the OHIO call center they had monitors going up and down the aisles to make sure the employer posts were not altered. and told not to .
. BUT AS SEEN AS THEY LEFT ON 10/6/16 THEY NOT ONLY STARTED HACKING AND ON GOING BUT CREATED DUAL SCREENS . They go off line of the real system that is still attached to the cyber cloud and produce a bogus screen for all to see first and sell to the Medical community for big monies to access the system.. and that bogus ONE SHOWS MEDICARE PRIMARY AND A FAKE SUPPLEMENT POLICY WHICH 23 FAKE ONES NOW IDENTIFIED. PLUS FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THEY BEGAN THE HACKING ON 2002, THEY ARE ABLE TO NOT SHOW ANY ONE THE OPEN PERMANENT MEDICAL BENEFITS FROM WORKERS COMP.
Lynn Blodgett now has total control of any part or system of all workers comp in the US; and has successfully dumped over 50% of all medical bills onto Medicare. with a new law of his.. that 6 months after one gets a Medicare card, all injury bills are paid by Medicare and primary for the rest... and few know that they are overpaid and their heirs inherit over payment and the medical community subject to fines and penalties for not at least calling and getting a verification number if told not covered . just in case. they need to prove they made the attempt before filing a paper claim as a conditional payment which must be paper since 1/06 as the system is rigged not to take it electronically as its not what the taxpayer have paid for that legally must show the real date of injury but has every one still injured on the real screen of the date one got Part A Medicare for those who did not already have a Medicare card when injured. .
That may have to do with 'space' as the employer posts in to the first date available and for nearly all its going to be at least 25 months later than one is injured. with the exception of those already retired in car accidents. and other liability cases. after really retired. etc. or reemployed aged, etc.??

it has the one using part of the real ID number for the real Blues. of three zeroes before all but the last two digits of the real one. and the other one as OFEPOK 0102 No such policies exist. and
no one has ever seen two fake ID ones together and its not the way on mymedicare,gov either as the second fake id is on there.
I WENT ON TO BED AND WOKE TO GET TANK READY FOR FAMILY TO TAKE TO GAS COMPANY TO GET FILLED. ETC. AND called to find out what had occurred. they are only in on certain days now. as many others are following what I do and they have one man in the area certified to do these and he is going to different places on differing days for awhile?? Glad to know that lives will be spared ... OBVIOUSLY THERE IS GOING TO BE A MELTDOWN OF THE SYSTEM. WITH THREE PRIMARY AND TWO OR THREE? BLUES. one primary and one or two secondary ????

Those on workers comp may wish to start checking things. etc if yours are hacked and your life sustaining medical care blocked, as I am with even Medicare approved for life for home liquid oxygen but none allowed by this cabal under Lynn Blodgett as its his bill and he was given a million dollars a head for about 200 of us?? as insiders said and it disappeared and yet US DOL thinks he is paying our bills as no recovery letters ever get past him to them to know MEDICARE IS PAYING THE BILLS ILLEGALLY .

THE BOGUS SCREEN OF MEDICARE PRIMARY NOW Is FIRST SEEN BY ALL in the call centers AND THE REAL INFO HIDDEN FROM THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY.
The bogus with Medicare primary has one id number now for the same Fake Blues as earlier . but the one remaining for ID is the one with the three zeroes added before all but the last two digits of the real Blues id number and the same effective date of 8/1/2004 when the contractor cabal convinced CMS to let them go off line and do maintenance and MAINTENANCE turned into STEALING MEDICARE..
I then called BCRC and got transferred immediately to a supervisor as they will not let the nice people in the call center even speak to me... THEY ARE GIVING OUT TOO MUCH INSIDE INFO ?? that is not secret at all???
THIS IS WHEN BCRC ADMITTED FROM THE SUPERVISOR IN THE CALL CENTER ADMITTED IT WAS HER COMPANY HAD HACKED AND ALTERED AND DELETED THE REAL PRIMARY PAYERS .. AND ACTED AS IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING THEY WISHED WITH NO CONSEQUENCE OF DEFYING THREE MEDICARE JUDGES. , REGULATIONS , THE LAW, AND THEIR CMS CONTRACT AND ALL THE THEFTS OF MEDICARE TO BE DONE. I do not know if there recovery unit was able to get any recovery letters out before they deleted or not. as slept late and staying alive is what this is all about.(deleting the real screen blocks them getting out.). . doing this. and making sure my loved ones have a roof over their heads once I really am deleted from planet earth and no longer need health care in the next life. DISCRIMINATION DOES HURT.. TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS WITH SUCH DISDAIN BY THOSE BLATANTLY HARMING WITH ILLEGAL ACTIONS.. I do not know who hacked but it has always been directed from their corporate with the collusion with Lynn Blodgett et al. etc. and they have said their is one who takes the calls from Lynn Blodgett's management companies at the insurers and does it there and not in the call centers. ??? This is not sophisticated with ignorance that a fake policy numbers is not going to work in newer systems and a cyber cloud...
from 4/09-4/14 they had a system where they were able to delete the Blues and did not add anything. but FECA always on there.
In order to complete the end of workers comp in the USA in the 'real world' as things get done, where what is on the system is what there is ... not what the law, judges. say exist. THEY HAD TO GET THE WORKERS COMP OFF THE INFO SENT TO THE MEDICAL COMMENITY AND THEY HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THAT BY GOING OFF LINE AND CREATING THESE DUPLICATE SCREENS but the system cloud has all the knowledge and history in it and ITS NOT WORKING AND THERE IS SOME REAL IGNORANCE OF SYSTEM TO NOT KNOW ITS NOT GOING TO WORK.. but they are still fooling all the humans who believe the false info .. and rumor spread all over from one to another of the components

As a federal employee I have to check in to make sure I am not interfered with any on- going investigation.. I know that if any one was begun they would be acing much differently .. etc. have a specific party to fax or mail ad would be asked some specific questions etc. and none has occurred ever since they took over in 4/14 and these fake Blues has been pointed to them as colluding to do it.. THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT COMMITTING FRAUD and one can go to 4/14 Daily Recaps for what went on then I am to get a confirmation number and they refuse to give me one for even calling. if you go to their phone menu many agencies are using them seems to be all that have Lynn Blodgett as main cabal contractors??? I got the same two who answered that I got last year...???

The Daily Recap of 9/11/16 explains how 9/11/01 core beginning to allow to causes began right there at HHS OIG back in 7/88.. and I share details each anniversary as I tried for two years before 9/11/01 to stop him and knew the former as worker at HHS was going to do it by obsession that long ago. .. I even had a dream I did not know how to interpret of two of him getting on an airplane like a bomber in maroon jump suits. I got treated horrible.. and did not even get a certification number for the call as its treated like they do all over world as an ethics issue for big business and now much of our own government fraud. lines and their contracts They have Blues and call it a ethics line even though our EOBS SAIS ITS A FRAUD LINE AND IS NOT AT ALL and not crime being reported. The phone menu said they take fraud reports on government contractors. but nothing has changed. They said put in writing and I have and faxed a lot in the past and THEY GET THESE DAILY RECAPS
. Christ said not to "cast your pearls before swine" and he was 'gross' at times and if they are going to throw efforts away and not cooperate with the other OIG's trying to get oversight of these government contractors then HHS IS SABATOGING THE GOOD WORK THE OTHERS ARE TRYING TO DO BY ASKING CONGRESS THE BUDGET AUTHIOTY NEARLY 4 WEEKS AGO NOW. . IN OTHER AGENCIES AND GETING BLOCKED and Congress needs to realize there is a huge problem at HHS that goes beyond just having the right to use current budget. for the oversight of contractors..
I did call back several times and spoke to two different persons. and got hung up on right away .... they are the same two I got the same time I called months ago ...I gave them due process. and said go read this blog.. and my e mails. etc. faxes etc. and also an online secure e mail on there forms. etc. and go back to 7/88 and how they can be blamed for 9/11/01 at HHS OIG as one eely on that could have stopped it. Ones actions lead to all kinds of future outcomes. .
So you want a hospital to be there when you might need one. , you are not helping have one be there at all.. are you?? who are these people that do not have any concern that public monies and laws and rights are being violated . and they could be sharing concerns with Congress even if they can't open money to investigate?? I REPORTED I WAS STILL INVESTIGATING AND DID WHAT I HAD TO DO LEGALLY ! IT UP TO THE PEOPLE OF THE USA TO SAVE HEALTH CARE AND MEDICARE AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND WHY PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS COME TO THE PEOPLE FOR HELP.. DOES ANY REALLY WANT RYANCARE? OF ANY SIDE.. WHAT THIS CABAL LEFT IN CHARGE TO SKIM AND SCAM AND CON ALL??? and deleted the public Treasury ??? ASK WHAT DO PEOPLE WANT HEALTH CARE TO LOOK LIKE AND THEN MATCH THE MONEY TO THE BEST WAY TO PAY FOR IT.. It may be cheaper the long run and give us healthier outcomes.
next call was FBI
after many hang ups with much the same treatment I got in the two years before 9/11/01 who thought it was a joke.. and discriminated against any one with piece of direct knowledge of what was going to happen, I just did not know when or how. etc. but knew he was obsessed even back in 7/88 but not exactly what he was in the other parts of the world was hired by our Asst manager. before 24/7. cable news etc until he revealed his desire to wage war against the USA. and did it. and found out he was not just some one from Saudi Arabia with 2 years of employment with the CIA who transferred in to our office in Jersey City to work in the USA. and a student at Yale he said. SOME OR THOSE WHO CALLED HHS -SSA in 7/88 MAY HAVE ACTUALLY SPOKE TO HIM???
Finally I got through to the law enforcement line. and said I am a feral official and shared what was going on with that line. but not after hang up after hang up ..all over she had more professionalism and did listen to my report.
SO I DID FULFILL MY LEGAL REQUIREMENT OF NOTIFYING THEM AS THEY ARE PART OF THE GROUP DEALING WITH CYBER CRIMES. as far as I can tell not much is changed in attitude at the FBI. as they should have taken my info and thanked me for being a good citizen etc and federal official etc. I am not sure but that I was getting one of Lynn Blodgett's et al call centers on the non law enforcement line.. as they have used contracting call centers in the past.
The 'NEW JERSEY WHITEWASH' 9/11/ COMMISSION HAS NOT CHANGED A THING AND WE ARE STILL AT RISK FROM INSIDE THE USA EVILS IN THE . CORRUPTION SWAMP. .THAT IS DEEPER THAN EVER.
I still do not know where my blood tests and skin samples etc. and all they reports from us are on these who died, etc. Homeland Security has on what happened to all of us on back in 1/89 etc. they got from the FBI and then did not go back before 1995 to use any and LEFT THE SWAMP TO GROW AND GROW AND MASSIVE MONIES LOST AND STOLEN SINCE THEN??
I do not make these calls on trifling matters at all. as has been not been prevented due to the awful arrogance of those who are to protect the nation and people .. CHRIST WARNED ABOUT ARROGANCE. as he usually taught about the underlying problem rather than making a list of sins.. Sin is caused by these underlying matters of the heart and soul turned to bad instead of good.
I had an admissions of guilt that BCRC of former Group Health Inc of NY did it and not some outside an did it today .hacker and HHS OIG gets the Daily Recap via e mail in a group that gets it.. that way. There IS NEW DIRECT INFO AND WITNESSES INSIDE THE CALL CENTERS WHO SAW THE CHANGES. But I am not filing those names with this kind of attitude and have them harmed and trashed by their bosses being told.... When a US Attorney is involved and charges really going to be brought then they will be tuned over as I have no assurance these good folk will have their identity kept secure until a defense counsel after an arrest has to be given it.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may justice become purifying waters that drains the swamp of corruption that has robbed and harmed us way too long. and those who can help, may they do so .. My prayers for President Trump and all of our elected and appointed officials who are to be the helpers for good, be able to do the job for this purpose and treat ones like me as all should be with one respect and dignity as we struggle for our own survival and do care that others have that right also . Amen!
