This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002. when Congress voted to overthrow the USA into that control of an international cabal whom high level officials say and write that Lynn Blodgett is not the dictator of the USA all obeys... without documentation or even written orders nor any due process constitutional rights of all parties..
As Congress votes, many never read what they did.. to not permit any agency's existing budget to be used for internal audits or nor criminal investigations of a government contractor.. and one murky swamp of intrigues and web of interlocked companies and secret deal partnerships finally had one emerge in control of the total that all obey .. Lynn Blodgett whom most have no idea who is really in charge of this nation and all of our lives and livelihoods under this control as from local to federal we have no government to turn to when in real danger from this cabal and head as Congress left us with the gate to the swamp locked.. Even a president has no power when Congress hold the budget authority of what can be spent. under the US Constitution.
President Trump is right in going to the people and asking us for our help. to get the things done we believed he promised he would do in the campaign. Unfortunately all the town hall meetings with people angry and organized anger at times, IS STILL NOT GETTING TO THE UNDERLYING ISSUE THAT CONGRESS CANNOT DO ANYTHING WE WANT THEM TO DO FOR US AND THE NATION UNTIL THEY AGAIN ALLOW THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO DO ITS JOB AND STOP THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIORS OF THE CABAL NOW RUNNING THE COUNTY ..
We are unsatisfied with Congress because they ARE NOT DOING THE JOB WE SENT THEM TO DO .. BUT GAGGED THEMSELVES NOT TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY. As a whole they shirk their oath of office to uphold the US Constitution and turn their back on our rights and nation... in he COUP Of 2002 as our nation is robbed direct from the US Treasury by this cabal in one scam after another.. A few among them unable to go up against the mass of both parties without out the support of the people

Glad President Trump is asking for a full investigation into human trafficking.. adults and minors.. as the gossip is all over the net.. and I have tried to not share unless there is indication of a charge or conviction.. If many of our elected leaders have been caught in compromising illegal situations, real or entrapped, this needs to be stopped by our legal system . On the other hand. if a member of Congress etc . strays from their marriage vows in a legal manner, then we may have to look at whether they are still doing their job for us... despite some personal failings... and not let that cause us to vote no for that one and elect one instead that may not work for us...
The young victims of this horror ,said to be world wide, is beyond the human comprehension of the average person.. and that speaks well for us as a people. but not so well when its allowed to go on..

I know full well this last few years when I have been trashed from all sides for just trying to get the truth our of former President Obama being born in Topeka KS. as an eyewitness to events.. and the media admitting to me they had this truth and covered it up in 2008... why/ for Hillary ? vs. Obama?
There still is no justice for three who died in 3/61, one of whom was Jim T Parks his dad, lynched in the attack that was to have lynched all three. including the unborn future 44th president of the USA.. THIS INJUSTICE COVERED UP TO THIS DAY IS LIKE A CLOUD OVER ALL OF US UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED IN SOME FASHION IF ONLY TO RECOGNIZE THE LIVES LIVED . My opinion is that if the real truth had been know as a part of Rosa Parks extended family , he would have won the nomination with a landslide and Hillary might never have been able to become Sec of State and all that has been credited to her that has gone so wrong. we are now living with.. plus.. maybe attention would have been on a real working health care plan and not what we got a scam for the cabal to make money off of.
I try o be responsible in sharing. I have no resources and make no money from this at all. like the media does. even access to search data bases I cannot afford to access. that cost money. and physically am not able to do much better than I am doing.
So when I use a ?? that means I have facts and info that is more official and responsibly considered truthful but it may still be connecting dots that may or not be the right ones to connect... I have a lot saved.. in draft , not yet posed waiting for validation.. form other sources. such as more official investigations verified or arrests and convictions etc.
.. But many things in the government are from my personal expertise of being inside and doing the jobs as once we were able to do and having to keep up daily on what is going on.. I read the official manuals and memos from agencies which is what all those in the contractors and others should be reading.. instead of taking Lynn Blodgett et al's word for it... which is often not the real laws. or rules or polices.. I DO BEG YOU TO CHECK IT OUT.. and if you have info that contradicts let me know and I will respond as best I can ... THE JOURNEY FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE HAS LOTS OF TWISTS AND TURNS AND AT TIMES MANY HAVE ONLY PARTS OF THE REAL WHOLE..
My opinion of the media is laziness if the intent is not malicious.. which I agree at times is today and that is horrific.. The title is important to catch the attention of the reader but then one needs to read. and the story needs to explain.. what why of the title.. as today was beyond the pale of what is really going on with one of the biggest pots of public monies, Medicare.
And that should be news. and public pressure to get Congress to act and get someone that represents the people inside this 'thieving' mess and get it shut down before we end up with the collapse of the whole health care system .. We cannot physically survive with out health care when sick or injured and it needs to be available for each and every one of us.. How its paid for will come naturally if its honest and thrifty and done the best way possible in a legal and constitutional and fair manner to pay those who provide the best care we have the science to know what works,.. for us,.
A study shared today is about how our people are among the sickest in the modern world.. Could it have something to do with the USA being one that still has not banned ingredients etc. that other nations have banned as making people sick??? Or at least truth in labeling so we can reject and not buy something unhealthy ???
Again we are under a cabal that is not for the people but robbing the people and nation and its our health as well as our livelihood and public treasury. Which is ours to use for ourselves and nation. We set a poor example for the rest of the world if we cannot take care of ourselves. and keep trying to help others and do not do either well..

I have four primary payers now. that are to be billed first And one is a bogus blues and not the same one that was on there earlier at 1-800 Medicare and the MEDICARE TEMPLATE IS 'SPLIT WIDE OPEN.'

Medicare is PRIMARY : and its posted into the TEMPLATE FOR WORKING AGED WHICH IS THE ONE FOR WHEN MEDICARE IS SECONDARY .. The bogus Blues is on there as of 3/1-10 for working aged as primary to Medicare on the same template that says Medicare is primary. so
Bogus Blues # 19 is PRIMARY: shown as Federal BC BS and policy number is my personal social security number

Billing series please do not send the claims out to the fake blues policy and think that is the real one... Look at what I have provided when getting care and other on that policy also.. as its only going to obstruct one getting paid timely . I also got the paper summary notice on some clams paid in recent months and the one to my doctor treating me for the main accepted injury, said it was reduced for quality .. AND NOT SAYING ITS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT.. was that doctor penalized for doing good medical care.... THAT HAS TO BE APPEALED FOR MORE THAN JUST AN OVERPAYMENT AS ITS WAS TO BE PAID BY FECA AT THE FEHB WORKING RATE.

Plus I am being forced to overpay on my Medicare premiums as Lynn Blodgett's et al contractor only looked at the system to determent the amount I should be paying and ignored the issue at the reconsideration and hearing levels. I am getting over charged. although it was include in the file with another hearing. to be heard on premium issues. And I have appealed that and asking for it to be remanded back for one.. but if they will use the real system I would not be overcharged. and a refund would help ply for the oxygen my family s still having to pay for and haul 200 lb. tanks to a gas company to keep me alive . THE BIG ISSUE IS THAT THE ORIGINAL COMPUTATION FOR ALL FEDS AND MILITARY IS NOT THE ORIGINAL ONE AND THE REAL INFO HAS BEEN PULLED FROM ANY VISIBLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURAL MANUALS FROM EVEN THOSE AT SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE NOW. They have no more to use than what we have access to on line...

I can find at no time anyone has ever had even an administrative law judge ruling on this.. at all. Its how the math problem is done.. and we had to know how to manually do it.
