Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 2/22/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN;' DEADLY' CHAOS AT COORDINATION CONTRACTOR
This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.. when Congress voted to turn the control of the USA over to an international cabal of linked shell companies and illegal secret deal partners by removing the restraint of oversight by simply denying the right of the real government to spend one penny of their existing budgets to conduct internal audits or criminal investigation of their government contractors at all levels from local to federal. No one of the real people under such has anywhere to turn for basic protection of the real government from this as they are not able to act to even protect themselves or the government either. Every system put in place to help has been removed by this lack of restraint of checks and balances to preserve the rights of fairness and justice.
And this is not just health care that has been robbed with deadly affects..
The Mayor of Chicago has just allowed one of this cabal who bribed a city official now convicted. and not charged with bribery to go ahead and get more city contracts.. That is the ultimate injustice when the perpetrator goes free to make more bids and he ones taking the bribe gets convicted because the contractor has Congressional immunity and the city official is still under the laws of the land.
The cabal has it set up to be rewarded for breaking the law and able to monitor the personal lives of each of us even more.. when its surveillance of every part of our lives at stake, with none of the protection of misuse of the info gathered as a real government employee who captures our info in an wide sweep for legitimate government purposes.. I do not like our every move captured by cameras and microphones etc... BUT WHEN THERE IS NO RESTRAINT OF LAW TO STOP MISUSE OF THE INFO ,, ITS WORSE THAN JUST BEING CAPTURED IN THE TOTAL.. AND BEING EXCLUDED AS INNOCENT PARTIES WHO SAID A WORD OR PHRASE AND MEANT NO HARM BY THE UTTERANCE.. ..
Just as in Flint, Michigan here the contractors who poisoned the water will not be charged. as they cannot have money repent to prosecute and the EPA could not verify the veracity of the water reports as Congress will not allow an international audit of a contractor. EVEN IF ITS TO STOP POISONING THE WATER OF CITY .. and how many other things are going on that has us in unsafe situations that these contracts have been hired to stop.
its time fro Congress to stop its unconstitutional behaviors and get rid of its illegal budget restraints of the of existing budget.. and get rid of their unconstitutional gag rule that will not let them mention, contact or have one of these contractors testify of his cabal... The very ones capturing their phone calls and e mails and since they are not government officials can do whatever they wish with any o our most private info.. even id BRIBERY OR BLACK MAIL OF A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL OR MEMBER OF CONGRESS OR A CITY OFFICIAL. OR STEAL TRILLIONS FROM THE US TREASURY TO HAVE TO USE TO GAIN MORE POWER AND DENY MORE RIGHTS TO ALL OF US.. struggling to stay alive and maintain our livelihoods.. for self and loved ones.

It took 6 hours today to gather about 10minutes of info .. to audit my own records in a meltdown as monies get stolen in our names and mine.. and life sustaining medical care is denied .. and our good medial community is bankrupted from every possible way by this cabal to shuffle data needless when modern system would do it.. BUT WE GET THE ANTIQUE ONES WITH NO SECURITY AS THOSE ARE NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO HACK AND STEAL AND ALLOW THOSE WHO ARE TO PAY OUR MEDICAL BILLS TO GET OUR OF PAYING IN A 'QUID PRO QUO' TYPE OF ON-GOING BRIBERY THAT ENDS WITH MORE POWER AND MORE CONTROL OF THE TOTAL OF OUR SOCIETY IN THE USA as the people suffer more and more.. voting for those who sell us out and do not uphold the US Constitutional mandate of ."for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." Although we are to act humanely as a nation.. to the world,, our first responsibility is to each other and our nation. If we cannot help ourselves and those we love and our neighbor., who can we help anyone else in this world if we cannot even take car of ourselves.?
I kept being hung up on today by those who did not seem to understand ONE HAS RIGHT TO EVEN INVESTIGATE AND FIND OUT when THEY ARE BEING OVERPAID AND life endangered. To know WHO IS DOING IT TO TRY AND GET THEM TO STOP. by any legal means possible which is very few available anymore with 'no one policing' this bunch.. .
DOES ANYONE CARE ABOUT BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS ANYMORE??? Even when their own are also being denied??? Christ said, when you do it to the least of these you do it to HIM. and its our basic principle to make sure that the least among us are not harmed by what the majority are doing. Its the founding principle of our CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS.

The real ruler , whom most have no idea of his name, will not show them to the real US Depart of Labor on me.. and he controls all parts of any one's workers comp and job safety in the USA now.. apart from the few in the real government that is mostly contracted out to them.. with no way to know what is really going on . The few in Congress who want to help and do what s rights and lawful. .find themselves up against a bought and paid for with taxpayer money used to lobby . etc. and their own words and pictures on all of us able to be misused in the worse form of black mail. as no laws apply to this cabal..

phone verification system still hacked on us to make Medicare primary and get us over paid .. HACKED FROM THE OFFICIAL BI WEEKLY POSTING FORM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE. THAT IS ILLEGAL TO BE ALTERED... AS ITS CHANGES EMPLOYEE BENEFITS RIGHTS. ETC. The law of he land since 1994....and a good one. three Medicare judges have ruled and ordered that the post is accurate and yet, they will not stop as their illegal secret deals overrides laws, . judges and contract terms... with no government allowed to make them behave legally and with out audits no way to get the evidence officially to cancel the contract and find some who will act lawfully .. as insiders say trillions have been stolen from Medicare with BCRC corporate's hacking the system so that the primary payers do not have to pay for what ever reason they do not wish to .. and steal instead and we get a collapse of our health care system for all as Congress passes health care laws based on false info and data of what the real state of things really are in the USA.
My last call to day with to the call center. and I got switched to a supervisor and he had a different info for me today.. He had the real screen post of my two primary payers deleted as of 11/2/16 and this is the one who used to say my Blues was terminated as of 2/28/10 and would end the call abruptly .. now he is getting different answers as often I get to him.. It takes awhile for the 'brainwashed' to wake up ..
He said he has no idea where the fake Blues policies are coming from that are added in as supplement to the bogus template to make Medicare primary as they do not show a supplement when Medicare is listed as primary .. I've been told its from Lynn Blodgett's management company that has called in over the years to BCRC corporate and gave the fake info and fake retirement dates. knowing full well they are fake. giving the info on a conference call we were on.. as they get the info from another of his companies whom we have witnessed lying. as covered before years ago in this blog . they make up a fake as the real one seems to be so secure from the US Department of Labor personnel office own in-house programmers,
MORE THAN ONE SOURCE AND ALL ARE DOING IT ILLEGALLY AND MAKING UP SOMETHING WHICH VARIES FROM THE REAL. THAT MEANS WE END UP WITH NO CO PAYS PAID ALONG WITH OVERPAYMENTs OUR HEIRS INHERIT FOR THE STOLEN IN OUR NAMES MEDICARE PAYMENT THAT IS TO BE PAID BY THE PRIMARY.
THE FAKE BLUES INFO DOES NOT TRANSFER AND ALLOW CO PAYS TO GET PAID EVEN ILLEGALLY AND WE GET BILL COLLECTORS WHO WILL NOT BELIEVE WE HAVE A BLUES POLICY AT ALL.
The brainwashing by this cabal over all of the USA and the media not reporting this cabals part in all of this has us dumbed down to not living in a real world of what is going on ... until one is forced to find out to stay alive.. and many do not go at this legally as we do and turn to the streets and the evil wins when that is resorted to . SO WHAT IS THE COORDINATION CALL CENTERS COORDINATING????
And I told him that the 1-800 Medicare had another date for deleting the real screen to sell the bogus one for huge extortion sums to the medical community so they can get the info to use to know whom to bill and are entrapped into Medicare fraud if they use it. To delete my permanent medical at FECA that does not end until I die.. means to day THE RECORD SHOWS I DIED ON 10/6/16 WAS RESURRECTED AND THEN DIED AGAIN ON 11/2/16 AND A GHOST IS WRITING THIS BLOG.
When I checked by glucose this evening I still do bleed, so I am not dead but very much alive although not well from today's efforts to get the basic info of about 10 minutes to get on my records.

6 hours and 7 calls to get to one who would give me the info from my own files and data!
call 1 . bogus screen only .. Medicare primary and the fake Blues to day is HCSC Blue cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma and fake Id is my real one with last 2 digits left off and three zeroes in front effective 81/2004 with no other info given to me... no FECA showing at all

* it took hours as each time there was a up to a 1/4 hour or more before they answered
call 4: same fake Blues and Medicare primary updated in 2014 but would not give me what napped to the real template. from my employer bi weekly post and then hacking does not show a date when done..
call 5 same fake Blues as of 8/1/2004 but where is the real one.. and I had one claims still not paid before they began rehacking again on 10/6/16 after Homeland Security stopped monitoring for foreign hackers, For months no one could get paid and none even at CMS knew how to file a conditional payment any more. as it has to be a paper clams as the system as of 1/06 was rigged to not let it be done electronically as it will not use the real date of injury but used the date one got Part A Medicare.
. A system that would have worked better than this mess, if designed as they were paid by us to create. .The screen for 9/13/16 showed the WORKING AGED template to show that Fed Blues was the primary employer plan and Medicare denied the clams as Medicare was secondary as its always legally been.. and will be until Lynn Blodgett posts my FECA file as even judges have ordered it done affirming my benefits and we being the processing of the permanent disability that was pending when He began the total overthrow of the USA.
Since it was not filed as a conditional payment it was not paid recovery got it and letter sent out. .and the reinstatement of the real government begun for real .. EXCEPT A SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT WHEN THEY DELETE THE SCREEN THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE SYSTEM TO SEND OUT RECOVERY LETTERS WHEN ITS DELETED. as of 10/6/16 and have tubs of a back log. unable to do the jobs they thought they were hired to do ..
BUT THAT BILL IS OBVIOUSLY FECA'S AND WHERE IS IT ???? that question ended the call Due to the liquid oxygen FECA put me on 23 years ago I have not only had permanent medical here as well as even at Blues and Medicare.. but 100% of all bills which applies to those on oxygen and differs from most other workers comp that pays for only some of the bills.
Injured workers can't get oxygen supplier as Lynn Blodgett will not every input oxygen clams t the real system as they would be paid and the whole over throw be exposed . Too many have died.. Even though approved for life by Medicare .. the claims will not go through as they reject and have to go to FECA and its an impasse.. My family has had to hai200 lb tank to gas company that still sells medical oxygen to patients direct or I would have died as Lynn Blodgett ordered all to "let her die" many years ago. and we have to pay out of pocket Blues was paying part, but when they found out they have not processed any invoices for over 2 years now creating financial difficulty for us. .. to even answer them. EVEN INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE UNDER THIS DICTATORIAL POWER NOW. ???
Medicare will not pay if no supplier in their still antiquated guidelines. of get oxygen for three hears and one is to be dead then. None in the area. and those concentrator that were to going to be banned in 2002 as being unsafe.. cause me inflamed lungs in a few minutes from the ozone that gets sucked back into one lungs in making the oxygen and her are not the pure oxygen either.
WHICH IS HAVE TO HAVE AND WHY ALL THREE HEALTH PLANS HAVE ME APPROVED FOR LIFE AND NO REASON I DO NOT HAVE SERVICE AS AMONG THE THREE THEY SHOULD BE FULLY PAID.. ..LINCARE WILL NOT COME BACK AFTER THEY WERE TOLD BY Affiliated Computer Services call center THAT I HAD BEEN GIVEN A MILLION DOLLARS TO PAY FOR MY CARE. AND NONE OF US WERE. .THAT IS ABOUT 200 MILLION DISAPPEARED AT LYNN BLODGETT'S IN THE BEGINNING WHEN WE GOT DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE ILLEGALLY .. 200/ injured federal workers left to die. in the COUP of 2002. and no one in the real government to go to for help

call 6 Hung up on after saying Medicare primary and this persons DID NOT KNOW WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WAS... like most did not when I began calling back on 10/25/16. Not even CMS did.. NOT KNOW
DAILY RECAP ADDED 10/28/16 IS A RECAP OF HOW TO FILE I GOT FROM THE MANAGER OF NOVATIS A MAIN CLAIMS PAYER FOR MEDICARE FOR OUR AREA.. BUT AFTER THE HACKING BEGAN AGAIN THEY STILL ARE ILLEGALLY PAYING OUR CLAIMS WITHOUT SENDING THEM TO RECOVERY..

FINALLY GOT SOME ONE TO GIVE THE INFO.. nearly 6 hours after I started calling... and by this time there were notes on my records. and they had the info as not every one knows how to access it even if they have worked there for years. . I AM NOT GETTING PAID TO TRAIN THESE MEDICARE CONTRACTORS.. I AM JUST TRYING TO KEEP MYSELF AND LOVED ONES ALIVE AND PREVENT OVER PAYMENTS OUR HEIRS INHERIT..
I thanked her for her help and then called BCRC and took nearly an hour to get through to them.. but she was making notes. But still did not understand that by tomorrow the cyber cloud may have different info posts as it tries to correct it self and post the real screen.. etc. ???
BUT THEY STILL WILL NOT OBEY THEIR CMS CONTRACT AND SEND A COPY OF MY SCREEN TO CMS TO LET THEM KNOW THE DEMISE OF THE MEDICARE SYSTEM AS ITS IS IN MELTDOWN AND INSECURE AND HACKED and its not just on me... They will eventually begin to see it on other as that is what occurred several years ago when the major theft occurred offline through Trailblazers and there control got ended over it in our area... But many in the Dallas region have been left with Medicare liens on property and have inherited them.. and do not know it. as none were notified they had had the breach of security on their records and money stolen in their name..
