This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress overthrew the USA into the control of an international cabal with no existing budget allowed to be spent by the real government to do an internal audits or criminal investigation of a government contractors.. which has now become one murky swamp of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships on an international scale... accountable to none but itself and the head that emerges that all obey is Lynn Blodgett as named by those at the top who are to govern but cannot as we, the people have no access or protection of our national or personal government files entrusted with our government to be kept protected... and are not. 'since the COUP of 2002 Blatantly not!
In the case of Medicare when the primary payers or others with illegal agendas are allowed to make illegal deals to get the owner to hack the system and alter what is illegal to be changed.. ones employer posting... then patients are overpaid and their heirs inherit the overpayment and ones very life sustaining medical care is obstructed... with too often deadly consequences....
The medical community is being extorted having to pay this cabal at ever turn to even provide medical care as we, the people are robbed of our public monies when the public treasury is looted in one agency after another..

ARE WE 20 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT, OR IS MOST OF THAT THEFT BY OUR OWN CONTRACTORS WHICH CONGRESS VOTED TO GIVE THOSE POWERS AND WILL NOT PUT BACK THE RIGHT OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO MAKE SURE WE ARE NOT CONTINUALLY ROBBED OF LIVELIHOOD AND EVEN OUR LIVES. AS TOO MANY ARE DEAD..BEFORE THEIR TIME DUE TO THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITY GOING ON.. .

mymedicare.gov still has the bogus template and 4 fake Blues .. FECA is on there but most recovery efforts were destroyed with no response or due process or notification on the verbal orders of Lynn Blodgett a few years ago... as he is the one who got them and did not show them to any one at the US Department of labor.

the hackers and facilitators of the ongoing thefts and the source that is said by many to be the ones illegally hacking after my employ posts by weekly of my official info from the US Department of Labor personnel office and their contract forbids then to alter the info.. and its been illegal to alter since 1994 as it alters ones employee benefits without any due process or constitutional notification...
I do not work for BCRC.. and they also are in defiance of three Medicare judges who verified the info with them as accurate.. ITS THE LAW. AND FEDERAL WORKERS COMP LAW IN THE USA. SORRY CNA INSURER??? ETC. TERRIBLE THINGS OCCURRED AND THE PEOPLE WANT YOU TO PAY THEM BACK.. ?? Its the law.

for me and mine who have Medicare cards on my primary employer group health plan have had that hacked to illegally make Medicare primary ,, but it does indicate the FECA on there for me.
Later I tried to get the info from the call center of what they had today and the woman transferred me to a supervisor and often the call never goes through. and did not and I was too ill to continue.. They have little access to coordination anything and will not convince their corporate offices to stop the hacking...
Their recovery unit has been unable to recover much of anything since 1/06 when the system was rigged to all have to file paper claims to make it a conditional payment and the only way Medicare can legally pay my clams or pay primary for those on my policy. So the recovery unit gets it to get the money back as they use the date of got Part A Medicare and not the real date of injury to stop the system from working .. and the address to send the letters to , to is Lynn Blodgett's company Affiliated Computer Services in London KY. First of now over 200? and he has never showed one to FECA and now he control of virtually all workers comp.... and little benefits are being legally paid ... as he now controls the Medicare system as a sub contract of BCRC and has been able to created duplicate screens and hide the real one from the medical community and even the call centers . The medical community is paying huge sums of money for access and SINCE 10/6/16 NOT EVEN GETTING INFO THAT ONE HAS AN OPEN LIABILITY CASE LIKE WORKERS COMP ,, WHICH FOR ME IS PERMANENT UNTIL I DIE. AND I DID NOT DIE ON THAT DATE. but THE PERMANENT DISABILITY DID NOT GET PROCESS BEFORE HE TOOK TOTAL CONTROL OF FECA AND NOW ALL.. .of USA from local to federal wherever one turns.. and even in primary industry have to hire his management teams to deal with his government contractors.
1-800 Medicare * General Dynamics.. and suspected that they have hired one of Lynn Blodgett's management company as getting the info on my own records that melts down into varying info daily and sometimes hourly and different in different parts of the USA is now refusing to give me the info from my own records so I can share it with CMS officials as well as letting all of you know WE HAVE LOST THE MEDICARE SYSTEM . AND MUCH OF OTHER GOVERNMENT RECORDS AS LYNN BLODGETT
They wrote to Congress over three years ago wanting them to allow them to audit the system and CONGRESS WILL NOT PROTECT MEDICARE OR SOCIAL SECURITY AT ALL.. from the government contractor entity they allowed to take over the USA. The few among them get hushed too easily if we do not support them..

A report has just surfaced there that confirms the founded suspicion that fake people may be getting benefits as its been an occasional embezzlement scheme over the years to add fake kids to a worker getting Social Security and they have no idea they are on there.. and that overpayment can be against the worker..
With a child the payment will go to a payee .. and now they have found out that there is no social security number entered for those representative payees... etc. TO THE TUNE OF A BILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF PAYMENTS... going to unknown for sure who? and to fake kids??? Any worker getting SSA and does not have two real live persons also on your number.. then you are permitted to find out if any are on there.. and try to get it stopped.. The former system could not have allowed this to go through??? but Microsoft lost the contract years ago to this cabal. .
GOOD LUCK AS ITS LIKE THE BLATANT THEFT OF MEDICARE UNSTOPPABLE BY ACT OF CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF THE 2002- BY THE HACKERS COMPANIES ALSO. UNDER THE ORDERS OF THE SAME ENTITY .. its a real beast swamp that is murky but well designed to be hidden from all. and Congress has locked the gate to prevent anyone in the real government from draining it... even the President of the USA can only spend what Congress says he is allowed to spend.
I do not know how the payment could have been processed to send to a payer ,, when the system asks for an SSN... but if one can go offline and pay a claim... AND THERE IS NO INTERNAL AUDITS TO DETECT THIS ONCE COULD BE AND CATCH SUCH A THIEF... there is massive and how much of the 20 TRILLION DOLLARS OF DEBT IS BLATANT COMPUTER THEFT BY THE AGENCIES OWN CONTRACTOR ALLOWED TO STEAL UNFETTERED.
My personnel SSA files have been hacked over there.. also ... and my personnel file is missing also.. judges orders defied over there , too.. and Lynn Blodgett will no process one Medicare overpayment waiver that SSA promised to do in 2005 that is simple one like on a stolen credit card where one provides no personal financial info and states its "against equity and good conscience" THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL SITUATION OF NO PLACE TO ASK FOR A WAIVER OF AN OVERPAYMENT THAT GROWS AND ONE HAS NO WAY TO STOP IT AND NEITHER DOES OUR OWN GOVERNMENT BY ACT OF CONGRESS. WHO COULD STOP IT BY PASSING ONE SENTENCE.. allowing agencies to spend existing budget to do so .
I am very ill tonight as it took another 7 calls, like yesterday to get the info from my own records that have been illegally messes with and the cyber system in meltdown.. and life sustaining medical care being obstructed until I GO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT IN ORDER TO LIVE.. ..I AM TRYING BUT ALL I HAVE IS THIS BLOG, AND THE INFO I CAN GET.. THE 17TH BOGUS BLUES IS DETECTED. they took one used before several times and added an extra zero at the beginning and no such policy is possible to exist as Oklahoma Blues does not sell federal employee policies, Lynn Blodgett manages? the federal division . and people there have been named as ones calling in and colluding to hack ad steal..
THE WORDS TODAY ARE Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma FEP and the fake Id number of 00FEPOK0102 .. THIS IS THE NEW PATTERN RECENTLY AS they go through the fake Blues in cyber space used over the years and keep altering a letter or number. etc. and THEY STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN HOUSE SYSTEM PEOPLE HAVE LIVES OF INJURED WORKERS AT STAKE AND TAKE THE SANCTITY OF OUR RIGHTS AND LIVES VERY SERIOUSLY L.. AND HAVE REAL SECURITY ON THE BI WEEKLY POST..
If they wish Medicare to be primary , then obey the Judges. Lynn Blodgett and post my file from My records as ordered and ask me for the facts of the cases as ordered. Quit making up untruth and process and pay as they affirmed benefits and pay back. what you have been saying has been paid and has not over at FECA ... Your eternal soul is at stake as well as my physical life and livelihood which you told all to "let her die: when you lied and passed on false info on me that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and there was nothing to do on my records.. FROM ONE AGENCY TO ANOTHER AND EVEN TO THOSE INSIDE YOUR COMPANIES AND PARTNERS .. ... in defiance of 38 Federal agency judges already and more hearings pending your companies have yet to schedule for years now . blocking us to get another 38 or more

call 5 Medicare primary but had her pull up one of the bills not paid yet that is months old as they did not hack when Homeland Security was monitoring for foreign hackers. And she said it was denied because Medicare was not primary and was not filed as a conditional payment or it would have been paid and gone to recovery ... It showed the real template of WORKING AGED AS OF THE MONTH TURNED 65 IN 3/1/10 and she could not seem to deal with the obvious problem with the system.. hung up on me
call 6 verified that the effective date for the same bogus Blues as got early on there as of 8/1/2004.. and remember that on call 5 it was verified by the denial of the claims billed to Medicare as not being primary as of 3-1-10 through 9/13/16. I got hung up on
call 7. Thanks to the Kansas call center who verified all in a few minutes. that the real screen is open and not terminated on the real FECA and Blues, but the wrong Date Of Injury, but the duplicate bogus one created to sell to the medical community on 10/6/16/ hacking leaves no date to trace when that occurs which has occurred in the last 24 hours. and why its needed to call daily ... .
