Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 2/20/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN: HACKERS HACKING YOUR MEDICARE FILES IS NOT A MEDICARE QUESTION!?

   This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.. when Congress forbid any existing budget of agencies by used for internal audits of contractors of the international  cabal that is   now is in virtual control of the USA. So that no one is able   to know what they are doing and stealing and usurping the constitutional and civil rights of each and all of us in areas from local to federal  as well as forbidding any existing budget be spent to investigate blatant crimes being committed against the nation and individuals by illegal use of their data and records  that are 'held in trust' by the government and turned over to unaccountable contractors with NO SUPERVISION  and NO WAY TO STOP CRIMES COMMITTED WITH OUR PERSONAL  RECORDS . AND DATA.

    Even worse is the bad laws get passed based on the false and distorted reports the contractors file.. as Congress has also put themselves under an  unconstitutional gag order to not mention, contact or have a contractor testify..  . SO THEY HAVE SHIRKED THEIR OATH OF OFFICE TO UPHOLD THE US CONSTITUTION .. AND SERVE US AND THE USA.  Prayers for those who are trying to do what is right and good among them..

   And know what is going on and make sure crimes are stopped..   A signed privacy release from one  gives our members of Congress the right to go find our government records and make sure things are progressing legally and let us know what is needed to get things to conclusion with all the appeal rights due us if we do not agree.

       THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP MOST TIMES AS THE ISSUE IS NOT WITH THE REAL GOVERNMENT BUT THE CONTRACTOR WHO HAS CONTROL OF OUR DATA AND FILES. AND IN MY CASE THE NAMED HEAD OF THIS CABAL, Lynn Blodgett;  WILL NOT LET THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAVE ACCESS TO MY FILES , OR DATA AND WHAT IS VERBALLY SHARED IS OFTEN BLATANT LIES FROM WHAT EVEN JUDGES HAD SAID OR  ORDERED DONE or the real facts etc. .

      Cicero? in ancient Rome said, "Who ever controls the flow of information in a government , CONTROLS THE GOVERNMENT.. "   Since the COUP of 2002, we, the people, nor our elected officials at all levels, nor the ones they hire to work in real government jobs accountable to our laws and us, DO NOT HAVE CONTROL NOR THE AUTHORITY TO ACT AS THEY HAVE NO FILES  OR DATA AND CONTRACTORS CAN ONLY HAS A PORTION OF THE AUTHORITY TO ACT AS A REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IS PERMITTED TO DO BY LAW     AS NOTHING GETS RESOLVED  AS THE IMPASSE BECOME THE GOVERNMENT IS UNABLE TO DO THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT; BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS FORBIDDEN TO DO IT BY OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO PASSED  THIS LAW..

    Most never knew they did it, as they did not reread thousands of pages of a budget bill when changed in the middle of the night before thy are to vote on it the next morning.   

A simple one sentence law  or resolution passed by Congress could end the COUP of 2002. By just permitting agencies to use their existing budget for internal audits and criminal investigations again..    

     Without this authority there is no government and we are in anarchy and overthrown by a COUP OF 2002. INTO THE CONTROL OF A MURKY WEB OF SHELL COMPANIES  AND ILLEGAL DEAL PARTNERSHIP and STOCK OWNED THAT IS ENOUGH TO SPAWN SUBDIVISIONS FOR THIS CABAL TO CONTROL AND ITS A 'SWAMP OF MURKY MUD' TO EVEN UNRAVEL WHO IS WHO.. UNTIL ONE RISES TO THE TOP OF THE WHOLE WITH ALL POWER OVER THE WHOLE 'BEASTLY SUBTLE INTRIGUE  '  INVOLVED  AND STEP BY STEP AND THREAD BY THREAD OF GENIUS THAT COULD  BE USED FOR GOOD, BUT HAS BECOME EVIL PERSONIFIED  INSTEAD.

   AND HAS PUSHED OUT ANY FAIR OR LEGAL COMPETITION by more ethical  CONTRACTORS WHEN SUCH DOES OCCUR..  Some matters should never be contracted out, such as law enforcement  related matters.. just because of the too often conflicts of interests  that occur.   And why Group health Inc, should never have been given the 'watchdog' job of making sure all the insurer behave themselves in coordination and recovery of monies when the insurance industry tries to get our of paying their legally obligated  bills.  Instead of preventing this and getting the people's money back for Medicare,,, the opposite has occurred since the COUP of 2002, and some before then since they got the contract in 1999 along with owning all of our medical records when a claim for any kind of payment is filed. a to do with as they please with no HIPPAA law. nor any way to correct errors or typos or prevent illegal manipulations.. from some with a vested interest to do so ..  I have at least  other patients records co mingled . Unlike the records at our doctor or hospital that are strictly audited by this cabal for security ,etc. (doctor, etc. has to pay this cabal for the audit?).

        ONE IS NOT ABLE TO GET A COPY OF THE RECORDS in the data base  THAT COULD END ONES LIFE AND A CONGRESSIONAL STUDY OF A DECADE AGO INDICATED IT HAS IN TOO MANY INSTANCES  AND CONGRESS STILL WILL NOT PASS THAT SIMPLE LAW. EITHER.  to put all contractors under the HIPPAA law. and now that our health insurers are also government contractors. we have no protections there either.  ..

         I have had two close calls with this data base  and how I even found out about what was going on.. but have no way to unmingle or correct it and neither can anyone else..

     Other innumerable  obstructions of medical care. besides knowing whom to bill, have alluded to things that I have found are in it on other patients that ARE NOT MY MEDICAL RECORDS. .. that led to what they aware getting access to ..

       And maybe that is where this railroad Medicare is creeping in  on insurance info as if I have that.. ???   That data base is a  deadly mess , that was to be used for medical research but soon turned into the data base used for medical treatment especially in a busy emergency rooms with too often deadly outcomes  AND WASTED MONEY ON RESEARCH THAT CANNOT BE VERY VALID WITH OTHER PATIENTS RECORDS MINGLED UP WITH EACH OTHER.  etc. .

  And we do not even get royalty rights when our info is sold on the open market???

            Still hacked by BCRC in collusion with cabal  with the bogus template of Medicare primary used with 4 fake Blues.. But a separate screen does have the FECA, with most recovery efforts still missing. and the nice people who work in that unit at BCRC say they have tubs and the system is blocking their recovery efforts on me and others.. THEY HAVE TO GET TYPEWRITERS.. TO GET MEDICARES MONEY BACK.. ???

   Most claims that legally have to be filed as a conditional payment to get to them , never do as the system has been rigged since 1/06 to block it by using the day one got Part A Medicare instead of the real injury data. and theses are due process letters and have to be legally correct.. NO ONE AT THE REAL US DEPARTMENT  OF LABOR HAS HAD ONE. .AND TE MISSING $200 million ? on about 200 of us, is thought to be paying our on going bills and we have been illegally dumped onto Medicare  is the latest allegations surfacing on the uninvestigated embezzlement that 'EVERYONE' IN THE GOVERNMENT HAS KNOWN OF SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO  FIND OUT AND HELP THOSE OF US IN A LIFE AND DEATH STRUGGLE FOR MEDICAL CARE WHO ALREADY HAD ESTABLISHED  CASES WITH LIFE SUSTAINING MEDIAL NEEDS AND LIKE ME PERMANENT AND TOTAL DUE TO BEING PUT ON LIQUID HOME OXYGEN BY FECA 23 YEARS AGO .

 Phone verification menu still the same hack and like the online record they maintain and never update.. from the bi weekly post form my employer does not get to them.  The bogus template is used. that was used before the new system ?? . Medicare is primary for self and those on my Blues policy that have Medicare  Cards. but FECA is indicated on me.

            The call center was closed for the federal holiday..

        It only took one phone call today to get the info.. At first I only got the bogus screen template of Medicare primary , but after we got the info form that,, She did say that the  real posting from my employer was open but "updated" as of 10/6/16  in the template for Medicare being secondary to the employer group health plan..  The real screen is put aside as he bogus one gets sent out to sell  to the medical community and since 10/6/16 none  is able to know there is an open liability  case like workers comp. anymore which always was on there.. just the wrong injury date.

      My bi weekly  post comes from the US Department of labor personnel office as injured federal workers , like me;  have formal transfer papers , just like a job transfer between agencies to them to keep track of personnel matters. and the post is by in-house programmers.     Their system  knows that no schedule award or permanent disability has occurred at FECA yet. and until they do , they will post active duty or employed as ITS THE LAW.  if anyone would care to obey it anymore. and BCRC CORPORATE STOP HACKING AND BEING LED BY ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS AND GOSSIP AND RUMOR.. after all I also got three Medicare judges rulings who verified this and WHAT IS NEEDED. FOR YOU TO STOP THE THEFT FROM THE PEOPLE .???

     EVEN THOUGH LYNN BLODGETT RUNS AROUND TELLING MANY ITS HAS OCCURRED ON ME AND ALL BELIEVE HIS VERBAL WORDS AND ACT ON THEM .. INSIDE THE REAL GOVERNMENT .  as well as his own management in his companies and partners  Those in the real government should never act without formal paperwork.. at all.  BUT TOO OFTEN POLITICAL APPOINTEES AT THE TOP HAVE NO REAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAWS AND PROCESSES OF WHAT THEY ARE OVER. any more since they have no audit control  of the contractors where the real work is often done since the COUP of 2002.   THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS LITTLE CLUE WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND HOW A GOVERNMENT IS TO OPERATE SMOOTHLY ANYMORE.

   And one from the big  business world ends up elected and starts governing and THAT IS CALLED CHAOS?... WE'VE BEEN IN CHAOS SINCE THE COOP OF 2002 BUT THE MEDIA HELPED COVER IT UP WELL    as the nation and people suffered from it. AND WE GOT ROBBED OF LIFE, HEALTH AND WEALTH . AND PERSONAL LIVELIHOODS.

                                           FAKE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD NUMBER 15??

                       The bogus template today .. has a fake Blues that has a variation of a former one that is around... of adding before the FEP  0 or O FEPOK0102  for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma.  effective 8/1/2004.. if you might not. that meant that from  3/1/10-10/6/16 there was a supplemental   Blues that is a non existent and impossible to exist policy .. states do not sell federal health benefits  policies  for federal workers. and that is not even the category for a family policy   and the real one both on there at  the same time.. and still is not terminated either. than a prior one .

          IS THIS THE CYBER CLOUD.. OR IS SOMEONE AT BCRC CORPORATE ON A KEY BOARD PLAYING CYBER GAMES WITH THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON ME TO KEEP THE BOGUS SCREEN VISIBLE AND NOT HAVE IT REMOVED BY THE CYBER CLOUD.. AS IT SHOULD NEVER EXIST IN THE FIRST PLACE. ??? as your contract forbids you to alter what an employer posts..
