  This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my official Medicare files and data hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to not permit any agency to spend on penny on internal audits nor criminal investigations of a government  contractor and over the years every time a atrocity has been blamed by the 1/2 truth media on the government it usually is found to be  the act of an unaccountable government  contractor and no one is brought to justice as Congress forbids the money to be spent to do so... 

   Most recent being Lynn Blodgett's et al company poisoning the drinking water of Flint, Michigan and no one will be charged although laws were broken due to Congress... and past presidents who signed these unconstitutional budget bills. permitted this to occur.. WHILE OVER AT MEDICARE THE INSECURITY OF THE CONTRACTOR OWNED SYSTEMS OF THEIR CONTRACTOR CONTINUES TO BE HACKED BY THEM TO FACILITATE THE THEFT OF MEDICARE BY ITS ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL PARTNERS IN THE ON-GOING ILLEGAL BAIL OUT OF THE INSURANCE (not just health insurers)  INDUSTRY AND ANY ONE ELSE THAT DOES NOT WISH THE PRIMARY TO  PAY TO COVER UP OTHER CRIMES.

       Three Medicare judges are defied,  BCRC's contract broken  and the law of the land since 1994 trashed by their corporate headquarters .. Instead of protecting the Medicare trust fund and getting the monies recovered from those who are to be the ones paying primary or totally . the opposite has occurred since they got the contract in 1999.

    All health care has been decimated now. as Congress passed health care for all in 2010 based on a lie. As with no internal audits, what contractor is going to file a report claiming  they are engaged in ongoing theft and violations  of civil and criminal laws. with loss of life. health and livelihoods as an outcome.

       HOW CAN HEALTH CARE BE "FIXED' WHEN THE WHOLE TRUTH IS NOT KNOWN TO FORM  A PLAN BASED ON THE REAL WORLD  REAL ACTS AND DATA.   The first step is get the real info .. then work from that. . A simple one  sentence resolution by Congress will get this done... by putting back what our government and all governments have always known with the exception of ancient  Rome which  went down the same devastating path we have taken in the USA since the COUP of 2002.

      Turning the nation over to unaccountable government  contractors to do as they please and as the people rise up under the injustices, those who are to govern shirk their duties and call in the army to suppress the outcry and the most innocent among us is "crucified.."  for just trying to bring some order, fairness and Justice back to the chaos created when government  do not govern with fairness and justice. and stop any who is not acting ethically and lawfully.  among those who are to do the work of the nation. , NO MATTER WHAT FORM OF GOVERNMENT  A NATION HAS.  

     IN THE USA, THIS IRRESPONSIBILITY FALLS BACK ON THE PEOPLE AS WE FORGET OUR DUTY TO VOTE AND NOT REELECT THOSE WHO ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF OUR BUSINESS FOR US . AND NOT SHARING WITH THEM WHEN WE THINK SOMETHING IS NOT BEING DONE RIGHT AND A BETTER WAY SHOULD BE FOLLOWED.

   Now , many are in culture shock as the one elected to the highest position , is doing what he said he would  do and its not BUSINESS AS USUAL but one who is trying to govern,, but without the full support of the other two branches of government   who are to be 2/3'rds of the effort..  They are not to fully agree, but get busy and figure out what might be a better way , then he is even proposing. And even in the existing executive branch , its been so long since they had to take responsibility for what is really going on , they have forgotten to support the efforts of the elected officials and present any facts and data that might help them to do it better, or change the approach..

   . SHOCK! THE REAL GOVERNMENT , IN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF  CIVIL SERVICE  AND POLITICAL APPOINTEES HAVE NOT HAD THE DATA OR FACTS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND VERY FEW HAVE BEEN TRUTHFUL AND SAID SO TO THEM... in elected office.

    "rumor and gossip run amok" has led this nation since the COUP Of 2002 and its was going on unofficially before that.   Those inside even Congress and the real government who wish to do what is right and moral and constitutional find it hard to stand up to the special interests groups of this international cabal that is running the USA with unfettered power since the COUP of 2002;  

     That takes us... to be smarter and dig for the info and help in anyway we can to get the whole truth out so decisions can be made based on that and not some false reports filed to cover up? ongoing crimes and thefts of  our public monies. We have the right for peaceful protest.. and should not be tricked into anything violent or illegal .. as evil is a tempter and does not want the good to occur for each and very one of us.

           One is reminded of a poem all school children used to have to read in the USA.  by Robert Frost . "Good Fences make good Neighbors". if  I remember the title correctly.    WE HAVE LET OUR FENCES , GUARD DOWN AND EVIL HAS SWEPT IN UNAWARES AND OVERCOME US.. AND THAT IS NOT JUST ABOUT PHYSICAL BORDERS OF THE NATION .

       BUT THE LACK OF REPORTING  OF THE WHOLE TRUTH OF THINGS AND EACH OF WE VOTERS HAVING TO MAKE IMPERFECT  HUMAN JUDGMENTS OF WHOM WE VOTE FOR, AND I HAVE MADE SOME MISTAKES IN THE PAST. TOO    But once fooled, that person did not get my vote when asked to reelect. ..

     You may not have the same political ideas as others. , but if the US Constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation " is the prime agenda  some solutions for the good of all surely can be reached and not too many years ago, the USA did its  best to do that., even imperfectly in many ways..   AND WITH ALL WE KNOW AND HAVE LEARNED AS MEMBERS OF THE HUMANITY, SURELY WE CAN DO EVEN BETTER NOW.

 Still hacked with no new claims and no new payments made.  Only the hacked bogus screen on this contractor site with 4 fake Blues added in the bogus template to make Medicare primary ..  FECA on there but few recovery efforts  shown and what was done previously LYNN Blodgett whom the BCRC recovery unit  manager was tricked and fooled  into destroying  all the efforts and use wrong address who he gets all from FECA and now all sent to his contracting to his companys' workers Comp efforts and never is answered as I as one party would get the response.   BCRC destroyed my files and took kwon by self reporting screen as she thought  he was a real government official and had the authority to order this, when the law says no one is to stop the process when anyone thinks a bill for service even might  belong to anyone but Medicare as primary or total   

    This is the inhumanity done by the former Group Health Inc to its own good employees.. and its horrific to use them in such a way to cover up the crimes and be a front to what is really going on at the corporate level . etc.  WELL KNOWN BUT CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO BE STOPPED  IN THE COUP OF 2002  and as few years ago the estimated theft loss of this is trillions of dollars.. 

        the MONEY CONGRESS THOUGHT THE HEALTH INSURERS HAD TO PAY THE CLAMS UNDER' HILLARYCARE' FOR THE CHRONICALLY ILL WHO WOULD NOW BE ABLE TO BUY Policies and near complete collapse of the health care system as now even workers comp is massively being illegally dumped on to Medicare and CONGRESS HAS NOT DATA OR FILES OF THIS. to base another possible health caré fiasco on .. Our lives depend on truth and reality of what we have and what needs to be done for life to be sustained by all of us as long as we should naturally be living.

         and is a Lynn Blodgett company now managing them?. As that is the common practice  that has been on going all over. ( I name this person as high level government   officials have named him in writing and verbally  all over as judges kept ruling against his actions for me. and mine  and he defies them , too. as he has dictatorial powers with no given  entity permitted by the COUP of 2002 to make the laws of the land be obeyed and others in his own 200? companies have named him in r All the real government has is what he lets them know  and no way to verify its truthful and its well documented it is not. but he is to be believed over any one of us. , the people no matter how much evidence or official papers  we have from thee real government as his 'word' is the law of the land now .

         It took four calls to day to get eh info .. from my own records. The first two whom I did not recognize the names as often I am speaking to those who have spoken to me already and I think than for their courtesy .. and providing the info from my own records.

    I have actually be asked WHAT IS YOUR MEDICARE QUESTIONS AS IF THE SYSTEM IS HACKED AND CREATING OVERPAYMENT TO MYSELF AND HEIR AND MEDICAL CARE BEING OBSTRUCTED IS NOT A MEDICARE QUESTION.. ???   I have been inside the government nearly 50 years now , and wish I could be legally allowed to retire ..but its the workers comp law in this nation. that FECA has to get the paper work processed and its an involved process that was pending when  the COUP of 2002 occurred.   (Read prior Daily Recaps, etc. for all the details and also 'Linda Joy Adams " +" Violations of civil rights page " 1 through 58 for details of all of the on-gong matters..)

    Please do verify and get a shock of how this nation has had no government since the COUP of 2002 and massive cover ups inside even before that that got us to 9/11/01 and the COUP of 2002.

       finally after being hung up on , and even having my character defamed by one.. I got to call number 4 and  the info provided,  Thank you for your courtesy! for that. 

       THE REAL SCREEN IS ON THERE BUT 'UPDATED ; AS OF 10/6/16 This personal was told "D" means updated .. That is the date that Homeland security stopped monitoring for foreign hackers and they began selling a more  bogus screen that now leaves out one has an open workers comp case  for huge sums to the medical community  and THEY HAVE NO GOVERNMENT  TO TURN TO EITHER, JUST AS WE PATIENTS DO NOT. .

    The real screen shows FECA and FEHB Blue Cross Blues shield posed into the template for Medicare secondary ..  by my employer  from the US Department of Labor personnel office as the primary employer group health plan.  NO termination dates. shown as that seems to have been stopped by thee artificial intelligence which was using some fake ones with  a fake id.. etc. at times.

       But the FECA is still not showing the real  date of injury as "no space or bytes/"  to go back to  and used the day  I got Part A Medicare and not the real one of 1/10/89.  The address to send the recovery letter to is Lynn Blodgett's company is Affiliated Computer Services, London, KY and no one has ever seen these to answer at US DOL in DC as such a request for refund or say why not do so ..  would have caused them to check for bills reported as being paid by FECA and contract canceled years ago.

      WHERE IS THE MILLION DOLLARS PER HEAD FOR ABOUT 200 OF US IN THE 'SUSPECTED EMBEZZLEMENT ' THAT THE COUP OF 2002 SAYS NO INJURED FEDERAL  WORKERS WITH ESTABLISHED CASES WITH LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICAL AS MINE IS PERMANENT HAS  HAD THE RIGHT OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD. ETC AS WE GOT ILLEGALLY DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE AND THE COVER UP GOING ON .. AS HEALTH CARE COLLAPSE IN THE COUP OF 2002 AFFECTED EVERY ONE.,

                    But the info that the controller of that part of the subcontract. Lynn Blodgett is now selling to the medical community is the bogus template of Medicare primary and  fake blues number 15? is shown.. As today the ID number has three zeroes added before part of the real ID number and 10 digits ... with the last three real numbers left off. effective 8/1/2004 when the contractor was allowed to go offline for SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE NOT FOR HACKING?

         And the wording for the fake policy today  is HCS Blue Cross of Oklahoma     A POLICY THAT DOES NOT EXIST AND THAT illegal hack post means that NO AUTOMATIC TRANSFER OF INFO gets a co pay made. even if not a conditional payment as the only way to legally pay our claim.   AND WE GET COLLECTION LETTERS FOR CO PAYS AND TRY TO CONVINCE THEM A POLICY EXISTS WHEN ITS NOT ON THE SYSTEM AS ALL SEEM TO THINK IS UNHACKABLE AND WE STILL REALLY HAVE A GOVERNMENT THAT WOULD STOP THE THEFT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND HAVE NOT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002;  . AND IS AND HAS BEEN INTENTIONALLY HACKED BY ITS OWN OWNER

    Its been the law of the land since 1994 not to alter what ones employer posts directly to the system and in my case 3 Judges, verified its accurate and its in their contract they should have lost eyes ago at Group Health for continuing to doing this..  

    In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may evil be bound up and good prevail and all become participants in better solutions for all of us , for our nation and humanity at large. Pray for President Trump and all of his staff and Congress and our Judges. and other officials from local to federal to do their jobs legally and let others know when they cannot verify the accuracy of any fact or data.. As you taught us.. TRUTH SETS US FREE.  Amen!

Happy President's Day! May we learn and follow the good of our former leaders and learn what not to do from their attempts that did not turn out well..  We, the people of the USA;  elected them and they are ours to claim as our heritage.. WE ARE CALLED TO OVERCOME.. NOT COVER UP!
