Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 1/8/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN IN THE MIDST OF A FREEZEOUT OF FACTS!
This is a link to a series of Daily recaps back to 10/25/q when I found my personal Medicare systems filed in worse hacked shape ever since the COUP of 2002.. Also refer to the Daily Recap added 1/8/17 where some one has checked the balance of money in the public treasury and lists Medicare among a few agencies where a billion dollars a day that is going missing??
Medicare IS contracted out where there is no one auditing access to the trust fund to pay monies out of and they are able to go off line and no one even be detected. who accesses the system for usual use. in the call centers and elsewhere.
Congress has to allow the real government to over throw the COUP of 2002 and again allow the existing budget to be used to get and do a real internal audit. As well as criminal investigations when warranted, which massive evidence already exists of criminal wrong doing by the CMS contractor. The system is not even a direct contract by a contractor of a contractor.
Today there was a major systems updating going on.. and the press releases indicated it did involve BCRC the coordination and recovery contractor.. where my issue is with their corporate headquarters in NY hacking the system bi weekly in violation of the terms of their CMS contract that when the patients employer posts direct to the system.
NO ONE IS TO ALTER THE POSTING One contacts the employer and they will alter the post if its wrong. Mine is accurate and three Medicare judges have ruled it is and they keep right on hacking and stealing in my name and others on my employer group health plan who also have Medicare cards. Not only is medical treatment obstructed over this in life threatening situations, but also we and our heirs are overpaid.. as the theft is in our names when Lynn Blodgett, et al has convinced the call centers to talk medical billing people form doing a paper conditional payment. that protects us and the medical community from any liability.
MASSIVE THEFTS IS ALREADY GOING ON FROM AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUT OF THE INSURANCE AND OTHER HEALTH PLANS OVER THIs since the COUP OF 2002. AND THE ONE WHO IS IN CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM NOW ALSO HAS SEVERAL SHELL COMPANIES THAT PAYS OR ILLEGALLY IS DUMPING MOST MEDICAL BILLS FOR INJURED WORKERS IN THE NATION ONTO MEDICARE. AND GETTING BY WITH IT..
AND WILL UNTIL THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO STOP THEM.
But the new cyber cloud is exposing the on going corruption... IF GENERAL DYNAMICS would GET THE PRINT OUTS TO CMS OFFICIALS SO THEY CAN HELP CONVINCE CONGRESS TO ACTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE maybe this could be stopped by threat or cancellation of contracts at BCRC. . General Dynamics owns 1-800 Medicare and they have the best evidence and can get the hard copies..
Real false info is being spewed out around their call centers that is would be a breach of security to do this.. ITS A BREACH OF SECURITY THAT THEY ARE SENDING IN AND TO NOT GET THIS INFO TO CMS IS A COVER UP OF THE BREACH OF SECURITY .. Its a violation of my privacy rights for them to see it and not report it. for its being used for official purposes to protect my rights. and any one else who calls. in ..
They were also being told that things have been verified and the info is accurate when they are looking at fake policy terms and fake id numbers etc.. So is its verified , why hasn't my employer posting the same info bi weekly.. WHO IS PROVIDING THE MISINFORMATION.. OVER THE YEARS, ITS BEEN THE PRIMARY PAYER NOT WISHING TO PAY THE BILLS? is my info from them. .. And now the pattern is merging showing that if they use the real info for policy type and ID it will not hack...
FECA has never been hacked and the IT people at the US Dept of Labor personnel office. have said it has been tried. unsuccessfully.. Since 10/16 its the first time since the COUP of 2002 that the medical community has not gotten the info on my Fed Workers comp to call and get a confirmation number even if Lynn Blodgett will not post my file and pay claims as he has been ordered to do so by US DOL judges and will not.. with about 200 million dollars estimated as embezzled for those , like me with established cases and permanent medical .. most ?of us oxygen for life patients with the 100% coverage for all bills.
AND WE GOT ILLEGALLY DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE.??
Congress will not allow money to be spent for the real government to find out WHERE IS THE MONEY ??? and a person who is connected to the Clinton Foundation said that there is a fund and 50% of dribbles of co pays where our federal employer group health plans is not paying their bills and would not have to pay any for me, just for my loved ones. is getting 50% of small co pays out of that to pay... and no one knows it is occurring and there is no such law for it to be done either. This skews the amount of premiums being paid by me and the taxpayer who pays75% of it..and all think that Blue is paying the bills from the premiums and they are not and not even paying the bills they are to pay as primary as they have successfully illegally getting Medicare to pay with the recovery unit of BCRC blocked from even recovery very little of what they should be getting to recover and then cannot get the system to take it as their own employer blocks their efforts.
Little is known of what is going on at Office of Personnel Management as Lynn Blodgett is their info giver and his companies and partners run nearly the whole now and has and still is a unaccountable government contractors and massive amounts of money are missing all over from funds. The bottom line is known but no one allowed by congress to investigate and found out where the money is!! Agencies have no access to verify any data, they pass on to Congress and bad laws get passed on this false data...
DAILY TRACKING
When the system got back up so that 1-800 Medicare (General Dynamics could access the system went into MAJOR MELTDOWN..
(mymedicare.gov has not changed, its the same with part hacked. and fake policies shown.. etc.
Phone verification system was down so do not know if its been changed for the first time since 10/16 showing a partial hack but FECA on there but Blues illegally flipped to secondary .. )
I got hung up on several time and this is a horrendous day for me to get the info out of several of them.. WERE THEY BEING ORDERED TO COVER UP THE MELTDOWN OF MEDICARE.. I just want to know what is happening to my own records. I had a few really treat me badly... Instead of helping monitor if there are issues and let them know to help them fix things.as we always used to do when we had systems that were not secure.
Maybe what several were seeing was scaring them ??? Its their job to be concerned and get the info to CMS..via their management.
DOUBLE POSTS.
This has also occurred at times, but its the first time I was told it was occurring on the Blues.
There would be the real FECA policy as open but then another one posted with a fake id number. and a deletion date of 10/6/16 and one had a date in 2011.. Unless one knew they might think there was two separate injury cases. And since every one is injured on the date they got part A Medicare instead of the real date is prior... that blocks the system from doing a legal electronic conditional payment and getting the recovery letters out to the primary payers to get a refund or sign why they should not.. My in the past never were sent to the real US DOL as they got sent to Lynn Blodgetts' and he never let them have them or answer them or he would have had his contract cancelled or Congress might have wondered why not??
The one thing the real government can still do is not renew a contract or cancel one. BUT THEY NEED EVIDENCE TO DO THIS.. 1-800 Medicare is now the ones who can save Medicare. and they are not being allowed to do so with all kinds of false info given to their agents.
So double posts of FECA showed up at times and times, just the screen deleted but showing the open case so that the clearing houses will not get it to send on to the Medical billing people.. And what the patient hands in now at the time for treatment is not getting send on to the Medical billing services as they use the system only . THE CORRUPTION IS THAT BAD ALL OVER... by those contractors running things or CMS.. Not our good doctors, etc. as they are just trying to survive being crushed with no government to go to for help either, just as we patients have no one either.
Today , for the first time since the bi weekly posting from my employer when the real legal terms for My Blues policy and the real ID number posts, the cyber cloud posted it also . in a double post. It showed that I had a primary Blues , the real one as working aged.. but also the fake one at the same time as secondary with the fake name and ID number. And the fake ID number is intentionally done as it used part of the real one..
Its illegal to sell such to any such multiple policies to the same person. at the same time.
What should have taken less than 15 minutes took 3 hours and I was just shaking from the exertion when I got off the phone. Simply give me the info from my own records please as I am the one getting overpaid and medical care being obstructed over it. I was told that Hewlett-Packard did have the contract and Lynn Blodgett has had a major influence there through another company of his who bought into them several years ago. Who knows what their software engineers are even being instructed to do .. they may be innocent pawns in the matter. Being instructed with "gossip and rumor" for what they are supposed to even be programming."
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may justice and health care be preserved for each and every one. we all have to help on saving this.. WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT AND OUR LEADERS WILL NOT LET THE ONES WHO ARE TO STOP THIS HORROR , STOP IT... Its up to us to get the evidence to them to do so... What is wrong at General Dynamics now, not to help in this? Pray they will try and do so as they can do it.. They have good, intelligent people in their call centers.. capable of SAVING MEDICARE IF THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THE JOB THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY ARE TO DO AND WHEN THINGS GO SOUR, NOTIFY CMS ... months ago.. They need to help and not hinder one like me trying to save my life and livelihoods and any one else in the same situation... as if its as massive as the linked article says, then they will be seeing this throughout their work day , or night and get the info to CMS directly a s a p. before we lose Medicare completely BCRC HEADQUARTERS, STOP HACKING THE EMPLOYER POSTS; IT WILL NOT WORK IN A CYBER CLOUD.. AMEN!
