This is a link to a series of Daily Recaps back to 1025/16 when I found my Medicare records in a complete meltdown with a phony railroad Medicare on them as the only health plan and I have never had railroad Medicare at all and for the first time since the COUP OF 2002 may permanent medical at FECA was not on there. even though the contractor  will not spend the cost? of  extra 'space; on the system to go back and put the real date of injury of 1/10/89 but uses the date one gets Part A Medicare. That makes it nearly impossible to get a waiver to do a paper claim to file with Medicare legally as a conditional payments so that neither the doctor, etc. .or patients have any liability risk  of over payments For the patient our heirs inherit these even if there was never any notification...
     The contractor call centers have been intentionally misinformed that "the system is updated and they can bill, Medicare now." when the TRUTH IS IT WAS ILLEGALLY HACKED AND THAT THEY NEED TO DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT OR MEDICARE WILL BE STOLEN
      Truth is a frozen out as our area of the USA was last night from an arctic freeze that is as bad as its been in 20 years when we moved here and though this was a normal winter.. and was not then and has not been this cold for many years in the winter.
       Hacking is occurring at the corporate headquarters of BCRC which is a subsidiary of the former Group Health Inc, in New York many say, and they are now EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL   which his illegal secret deals with insurers so they can get out of paying their bills. THE ISSUE WITH FECA UNDER AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES SEEMS TO HAVE OTHER NEFARIOUS REASONS TIED TO OTHER ILLEGAL DEALINGS AND PARTIES.
  Including a large hum of money that went missing when they got the contract back at the time of the COUP of 2002 and hold total control ... as no  one in the workers comp regional office has access to my files nor even judges orders to even know what is really going on as THE COUP OF 2002  took away the right of the real government to verify any fact or gossip spewed out as truth and they are not able to do an internal audits .. That would stop a lot of this misinformation going out to the public, medical community and patients. at Medicare by the contractor call centers .
     A big part of a real government audit is if the laws, and policies  of he real government are being obeyed and that the constitutional  rights of all parties are being upheld. These crooks; probably would not be interested in these contracts but for the access to steal was not unfettered by act of Congress in 2002   NEITHER IS GOING ON AND HAS NOT FOR 115 YEARS AND NOT ITS EVEN WORSE AS Lynn BLODGETT ET AL CAN GO OFF LINE WITH THE NEW SYSTEM HE CONTROLS AND SEND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY COMPLETELY BOGUS INFO... WHICH THEY HAVE PAID BILLIONS TO GET ACCURATE INFO ON THE HEALTH PLANS OF PAINTS AND WHO IS TO BE BILLED FIRST. ETC.

      mymedicare.gov has no new claims shown and is still a partially hacked mess with same info shown.

  ITS MESSED UP TODAY. It would start to ask for Id info and them went dead. and another time would not take it saying it was wrong when it was rights, etc. beyond me to figure out the systems problem as I tried, different times. etc. /
           They are closed at their call center on the weekends. but often the phone verification menus is available.

  I got a nice man I have talked to before.
 and we got right to the verification of what it on their today.
         THERE ARE TWO POSTS FOR FECA.. one is the real one with the real ID number but does show the wrong date of injury . that is what occurred at the post as it just will not go prior to date when ne gets part A Medicare. , The other one has he date that originated from Lynn Blodgett's mouth a few years ago along with the other lie that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and there was nothing to do on my records.  
    This occurred  when he got the  US Dept of Labor judges' orders as FECA contractor to post my file using my records to reconstruct my files affirming my benefits and stating that :gossip and rumor has run amok and to ask Ms. Adams for the facts of the case>"  neither has been done to date.  Every one else thinks that TRUTH MUST BE  FROZEN OUT OF EXISTENCE AND FOLLOW THE RUMORS AND GOSSIP THAT UNRAVELS BACK TO THE MOUTH OF LYNN BLODGETT. AS HE REPEATED THE SAME FALSE  INFO FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY  AND HIS OWN CONTRACTORS AND PARTNERS.NEVER LETTING ANY OF THEM SEE THE JUDGES ORDERS.
   This is how I found out that he was the one running the USA as a dictator... we already knew of the COUP of 2002. but did not know that the overthrow of the USA into an international cabal of companies has already occurred. I had them tell and write  to me of what he did and said.
      The second post does not show my FECA if but my social security number... as an ID and FECA has never shown that on any papers or files except internally ... 
   This is the duplicate positing that the melting down cyber cloud does every few days now.. One posting terminated and the other open.. as if there is two case numbers and there is only the one .
   So some security seems to have been put in the system but its hackable as one can manually go in and enter a phony policy number etc and its will allow it to get posted.
     THIS SHOULD BE ABLE TO EASILY FREEZE OUT THE HACKERS. A ALL  HAVE LEGAL POLICY NUMBERS, ETC NOW. AND IT SHOULD BLOCK ONE THAT IS NOT THE LEGAL TERMINOLOGY WHICH IS WHAT MY PERSONNEL OFFICE USES.
    It helps to know who may have done this and seems to back up what I have been told by insider at Group health Inc /BCRC over the years . Its Lynn Blodgett management firm at Blues and they would have my real social security number buried  in my policy info from he medical profession, but they may not know my real FECA ID number at all.
        So all they have to do is make up an ID number and phony worded policy and hack way and steal Medicare.
             My primary Fed Blues is flipped to Secondary to day  and it shows effective 8/1/2004 with a policy that is not the real legal term and mine is not an OK blues policy at all. The ID number is part of my real one for Blues. .  This wording has shown up in the last few weeks and is 9 numbers like and SSN is.. it was this fake railroad number using part of the real Id number that is 8 digits and a letter that was used back on 10/25/16 given though the  clearing house.(Lynn Blodgett controller of) and TO ME ITS ENTIRELY PROBABLY THAT MEDICARE IS HAVING FICTITIOUS  CLAIMS BEING PAID OUT OF THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND WHILE OFF LINE THAT WILL NOT BE TIED TO AN INDIVIDUAL OR WILL THEY???    The 16 phonies claim numbers created on me (and massively others I was told) by the contraction claims payers under SC Blues subsidiaries that went  for 1/06 through 11/12 are no longer cross referred to my real claim number now at 1-800 Medicare and are they being  used to steal another 4 Million dollars in my name.?  
    If congress does not return the right of the real government  to get in and fund out we may not now the horrible FROZEN OUT TRUTH until 2018 when the Medicare trustees check the balance in the Medicare trust account. and there is noting left in there...and the thieves setting on their island somewhere with no extradition treated with the USA.
