This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered by Medicare data records in worse hacked shape than ever since thee COUP of 2002. Contractors control the USA but there is still a moral obligation to obey the laws, regulations and contract terms for the USA and each of us that they hold our public records in trust that affect our rights to even life and livelihood. Even though congress passed a law that forbid even existing budget be spent on internal audits of contractors or criminal investigations of one.. there is a human and civil rights issue that is blatantly being violated in the theft of the USA and our rights as if they have no moral loyalty to the USA or the people at all
Over the last few months, as I call daily and track the criminal activity on my personal records that results in over payments our heirs inherit and no rights to stop it... when the BCRC contractor states that when ones employer posts they are not to touch the posting. There is a due process system in place where a claims can legally be paid by Medicare even if its not the primary payers and they are to use that and pay it conditionally and let the formal letters go out to ask for the money back or let them give in writing their reasons why they should not pay. NO ONE HAS EVER GIVEN ANY ANSWER AS TO WHY THEY SHOULD NOT BE A PRIMARY PAYER ON ME IN WRITING. AND THE LETTERS HAVE NEVER GOTTEN TO THE PERSONNEL OFFICE AT THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO ASK FOR THE MONEY AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO POST THAT MEDICARE IS NOT PRIMARY AND KNOW THAT 100% of my bills are to be paid for life by FECA
I have given every one involved a copy of my formal OPM personnel forms that transferred me to the US DOL personnel office to take care of personnel type matters like active duty status and my employee benefits. etc. when I went out on Federal workers comp. Its the legal process and there has been no change in the process as its them that knows when any legal change in status occurs.
Isn't this legal process going on anymore??? No one in the real government would know as there is no internal audits of government contractors since the COUP of 2002 and why we are being robbed financially and physically of our very life and health over the legal process that makes any government run smoothly and every one's constitutional rights under a government be upheld.. To not have this is anarchy and thee bad guys/gals then bully their way to the overthrown of a nation and people as without a real government to stop the bad people who act illegally , then the rest of us are at their mercy..
Once upon a time in human history a great empire decided to have government contractors take over and then let them run amok without any supervision.. as long as the tax money went to those in charge.to continue their life style as the rights of the people under that great empire soon eroded away and horrible atrocities began to occur and even innocents got swept into a corrupted legal system and too often executed for doing nothing but preaching love and cooperation and being morally good.
IN ancient Judea that great empire did the ultimate evil and crucified the most innocent who had ever lived, Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus.. and that finally act of evil that had overtaken a great empire that had a semblance of people's rights and a form of voting for those who would represent them had devolved into an evil that lost sight of what they were about.. as the government contractors got more greedily and stole from the people over what they were legally obligated to pay to keep the business of government going to take care of the business of FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE EMPIRE.
WE MUST OVER COME THE EVIL THAT HAS NEARLY GOTTEN THE USA IN THE MURKY MIRE OF THE DC SWAMP AND HAVE THE CHOICE TO TURN THIS AROUND FOR GOOD AND FOR THE PEOPLE AND NATIONAL TO BE BETTER THAN EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD AS AN EXAMPLE OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND LIFE AND LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR EACH ONE.
Like Christ , we , the USA have the ability to RISE FROM THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION AND DEATH AND BE GREATER THAN EVER. Christians hold the ultimate promise of life even after our physical deaths... but we as humans crated with free will have the choose to make a heaven on earth while we live our physical lives here.. and now.. . AS PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS SAID, IT IS UP TO US. and my prayers for him and all of our leaders and the people and myself to be guided to the truth and better life for each and every one of us. Amen!
I have been auditing my own records as there is no government to do so since thee COUP of 2002 and at times it has been terrible trying to get the full information of what is going on and what is on a system that is in complete meltdown. and why.. and I do not have any degree in systems.. but have operated then since 1966. I know they are logical and what has been found on with my records is illogical and illegal .. as it violates the laws of the land.. to steal in my name... and there is a good process set up to get to the whole truth... I thought by getting three Medicare judges rulings would do that, the info verified.. BUT THAT WAS IGNORED BY THOSE IN CHARGE OF THE USA , THAT ARE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS. AND ALL COMPANIES AND DEALS HAVE LED RIGHT TO LYNN BLODGETT AS THE ONE RULING THE USA. NOW... And even the real agencies do not stand up to him as he denies them even access to verify what is going on .. and they bow to his wishes and not to the US Constitution they agreed to uphold when they get a federal job, or are elected to a federal job.
I come along and ask for what is going on with my personal records that affect my right to life and livelihood and have gotten a lot of flak. for it... And BCRC supervisors have been among some of the worse .. Today I finally got a piece of the REASON REVEALED.. another fake Blues on my records that only BCRC HAS... AND NEVER GOT OUT TO THE REST OF THOSE WHO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME DATA. that is hacked and altered after employers do the bi weekly posting to the system as they have done since 1994.. I will share this below when I get to the call to BCRC today ...

no changes to day and no new claims paid legally or illegally on there. None on there have been paid legally as conditional payments as the system is rigged and all the call centers mistrained to say that the system is updated now and its OK to bill Medicare. when he system has been hacked. instead by the owners to facilitated the theft of Medicare in the ongoing illegal bail our of the insurance industry and others who do not wish to pay primary .. ON the system the bi weekly hack after the employer posts arrive is to deleted the real info and insert fake policies names and ID numbers as apparently the system is designed to prevent changing the real one to a retired status and becoming the secondary payer to a primary Medicare for the theft to occur. and to trick all medical community to think they are OK. when there are being entrapped into committing fraud. . and the call centers being duped to think that its OK also.
Four Fake Blue Cross Blue Shield are on there.. and four of the ones that surface over at General Dynamics. (1-800 Medicare ) periodically as the cloud system keeps trying to correct it self and post the real info from my employer.. often showing duplicate postings now. THE REAL AND A FAKE. but the REAL MYSTERY OF THE REAL FAKE ONLY CAME TO LIGHT TO DAY AND ITS ONLY ON THE SYSTEM AT BCRC. the subsidiary of Emblem Health International formerly Group Health of NY who owns the system as their sub contract and now under the control of Lynn Blodgett et al. THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAD NO IDEA, OFFICIALLY. WHAT IS GOING ON AND CONGRESS EVEN LESS AS THEY ONLY KNOW WHAT THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TELL THEM .. Too many are not even trying to find out.. Why??

PHONE VERIFICATION IS STILL THE SAME WITH FECA INDICATED BUT BLUES FLIPPED TO SECONDARY AND THAT CAN ONLY OCCURRED BY USING A FAKE ONE.
I call them last to report to them what has occurred daily and often am hung up on or no info shared. Usually a supervisor says very nastily to me my Blues was terminated as of 2/28/10 and hangs up on me. UNTIL TODAY....

It took two calls today to get the whole information.
call 1. Blues is listed as a fake policy name and ID as Blues of OK and using my ssn as policy number which the feds have not done this for decades,. There is an ID number that is used.. and they showed it became secondary to Medicare on 8/1/2004/
When I asked what happened to the real two primaries that they saw yesterday and posted bi weekly they have been seeing.. she hung up on me.
call 2 Here the real FECA is on there but deleted as of 10/6/16 .. as those who have been reading this that is when HOMELAND SECURITY stopped monitoring for hacking by RUSSIA OR CHINA, ETA AND LEFT AND BCRC CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS? BEGAN HACKING THE SYSTEM AGAIN.. AND NOW THEY ARE DELETING THE SCREEN SO THAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS NOT GETTING ANY INFO THAT ONE HAS AN OPEN WORKERS COMP CASE AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS GOT THE INFO , EVEN IF THEY USE THE DATE I GOT PART A MEDICARE AND NOT THE REAL DATE OF 1/10/89. but this is why the system will not take a conditional payment electronically .. and all are getting talked out of dong a legal filing as a paper claim.
GOOD PEOPLE BEING LIED TO AND TRICKED INTO DOING THE WILL OF REAL THIEVES WHO HAVE COST LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS OF TOO MANY . AND MY LAST CALL OF THE DAY , TRACES THE REAL LIE BACK TO LYNN BLODGETT AGAIN. AND ALL WORSHIP HIS WORDS AS IF FROM THE ALMIGHTY IN HEAVEN TO BE DONE AS HE SAYS WHEN THE REAL WORLD AROUND THEM SAYS ITS NOT CORRECT AND MY PERSONNEL OFFICE SAYS HE IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH.
Medical billing people are the the mercy of this system as if they get 'pushy' for their rights, they can end up with claims not getting paid at all and that is their job ... etc.. ITS HORRENDOUS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON. IN THE REAL WORLD OF MEDICINE TODAY AS HEALTH CARE ITSELF SUFFERS FROM IT.
My real Blues policy was on there with the real ID but it was also shown as deleted from the screen that goes to the medical community as of 10/6/16 as it was shown as WORKING AGED which means its primary to Medicare and them the two on my family policy that have Medicare cards also have it illegally altered to make Medicare primary also .
The new cyber cloud system cannot compute this illogical mess and it keeps trying to correct itself.. from day to day and sometimes from hour to hour and differing info all over when all should be exactly the same as only one version of info has existed on me since before I got Part A Medicare.
So why does 1-800 Medicare usually show at least a fake Blues and most of the time BCRC that gets the real post show it does not even exist? at all.

This took three calls today .. and got switched to the same supervisor both times. persistence did pay off today.
Since 4/09 after the bi weekly post was changed to a week day from Sunday.. they would go in and completely deleted my Blues off the screen and the medical community got nothing. and often they never got the co pays as the info did not go back to them from the illegal payment by Medicare. It often been me that got that paid by submitting my copy, etc. but many in the medical community are not even aware that it has been me that ended up with the co pay from Blues at all.
I asked the agent I first spoke to where the fake Blues are coming from that are on mymediare.gov which are also the ones at 1-800 Medicare and on occasion they at the BCRC call centers do have the same fake ones. she said they have nothing to do with the info that gets on mymedicare.gov and even said they have nothing to do with any ones Medicare records if Medicare is primary payer. She really had no idea how the process and things work at all. and this is very common at their call centers. they always start out with the questionnaire of if one is employed *too often saying the misleading non legal term of working instead) or not and when I say its immaterial what I say.. due to my employer post, they seem to have no idea that such exist. s et. c and the call goes down hill from there , even if I go along and answer the questions and give answers that their screen is showing has really been hacked.. etc.
She transferred me to a supervisor and soon got hung up on ...my name alone usually get that response and I get defamed when I just ask pertinent questions about my records. etc. ,
I called back
call 2 . got transferred immediately by another agent to a supervisor and the call never went through .. One of the call centers seems to never get the transfer done and the other one does.
call 3 FECA IS ON THERE AS OF 1/10/89 and no termination date and the real ID number. but it is showing deleted as of 10/6/16 from the screen .. Glad to know I am not dead as that is when the medical ends. AT FECA
Blues is showing terminated as of 2/28/10 today and I said where is the real one?? she transferred me to a supervisor and I thanked her for her courtesy to day and getting the basic info.
I got the same supervisor who had hung up on me earlier. and I did preach at her a little about the seriousness of what is going on with the melt down of the system and that her company just can't keep on doing this.
I asked her what fake blues she showed and gave her the info for the real one that is showing on the screen at 1-800 Medicare and deleted as of 10/6 /16 over there.
Many, many supervisors have treated me with disdain recently and would say my Blues terminated as of 2/28/10 and would hang up.. now we know they had false info fro Lynn Blodgett on there?
REVEALING OF A FAKE POSTING NOT SHARED WITH OTHERS
She said that the terminated Blues on there was Federal Blues and that the ID number was not my SSN or the real one or some form of the switching around of letter and numbers either. SHE HAD FED SSA in the SPACE FOR AN ID NUMBER AND NO NUMBER OF ANY KIND AT ALL. and showed it terminated the month before I became 65 when on 3/1/10 its been posting by weekly as the real one and fits into the filed for WORKING AGED AS MY EMPLOYER POSTS THAT.. and my employer that posts is not SSA AT ALL as the official papers filed with every one clearly show the transferred to the US Department of Labor personnel office. BCRC does not even know who is posting to their system in the call centers.?.. DOES ANY ONE AT COORDINATION AND RECOVERY HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE THE REAL VS FALSE INFO IS COMING FROM AND THEY USE 'GOSSIP AND RUMOR; UNVERIFIED FROM LYNN BLODGETT TO DECIDED WHAT ILLEGAL ACTS TO COMMIT??
SSA has not been able to locate my personnel file for over a decade when Lynn Blodgett took it to digitize it and is now maintained at the Bureaus of Interior and is only a yearly salary paid and not what is needed to do the buy back of leave. that has to be done.
And SSA would not know officially what is going on at FECA as only US DOL personnel office knows and they do not interfere with the process but they do know that nothing has changed on my statues since before I got Part A Medicare. and am still active duty with the same two primary payers. and hem before 2.28 10 is when he went from agency to agency and lied and said I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED. AND NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASES AS HE HAD THE ORDERS FROM THE US DOL JUDGES THAT SAID JUST THE OPPOSITE AND ORDERED MY FILE BY POSTED AND ALL PENDING MATTERS PROCESSED ETC. AND BENEFITS AFFIRMED ETC and all believed him as he never let the agencies see their own judges orders at FECA or MEDICARE or anyone he spoke to even to his own managers at Affiliated Computer Services whom I spoke to also as he also by this time had the appellate judge that affirmed the lower ones at Medicare that I am approved for life for home liquid system at Medicare, but that its FECA's bills and that I am still active duty and that the posting from the US Department of Labor personnel office is accurate and that Medicare is not and never has been a primary payer for me or any one on my Blues family policy , . The decision was that the real government could not overturn the laws of the land and make BCRC do their job, since the COUP of 2002, but it was clear they are to get the recovery letters out on all the claims and go get the monies back to Medicare . That seems to be the decision that caused the action of Lynn Blodgett. along with my open letter to him at the washingtonpost.com. BCRC HAS COVERED UP AND COLLUDED AS LYNN BLODGETT'S PARTNER AND HE IS NOW THEIR SUBSIDIARY FOR THE SYSTEM AND IN TOTAL CONTROL AND IF THEY DO NOT WATCH OUT THE ONGOING PATTERN IS HE MAY SOON BE THE TOTAL CONTROLLER OF THEIR COMPANY . IF HE IS NOT ALREADY AS A MAJOR STOCK HOLDER ALREADY OR HIS BOSSES ARE.. ..
My records are missing.. even though I have reconstructed several times by fax. .. '
WHEN I DO RETIRE I HAVE ABOUT $50.000 in restored leave to be paid or credited to any pension rights if I do not take a check buy out.. which the contributions to the civil service pension would then by like a life insurance policy for my heirs. to get. if they do not get or choose to take a pension over FECA survivor payments.
This is all in the missing personnel file along with a signed agreement with my employing agency which is not my legal personnel office as that was transferred to US Department of Labor. which is what occurs when goes out on workers comp as I did.. before I got Part A Medicare..
The US DOL judges are right :gossip and rumor has run amok and no one knows what is really going on in in the government. and we are all suffering as a nation and people over it.. A well run civil service is essential to any government who follows the laws and rules and tries to be fair and equal to all citizens of the nation and others inside our borders.
Ancient China created the concept and no matter what kind of government one has, it functions better when there is a dedicated civil service with the whole loyalty being to the nation and people and not to special interests as a contractor is. In a nation like the USA based on freedom and human rights, its essential to make sure processes are followed put in place so all have rights and can appeal when we think those rights are usurped. AND THAT IS OVERSIGHT OF THE PROCESS. WHETHER DONE BY REAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OR THOSE CONTRACTED TO DO SPECIFIC JOBS . Contractors are not law or policy makers as they have turned themselves into .
If I had gotten anything like what caused the 2/28/10 post sent to me, I could have filed papers or appeals. but they already had those and disregarded them as LYNN BLODGETT IS THE RULER NOT CONGRESS AND NOT THE PRESIDENT NOR ANY ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AS THEY HAVE NO INFO BUT WHAT THE CONTRACTORS LET THEM KNOW WHICH IS NOT MUCH.
SSA ONLY KNOWS WHAT LYNN BLODGETT VERBALLY SAYS, AS TOP PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS TO CHECK ANY SYSTEMS FILES AND WROTE TO CONGRESS THREE YEARS AGO TO BE ABLE TO DO SO . AND ARE STILL WAITING AS THE NATION GETS ROBBED AND THE PEOPLE SUFFER FOR IT. AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION IS COMPROMISED.
I am aware that the appellate judges at US DOL are able to access the real personnel files as one did when I called once, but that one has never ruled on a case of mine.
Contracting services a purpose , but they have to be overseen by the real government for its our monies and rights affected by what they do.. we are not pawns of a profit making enterprise as citizens of a nation's government . .
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may all those being led to awful and illegal acts by gossip and rumor stop it and find he truth and follows the legal process set up that should work things out for the best for all of us. May life and health and freedom be had by each and all. and the hacking of our systems be stopped by those being led to do evil against others.
