This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare systems data in a worse state of hacked by its owner than ever before since the COUP OF 2002
The panic in DC is more of no real government in charge since Congress overthrew the authority of the real government to do internal audits or prosecute criminal acts by government contractors since the CUP of 2002 when words and phrases were changed with most not knowing that they were voting for more than a routine 6000 page budget bill. but was removing the authority of the real government to make sure that those with ownership of our national data and personal files of the peoples held in trust by the government to kept secure.. Our national and personal data , rarely in the control o any real government anymore and then with no authority to make sure they are secure from domestic hacking from the owners of the systems , which is rarely the people and our real government any more. AN OVERTHROW INTO THE CONTROL OF AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL OF COMPANIES disregarding any law, judge, or contract term.. as has occurred in my cases and data what all of them have been violated and my rights of even life and security violated and those of my family and heirs.
Is the massive resignations, of more than former political appointees indicate that too many amount the real government is not acting legally and getting our before there illegal acts and cover up are found out? Much has been to lie to Congress over the years pretending that the info and data agencies provided were real and verified data when nothing of the sort has been since the COUP of 2002. all most have is the written reports of the contractors which, of course would never indicate wrong doing. and the verbal word of the current dictator as named by many, Lynn Blodgett. the one they obey even when the order is an illegal one.. as has occurred over and over... as shared in this blog since 12/08.
His management company just got cleared of any charge in the poisoning of the waters of Flint Michigan since Congress said no international audits so the water reports were falsely good long after the victims knew it wasn't and of course none of the government contractors can be charged as Congress said no money can be spent to do so ..
Even the congressional confirmation hearings are at times tuned into a farce as there unconstitutional self imposed gag order no to mention, contact or have a contractors testify want that the real vital info of what the real problems are go unmentioned as no one really knows for sure what is going on any more since the COUP of 2002.
At this point , I cannot disagree with what President Trump has swiftly been doing so far. he s doing what he said he promised to do in the election.. Now will Congress do their part and review and amend if they think something should be etc. and go forward with the security of the nation and the general welfare of the people as the constitutional mandate says they are to uphold.
But while we wait for the outcome, the corrupters in the swamp as just as busy doing bad things before the new real government is in place to try and make things great again and better than ever... but we are being left with too many not tending to business now and for a long time since the COUP of 2002. I AM SHARING MY PERSONAL AUDIT OF MY OWN RECORDS AS AN EXAMPLE OF THE INFO THAT CONGRESS AND THE AGENCIES HAVE NO ACCESS TO OFFICIALLY. and pray that we do not pass any more fiascoes that cost us our precious tax dollars and lives, health and livelihood due to more bad laws based on bad data and less than whole truth of what the real facts are.
There may be differences in political persuasions of how things should be done.. but at the end the problems are the same for all of us to deal with.. and its just , which way or what way is going to be the best one for each and every one of us. if the constitutional mandate of the good of all is the main motivator, then why can't decisions be made, even if some may have to compromise here and there if there is some alternative way that works for all and no one among us is harmed by the will of the majority .
One hearing I watched on C SPAN FOR BUDGET DIRECTOR.. had a question asked about cyber security being a better at Department of Defense version the rest of the government.. THE COUP OF 2002 DID NOT APPLY TO DOD.. They kept the internal audit controls.. Doesn't Congress knows this?? Its the law. that cyber security is not good for the rest.. . One too easy to fix but just allowing current budget be used to do this internal audits. so I do not find my personal records in a life threatening situation obstructing ongoing medical care. etc. and overpayment being made against me and my heirs with contractors able to make illegal deals to allow primary payers to get out of may paying their bills and through out the government

no change still hacked to make Medicare primary and has the four fake blues policies. etc .no new claims added to day that were illegally filed and paid.. as the medical community is getting an offline screen of info and not the real info that is posted by my employer bi weekly. to trick all into billing Medicare and the cabal call centers people lied to and told that the system had been updated and everything is OK now to bill Medicare.. when all that has occurred dis the system was hacked by its owners to permit the thefts to occur.. and no one is made aware that there is a legal way to file to recover the money back to Medicare but that would end the cabal control and thefts of our nations monies. . And the patient and heirs, and medical community would have no legal risk if the claims were legally filed as a conditional payment.
FECA IS ON THEIR BUT ALL THE LETTERS SENT FOR RECOVERY ARE MISSING AS LYNN BLODGETT HAS NEVER ALLOWED ANY ONE IN THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO SEE ONE ON ANY INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS. IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD, AS ITS NOT JUST ME THIS AFFECTS. I never got any written response from letters that went out. and its legally required. all parties would get a copy of what was refunded, or the written response as all would be able to respond to that. we have a constitutionally sound process to follow and that would expose the bad actors and cause loss of contracts by them.. a long time ago .. or else illegal acts stopped by them.
Since he now controls all in the USA the insurers are not getting the letters either to answer and its a formal and legal request for a refund or a due process chance to response as to why they should not.. not one has been answered on my lams since the COUP OF 2002 . and I am backed up by three Medicare judges rulings also in the matter that my employer post is accurate.. plus the US Department of Labor judges who affirmed my FECA benefits which became permanent FECA medical 23 years ago due to being put on liquid home oxygen for life and made it 100% of all bills for life. and ordered by them and he ignored all and never let any one in the real government have access to the orders officially .

phone menu has never changed indicating the Blues hacked to flip to secondary to Medicare and FECA is on there for me.. Later when I tried to contact them .. they refused to answer any questions about my own records as to what they had today and switched me to a supervisor and the call never went through so I could report to them what 1-800 mediocre had today .. and ask why they have 4 fake blues policies on my mymedicare.gov and my real one no where to be seen. THIS IS REAL INTENT TO DEFRAUD??

I thank the lady I spoke to today . who gave me the info the best she could.. and encouraged her to convince her company to get print outs of screens like mine and get them to the IT people at CMS so that the new leadership could have accurate info to better be able to know the whole truth of the MELTDOWN OF MEDICARE.

2 Blues on there today.. The real one says its WORKING AGED AS OF 3/1/10 , THE MONTH I BECAME 65. and that is the category for A PRIMARY EMPLOYER PLAN.. BUT IT HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE SCREEN ALSO..
TO MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY AND SEND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY A FAKE POLICY NAME AND MADE UP ID NUMBER. INSTEAD WITH A DATE OF 8/1/2004 FOR IT.
The whole truth indicates that a conditional payment needs to be done so that the formal due process letters get out to the primary payers.. on myself and those on my plan who also have Medicare cards.. AND THEY ARE BEING LIED TO ALL OVER TO INDICATE THAT THE SYSTEM WAS UPDATED AND ALL IS OK NOW.. AND what had occurred is the bi weekly postings that is legally correct from my personnel office which for injured federal workers is the US Department of Labor and they are hacked to facilitate what some at HHS CMS indicated a few years ago as several trillions dollars stolen from Medicare in this illegal bail out. that is only getting worse the less we have any oversight of what is going on .. since the COUP of 2002. ..
I only know for sure what has occurred on my and my family members records and I wish the crimes against us would stop.. but we have had no government in charge to stop it since the COUP of 2002// And too many inside the agencies at the stop who have been too willing to lie to Congress as if everything was OK. and its was far from being so ...
ARE MANY LEAVING BEFORE THEY ARE ARRESTED??? or caught not acting ethically and telling the while truth ?? taking President Trumps words as the truth that he does intend to DRAIN THE SWAMP AND SOME WHO HAVE ALLOWED IT TO GET SO CORRUPTED AND BEEN SWIMMING IN IT. ARE SCARED THEY WILL BE EXPOSED. BY A LITTLE SUNSHINE SHOWN ON THEM??
