This is series of linked articles back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare systems data in a complete meltdown worse than anytime since the COUP of 2002 when the illegal bail out of the insurance industry was set in motion by the Coordination and recovery Contractors doing the opposite of the CMS Contract but no one has known officially since the COUP of 2002 as Congress says no money can be spent of the existing budget to do a real internal audit of a government contractors, let alone a criminal investigation as bad laws get passed based on false data... as all anyone knows is what the contractor cabal wishes to let be known..
This is going to be brief as this has been a busy two days.. Yesterday was one nice 70 degree day and an opportunity to get to the garden and spent a couple of hours seated planting radishes , lettuce spinach and snow peas... Its to get to freezing , then warm up next week again and that us usually great germination weather for Snow peas as its seems year after year they will germinate as soon as it gets cold again and then reaches 34 degrees... * This is an unofficial study of my own personal observation over the years.
Then today I had a doctor appointment North of Dallas and of course the insurance info the pay big bucks to get from the clearing houses of Lynn Blodgett et al is expensive garbage.. as its the hacked version and not what my employer posts bi weekly to the Medicare system .. Part of the on going illegal bail out of the insurance industry and violates Medicare judges rulings I have got that the posting is accurate , laws, and Emblem Health International's Coordination and Recovery contractor unit's CMS contract not to alter an employer post which has been the law of the land since 1994.... and has not changed even when the hacking began in the COUP of 2002.

by the time I got home I was not able to spend the time I usually do on repeated calls., but will share the ongoing melt down of the system that is owned as a subcontract of BCRC and under the control of Lynn Blodgett who is in control of the USA now. unless President Trump is able to renegotiate things and Congress put the authority of the real government back to spend the existing budget to find out what is really going on and either they obey the laws and the work they are contracted to do or CANCEL OR NOT RENEW THE CONTRACT SO THAT THE LAWS OF THE Land are upheld.. or bring the work back in-house with the real government who are audited for work and can be arrested when they blatantly steal millions , billions or even trillions.. that is ongoing

still is a hacked mess and where are these 4 fake Blues policies come from and the real one not even be on there, of my primary employer group health plan , Federal Blues. FECA is still on there but all the recovery letters sent to Lynn Blodgett he never let the real US Department of Labor see are missing as his verbal orders to destroy them were done so as his dictatorial powers in the USA are every real . I AM NOT AWARE THAT ANY RECOVERY LETTER HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED BY THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ON ANY INJURED FEDERAL EMPLOYEE. to be repaid as the laws o the land of Blodgett is that Medicare pays all the workers comp in the USA now as soon as one gets a Medicare care. and He has had all control of the total for about 3 years now. Medical costs are not down. for workers injuries , its just now that the new law of Blodgett is that the new law is that Medicare pays 6 months after one gets a cars..
THE REAL GOVERNMENT NEVER PASSED SUCH A LAW. but they are not running things since the COUP of 2002. After 15 years they are finally beginning to wake up that they have not been in charge an been very meticulously and intricately duped all this time. along with many good people fired at the contractors intentionally trained wrong.. and passing all kind of wrong info due to it.

the phone verification menu still shows the Blues flipped to secondary to Medicare in the bi weekly hack. but indicates that there is a FECA case..
When I got home I was unable to get through to the call center today to know what they are showing on the system before they closed. I went to sleep as was very tired. .
1-800 Medicare.
It took two calls to even get what I did from my own records. and the wait time was long.
call 1. revealed that Medicare had been hacked and flipped to make it primary using one of the fake Blues policy and its a shocker to many in the call centers for me to say its a fake policy and none such exists and in no way did the info come form my employer or me. as we have the real legal title and real ID number. What she had to day was a policy that does not exist even in OK and a fake ID adding some zeroes ahead of my real ID and then leaving off the letter and the lost few numbers. These can be no doubt that this is real intent to defraud the taxpayer for the illegal bail out of the insurers and in my case the liability insurer of the owner of the building where I worked seems to have ownership of the Blues in our area since the COUP of 2002 when we lost Arkansas Blues here who did not ask to get our of paying their bills. Plus Lynn Blodgett seems interlocked also with them..
THE REAL ONE IS INDICATED AS DELETED FROM THE SCREEN AS OF 10/6/16 AND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS NOT GETTING ACCURATE INFO AS TO WHAT THE LEGAL TITLE OF THE PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN IS OR THE REAL ID.. AND THEY ARE PAYING FOR GARBAGE AND THEM IT COSTS TIME AND MONEY TO GO FIND THE REAL INFO ..
She hung up on me before I got the FECA info to day.. as she kept saying she could not see it. not even if it were deleted or terminated etc.. usually its on there as the with the real one and ID number open but the screen deleted as the medical community is not getting that kind of info anymore to know that one has an open liability case... etc. ??
I spent more time providing info to the call center person, than I got in return. and they are trying to say I am not ACTIVE DUTY.. when my employer says I am due to Lynn Blodgett not posting my FECA file as even the judges have ordered after affirming my benefits and outlining a lot to be done yet. Including the pending request for permanent disability that was ready to begin the process for a retirement back in the COUP of 2002 when total control of the USA began in earnest and we Feds seemed to be the first to lose all of our constitutional and civil rights...
call 2. I did not get much info except that FECA was showing a deletion.. And got hung up on again as she kept saying BCRC should take care of this.. and it was hard for her to understand that its was BCRC corporate that did the hacking. and has done so for 15 years. worse even before 4/09 when they set up an illegal software program to run at about 7:05AM every other Tuesday after employer posted after midnight to delete everyone primary employer group health plan off the system .. and then a few years ago came up with these fake polices to add back in as if one had a supplement to Medicare instead.. But the workers comp was always on there but thee injury date was shown as the date one got Part A Medicare and not the real one so that an electronic conditional billing for payment could not be down and the recovery letters automatically generated when the claims was paid to get the money back from the primary payer.
I do not expect much cooperation from their company General Dynamics to get printouts of the MELTDOWN OF THE MEDICARE SYSTEM TO CMS SO THEY CAN CONVINCE CONGRESS TO ACT.
President Trump signed an order today that HHS and some other agencies should come to a halt in new actions and not share with Congress.. of course what they have been is bogus and or unverifiable garbage from the contractors... who are not going to be admitting to illegal acts, and hacks and collusion to steal money from the taxpayer. So we are in a wait until there is a new political appointees in power.. but that does not mean the current officials can't be preparing full and truthful reports for their new bosses. ITS NOT A PRETTY PICTURE, BUT ITS WHAT THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR TO GET THE DC SWAMP OF CORRUPTION DRAINED AND THE CONTRACTORS' CABAL HAS THE GATE LOCKED TO THE SWAMP TO EVEN GET IT OPEN TO DRAIN IT.

Pray for our new President and his staff and Congressional members of all parties or none as they face the problems of the nation and people and must OVERCOME EVIL and stop COVERING IT UP ANY LONGER . Disagree and debate and discuss.. but may the way of good be the prime objective of solutions and not some ulterior agendas that are not based on anything good. Amen!
HAPPY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY DOYLE.! Its been an eventful 53 years of marriage and a lot of wonderful things, along with the hardships along the way when miracles always seemed to get us through even those. .. Who knew at our age we would be trying to save the world, nation our loved ones and ourselves and not be doing those kinds of things we thought we would be doing by now instead. But when we look at the age of those now going to be leading the USA. it seems that many of our generation , have been called to action in many ways. Some of us in higher positions than others, but all called to help in a world that somehow we let get into a real mess... in our own lifetimes. The work is not done yet, and may it get done so that we can all rest under our own "vine and fig tree"* ( the Bible.)
in a world where evil is finally bound up. and the way of life and love is all that is known to exist.
